Abstract

This study aims to describe the stages of the speech therapy application development process. This research produces an android application product that can be used in early intervention in speech therapy for children with intellectual disabilities. This development research is based on the development method of Gall, et al. (2007), and only carried out up to five stages, namely: 1) Research and information collecting (searching and collecting data), 2) Planning, 3) Develop preliminary form of product, 4) Preliminary field testing, 5) Main product revision. The data collection method in the form of a Likert scale was used in this study. Media validation was carried out by speech therapy content experts and media experts. The validation results from content experts obtained a score with a percentage of 88 percent and validation from media experts obtained a score of 93 percent. This indicates a very valid category, and this application is declared feasible and can be used. The results of the implementation for children with intellectual disabilities by giving a questionnaire obtained a percentage of 85 percent. Abstract

UNESA is a national leader in education development. This is consistent with UNESA’s vision of achieving educational excellence. This realization is consistent with UNESA’s primary competency and capacity as a disabled-friendly campus, with one visually-impaired student. The goal of this research is to describe the outcomes of creating an Android application with a social mobility and communication focus to help students with visual impairments understand the UNESA campus environment. The product of this development research takes the form of an android application with a focus on social mobility and communication. Realization of product design, namely: 1) android application program packaged in mobile phones, 2) practical guide to access the outdoor environment on the way to various places in the UNESA Lidah Wetan and Ketintang campus environment with braille writing and writing alert, 2) cooperative form of think pair share type, 3) authentic assessment tool as a successful use of android applications in social orientation and communication mobility. The products created will be used by all visually impaired students who wish to visit the UNESA campuses in Lidah Wetan and Ketintang. UNESA’s inclusive campus is a place for all disabled people who want to continue their education, including the visually impaired who require environmental mobility facilities.

Abstract

Masalah: Kegiatan bermain merupakan suatu kegiatan yang disenangi anak-anak. Ketika melakukan aktivitas dalam permainan pasti tidak akan terlepas dalam penggunaan anggota tubuh baik kegiatan motorik halus maupun motorik kasar. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji motorik dalam bermain sepak bola modifikasi untuk anak autis di yayasan cita hati bunda Sidoarjo. Metode: Rancangan penelitian menggunakan pre experimental jenis one-group pre-test post-test. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 6 siswa autis. Hasil: Rata-rata nilai pre-test 30,83 dan rata-rata nilai post-test 70,42 dengan pemberian treatment/intervensi sebanyak 6 kali di halaman sekolah. Kesimpulan: Jadi permainan sepak bola modifikasi dapat melatih motorik anak autis menunjukkan permainan sepak bola modifikasi terhadap motorik anak autis mempunyai pengaruh selain mampu meningkatkan dalam motoriknya, ternyata dalam permainan sepak bola modifikasi juga mampu meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dengan lingkungan sekitarnya baik dengan teman ataupun guru, memotivasi siswa autis dalam kegiatan, serta melatih konsentrasi agar lebih baik

Abstract

The socializing activities that exist at the Cita Hati Bunda Sidoarjo Foundation are the creation of a social interaction between students and students, students and teachers, students and the surrounding community, the ability to interact socially is also mandatory for autistic students. This study aims to examine social interactions in playing modified soccer for autistic children at the Cita Hati Bunda Sidoarjo Foundation. The research design used a pre-experimental type of one-group pre-test post-test. The number of subjects in this study were 6 autistic students. The average pre-test score was 30.83 and the post-test average was 70.42 with the treatment/intervention 6 times in class. The conclusions of this study are H zero (H0) is rejected and the working hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, Z count (Zh) = 2.096 is greater than Z table (Zt) = 1.96 with a critical value = 5%. So the modified soccer game affects the social interaction of autistic children.

Abstract

The Orientation and Mobility Specialty Program is one of the compensatory services for the visually impaired to be able to carry out their daily activities independently. In inclusive schools, not all classroom teachers or special supervisors fully understand Orientation and Mobility and their practices, so indirectly, the ability of blind students is less than perfect and needs the help of others. The purpose of this training is to improve the Orientation and Mobility of Inclusive Elementary School Teachers and Special Guidance Teachers by using a special training program for the blind, which is carried out for two days with the material presented in the training is mentoring by an alert companion and walking technique using a white cane. The result of this activity is the increasing ability of Orientation and Mobility of Inclusive Elementary School Teachers and Special Guidance Teachers in the City of Surabaya in theory and practice of companion techniques to watch and walk using a white cane which can later be used as a provision in teaching blind students.

Abstract

Implementasi peningkatan karakter melalui terapi konseling behavior untuk memodifikasi perilaku negatif peserta didik tunadaksa di sekolah inklusif fokus penelitian ini adalah: (1). Bagaimana peningkatan karakter melalui terapi konseling behavior untuk memodifikasi perilaku negatif anak tunadaksa di sekolah inklusif?. (2). Bagaimana hasil proses peningkatan karakter dengan terapi konseling behavior untuk memodifikasi perilaku negatif anak tunadaksa di sekolah inklusif?. Untuk menjawab permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif (quasi kualitatif), dengan cara mendeskripsikan apa yang diteliti. Data penelitian kualtitatif diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara, observasi partisipan, serta dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa, (1). Proses peningkatan karakter dengan terapi konseling behavior dalam hal ini ada beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan untuk memodifikasi perilaku negatif peserta didik tunadaksa dengan menggunakan treatment agar menunjukkan perubahan (2). Hasil peningkatan karakter dengan terapi konseling behavior untuk memodifikasi perilaku negatif anak tunadaksa di sekolah inklusif yakni peserta didik lebih percaya diri, terbuka dan terarah.Kata Kunci: Peningkatan karakter, terapi konseling behavior, tunadaksa.
