Abstract

Stunting can be caused by a variety of factors, such as the implementation of initiation of early breastfeeding which is not appropriate and the provision of breast milk is not exclusive. The purpose of this study was to know the relationship between early breastfeeding initiation and exclusive breastfeeding with stunting in two-year-old infants aged 7-24 months in the work area of Pantoloan Health Center. This type of research was an analytical survey with design cross-sectional. The sample in this study were two-year-old infants aged 7-24 months totaling 57 samples with sampling techniques namely proportional random sampling and data analysis using Chi-Square. The results showed that respondents who experienced stunting were 36.8% and not stunting 63.2%. Respondents who had early breastfeeding initiationn din not tend to experience stunting (79.2%), while respondents who received exclusive breastfeeding tended not to experience stunting (81.0%). The results of the statistical test showed a significant relationship between early breastfeeding initiation and exclusive breastfeeding with stunting with the same p-value of 0.033 (α<0.05). The conclusion is that there was a relationship between early breastfeeding initiation and exclusive breastfeeding with stunting. Suggestions for researchers and for health workers to maximize promote and implement early breastfeeding initiations and exclusive breastfeeding for mothers to prevent and minimize the incidence of stunting in children in the future.

Abstract

Plan International is a community and humanitarian development organization focused on children and equality for girls. Commit to making a long-term plan for the lives of vulnerable and marginalized children to promote equality. Plan International created a global movement called Girls Get Equal. In this movement, there are Girls Leadership activities that can increase leadership in girls. The purpose of this writing is to explore the efforts made by Plan International and Plan International Indonesia in campaigning the global GGE movement for the leadership of girls in Indonesia.Girls Get Equal focuses on giving girls strength and opportunity. Girls Get Equal campaign we can better face gender norms of all girls problems and achieve girls right. GGE is a campaign framework that provides an overall idea and is supported by good reason. The main focus of the Plan is to prioritize girls problems such as; education, health, child marriage, teenage pregnancy. Plan invites agencies that have the power to stand together in fulfilling the right of children and girls.The conclusion of this study has led to a number of result. First; Plan International carries out activitiesInternational Day of the Girls in the Girls Get Equal campaign. Second; With the activities of the IDG commemoration, Plan created an activity called Girls Leadership, and we will see that girls are able to become leaders and can get the same opportunities in leading. Third; the mechanism of Girls Leadership activities, also called Girls Takeover, which later selected girls will lead in several agencies, both Government and non-government.Keywords: Gender Equality, Girls, Girls Get Equal, Plan International

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan usaha franchise ikan dan menyusun rencana pengembangan usaha di Ngikan Yuk. Penelitian dan pembahasan yang dilakukan dengan analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal, analisis Strength, Weakness, Opportunity dan Threats (SWOT). Hasil penelitian adalah perusahaan sudah menjalin hubungan yang sangat baik dengan para pekerjanya, kemudian mempunyai hubungan yang baik dengan pemasok dan pembeli. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan tidak adanya keluhan dari pekerja dan peningkatan permintaan produk. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan strategi Best-Value sangat baik demi menunjang perluasan cakupan bisnis (economic of scope).
