Abstract

Broodstock Introduction and Technology Transfer of Crayfish (Cerax quadricarinatus) Hatchery in the Community Groups in Ladongi Subdistrict, East Konawe RegencyAbstract. Crayfish is an introduced species that has the potential to be developed.  However, Its development is hindered by the availability of the seeds. The aim of this activity was to transfer  crayfish hatchery technology into two community groups in Ladongi Subdistrict, East Konawe  Regency. These activities were conducted from 2017-2018. The forms of activities were hatchery extension/training, introduction of crayfish broodstocks, contruction of breeding ponds and hatcheries and evaluation of knowledge, skills, availability of production facilities and the ability of partners to produce caryfish seeds. The results showed that the knowledge level of participants based on indicators was 55-91%., from know nothing to know many things about crayfish.  The skill level of participants based on indicators was 64-100%, from unable to be able to seed crayfish. Both groups are able to manage resources and produce seeds, and as crayfish suppliers. In addition to seed production, the groups also produce crayfish for consumption and for broodstocks. Lobster air tawar (LAT) merupakan spesies introduksi yang potensi dikembangkan, namun terkedala pada ketersediaan benih.Kegiatan ini bertujuan mentransfer teknologi pembenihan LAT kepada dua kelompok masyarakat di Kecamatan Ladongi Kabupaten Kolaka Timur. Kegiatan direalisasikan tahun 2017-2018. Bentuk kegiatan yaitu  penyuluhan/pelatihan pembenihan, introduksi indukan LAT, konstruksi kolam indukan dan pembenihan. Evalusi tingkat pengetahuan, keterampilan, ketersediaan sarana produki dan kemampuan mitra memproduksi benih LAT. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa, tingkat serapan pengetahuan peserta berdasarkan indikator yaitu 55-91%, dari tidak tahu menjadi tahu tentang LAT. Tingkat keterampilan peserta berdasarkan indikator 64-100 %, dari tidak bisa menjadi bisa membenihkan LAT. Kedua kelompok mampu mengelola sumberdaya dan memproduksi benih, sebagai penyuplaiLAT. Selain bentuk benih kelompok memproduksi LAT ukuran konsumsi dan indukan bertelur.Kata Kunci: Lobster air tawar, pembenihan, alih teknologi, kelompok masyarakat

Abstract

Background: The low participation of men in family planning is influenced by many factors, including demographic factors, social structure factors, family factors, and the availability of health resources. There are many other factors that influence the selection of contraceptive vasectomy is not yet known. For additional information concerning factors that influence the choice of a vasectomy, we conducted a study with mixed methods method.Objective: To know factorsaffectingvasectomycontraceptionin the KiarapedesPurwakartaMethod: The study design used was mixed methods approaches and strategies embedded concurrent explanatory. Quantitative data were collected by questionnaire. The gathering of qualitative in-depth interviews were conducted in the respondent, the respondent's wife and PLKB selected using an interview guide. The data has been collected and analyzed, for a quantitative method using descriptive analysis of the characteristics of respondents. For qualitative methods, information from research subjects are recorded in the form of transcripts, then given coding and grouped into categories and themes.Result: Based on data collected from 53 respondents found the majority of respondents were in the age group 41-50 years (39.6%), most of the respondents had a number of children> 3 people (75.5%), the majority of respondents had elementary (90 , 6%), all Muslim respondents (100%), most of the income ≥ minimum wage (75.5%) of all respondents have the support of his wife (100%), and most respondents receive information from field officers (73.6% ). Response acceptors of stigma related to religious factors, sexual, and psychological medical treatment while the reasons respondents chose vasectomy because of factors such as family, economy and role model.Conclusion: Modeling is another factor that can influence a man's decision to undergo a vasectomy in the village Kiarapedes.Keywords : Family Planning, Vasectomy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk bagaimana pengaruh perbedaan komposisi rumput laut E. cottonii dan U.lactuca terhadap kualitas nori. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Variabel yang diamati pada penelitian ini adalah (kadar air, kadar abu, gula reduksi, warna, aroma, dan rasa). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analysis of Varians (ANOVA). Data yang menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Duncan. Apikasi yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas nori terhadap perlakuan memberikan pengaruh (P< 0,05) terhadap pengaruh perbedaan komposisi rumput laut E. cottonii dan U.lactuca terhadap kualitas nori. Kadar air tertinggi yaitu 3.94 diperoleh dari perlakuan C 200 g E.cottonii + 300 g U.lactuca dan kadar air terendah diperoleh pada perlakuan A 100 g E.cottonii + 300 g U.lactuca dengan total kadar air 1.95%. Kadar abu tertinggi yaitu 2.00% diperoleh dari perlakuan D 250 g E.cottonii +300 g U. lactuca dan kadar abu terendah diperoleh pada perlakuan C 200 g E.cottonii + 300 g U.lactuca dengan total kadar abu 1.15%. Kadar gula reduksi tertinggi yaitu 9.84% di peroleh dari perlakuan D 250 g E.cottonii + 300 g U.lactuca dan kadar gula reduksi terendah diperoleh pada perlakuan C 200 g E.cottonii + 300 g U. lactuca dengan total kadar gula reduksi yaitu 7.47%.

Abstract

Konsep pemasaran digital dianggap penting untuk menjangkau lebih banyak pelanggan. Dilapangan masih terdapat 70% PMB belum memiliki platform digital dalam melakukan pemasaran jasa pelayanan kesehatan khususnya kesehatan ibu dan anak. Pemanfaatan sosial media diharapkan agar PMB tidak tergerus usahanya di era disrupsi 4.0 sehingga pendapatan pemilik PMB dapat meningkat. Tujuan kegiatan untuk pemberdayaan Praktek Mandiri Bidan (PMB) dalam meningkatkan promosi pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak melalui digital marketing. Manfaat dan potensi kegiatan ini agar PMB dapat menerapkan digital marketing pada akun media sosial sehingga mempermudah akses masyarakat untuk mendapatkan informasi pelayanan kesehatan, perlunya adanya sinergi dengan Perguruan Tinggi dalam rangka menjembatani para pemilik PMB untuk dapat melirik teknologi digital. Populasi pada kegiatan ini adalah PMB di Kota Batam berjumlah 180 orang. Dengan sasaran PMB di Kecamatan Batam Kota. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Agustus 2023. Metode pelaksanaan berupa pemberian edukasi dan pendampingan tentang Penggunaan media sosial untuk pemasaran jasa pelayanan kesehatan Ibu dan anak. Serta Pembuatan platform digital pada akun media sosial (instagram) dengan desain yang menarik untuk membangun branding dan membuat promosi yang dapat dengan mudah di ingat oleh pengguna pelayanan kesehatan. Hasil Kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan responden tentang digital marketing dan peningkatan pemanfaatan sosial media sebagai sarana promosi kesehatan.

Abstract

Kubis merupakan produk hortikultura yang sangat melimpah dan mudah rusak. Hasil panen yang melimpah adalah salah satu masalah yang dihadapi oleh petani. Hal yang tidak dapat dihindari jika surplus tanaman hortikultura adalah rentannya kerugian yang diterima oleh petani disebabkan banyaknya produk yang terbuang karena mengalami pembusukan sehingga tidak memberikan keuntungan secara ekonomi. Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk mengelolah produk-produk hortikultura pada kondisi tersebut, salah satunya dengan memberi perlakuan dengan mengolahnya menjadi pangan fermentasi yang dapat mengurangi resiko kerugian. Kubis yang sangat mudah membusuk menjadi pilihan pangan yang akan difermentasi, mengingat jumlahnya yang melimpah di desa Tombolo Pao. Fermentasi adalah cara yang dapat mencegah kerusakan pada kubis, dibantu oleh beberapa bakteri asam laktat. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberi jalan keluar bagi permasalahan mitra akibat surplus tanaman kubis. Penyuluhan yang diberikan antara lain adalah : 1) menentukan tata cara pembuatan asinan kubis; 2) mengetahui pengaruh penambahan garam pada fermentasi asinan kubis; 3) dan untuk mengetahui karakteristik asinan kubis yang dihasilkan dari beberapa perlakuan. Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kelebihan hasil panen kubis dapat termanfaatkan melalui pembuatan pangan fermentasi Sauerkraut

Abstract

The success of fishing activities is certainly greatly influenced by the conditions of the Fishing Ground (FG). Therefore, information about potential fishing areas is needed by fishermen in fishing activities. Chlorophyll-a is the primary productivity in water. The development of aquatic chlorophyll is influenced by Sea Surface Temperature (SST). The purpose of this study was to analyze the distribution of chlorophyll-a and sea surface temperature (SST) for estimating fish fishing areas based on different seasons in South Buton Waters. This type of research is exploratory research. This study used remote sensing method. The direct interview method with respondents aims to validate data (fishermen) from remote sensing processing. The study used Aqua Modis satellite imagery data to derive parameter values of chlorophyll-a and sea surface temperature. The results of the analysis of the distribution of chlorophyll-a in South Buton waters are the highest with chlorophyll-a concentrations ranging from 0.3-3.0 mg / m³ spread in the waters of Sampolawa and Batauga Districts with surface temperatures ranging from 26 °C and 33 °C. Eastern and Transitional Season II have high levels of chlorophyll-a concentration. This season will be a potential skipjack fishing area in South Buton Waters.

Abstract

Layonga Galung is one of the hamlets in Batulaya Village, Tinambung District, one of the sub-districts in Polewali Mandar Regency, West Sulawesi. The first stage of this service activity is conducting observations. Through observations, the people in Layonga Galung Hamlet know to work as livestock breeders and farmers. The public hopes information about animal feed can increase the productivity of livestock, cattle and goats. The solution to the problem offered in this activity is making fermented animal feed. Activities are carried out through counseling methods and providing materials, demonstrations, mentoring, and evaluation. The main ingredients used are leaves and plants, it has been used as animal feed in this village. Diluted brown sugar is used as a carbon source for Probio-7 microbes. The fermentation process was microaerophilically using a tarpaulin or bucket as a fermentation container, fermentation is carried out for two weeks. Based on the evaluation, the community in Layonga Galong Hamlet has been able to make fermented animal feed independently.

Abstract

The demand for education in the 4.0 era requires that the learning process be able to implement a digital-based learning. System. Strategies in teaching are needed to improve student learning outcomes, one strategy that can be used is the mind mapping method. Through the mind mapping method, students will quickly understand the learning material so that the learning process can be carried out effectively and meet the learning objectives. The aim of this service activity is to improve the ability of Bhayangkari Makassar Middle School teachers in increasing understanding and application of mind mapping learning media. With this training, it is hoped that Kemala Bhayangkari Middle School teachers will be able to apply mind mapping in the learning process. This activity is carried out based on three stages, namely: (1) preparation, (2) activity stage and (3) evaluation stage. The results obtained by the PKM team of the PTP Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, were that the Kemala Bhayangkara Middle School teachers were able to apply the Mind Mapping learning method. This can be seen from the participants' enthusiasm in understanding and applying mind mapping. This training will also provide benefits especially for students in terms of learning methods. Improving the quality of learning will be better and not always conventional.

Abstract

The role of teachers in creating interactive and interesting learning is very important in today's digital era. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve the skills of high school teachers in Pinrang Regency in using the Quizizz application as a gamification-based interactive learning media. Through training and mentoring, this program seeks to overcome the obstacles of limited teacher skills in utilizing interactive learning technology. Observations and interviews show that most teachers are not familiar with the Quizizz application, which has an impact on low student motivation and learning outcomes. This PKM is implemented through training and mentoring methods at the Pinrang Regency Education Office. The training results show a significant increase in teachers' understanding and skills using the application, which directly improves teacher creativity and student learning motivation. This program is expected to improve the quality of learning and have a positive impact on student learning outcomes in Pinrang District.

Abstract

Desa Somba terletak di Kelurahan Mosso Kecamatan Sendana Kabupaten Majene, Sulawesi Barat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diawali dengan observasi. Masyarakat di desa ini bekerja sebagai peternak dan petani. Masyarakat sangat berharap mengetahui proses pengolahan pakan ternak fermentasi. Masyarakat berharap pakan ternak fermentasi dapat dibuat sendiri untuk meningkatkan produktivitas hewan ternak yang dimiliki. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa metode, yaitu diawali dengan pemberian penyuluhan, materi, demonstrasi secara langsung, pendampingan, hingga evaluasi. Bahan baku yang digunakan berasal dari daun dan tanaman yang sering digunakan sebagai pakan ternak di desa Somba. Proses fermentasi pakan memanfaatkan gula merah yang telah diencerkan sebagai sumber nutrisi bagi mikroba Probio-7. Fermentasi pakan ternak menggunakan terpal sebagai wadah fermentasi dan dikondisikan secara mikroaerofilik, fermentasi dilaksanakan selama kurang lebih dua minggu. Hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan masyarakat di Desa Somba telah memiliki pengetahuan untuk membuat pakan ternak fermentasi secara mandiri.
