Abstract

The main purpose of education, according to Madjid as written in his fundamental political agenda about education, is increasing the value of the purity of human being given from God. This is related to the concept of tarbiyah and fitrah as keywords of Islamic education with the goal of fostering the whole person development through character building as well as the development of piety to Allah. This paper employs the semiotic research method and interpretive paradigm and qualitative methodology. This research was based on text analysis by reading text books as sign system. In Indonesian history, education has also raised the idea and the movement of modern nationalism. Therefore, education should be a form of the foremost strategic and productive inventory that should be put on one of the highest levels in the national development priority of Indonesia.

Abstract

Among the latest problems encountered in the Arabic teaching in Islamic University is the poor ability of students in comprehending Arabic texts, either classic or contemporary ones. This is not only caused by the insufficiency of student ability in understanding sentence structure, but also the scantiness vocabulary mastery. The use of mu’jam ‘arabi as one of the language learning methods is very important. Unfortunately in Islamic university, there is no exclusive Arabic encyclopedia. This paper explores the urgency of mu’jam in coping with some problems of Arabic teaching in Islamic university, such as IAIN, STAIN and others.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that has a very high morbidity and mortality rate. This disease cannot be cured but can be controlled with good self-management. This research supports the need for appropriate information and educational media in supporting the self-management of patients with diabetes mellitus. This research is qualitative and quantitative. The sample of this study was 105 people with diabetes. Data collection was conducted from July to November 2019 at 7 Puskesmas in Padang City, namely: Nanggalo, Lapai, Alai, Andalas, Ambacang, Kuranji, and Pauh, with interview questions and interviews. Qualitative data processing techniques with coding and data validity by triangulation and analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and analysis. Quantitative data analysis uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis with the Lisrel 8.7 program. The results showed that the informants were elderly (56-65 years), 60% had good self-management quality, 65% actively participated in chronic disease management programs, 49.5 did not have cellphones. All aspects of self-management, namely blood sugar testing, physical exercise, taking medicine, diet and health education, can be used as educational material. Research information shows the fact most still need information about self-management of diabetics and in the form of conventional media. Informants who use phones that are approved for Android-based self-management applications.

Abstract

Modernisme  telah  berhasil  mewujudkan  kemajuan  yang spektakuler, khususnya dalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Di  sisi  lain,  ia  telah  menampilkan  wajah  kemanusiaan  yang  buram  berupa  kemanusiaan  modern  sebagai  kesengsaraan  rohaniah.  Modernitas  telah  menyeret  manusia  pada  kegersangan  spiritual.  Ekses  ini  merupakan  konsekuensi  logis  dari  paradigma  modernisme  yang  terlalu  bersifat  materialistik  dan  mekanistik,  dan  unsur  nilai-nilai  normatif  yang  telah  terabaikan. Hingga melahirkan problem-problem kejiwaan yang variatif.  Ironisnya,  masalah  kejiwaan  yang  dihadapi  individu  sering  mendapat  reaksi negatif dari orang-orang yang berada di sekitarnya. Secara  singkat  lahirnya  keterbatasan  pemahaman masyarakat mengenai etiologi gangguan jiwa, di samping karena  nilai-nilai tradisi dan budaya yang masih kuat berakar, sehingga gangguan jiwa  sering  kali  dikaitkan  oleh  kepercayaan  masyarakat  yang  bersangkutan.  Oleh  karenanya,  masih  ada  sebagian  masyarakat  yang  tidak  mau  terbuka  dengan  penjelasan-penjelasan  yang  lebih  ilmiah  (rasional  dan  obyektif)  dan  memilih  untuk mengenyampingkan perawatan medis dan psikiatris terhadap gangguan  jiwa. Dalam  konsep  kesehatan  mental  Islam,  pandangan  mengenai  stigma  gangguan  jiwa  tidak  jauh  berbeda  dengan  pandangan  para  ahli  kesehatan  mental pada umumnya. Namun,  yang ditekankan di dalam konsep kesehatan  mental Islam di sini adalah mengenai stigma gangguan jiwa yang timbul oleh  asumsi bahwa gangguan jiwa disebabkan oleh pengaruh kekuatan supranatural  dan hal-hal gaib.

Abstract

The purpose of this quantitative study was  to examine the language learning strategies of TEFL students at State Islamic Institute of Kerinci. The data were collected through a survey dengan mengunakan the Indonesian version Oxford’s (1990) Strategy Inventory for Language Learning and were analyzed through the Rasch Analysis. The results revealed that metacognitive strategy and social strategy were the most and the least frequently used strategy respectively. Considerable differences existed in the second most frequently used strategy across the variable of gender. For male respondents, it was the compensatory strategy, while for female respondents, it was the affective strategy. In addition, cognitive strategy, the third most frequently used strategy by male respondents, is the last for their female counterparts. The first three most frequently used strategies by male respondents were dominated by the direct type of strategies, while for female respondents these were dominated by the indirect ones.

Abstract

Influence levels of lead (Pb) in plants glodokan (Polyalthia longifolia Sonn) against the density of stomata and chlorophyll was strongly influenced by differences in the number of motor vehicles and physical factors contained in Langsa. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors influencing the accumulation of lead (Pb) in the three streets in the city this Langsa. This research implemented in March 2014, analyzed at the Center for Research and Standard, tissue culture USU (Universitas Sumatera Utara) Medan. The research location is determined by using the method Purpasive Radom Sampling at the third street, namely: Jalan A. Yani, Jalan Sudirman and Jalan Medan B.Aceh. On the road A. Yani biggest influence is a motorcycle with a number of 4384 units, with the accumulation of lead (Pb)

Abstract

Abstract: The ability of teachers in analyzing SK-SD a separate issue in school, the study was conducted in SMP N 2 Mount Sahilan, based on the phenomenon of still optimal capability of teachers in preparing SK-SD. This study uses the discussion in order to improve the ability of teachers to analyze SK-SD. This type of research is action research school with the results showed that the teacher gives a positive response to the draft action research compiled by the supervisor to improve the ability of teachers to prepare lesson plans, especially in the analysis / assessment tehadap Competency Standards and Basic Competence in order to develop the syllabus. Abstract

Abstrak - Pasal 13 Qanun Nomor 11 tahun 2002 tentang pelaksanaan syariat Islam bidang Akidah, Ibadah dan Syiar Islam menyebutkan bahwa setiap orang Islam wajib menggunakan busana Islami, Pasal 20 Perda No 5 Tahun 2000 tentang pelaksanaan syariat Islam menyebutkan bahwa Pemerintah Daerah berkewajiban membentuk badan yang berwenang mengawasi pelaksanaan syariat Islam yaitu Wilayatul Hisbah. Di dalam pembuatan videoklip lagu Aceh banyak penyanyi dan model yang tidak menggunakan busana Islami, hal ini bertentangan dengan Syariat Islam.Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan pembuatan videoklip lagu Aceh tidak sesuai dengan syariat Islam, kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh Wilayatul Hisbah dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya, dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh Wilayatul Hisbah untuk mewujudkan pemakaian busana Islami pada pembuatan videoklip lagu Aceh.Untuk memperoleh data dalam penulisan skripsi ini, dilakukan penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Wilayatul Hisbah belum pernah melakukan pengawasan terhadap pemakaian busana Islami pada pembuatan videoklip lagu Aceh, dibuktikan dengan masih banyak beredar videoklip lagu Aceh yang menggunakan pakaian tidak sesuai dengan Syariat Islam, dalam menjalankan tugasnya Wilayatul Hisbah mengalami kendala-kendala seperti belum adanya aturan pelaksana, belum terjalinnya kerjasama, kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat, pemahaman yang beragam terhadap Agama didalam masyarakat, belum adanya sanksi, dan Wilayatul Hisbah melakukan upaya penyelesaian kendala dengan mengacu pada kendala-kendala yang dialami dalam mewujudkan pemakaian busana Islami pada pembuatan videoklip lagu Aceh.Disarankan kepada Wilayatul Hisbah agar menjalankan tugas dan wewenangnya dengan maksimal, dan membuat aturan serta membentuk sebuah lembaga sensor videoklip lagu Aceh dengan pihak-pihak terkait.Kata Kunci : Peran Wilayatul Hisbah, Mewujudkan, Pemakaian, Busana Islami, Videoklip Lagu Aceh Abstract - Article13 of Qanun Number 11 in 2002 about islamic syariat implemetation in the field of aqidah, ibadah and islamic syiar states that every moslem oblige to wearing moslem clothes, Pasal 20 perda Number 5 in 2000 about islamic syariat implementation states that the district goverment is obligated to create an organization which is competence to oversee islamic syariat implementation, that is Wilayatul Hisbah. In contracting Acheness song clipvideo, there are a lot of singers or models are not wearing moslem clothes, the case is contradictory toward islamic syariat. The purpose of the study is to explain the causes of Acehness song clipvideo contraction which is not appropriate to islamic syariat, to explain the obstacles which is faced by Wilayatul Hisbah in implementing its duties and functions and to explain the efforts of Wilayatul Hisbah to obtain wearing moslem clothes on Acehness song of clip video contraction. To collect the data in this study, the writer conducted library research and field research. Based on the result of this study, revealed that Wilayatul Hisbah was not doing surveillance yet toward wearing moslem clothes on Acehness song of  clipvideo contraction. It is proved by a lot of Acehness song of clipvideo are still spread which wear clothes is not appropriate to islamic syariat. In implementing the duty, wilayatul hisbah has obstacles such as there is no implementer rule yet, coorperation, less society awareness, various comprehension toward Religion in society, there is no punishment yet, and Wilayatul Hisbah make an effort to solve the obstacles by ponder a way on the obstacles to bring wearing moslem clothes into reality on contraction of Aceness song clipvidoe. Suggested that Wilayatul Hisbah implements its duty and competence dengan maksimal, makes rules and make an censor organization of Acehness song clipvideo with related people.Keywords: Wilayatul Hisbah’s role, obtaining, wearing, Islamis clothes , Acehness song clipvideo
