Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap keterikatan kerja dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen di lingkungan universitas muhammadiyah riau sebanyak 178 orang. Sampel yang digunakan 70 dosen dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate random sampling yaitu mengambil sampel secara proposional dengan memilih responden sesuai dengan jumlah yang dibutuhkan pada setiap unit kerja. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala likert dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dengan alat analisis SPSS for Windows versi 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan transaksional memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja dosen di universitas muhammadiyah riau. Hasil ini diperlukan untuk mengetahui penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional sudah efektif untuk meningkatkan keterikatan kerja dosen. Abstract

Sticky cost behavior becomes very important to know because sticky cost behavior can give a bad influence on the company in terms of obtaining the desired level of profit. By obtaining information about sticky cost behavior, it is expected that company management can be more careful in planning, controlling and making policies or decisions. This study aims to analyze and explain: (1) The effect of Intellectual capital on sticky cost and (2) the effect of company size on sticky cost. The population of this research is the manufacture companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2017. The total samples of this research are 46 companies. Technical analysis of data in this study is using WarpPLS 5.0. The results of data analysis prove that: (1) Intellectual capital has no significant effect on sticky cost, (2) company size has a significant effect on sticky cost.

Abstract

The traditional business model (linear economy) dominating the current industry has caused many environmental problems and depletes natural resources. The Circular Business Model (CBM) is believed to be a potential solution to this problem. Apart from being more environmentally friendly, this approach is also more profitable in a business sense. This present study aims to analyze the business value-added from the CBM. This study was conducted using a qualitative case study approach in four SMEs located in Pekanbaru city. The data collection process was carried out nobly from March-July 2020 through observation, interview, and study document. Observation and interviews were carried out simultaneously with owners, managers, and employees. The final data collection was carried out by analyzing documents obtained directly from the company, website, and press releases. The results showed that business value-added obtained from implementing CBM includes cost reduction (raw materials, operational) and additional revenue from the sale of used materials and production waste. Abstract

The previous study explores the relationship of consumer environmental knowledge and purchasing intention on the organic product however conducted without specifying the product. The present study aims to analyze the relationship of environmental knowledge, subjective and objective, on organic product purchasing among university students in Pekanbaru. To this, this study utilizes a positivism paradigma based on survey and literature review. The article used a qualitative data collection method through questionnaires from 124 respondents. Bay using a regression approach, the study confirmed that both subjective and objective knowledge positively related to organic purchasing intention.

Abstract

Educational institutions, especially tertiary education, are designed to spearhead the development of the quality of human resources. The strategic role needed by tertiary institutions makes intensive attention to improving its quality. This article discusses how to analyze Muhammadiyah Universities (PTM) to transform institutions from national to international scale. This article is carried out by discussing case studies from PTM. Data collection was carried out through several meetings gathering desk research, interviews, and document studies. Analyzes were performed by pattern matching, cross-case synthesis, and explanation building. The results show several aspects of PTM internationalization. Good governance in achieving the objectives of internationalization must be carried out in the form of a vision, mission, goals, quality policy and strategic plan. An internationalization process that demands specialized institutions that require international cooperation and activities. To support internationalization, the development of HR and decision-making systems that are fast and not rigid are important to consider.

Abstract

Competition is very tight today requires that companies should always look for strategies new sales in order to compete with companies other, one of the activities of a company is sold for profit, to achieve the goal of a company is required in order to introduce and market products sold quickly, but not a lot of resources are wasted. The development of very fast internet technology currently impacting almost kesegala areas of human life, nearly all aspects of human life is influenced by the sale of the Internet is no exception. Their impact on the emergence of internet digital advertising trend by which the owner of the mark began to make digital media as media campaigns and new marketing. digital marketing activity that trends do today is social media to build brand endorsement. The phenomenon of this new marketing strategy becomes a rationale for researchers to examine how effective endorsement on instagram relation to the marketing of culinary product using approach EPIC.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage, profitability, and operating capacity on financial distress with firm size as the moderating variable. The research population includes transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2021 and a sample of 38 companies is obtained. The method used in this research is purposive sampling method. The results of the analysis are that the liquidity and leverage variables have a negative and insignificant effect on financial distress, the profitability and operating capacity variables have a positive and significant effect on financial distress, while the firm size variable is unable to moderate the effect of liquidity on financial distress, firm size is unable to moderate the leverage effect on financial distress. financial distress, firm size is not able to moderate the effect of profitability on financial distress.

Abstract

Pengurus pondok harus mampu meningkatkan fungsi manajemen, menjadi kewajiban dari setiap pengurus untuk mendorong dan memotivasi setiap santrinya khususnya santriwati untuk mampu mengembangkan ide-ide kreatif dan mempunyai usaha yang baik sehingga dapat mengembangkan kemauan dan bakat dalam diri santri tersebut. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menanamkan motivasi wirausaha pada santriwan dan santriwati Pondok Pesantren Dhuafa Ashabul Kahfi Pekanbaru dan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada santriwan dan santriwati Pondok Pesantren Dhuafa Ashabul Kahfi Pekanbaru. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh santriwan dan santriwati Pondok Pesantren Dhuafa Ashabul Kahfi Pekanbaru. Kegiatan ini melibatkan tim dosen dalam upaya menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak sekolah untuk meningkatkan jiwa wirausaha dan minat belajar. Berdasarkan data hasil pengabdian di lapangan yang penulis lakukan, bahwa motivasi santiwan dan santriwati dalam berwirausaha di Pondok Pesantren Dhuafa Ashabul Kahfi Pekanbaru adalah santiwan dan santriwati mempunyai kemampuan untuk hidup mandiri, menambah uang saku dan menambah pengalaman hidup mandiri.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan limbah plastik merupakan alternatif untuk mengurangi limbah plastik agar lebih bermanfaat dan perkarangan rumah yang ada disekitar masyarakat juga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk melakukan budidaya tanam pangan. Tujuan ini agar masyarakat Desa Sri Gemilang khususnya ibu-ibu dapat mengelola, mengatur dan memanfaatkan limbah plastik dan tanah perkarangan disekitar rumah secara optimal. Terwujudnya program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga karena kebutuhan pangan sudah terpenuhi dari pekarangan. Pengabdian pada masyarakat dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan mulai dari koordinasi dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. Program pengabdiaan pada masyarakat telah berjalan dengan baik diikuti oleh pengurus dan anggota PKK, serta didukung oleh Ketua RW dan Ketua RT Desa Sri Gemilang. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa partipasi masyarakat Desa Sri Gemilang dalam kegiatan tinggi, masyarakat lebih terampil dalam mengelola perkarangan, memanfaatkan limbah plastik dan mampu mewujudkan program yang produktif. Program ini memberikan kemanfaatan yang luas sebagian bahan pangan dari hasil panen di perkarangan. Pengelolaan perkarangan di Desa Sri Gemilang berpotensi untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomi dan konservasi lingkungan.

Abstract

Operational performance is essential in determining the success of companies in every sector since its position reflects the company's performance. In ensuring better performance, firms compete to absorb the suitable strategy such as choosing suppliers, hoping that performance can be improved. This study aims to analyze how three supplier selection factors, namely raw materials quality, responsiveness, and information sharing, have an impact on the operational performance of restaurants in Pekanbaru. To achieve the goals, a survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to owners and managers. Data obtained from the questionnaire is analyzed using linear regression. Results show that raw material quality has a positive significant impact on operational performance. Supplier responsiveness also has a positive and significant impact on operational performance. It is also found an appropriate information sharing between suppliers and restaurants has a significant positive impact on operational performance.
