Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of perceptual variables on organizational support and counterproductive work behavior on employee engagement in improving employee performance at PT. International Fortuna Ekspresindo. The population in this study were employees of PT. International Fortuna Ekspresindo. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), where SEM is to test whether the model described in the study is in accordance with actual reality. Based on SEM results, it shows that perceptions of organizational support have a significant positive effect on employee engagement; perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on employee performance; counterproductive work behavior has a significant positive effect on employee engagement; counterproductive work behavior has a significant positive effect on employee performance; and employee engagement has a significant positive effect on employee performance

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi sebagai pusat pengambanga ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi serta sesuai dengan fungsinyaberkewajiban meningkatkan perannya yang bergitu strategis dalam mencerdaskan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraanmasyarakat melalui tridarmanya. Dapat dikatakan bahwa peningkatan mutu pendidikan di perguruan tinggi dapat dilakukan dengan adanya peningkatan mutu sumber daya perguruan tinggi khususnya pemimpin dan dosen, pemimpin sebagai pemegang kebijakan dan kekuasaan memiliki peranan dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan begitu pula terhadap dosen dengan meningkatkan kinerjanya dan faktor-faktor yang melekat dalampeningkatan kinerja dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Maritim AMNI (UNIMAR AMNI) Semarang yang merupakan perguruan tinggi dengan bidang keahlian Kemaritiman dan telah memiliki memiliki 8 prodi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pengambilan sampel pimpinan dan dosen yang ada di UNIMAR AMNI Semarang dengan hasil penelitian bahwa secara bersama-sama terdapat kontribusi dan pengaruh positif dan signifian kepemimpinan dan kinerja dosen terhadap mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

The fishermen have a very high-risk work. It is prone to accidents. They are related to nature factors and the length of time they go to sea. The existence and use safety equipment in accordance with standards can minimize the risk accidents and injuries, so it can avoid fatal consequences. This community service activity needs to be carried out for counseling or socialization or training regarding materials/messages related to efforts to prevent work accidents due to unsafe acts, especially with protective equipment, safety equipment, and the dangers of joking in the workplace, guidance to traditional fishermen about safety and health, considering that this group is widely available along fishing ports, first aid materials for accidents and lifesaving. This activity descriptive and practice method. Universitas Maritim AMNI carries out this community service activity in the context of preventing fishermen's work accidents to improve the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of fishermen in vigilance and action in dealing with accidents at sea.

Abstract

Traffic accidents are influenced by several factors including human error, animals, weather, traffic signs. Of the four, have an influence on traffic accidents with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of Human error, Animals, Weather, and Traffic Signs on traffic accidents on the Denpasar-Gilimanuk highway, Jembrana Regency, Bali. In this study, the research population is motorized vehicle users who cross the Denpasar-Gilimanuk highway, Jembrana Regency by taking a sample system with a total of 93 respondents (samples). The variables in this study consisted of: Human error (X1), Animals (X2), Weather (X3), Traffic signs (X4) and the dependent variable was Traffic Accident (Y). The research model is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis using the statistical tool SPSS V.25 program obtained multiple linear regression equations Y = -1.530+0,313X1+0,227X2+0,258X3+0,318X4+µ. Shows that, based on empirical facts (the results of filling out the questionnaire) and multiple linear regression results show that the Human error variable (X1) has a t count of 3.680 and a t table of 1.98729 then H1 is accepted and significant, animals (X2) have a t count of 2,035 and t table of 1,98729 then H2 is accepted and significant, weather (X3) has a t count of 2.852 and t table of 1.98729 then H3 is accepted and significant, traffic signs (X4) has a t count of 4.618 and t table of 1.98729 then H4 is accepted and significant. In the coefficient of determination test (R Square) the Adjust R Square value of 0.633 means that 63.3% of the variation in the dependent variable of traffic accident factors can be explained by the independent variables of human error, animals, weather, traffic signs. While the remaining 36.7% is explained by other reasons outside the variables studied.

Abstract

The UUD 1945 Article 29 states that as a country that believes on the God Almighty the Government guarantees the independence of each citizen to embrace their religion and belief. In addition, the state is obligated to make laws and regulations that prohibit anyone from harassing religious teachings. The freedom of having a religion is a human right. Human rights is the most important human interests in society. Freedom to have a religion must be followed by a sense of responsibility to obey the rules, including not adding or reducing the rules. The rules should arrange for one's freedom to have a religion does not interfere with other people's freedom to have a religion.The problem lies on the basic of mental and character building in the education sector. It has not show significant result which answer the education requirement, such as developing capabilities, character building and a dignified nation personality. The purpose of it is to develop Universitas Maritim AMNI students’ potential in order to became a person who have faith and devote to Goa Almighty, have a good character, full of knowledge, having skills, creative, independent, open minded and responsible citizen. Building mental and character in the education sector is emphasized by the lecturers’ lesson plan.lesson plan is a formality in implementing the learning activities.Keywords: Religion, Human Rights, LawPasal 29 UUD 1945 yang menyatakan bahwa negara berdasar atas Ke-Tuhanan Yang Maha Esa dan Negara menjamin kemerdekaan tiap-tiap penduduk untuk memeluk agamanya masing-masing dan untuk beribadah menurut agamanya dan kepercayaannya. Di samping itu, negara berkewajiban membuat peraturan perundang-undangan yang melarang siapa pun melakukan pelecehan terhadap ajaran agama. Kebebasan beragama merupakan HAM. HAM termasuk kepentingan manusia yang paling penting di dalam masyarakat. Kebebasan beragama itu harus diikuti dengan rasa tanggung jawab oleh pemeluknya untuk mentaati aturan-aturan yang telah ditetapkan dalam agamanya masing-masing termasuk juga tidak menambah atau mengurangi kaidah-kaidah keyakinan yang ada dalam agama yang dianutnya. Mengatur agar kebebasan seseorang dalam beragama tidak mengganggu kebebasan beragama orang lain.Masalah-masalah pembentukan mental dan karakter di Dunia Pendidikan sampai detik ini belum mampu menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan, sebagaimana dengan apa yang dimaksud dalam tujuan pendidikan kewarganegaraan yaitu, mengembangkan kemampuan dan membentuk watak serta peradaban bangsa yang bermartabat dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, bertujuan untuk berkembangnya potensi Taruna/Mahasiswa Unimar Amni Semarang, agar menjadi manusia yang beriman, bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri, dan menjadi warga negara yang demokratis serta bertanggung jawab.Pembentukan mental dan karakter di Dunia Pendidikan pada umumnya di titik beratkan pada Tenaga Pendidik (Dosen). Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of competence, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Kartini Makassar Branch with a population of 300 people. With a relatively large population (300 people), the sample was drawn using the Slovin formula so that 75 respondents were obtained. This research is quantitative research where the data source comes from primary data obtained directly from the employees as research respondents using questionnaires and secondary data obtained from decision literature such as books and references related to the material for writing this final project and analysis. documentation from PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), tbk. The results of this study indicate that partially or simultaneously, the variables of competence, work motivation, and work environment affect positively and significantly the performance of employees at the office of PT. Bank Mandiri Bandung Martadinata.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of work motivation, work experience, and work environment, on the performance of employees of PT. International Fortuna Eksperindo Semarang Indah. Work motivation is a change in energy in a person (personal) someone which is characterized by the emergence of feelings and reactions to achieve goals, the overall driving force in employees that causes work activities. The population of this study were employees of PT. International Fortuna Eksperindo Semarang Indah, totaling 65 people. The sample consisted of 65 respondents who were taken by the saturated method. Data analysis using multiple regression and hypothesis testing and using SPSS. The results of this study based on multiple linear regression analysis that there is an influence between the three independent variables, namely work motivation, work environment, and work experience on employee performance at PT. International Fortuna Eksperindo Semarang Indah. This is also evidenced by the hypothesis test obtained that partially that work motivation, work environment, and work experience have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. International Fortuna Eksperindo Semarang Indah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menambah pemahaman dan memberikan motivasi tentang kewirausahaan bagi warga RW XV Tambak Lorok, Tanjung Emas, Semarang Utara. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh Sebagian warga Tambak Lorok yang berprofesi sebagai nelayan sebanyak 42 orang, dan 10 orang pelaku UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah). Permasalahan yang dihadapi para nelayan di wilayah ini adalah bagaimana meningkatkan nilai tambah dari hasil tangkapannya, sehingga taraf hidup nelayan menjadi lebih baik. Nelayan yang pulang dari melaut, akan membawa hasil tangkapannya ke rumah, atau ada juga yang langsung menjual hasil tangkapan tersebut di pasar ikan. Selain itu, sebagian ibu-ibu nelayan akan melakukan penanganan lebih lanjut terhadap hasil tangkapan para bapak nelayan. Proses lebih lanjut yang dilakukan dalam penanganan hasil tangkapan, misalnya pengasapan ikan, pemasakan ikan, perebusan ikan, pengasinan ikan, pembuatan terasi dan lain-lain. Selain proses penanganan ikan, permasalahan lain yang dihadapi para pelaku UKM adalah masalah pengemasan dan pemasaran, hal ini akan dilanjutkan pada pengabdian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Menghadapi tantangan Era Globalisasi dan Kesiapan memasuki era Asean Economic Community (AEC), pasar ekonomi Indonesia nampaknya ragu. Karena ketersediaan tenaga ahli di bidang Transport dan Logistik masih sangat memadai, salah satu tantangan terberat yang dihadapi pasar terbuka Asean adalah pemanfaatan tenaga ahli di bidang Transport dan Logistik. Oleh karena itu, Universitas Maritim Amni Semarang menjawab tantangan dunia bisnis Transportasi dan Logistik dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan untuk menciptakan kurikulum pendidikan ahli logistik yang handal dan bereputasi global yaitu dengan mewujudkan Universitas Maritim Amni Semarang. memaparkan kondisi pendidikan di Indonesia ditinjau dari segi kualitas, outcome yang dihasilkan, kesesuaian outcome dengan dunia kerja serta menggali informasi tentang karakteristik tenaga kerja potensial yang siap terjun dalam “MEA”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data berupa observasi, studi literatur dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Transformasi pendidikan diperlukan agar pendidikan mampu menghasilkan SDM yang handal dan tangguh; pendidikan dan tenaga pendidik harus ditingkatkan (kualitasnya sebagai pendidik diiringi dengan memberi kesejahteraan bagi pendidik ditata secara profesional). MEA menuntut tenaga-tenaga kerja yang terampil dan profesional.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of service quality, fares, facilities on the decision to use the Semarang Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) service. The problems faced are in the form of a lack of pedestrian facilities and the use of bicycles, less comfortable and safe shelters or bus stops, no digital or non-digital information media for notifications regarding the arrival of buses or the routes traversed by the Semarang BRT. In addition, the fare factor also plays an important role in public transportation, affordable fares for all people and the many benefits that can be obtained will increase public interest in using public transportation. This research uses descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The population and samples were taken from 100 passengers of Semarang BRT. Data analysis was carried out by grouping data based on variables and types of respondents, tabulating data based on variables from all respondents, presenting data for each variable studied. The results of the study are that tariffs have a positive value and have a significant effect on the decision to use BRT services. Furthermore, the facility has a positive value and has a significant effect on the decision to use BRT services. The conclusion is that service quality is in a fairly high category in driving decisions to use Semarang BRT services. besides that the facility is included in the fairly strong category in the decision to use BRT Semarang services
