Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze efforts to prevent fraud in the village financial management system, to identify the driving and inhibiting factors. This research uses qualitative research to see the phenomenon of the village financial management system. The location of this research is Jatimulyo Village, Petanahan District, Kebumen Regency. The data used are sourced from secondary data and primary data, data collection techniques with interview documentation and observation. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation to draw a conclusion. The results of this research Jatimulyo Village has applied the principle of accountability in managing the allocation of village funds is quite good because it involves the community in the management in preventing fraudulent fund management. Jatimulyo Village has implemented the principle of accountability as indicated by the government providing information to the village community about village funds and the village government inviting the community to play an active role in the implementation of monitoring the village government's performance in managing village funds in the next village government work plan.

Abstract

Keselamatan pasien saat ini menjadi perhatian utama dalam berbagai pelayanan kesehatan.Setiap langkah dalam proses pemberian pelayanan pada tingkatan fasilitas kesehatan apapunmengandung resiko akan terjadinya kecelakaan atau kejadian yang tidak diinginkan. Telahbanyak penelitian dilakukan terkait masalah keselamatan pasien di seluruh penjuru dunia.Namun sebagian besar besar masih berfokus pada penelitian keselamatan pasien dalam wilayahpelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit, begitupun program dan kebijakan yang di keluarkan padasuatu negara. Sedangkan penelitian terkait keselamatan pasien yang berfokus pada pelayanankesehatan primer masih sangat sedikit. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui gambaran budayakeselamatan pasien sebelum menghadapi akreditasi di klinik pratama Bhara Medika Purworejo.Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif, cross sectional. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner versi medical officedan dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan software workbook Medical Office Survey ExcelTool versi 5.4 yang juga dikeluarkan oleh Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ).Hasil: Dari 15 responden yang penelitian ini, berasal dari semua sektor organisasi pelayananklinik (medis, paramedis, staf administratif, manajerial, non-medis). Masa kerja terbanyak(47%) responden adalah di antara satu hingga kurang dari tiga tahun. Dan waktu kerja dalamseminggu sebanyak 73% masih di bawah 41 jam. Dari 12 dimensi budaya keselamatan pasien,dimensi kerja sama tim dan pelayanan pasien yang berkelanjutan mendapatkan respon positifyang tertinggi (97%). Dan hanya dimensi pembelajaran berorganisasi yang mendapat responpositif paling sedikit (64%). Hasil yang didapatkan dari responden juga tidak berbeda jauhdengan database yang dikeluarkan oleh AHRQ dari 2.437 kantor medis pada tahun 2017.Kesimpulan: Hampir seluruh dimensi patient safety culture di klinik Bhara Medika termasukmendapat respon positif di atas 50%. Dan Dimensi pembelajaran tekanan dalam bekerja danritme pekerjaan, dan juga dimensi proses kerja dan standardisasi masih harus menjadiperhatian bagi klinik Bhara Medika karena mendapatkan respon positif terendah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of occupational health and safety (K3) on employee performance at PT. AEI South Jakarta, to analyze the influence of competency on employee performance at PT. AEI South Jakarta, to analyze the influence of occupational health and safety (K3) and competency together on employee performance at PT. AEI South Jakarta. Analysis in the research uses SEM PLS, where Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is structural equation modeling in the form of a set of statistical methods based on measurements and structural models. The sample in this research is employees at PT. AEI South Jakarta as many as 126 employees will be used as respondents to fill out the questionnaire using the Slovin sampling technique. The research results state that K3 has a significant positive effect on employee performance, competency has a significant positive effect on employee performance, K3 and competency together have a significant effect on employee performance. K3 and competency contribute to employee performance by 77.6%.

Abstract

If we look at the current era, the development of information technology is very rapid and has a big influence on various aspects of human life. One of them is the science of Multimedia, Multimedia Science is a media that combines two or more elements consisting of text, graphics, images, photos, and audio in an integrated manner which aims to convey information.Multimedia is widely used as a means for marketing a product/service. Advertising acts as a promotional medium for a product/service because it contains various content that is able to attract customers.By using animated videos, it has several added values ??for creators, one of which is that creators can freely process whatever is needed so that they can produce video advertisements in animation that are very interesting and contain a message in it, so that they can become a special attraction.In making animated video promotions made using the Ibis Paint X application as a drawing tool, FlipaClip as a tool to unite images to become moving images and Capcut as an editor to unite audio and video to make it a promotional advertisement with the theme of 2D animation video.

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian ini adalah Mengintegrasikan pendidikan lingkungan dan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan ke dalam kurikulum pesantren,Mendorong kesadaran lingkungan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan di kalangan santri serta membangun model kelembagaan ecopreneur di pesantren yang dapat diadopsi oleh pesantren lain di Indonesia. Metode Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini akan dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan, antara lain:Studi Pendahuluan: Melakukan studi pendahuluan untuk mengevaluasi kondisi eksisting dan kebutuhan pesantren terkait pendidikan lingkungan dan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan, Pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan lingkungan dan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan yang sesuai dengan karakter dan kebutuhan pesantren, Mengadakan pelatihan dan workshop bagi para pengurus pesantren, guru, dan santri tentang konsep dan praktik pendidikan lingkungan dan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan serta mengimplementasikan kurikulum pendidikan lingkungan dan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan di pesantren melalui sesi-sesi pembelajaran dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan melakukan evaluasi berkala terhadap pelaksanaan kurikulum dan efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan di kalangan santri. Hasil pengabdian yang diharapkan nantinya adalah Terintegrasinya pendidikan lingkungan dan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan ke dalam kurikulum pesantren, meningkatnya kesadaran lingkungan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan di kalangan santri, terbentuknya model kelembagaan ecopreneur di pesantren yang dapat diadopsi oleh pesantren lain di Indonesia serta kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam memperkuat peran pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang berkelanjutan dan berorientasi lingkungan.

Abstract

This research entitled "Analysis of Product Quality in Love Tempe - Cemara Asri with Quality Function Deployment Method". Love Tempe is a NON GMO tempe production house which has a very high protein content so it is good for the body. The purpose of this study was to analyze Quality Function Development in an effort to improve the quality of Love Tempe – Cemara Asri products. The method used by the author is descriptive quantitative. The analysis of this research measurement tool uses validity, reliability, and Quality Function Deployment tests. The number of respondents in Love Tempe - Cemara Asri is 97 customers using the Lemeshow calculation formula. The data analysis used is the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) with the help of the House of Quality matrix. The results of this study indicate that the attributes that need to be considered by Love Tempe to meet the needs and desires of consumers are that tempe is always new and fresh, made from selected soybeans, the texture of tempe is soft, hygiene in the production process, NON GMO certification and labeling, appearance of tempe. in accordance with the menu list, the taste of the product is in line with expectations, the production house is clean and comfortable, employees can handle complaints and satisfy customers, the quality of tempe is in line with expectations, the packaging design is attractive, the ease of getting products, the fermentation room is very sterile (29- 30 degrees), tempeh does not fail in production, the shelf life of tempe is longer, and the durability of tempe in the freezer. At the level of technical needs, the requirements that need to be carried out by Love Tempe are the use of quality raw materials, maintaining and improving the cleanliness of rooms and products, improving the quality control inspection process, improving the product design of love tempe, the process of making tempe in accordance with standards, employee training in serving consumers , online product marketing, and increasing the durability of tempe with quality control.

Abstract

This study entitled "The Effect of Marketplace and Search Engine Optimization on Sales Volume at Fortunate Coffee CemaraAsri". Lucky Coffee is a company engaged in the culinary field that provides a variety of healthy vegetarian foods. Lucky Coffee itself is located at JalanCemara Boulevard Utara Medan No. 8, CemaraAsri Complex, Deli Serdang. According to (Sumartini & Tias, 2019)sales volume is demand expressed quantitatively in terms of physical or volume or unit of a product. According to Opiida in (Kusumaningsih et al., 2021). Online marketplace is an internet-based online media that is used as a place for business transactions, where buyers can find as many sellers as possible according to market price criteria. In the Book (Enterprise, 2017)Search Engine Optimization is a way to increase a site's ranking in the list of search engine results. The method that the author uses is quantitative. The method that the author uses is quantitative. For research, the goal itself is to find out whether there is an effect of marketplace and search engine optimization on sales volume at Lucky Coffee CemaraAsri. The data used by the author is a questionnaire of 97 respondents for the sample taken. In the normality test on the Kolmogorov Smirnov column using the exact sig, it was found to be 0.07, which means that the data is normally distributed (> 0.05). The results of the multicollinearity test performed showed that the VIF obtained was 1.007 and also a tolerance of 0.993 means that multicollinearity does not occur (VIF <10 and tolerance > 0.1). The results of the heteroscedasticity test performed showed that Sig. the marketplace variable is 0.590 and search engine optimization is 0.073 so that in this study there is no heteroscedasticity problem (> 0.05). The test results for the coefficient of determination is 13.1%, which means that marketplace and search engine optimization have an influence on sales volume. The results of the multiple regression test are Y = 15.862 + 0.228 X1 + 0.305 X2. The results of the T test, the marketplace is 2.837 and search engine optimization is 2.642, where the ttable value is 1.985, tcount>ttable, then the marketplace and search engine optimization have an influence on sales volume. The result of fcount is 8.221 and ftable is 3.09 with a significance of 0.001. Thus, the independent variable has a significant effect simultaneously on the dependent variable.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study which aims to describe the problem solving process of a professional teacher in finding solutions to problems of the Problem With Contradiction Information type. This research involved 1 mathematics teacher who had a professional teacher education certificate and had taught for at least 5 years (S1) and 1 mathematics teacher who had taught for at least 5 years but did not yet have a professional teacher education certificate (S2) and 1 prospective teacher who was still carrying out studies. S1 and does not yet have a professional teacher education certificate (S3). Data collection was carried out by tests and interviews. The research results showed that only S3 carried out all the IDEAL problem solving indicators and was the only research subject who realized the existence of contradictions in the given problem. Meanwhile, S1 and S2 do not look back and learn. All subjects started solving the problem by reading and making propositions from the problem given. S3 stated that he read twice, namely reading in depth and reading quickly to review the known data. S1 experienced Pythagorean priming when implementing the Making a Drawing and Backwards strategy. Meanwhile, S2 in implementing the Backwards strategy often has to do some work in his working memory so there are several steps that are not written down. S2 is aware that there is unnecessary data but considers it an open ended question. Meanwhile, S3 succeeded in stating that the question contained elements of contradiction and could not be done in the anticipating outcome and looking back steps. If you want to become a good problem solver then spend most of your time identifying and understanding problems and then determining how to work. Good problem solvers are not in a hurry but are still effective in solving problems. You even need to consider whether the problem can be solved or not.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the waste bank management program and the waste bank management model in Benda Baru Subdistrict, South Tangerang City. This research uses a qualitative approach, data collection techniques using observations, in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and documentation. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. The informants consisted of 5 groups of informants, namely the Environmental Service, Village Employees, Waste Bank Managers, Environmental Monitoring Institutions and the Community of Banda Baru Village, South Tangerang City. This research uses the Miles and Huberman Model Qualitative Data Analysis Technique where the implementation of the waste bank management program uses policy implementation theory from George C. Edwards III, namely four variables in public policy, namely Communication, Resources, attitudes (dispositions or attitudes) and bureaucratic structure and Van Horn Theory. The latest in this research is the collaboration between the use of information technology and public policy regarding waste bank management. Waste bank management model to implement a waste bank management program by including information technology elements in the information flow, sorting/sorting flow, bookkeeping flow and customer deposit distribution flow at the waste bank. Meanwhile, the model for implementing the waste bank management program in the flow of collecting or purchasing waste from local government waste banks requires establishing a Regional Owned Enterprise or regional company that specifically handles waste produced from waste banks. This has a massive impact on the green economy concept to improve community welfare.

Abstract

Tujuan perusahaan/institusi tidak mungkin terwujud tanpa peran aktif pegawai, bagaimanapun mutakhirnya alat-alat yang dimiliki perusahaan/institusi tersebut. Sarana dan prasarana yang mutakhir yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan/ institusi tidak akan efektif apabila tidak ditunjang oleh peran aktif pegawai, tidak terlepas instansi Perguruan Tinggi seperti Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Dalam mencapai tujuannya untuk memfasilitasi seluruh aspek dan unit- unit di bawahnya, termasuk mahasiswa, para pegawai Rektorat Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta dibekali dengan ilmu dan pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan oleh masing-masing Biro. Penelitian dengan judul ”Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Kepemimpinan dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Motivasi dan Dampaknya Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Rektorat Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta” ini menggunakan uji t untuk menguji tingkat signifikansi. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap 10 hipotesis yang diajukan, menggunakan nilai t-value dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05. Nilai t-value dalam program AMOS 22.00 merupakan nilai Critical Ratio (C.R) pada Regression Weights: Group number 1- Default model dari fir model. Apabila nilai Critical Ratio (C.R) ≥ 1,967 atau nilai probabilitas (P) ≤ 0,05 maka Ho ditolak (hipotesis penelitian diterima). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data, ditemukan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Motivasi, terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi, terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Motivasi, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, terdapat pengaruh negatif yang tidak signifikan Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, Variabel motivasi tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, variabel Motivasi dapat memediasi pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, variabel Motivasi tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh Pengembangan Karir terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pihak Rektorat Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta sudah menjalankan kaidah-kaidah dalam Manajemen SDM, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari pola kerja pegawai yang sudah menjalankan tanggung jawab dan kewajibannya.
