Abstract

It is plausible that the psychoanalysis approach holds an important role in exploring people’s personalities, the world of conscious drives. The human personality is categorized into id, ego, and superego, while consciousness is divided into three different provinces, namely unconscious, subconscious, and conscious. However, language teachers’ interest in exploring such beneficial approach to learning is limited. To respond to such gap, a systematic literature review was employed following phases: identification, comprehension, application, analysis, and synthesis. Results revealed that four id EFL learning characteristics are primitive personality, biological identity, an instinct to seek pleasure, and automaticity. Hiding, covering, and undressing are the indicators of the primitive personality and are human biological responses to danger. On the other hand, the human senses, cognitive process, and speech organs define the EFL learners’ biological personality. As for the automaticity learning, it seems to be achievable by unconscious learning and good learning culture. The basic assumption is that a higher-level skill cannot be acquired unless a lower one has been automatized. Applying such concepts, the characteristics of seeking pleasure to learn language, needs the creativity of EFL teachers, delightful teaching, good teaching culture, and facilities as once EFL learning automatized or internalized, enormous impact will be gained.

Abstract

In 1994, it has been set Salamanca Statement and Framework for Action on Special Needs Education which contains about the importance of Education for all including education for children with special needs. In the development time, it was then born the idea of inclusive education is friendly public education for all children without exception. In Indonesia, 10 years ago, the Indonesian government has shown the attitude to education for children with special needs to enact legislation governing the national education system and also specifically on inclusive education in Indonesia. But along the way, there are still many schools that still not understand the concept, implementation, and strategies on the implementation of the inclusive education. Abstract

Abstrak Tulisan ini merupakan salah satu upaya untuk membahas tugas dan pertimbangan dari peran tes yang dibuat guru sebagai salah satu bentuk evaluasi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar bagi mahasiswa. Hal ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dan manfaat bagi para guru bahasa Inggris, pembuat tes atau para praktisi untuk mendorong mereka dalam membuat tes yang memenuhi syarat tanpa mengabaikan prosedur standar untuk membuat tes yang baik. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi tentang mengapa tes yang baik diperlukan dan harus diperhatikan oleh pembuat tes mengenai keandalan, keajegan, dan kepraktisannya dalam merancang tes yang baik (lihat Brown, 2004). Kata kunci: evaluasi, reliabilitas, validitas, kepraktisan, tes yang baik ABSTRACT This paper is an attempt to discuss the tasks and considerations of the role of teacher-made test as one type of the evaluation in teaching and learning 82activities for university students. It is also expected to give contributions and benefits to the English teachers, test makers or practitioners to encourage them in making a qualified test without neglecting the standard procedure of making a good test. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sejauhmana Peran Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru PAK dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan rohani siswa kelas IX di SMP NEGERI 2 SIANTAR. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 53 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, sedangkan analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian hipotesis adalah korelasi product moment pearson dengan alat pengumpulan data adalah angket untuk Variabel X (Peran Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru PAK) dan Variabel Y (Pertumbuhan Rohani Siswa). Untuk mengetahui sejauhmana Peran Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru PAK dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan rohani siswa, maka digunakan Uji Statistik Korelasi Product Moment Pearson. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh pengujian korelasi (r) 0,33 dengan uji determinasi sebesar 10.89% dan untuk mengetahui signifikan tidaknya koefisien korelasi pada taraf nyata (𝛼) = 0,05 maka diadakan uji “t” dengan kriteria pengujian jika thitung yang didapat dari perhitungan lebih besar (>) dari ttabel pada taraf signifikan 1 – 0,05 dengan dk = n – 2 maka hipotesis diterima dan dalam hal lain ditolak. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh thitung > ttabel( 2,49> 1,67 ), maka hipotesis diterima. Dengan demikian dapat dikemukakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Peran Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru PAK dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan rohani siswa di SMP NEGERI 2 SIANTAR Kata Kunci: komunikasi interpersonal, pertumbuhan rohani siswa ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to find out the Role of the Interpersonal Communication of PAK Teacher in improving spiritual growth of Grade IX Studnets in SMP Negeri 2 Siantar. The number of samples is 53 students. This research applies descriptive method; meanwhile data analysis used for hypothesis testing is Pearson‘ product-moment correlation, of which the instruments of data collection are questionnairs for variable X (Role of interpersonal communication of PAK Teacher) and variable Y (the spiritual growth of students). To examine the Role of the Interpersonal Communication of PAK Teacher in improving spiritual growth, correlation product moment of Pearson was used as the statistical measurement. The data analysis showed that correlation (r) was 0,33 with the determination value at 10.89%; and to know whether the correlation coefficient was significant or insignificant at the level of (α) = 0,05, t- test was conducted of which the criterion was if tcount got from the measurement was (>)higher than ttabel at the significant level of 1 – 0,05 with dk = n – 2, the hypothesis was accepted and vice versa. Seen from the result of data analysis, it was found that tcount > ttabel( 2,49> 1,67 ), it meant that the hypothesis was accepted. Therefore, it could be stated that there was a significant effect of the Interpersonal Communication of PAK Teacher in improving spiritual growth at IX class at SMP Negeri 2 Siantar. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan karakter di SMP Al-Hilaal Kamal yang mana di dalamnya mencakup memahami dan menjelaskan tentang pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter.Menjelaskan kendala yang dihadapi serta strategi yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi.Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru mata pelajaran agama, dan guru mata pelajaran pkn. Hasil penelitian ini adalah implementasi pendidikan karakter di SMP Al-Hilaal Kamal belum sepenuhnya efektif disebabkan oleh kurangnya kerjasama yang baik antara pihak sekolah dan pihak yayasan serta komite sekolah. Hal ini yang menyebabkan proses evaluasi pendidikan karakter kurang berjalan dengan baik karena tidak adanya dukungan dari yayasan dan komite sekolah. Solusi yang diberikan adalah pihak yayasan serta komite sekolah harus bersama-sama dengan pihak sekolah untuk bekerjasama dalam mengawal proses pendidikan karakter baik dalam proses pelaksanaan sampai dengan proses evaluasi, dan ketiga pihak tersebut harus profesional, agar pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter bisa berjalan dengan efektif.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis seberapa jauh variabel motivasi kerja, keterampilan kerja dan perilaku kognitif pegawai berhubungan terhadap pengembangan karir pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel independen motivasi kerja, keterampilan kerja dan perilaku kognitif terhadap pengembangan karir pegawai ditentukan oleh persamaan regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Untuk mengetahui signifikansi, data yang diperoleh dari angket diuji validitasnya melalui validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, linieritas dan homogenitas. Metode analisis menggunakan uji t dan uji F dengan pemrosesan data menggunakan software SPSS versi 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan pengembangan karir. Dari hasil analisis uji t pada tabel , diperoleh t hitung sebesar 2,938 dan signifikansi nilai t sebesar 0,005 artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif antara variabel motivasi kerja dan pengembangan karir pegawai karena nilai signifikansi t hitung < alpha (0,05), (2) terdapat hubungan antara keterampilan kerja terhadap pengembangan karir. Dari hasil analisis uji t pada tabel , diperoleh t hitung sebesar 5,123 dan signifikansi nilai t sebesar 0,000 artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif antara variabel keterampilan kerja dan pengembangan karir pegawai karena nilai signifikansi t hitung < alpha (0,05), (3) terdapat hubungan antara perilaku kognitif terhadap pengembangan karir. Dari hasil analisis uji t pada tabel , diperoleh t hitung sebesar 4,811 dan signifikansi nilai t sebesar 0,000 artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif antara variabel perilaku kognitif dan pengembangan karir pegawai karena nilai signifikansi t hitung < alpha (0,05), (4) diketahui nilai Sig. adalah sebesar 0,000. Karena nilai Sig. < 0,05, maka sesuai dengan dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam uji F dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima atau dengan kata lain motivasi kerja (X1), keterampilan kerja (X2) dan perilaku kognitif (X3) secara simultan berhubungan terhadap pengembangan karir (Y).

Abstract

The global pandemic of the Covid-19 outbreak has caused problems in various aspects of life. Several countries have invented or made the Covid-19 vaccine. However, there are still many countries that have not been able to find or make the Covid-19 vaccine, including ASEAN countries. This raises questions that are the topic of discussion in this article, namely about ASEAN's attitude towards 2 different interests between patent protection for the Covid-19 vaccine and humanitarian interests in overcoming the Covid-19 outbreak. Does Patent protection take priority or humanitarian interest take precedence? To discuss this topic, the authors use normative legal research methods based on secondary data or bibliography. The topic was discussed by comparing various legal provisions, both national and international, in order to obtain the main findings stating that patent protection also prioritizes humanitarian interests

Abstract

One aspect that contributes to the quality of education in Indonesia, which is still low, is the commitment of the teaching profession to carry out the work. Based on the data and direct observation, it was found that the professional commitment of the teacher was quite good but not optimal. This study aims to analyze the positive and significant influence of digital literacy on the commitment of the teaching profession in the Rantepao District. The survey is quantitative to find factual facts in decision-making. With a population of State Junior High School teachers in the Rantepao sub-district and the research, the sample is 122 state ASN teachers in Rantepao District, using a questionnaire instrument. The instrument was validated by experts and tested on 30 teachers of ASN 3 SMP Negeri in North Toraja Regency to obtain a valid and reliable instrument. Based on the analysis results obtained conclusions through a simple regression equation = 1.840 + 0,600X. The digital literacy regression coefficient is positive at 0.600 with a sig value of 0.002. smaller than α= 0,05. There is a positive and significant effect of digital literacy on the commitment of the teaching profession by 33.3%, and other factors influence the rest.

Abstract

Student management is an arrangement and regulation of all activities related to students starting from the entry of students to the exit of these students from a school or educational institution. Student management activities are an important part that must be considered in the implementation of educational activities in schools. This aims to find out how student management plans, to find out how student learning is implemented, and to find out how learning evaluation is applied in the Lotus Putih Islamic Kindergarten Global School Bekasi. This study used qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using unstructured interviews/interviews and documentation. Sources of research data were obtained from school principals, vice principals, group A teachers, group B teachers, education staff, committees and guardians of students. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Student Management in the Teratai Putih Islamic Kindergarten Global School Bekasi has been well implemented. Student management aims to regulate student activities in learning and create a good school environment. It is concluded that student management indicators can analyze the needs of students starting from student acceptance to the orientation stage including discipline coaching and evaluation of learning outcomes at school

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of literacy through training on how the role of teachers in developing literacy, especially how teachers motivate, inspire and become facilitators for students, make students develop literacy by reading various books and reading books. related to the subject. Resource persons as ABDIMAS implementers carry out activities by providing various materials to Paskita Global Vocational School teachers to be motivated, and become inspirational as well as enthusiastic facilitators in developing student literacy. With the knowledge and insight that teachers get from professional resource persons, namely the abdimas team that provides various materials in developing student literacy, where the teacher becomes the main model that influences students to become literators.
