Abstract

Customer satisfaction is determined by the quality of services and services desired, so that quality becomes a top priority for transportation providers. In Jambi City, the mass transportation that has now been implemented is the Trans Siginjai Bus. Trans Siginjai buses are operated to reduce the use of private vehicles. So that the operation of the Trans Siginjai Bus is required to be able to provide quality service. In order to anticipate user dissatisfaction regarding the services and facilities of the Trans Siginjai Bus, an analysis is needed to determine user satisfaction about the services and facilities provided by the Trans Siginjai Bus. The data obtained is then processed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The data obtained is then processed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results can be concluded that users will be satisfied with the performance and service of the Trans Siginjai Bus if the manager improves the performance of several factors such as the physical condition of the placement of the Trans Siginjai bus stop, arrivals and departures must be on time, and the service and friendliness of the driver and management of the Trans Siginjai Bus must be improved.

Abstract

Students’ morality are changing over time in corresponding to the globalization era. This condition sometimes happens in the junior high school students. The Student fight to others shows the degradation of morality. Finding the solution by organizing Pesantren Kilat to respond morals degradation will be the crucial parts. This program may help teacher to turn their students on good morality. The problem of the research will be focused on the models of teaching in order to supply vision and mission of student moralities values in the form of Pesantren Kilat. An interview and observation was carried out in order to give theclues and detail information on the teaching models in Pesantren Kilat. The finding shows that behavioral technique through giving a good example has provided a significant changing on the students’ moral behavior. Even that there are several students point out that this program is only as part of Ramadhan activities, but at least it gives awareness on the students’ moral behavior.

Abstract

A study of flywheel mass variation is done in order to keeping the undershot waterwheel performance as a picohydro scale power plant. Testing is done with the available mass variation and in pair on each the four-shaft multilevel transmission system. From the test it is know that fluctuation of generator rotation decreases with increased flywheel mass, where the decrease of fluctuation occurred in flywheel mass 11.05 Kg and 14.63 Kg, while the constant rotation of the generator on the flywheel mass 26.54 Kg and 42 Kg. The optimal mounting position to reduce the fluctuation of rotation is the nearest position on the generator is on the fourth shaft. Influence of flywheel mass variation and mounting at transmission level, can be seen through the graph of fluctuation correlation of generator rotation with flywheel mass, indicates that the installation is on fourth shaft there was a decrease of fluctuation along with the addition of flywheel mass, so it affects the power generated generator.Keywords : Flywheel, Fluctuation, Waterwheel, Irrigation, Picohydro

Abstract

Injeksi fluida pada reservoir minyak dapat meningkatkan produksi minyak. Injeksi ini perlu di identifikasi agar tidak merugikan. Salah satu upaya identifikasi injeksi fluida pada reservoir minyak adalah pemantauan dengan mikro gravitasi 4D. Injeksi gas berupa uap air (steam) pada reservoir melalui sumur minyak dapat meningkatkan produksi di sumur-sumur sekitarnya, dengan asumsi gas akan mendorong minyak menuju sumur produksi. Injeksi ini memerlukan identifikasi gerak fluida agar efeknya tidak merugikan. Geometri fluida injeksi pada titik sumur minyak dapat didekati dengan bentuk bola (sphere), sedangkan pergerakan fluida dengan arah tertentu dapat di dekati dengan bentuk silinder. Program inversi dengan matlab telah dibuat untuk kepentingan tersebut. Hasil inversi menunjukkan dapat ditentukannya pusat bola dan silinder, jari-jari bola maupun silinder serta panjang silinder dari kedua model tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an algorithm for placing goods on warehouse shelves. The process of placing goods in a warehouse is generally placed or arranged in a rack. Placement of goods must be correct to achieve space efficiency and high shelf utilization while maintaining balance on the storage shelf. The placement of items that have various volumes and weights must consider their placement position on the storage rack. Placing goods carelessly and only consider the shelf utilization rate will cause an imbalance. Shelf imbalance will accelerate the damage to storage racks, as well as the risk of collapsing shelves. Best placement of goods, in order to achieve shelf utilization and maintain shelf balance, must consider the weight and volume of goods placed against the total center mass of the rack. The procedure for placing goods on the shelf by considering the total center of mass was developed from research on warehouse layout. The procedure for placing goods in warehouse layout research is carried out on a two-dimensional plane (x-axis and y-axis). Whereas in this study, the placement of goods was carried out by considering the location of the goods in a three-dimensional plane (x, y and z axes). The placement algorithm is designed to place goods with various size (volume and weight) on multi-layer racks (with assumption each layer has same load capacity). This research produces two placing algorithms. The first algorithm focuses on the weight and volume of goods, so the pallets containing with largest volume and weight goods are arranged first and placed on the lowest layer. The second algorithm focuses on the weight of the goods, the pallets containing the heaviest goods will be arranged first on the lowest layer. Both algorithms are simulated using numerical data. The algorithm that focuses on weight (the second algorithm) has a better mass center than the algorithm that focuses on the weight and volume of goods (the first algorithm).

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE) and Company Value on Stock returns. The population in this study is a Property and Real Estate Subsector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015-2019. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling which results in 30 companies to be used as samples. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the debt to equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE) and the value of the company simultaneously affected the return of the stock. Partially only the Value of the Company affects the return of the stock.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of the quality of services consisting ofreliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles as well as thelocation of BMT and variables are the most significant influence on thecustomer’s decision to save in BMT Sumber Mulia. The method used in thisstudy is a quantitative approach, with the amount of the sample was 30respondents. The sampling technique used accidential sampling by applyingis linear regression analysis, which previously conducted validity and reliability. Based on these results, we can conclude. First, there was a significant effect of the quality of service which consists of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles on saving decisions. This is evident from the results of the t test with a value of t count t table at the 5% significance level reliability (3.838 1.7011), responsiveness (2.121 1.7011), assurance (3.062 1.7011), empathy (4.760 1.7011), and tangibles (3.290 1.7011). There is a significant influence on the customer decision to save their money in BMT. Based on it location as the t test results are t count t table (3.480 1.7011), with a significance level of 5%. Third, empathy variables are variables that provide the dominant influence on the customer’s decision to saving. It can be seen from the significance value (0.000) is more significant than other variables. Then proceed with the reliability variables with a significance value (0.001), the variable of location (0,002), tangibles (.003), assurance (0.005) and responsiveness with a significance value (0.043). This means that the willingness of employees and managers are more concerned with to draw customer attention on saving their money

Abstract

The experimental design used was randomized complete block design. The first factor is time pruning consist of without pruning apical (W1), pruning time during the vegetative phase of the age of 14 HST (W2), and the pruning phase of generative shoots at age 21 HST (W3), whereas the second factor is composed of phosphate fertilizer from without phosphate fertilizer (P0), 75 kg of phosphate fertilizer / ha (P1), phosphate fertilizer 150 kg / ha (P2), and phosphate fertilizers 225 kg / ha (P3). Data analysis by F test and if thereare significant differences followed by DMRT test and orthogonal contrasts. Variables observed were samples of plant height per plant, number of leaves per plant sample, wet weight of sample plants per plant, plant dry weight per plant samples, flowering, fruit number per plant sample, the sample length of the fruit per plant, weight of fruit per plant sample, wet weight of plants per plot effectively, and dry weight of plants per plot effective. The results showed that the timing of pruning shoots were significantly different to all the observed variables, except variable flowering, while phosphate fertilizer were significantly against all variable. There is interaction between time of pruning shoots and phosphate fertilizers to the plant height per plant sample, the number of leaves per plant sample, wet weight of sample plants per plant, plant dry weight perplant sample, weight of fruit per plant sample, wet weight of plants per plot effectively, and dry weight of plants per plot effective  Key words: cucumber, shoot pruning, fertilizer phosphate

Abstract

Pantai Santolo merupakan daerah pesisir yang terletak di Kecamatan Cikelet, Kabupaten Garut, Jawa Barat. Permasalahan sedimentasi dan pendangkalan pada mulut muara Sungai Cilauteureun yang berada di kawasan Pantai Santolo membuat ketidaklancaran arus lalu lintas pelayaran dan menyebabkan penurunan jumlah kapal motor yang berlabuh di Pelabuhan Perikanan Cilauteureun. Hal ini berakibat pada kurang optimalnya pemanfaatan sumberdaya perikanan di area tersebut. Jetty sepanjang 185 m yang telah dibangun pada bagian timur mulut sungai harus dipotong pada akhir tahun 2019 karena sedimentasi telah menyebabkan terbentuknya tombolo yang menutup alur lalu lintas kapal. Pemodelan hidrodinamika 2-dimensi dan pemodelan transpor sedimen dilakukan pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan software Delft3D untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor hidrodinamika yang berpengaruh terhadap proses sedimentasi yang terjadi di Pantai Santolo terutama di area muara Sungai Cilauteureun sehingga dapat diketahui penanggulangan yang sesuai untuk permasalahan tersebut. Simulasi pemodelan hidrodinamika dilakukan untuk skenario musim barat dan musim timur, sedangkan pemodelan transpor sedimen dilakukan dengan durasi selama satu tahun. Jetty sepanjang 120 m di bagian utara Pulau Santolo dan “sand by passing” pada tombolo yang terbentuk di belakang potongan jetty direkomendasikan pada studi ini untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi.

Abstract

Dalam menunjang kelancaran transportasi pada daerah urban khususnya transportasi darat, dibutuhkan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung. Tingginya jumlah transportasi nasional khususnya kendaraan bermotor pertahun mencapai 6,13 % (BPS,2019). Dampak dari tingginya jumlah transportasi akan timbul ketika penambahan jumlah transportasi tidak diikuti dengan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Seperti adanya peningkatan arus lalu lintas yang tidak seimbang dikarenakan ketersediaan kapasitas jalan yang kecil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi tingkat pelayanan lalu lintas pada ruas simpang tiga Jalan Jendral Sudirman Kuala Tungkal. Perhitungan kinerja simpang menggunakan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Data yang didapat pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei yang dilaksanakan pada pagi sore dan malam hari selama dua hari. Hasil survei menunjukan kondisi eksisting menghasilkan (DS) derajat kejenuhan pada malam hari sebesar 0,84 dimana kondisi eksisting kinerja simpang sudah mencapai kondisi jenuh.
