Abstract

This study discusses how incentives, work motivation affect employee performance in Cigudeg District. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of incentives and work motivation on employee performance in Cigudeg District. The sampling technique used a questionnaire technique with a total of 50 respondents who were employees of Cigudeg District. The analytical test tool used is SmartPLS v.4 with the SEM (Structural Equatoin Modeling) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, incentives and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The development of the culinary business is increasingly rapid, marked by the emergence of many cafes which are increasingly common in Indonesia. Many cafes run culinary businesses that take advantage of practicality in consuming food and drinks. This research aims to determine consumer responses and the influence of content marketing and store atmosphere factors on consumer responses to café visitors simultaneously or partially. The population and sample are 120 consumers taken by nonprobability sampling technique. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and verification. The instrument test was carried out with validity and reliability. Research data analysis includes multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that content marketing and store atmosphere are considered good. Simultaneously and partially, content marketing and store atmosphere factors have a positive and significant effect on consumer responses.

Abstract

This research project is titled "The Effect of Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance at SMK Budiniah Bogor Regency," and it has the following research objectives: 1) to determine whether the work environment affects teacher performance at SMK Budiniah Bogor Regency; 2) to determine whether organizational culture affects teacher performance at SMK Budiniah Bogor Regency; and 3) to determine whether the work environment and organizational culture together affect teacher performance. An technique known as quantitative descriptive research is used for this study, with the sample size being set at 55 people drawn from Budiniah Vocational School in the Bogor Regency. At Budiniah Vocational High School in the Bogor Regency, both the work environment and the organizational culture have a significant impact on the performance of the teachers.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Effect of Reward and Punishment on the discipline of teacher performance at the Zaid Bin Tsabit Foundation. The aims of this research are: To determine the effect of reward on the disciplinary performance of teachers at the Zaid Bin Tsabit Foundation, to determine the effect of punishment on the disciplinary performance of teachers at the Zaid Bin Tsabit Foundation, to determine the effect of reward and punishment together on the disciplinary performance of teachers at the Foundation Zaid Bin Tsabit. This research method uses quantitative research with a sample size of 53 people. The results of the research showed that there was no significant influence between reward on the disciplinary performance of teachers at the Zaid Bin Tsabit Foundation, there was a significant influence between punishment on the disciplinary performance of teachers at the Zaid Bin Tsabit Foundation, and there was a significant influence between the reward and punishment variables together at the Zaid Foundation Bin Tsabit.

Abstract

The development of the business world demands effective human resource management. However, the high unemployment rate in Indonesia highlights the need to foster creativity and innovation to create new job opportunities, especially in the digital economy era, which enables promising online business opportunities. The purpose of this research is to understand how planning models for the development of creativity and innovation can be applied in the digital economy era. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study consists of actors in L.Fashion.Id (resellers and customers), totaling 78 individuals. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that creativity and innovation have a significant impact on the digital economy. Additionally, the digital economy in L.Fashion.Id has increased sales volume over the past three years.

Abstract

PT Agro Nusantara Indonesia has experienced fluctuations in fertilizer production over the past five years. This has been identified as being due to a lack of employee training and motivation. Job training is important for improving employee skills and can help companies optimize their investments. Motivated employees tend to be more enthusiastic and proactive in achieving company goals. This study used a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 52 PT Agro Nusantara Indonesia employees. A saturated sample was used, where the sample size equals the population size. The data analysis techniques used were t-tests and multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that: Job training does not have a significant effect on employee performance, Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and Job training and work motivation have a simultaneous considerable effect on employee performance. The company needs to improve its work motivation programs to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, workload on employee turnover intention. This research method is quantitative, and the population used is employees of PT Panasonic Manufacturing Indonesia with a sample size of 50 respondents to Business Unit X employees. Researchers used data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires, literature study. The instrument test results in this study used multiple regression analysis, t test, and then f test and the results obtained from this study are that on the Job Stress variable (X1), positive and significant results are obtained for the employee turnover intention variable (Y), which can be interpreted as having high work stress for employees, so will high turnover intention. the workload variable (X2) has a positive and significant relationship to employee turnover intention, which means that there is a high workload, the higher the turnover intention.

Abstract

It is hoped that this research can determine how much influence Salary and Work Inspiration have on the Implementation of City Representatives in the Ciampea Region. This kind of exploratory strategy is a quantitative technique. The instruments used in this study are important information obtained from the survey and optional information from the Ciampea area profile connection. The population in this study are sub-area workers and cities in the Ciampea region. Tests in this study using a quantitative strategy with an example of 50 respondents. The consequences of testing the test equipment using different direct relapse investigations, half-way speculation testing (T) and concurrent theory testing (F), which shows that there is a very large impact between remuneration and work inspiration on the performance of representatives with the consequences of various relapse checks of Y = 1.923 + 0.130 X1 + 0.0393 X2. The results of the work preparation t test were obtained at t count 3.234 > t table 2.0117, so at that time ho1 was disbanded and ha1 was recognized, where there was an influence between Remuneration on Representative Implementation. While the result of the work inspiration t test is obtained t count 5.643 > t table 2.0117, this means that ho2 is omitted and ha2 is recognized, where there is an influence between work inspiration and representative implementation. Moreover, the result of the f test obtained f count 16.727 > f table 3.20 this shows that ho3 is rejected and ha3 is recognized, where there is a synchronous impact on Representative Execution.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami dan menguraikan pembentukan start up digital (Speak Live) dan mengetahui pengaruh dari start up digital (Speak Live) dan metode long distance learning terhadap kemampuan berbahasa inggris. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kombinasi (mix methods) dengan model urutan penemuan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode kualitatif melibatkan mahasiswa dan tutor bahasa asing sebagai subjek penelitian, dengan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dan wawancara. Metode kuantitatif melibatkan pengguna Speak Live di Medan, dengan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pengguna platform Speak Live mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan berbahasa Inggris. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan start-up digital Speak Live dan metode long distance learning secara efektif meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris pada kelompok eksperimen. penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa penggunaan start-up digital Speak Live dan pendekatan long distance learning memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris. Temuan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi berharga dalam upaya pengembangan kompetensi bahasa dalam konteks manajemen sumber daya manusia, serta mengilhami langkah-langkah lebih lanjut dalam inovasi pendidikan berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

Tujuan dar penelitian n untuk mengetahu pengaruh motivas dan Etos Kerja terhadap kualitas kerja kayarawan PT. Otomitra Tegar Mandir Bogor. Dengan metode penelitian berupa pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regres linear berganda. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan tehnik sensus yaitu keseluruhan populas dijadikan sampel (responden) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 31 responden. Penelitian n menggunakan SPSS 17 for windows. Hasil analisis regres diperoleh koefisien untuk variabel motivas sebesar 0,530 ; untuk variabel etos kerja sebesar 0,471 ; dengan konstanta sebesar -1,898 sehingga model persamaan regres yang diperoleh adalah sebaga berikut: Y = -1,989 + 0,530X1 + 0,471X2. Sedangkan hasil motivas terhadap kinerja karyawan menunjukkan nila t hitung sebesar 3.210 dan p value (Sig) sebesar 0.000 yang d atas alpha 5%. Artinya bahwa motivas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan d PT. Otomitra Tegar Mandiri. Sehingga hasil hipotesis 1 d terima. Sedangkan pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan menunjukkan nila t hitung 0,471 dan p value (Sig) sebesar 0.064 yang d bawah alpha 5%. Artinya bahwa etos kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Otomitra Tegar Mandiri. Sehingga hasil hipotesis 2 d tolak. Pada penelitian n maka variabel yang dominan mempengaruh kualitas karyawan adalah variabel motivasi.
