Abstract

Simbatan Village in Magetan has nature tourism, historical, cultural tourism, and Dewi Sri's cultural heritage site called Candi Simbatan, but it has not been managed optimally. This village also has quite a lot of people with disabilities with poor socio-economic conditions. In realizing the tourism village, Simbatan has problem, namely: does not master plan yet, food court, pedestrians in tourist locations that were still in the form of land, places for people with disabilities did not exist and their products were splashed batik and marketing collided. Solutions are carried out in stages, namely: making a master plan; improve infrastructure at tourist sites. In line with these efforts, solutions for persons with disabilities are: improvement of workshop shelters; skills training and production of goods as well as assisting with marketing. The aim of this activity is to combine the existing tourism potential with the activities and work of people with disabilities so that their welfare and independence can increase. The integration is carried out gradually and continuously to create a tourist village.

Abstract

Abstract— The research objective was to partially and simultaneously analyze the influence of socio-economic factors of farmers (farmer age, education level, length of farming, number of family dependents, farm area, labor and capital) on farm production in Plaosan Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency. The population in this study were all vegetable farmers in Plaosan Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and determination analysis. The research findings (1) partially there is a significant influence on the variables of education, experience, land area, labor and capital on the production of vegetable farming in Plaosan Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency. Meanwhile, age and dependency variables influence the production of vegetable farming in Plaosan Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency; and (2) simultaneously there is a significant influence on the variables of age, education, experience, dependents, land area, labor and capital on the production of vegetable farming.  Keywords—: socio-economy; farmers; farming.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of vermicompost for earthworm breeders in Kebonsari sub-district, Madiun district. This research is qualitative with the Grounded Research method. The population in this study were earthworm breeders in the Kebonsari sub-district, Madiun district, amounting to 5 people. Sampling was done through interview techniques. The analysis used is a SWOT matrix analysis, IE matrix, and the QSPM matrix. The results of the IFAS analysis is that it is classified as strong and able to take advantage of its business strengths and overcome its weaknesses. EFAS analysis indicates that the marketing of vermicompost is below average in its efforts to carry out strategies that take advantage of external opportunities and avoid threats. The results of the IE matrix show that vermicompost is in cell 5 (Growth Strategy/Stability Strategy) with concentration through horizontal integration. The results of the SWOT analysis obtained 5 alternative SO strategies, 6  WO strategies, 2 ST strategies and 4  WT strategies. The results of the QSPM matrix analysis show that earthworm breeders should use a market penetration strategy to market their vermicompost.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) Is there an influence between promotion and customer satisfaction of rail transportation services at Madiun Besar Station (2) Is there an effect of price on customer satisfaction of rail transportation services at Madiun Besar Station (3) Is there an influence between service quality and customer satisfaction of rail transportation services at Madiu Besar Station. The sample in this study were customers of rail transportation services at the Madiun station with 100 respondents. The sample method used was purposive sampling of primary data using a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale and distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results showed that (1) promotion, price, and service quality simultaneously had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. on rail transportation services at the Madiun big station (2) promotion, price, and service quality simultaneously have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction on rail transportation services at the Madiun big station.

Abstract

Abstract. This community service program aims to improve performance at the production, management, and product marketing stages independently and sustainably. The method used is through dissemination and counseling on product ideas by looking at market demand conditions but also taking into account the capabilities of existing resources. The development of productive economic activities needs to be carried out by developing various types of market-oriented business skills. Through identifying the potential and resources of the participants, both human, institutional, financial, and facilities and infrastructure that can be utilized, then training by utilizing e-commerce for product marketing and providing assistance in implementing skills guidance, as well as developing productive economic activities are carried out by developing various types of business skills that are economically valuable and market-oriented. After providing assistance and knowledge transfer, there were several positive impacts, including a change in the mindset of persons with disabilities to be more empowered and independent by exploring their potential, product opportunities were more widely explored, to increase branding, thereby increasing income, and diversity of livelihoods that can be an alternative for the community to carry out their lives. In the end, the community service activities felt by the Krida Karya Mandiri Association were that participants were able to make and sell useful, interesting, and artistic crafts by utilizing technological developments. In the economic field, persons with disabilities are empowered through the utilization of natural potential and human resources. And in the social field, empowered to always be optimistic and independent. Abstrak. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan kinerja di tahap produksi, manajemen, hingga pemasaran produk secara mandiri dan keberlanjutan. Metode yang digunakan melalui sosialisasi dan penyuluhan gagasan produk dengan melihat kondisi permintaan pasar namun juga memperhatikan kemampuan sumber daya yang ada. Pengembangan kegiatan ekonomi produktif perlu dilaksanakan dengan mengembangkan berbagai jenis ketrampilan usaha yang berorientasi pada pasar. Melalui identifikasi potensi dan sumber daya peserta baik sumber daya manusia, kelembagan, finansial maupun sarana dan prasarana yang dapat dimanfaatkan, kemudian pelatihan dengan memanfaatkan e-commerce untuk pemasaran produk dan melakukan pendampingan dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan ketrampilan, serta pengembangan kegiatan ekonomi produktif dilaksanakan dengan mengembangkan berbagai jenis ketrampilan usaha yang bernilai ekonomis dan berorientasi pada pasar. Setelah melakukan pendampingan dan transfer ilmu pengetahuan, terdapat beberapa dampak positif antara lain adanya perubahan mindset dari penyandang disabilitas untuk lebih berdaya dan mandiri dengan menggali potensi yang dimilikinya, peluang produk lebih tereksplor secara luas, sehingga dapat meningkatkan branding, dengan begitu akan meningkatkan pendapatan, serta keragaman mata pencaharian yang dapat menjadi alternatif masyarakat untuk melangsungkan kehidupannya. Pada akhirnya, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dirasakan oleh Paguyupan Disabilitas Krida Karya Mandiri adalah peserta telah mampu membuat dan menjual kerajinan yang bermanfat, menarik dan memiliki nilai seni dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi. Dalam bidang ekonomi, penyandang disabilitas diberdayakan melalui pemanfaatan potensi alam maupun sumber daya manusia. Dan dalam bidang sosial, diberdayakan untuk selalu bersikap optimis dan mandiri.

Abstract

Abstract. The realization of a tourist village is coveted by the residents of Simbatan Village, Nguntoronadi District, Magetan, because it has a lot of potential such as nature, culture, art, culinary and the existence of splashed batik products for people with disabilities. The development is carried out based on the 4 A concept in tourism development, namely planning of amenities, attractions, planning of facilities and infrastructure (accommodation) and increasing the carrying capacity of the community (atmosphere). The activity approach is carried out by surveying tourism potential, focus group discussions (FGD), comparative studies on tourism. Various opportunities and potentials as well as challenges and problems to develop tourism villages including internal and external potentials and problems were analyzed using SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat). The activity partners are the Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis), Karang Taruna and TP PKK Simbatan Village and the Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat 'Sambung Roso' as a forum for activities for persons with disabilities. Activities start from March to September 2022. The results of the development show that at first the community did not know the concept of a tourist village, but after receiving an explanation, they were very supportive. The community through the tourism awareness group managed to identify the potential that deserves to be presented in a tourist village from the aspect of natural, cultural, artistic, culinary potential and the existence of splashed batik that is done by persons with disabilities. The community also initiates an organizing model for tourism village managers and has various activities related to attractions and infrastructure. The self-help group “Sambung Roso” which accommodates persons with disabilities also has activities to support the establishment of a tourist village. Community support is quite high in the form of participation and has the hope that the existence of a tourist village can improve the welfare of the Simbatan residents. Abstrak. Terwujudnya desa wisata didambakan oleh penduduk Desa Simbatan, Kecamatan Nguntoronadi, Magetan, karena banyak potensi yang dimiliki seperti alam, budaya, kesenian, kuliner dan keberadaan batik ciprat produk penyandang disabilitas. Pengembangan dilakukan berdasarkan konsep 4 A dalam pengembangan wisata yaitu perencanaan amenitas, atraksi, perencanaan sarana-prasarana (akomodasi) dan peningkatan daya dukung masyarakat (atmosfer). Pendekatan kegiatan dilakukan dengan survei potensi wisata, focus group discussion (FGD), studi banding wisata. Berbagai peluang dan potensi serta tantangan dan permasalahan untuk mengembangkan desa wisata termasuk potensi dan permasalahan internal maupun eksternal dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, dan Threat). Mitra kegiatan adalah Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis), Karang Taruna dan TP PKK Desa Simbatan serta Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat ‘Sambung Roso’ sebagai wadah kegiatan penyandang disabilitas. Kegiatan dimulai sejak Maret hingga September 2022. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa pada awalnya masyarakat belum mengetahui konsep desa wisata, tetapi setelah memperoleh penjelasan, meraka sangat mendukung. Masyarakat melalui kelompok sadar wisata berhasil mengindentifikasi potensi yang layak disajikan dalam desa wisata dari aspek potensi alam, budaya, kesenian, kuliner dan keberadaan batik ciprat yang dikerjakaan oleh penyandang disabilitas. Masyarakat juga memprakarsai model pengorganisasian pengelola desa wisata serta memiliki berbagai kegiatan terkait atraksi dan sarana prasarana. Kelompok swadaya masyarakat “Sambung Roso” yang mewadai penyandang disabilitas juga memiliki kegiatan untuk mendukung terwujudnya desa wisata. Dukungan masyarakat cukup tinggi dalam wujud partisipasi dan memiliki harapan bahwa keberadaan desa wisata dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan penduduk Simbatan.

Abstract

This Study aims to examine and determine the effect of partially or simultaneously transformational leadership style, motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office Of Madiun City. This research is a type of the ditrisbution of questionnaires and secondary data obtained from previus research. The population in this study were employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Madiun City, amounting to 60 respondents with the method used for this study was the saturated sampling method. the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test, t test, F test using SPSS version 25.00 program. The results of the hypothetical research show that the transformational leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Madiun City with a significance value of 0,043. The motivation variable has no positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Madiun City with a significance value of 0,626. the job saticfaction variable has a positive and significan effect on the performance of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Madiun City with a significance value of 0,000. The variables of transformational leadership syle, motivation and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on the performance of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Officers of Madiun City. Abstract

Background – Companies that pay attention to the work-life balance of employees will improve performance and cause organizational citizenship behavior. Work-life balance and organizational citizenship behavior of employee can one of factors to impact their performance. So, its can impact to corporate image in society. Aim – This study aims to determine the influence of work - life balance and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, the influence of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, and the influence of work-life balance on employee performance of Bank Jatim Madiun Branch Office through organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable Design / methodology / approach – The research population is all employees of the Bank Jatim Madiun Branch Office in 2022, totaling 141 people. Sample of 59 people was obtained which was determined by simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses path analysis method with SmartPLS version 3.0 software. Findings – The results showed: 1) Work-life balance affects the performance of employees of Bank Jatim Madiun Branch Office, 2) Work-life balance affects organizational citizenship behavior of employees of Bank Jatim Madiun Branch Office, 3) Organizational citizenship behavior affects the performance of employees of Bank Jatim Office Madiun Branch, 4) Work-life balance affects the performance of Bank Jatim Madiun Branch Office employees through organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable. Conclusion - The test variables in this article have a significant influence and can explain these conditions in the internal environment of the Bank Jatim Madiun Branch Office. Research implication – This research add knowledge about factors of employee performance. So, this result can reference for entrepreneur to more pay attention their employee, especially work-life balance and organizational citizenship behavior of employee. Both of them can concerned to increasing and optimizing performance of employee continually. Limitations – This research only examine about work-life balance, organizational citizenship, and employee performance in Bank Jatim Madiun Branch Office.

Abstract

This study aims to know influence of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on the performance of the employees of the Madiun City Land Office. The population in this study were 59 employees of the Madiun City Land Office. The sample of this research was 59 people. Sampling using saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach and was assisted by the SmartPLS 3.2 software. Data analysis techniques include testing the outer model (measurement model) consisting of convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, inner model testing (structural model) consisting of variant analysis (R2) or Determination Test, t test, and F test. The results of the study are: 1) work motivation variable (X1) and work environment (X3) partially affect the performance of the Madiun City Land Office employees, 2) work discipline variable (X2) partially has no effect on the employee performance of Madiun City Land Office, 3) work motivation variable (X1), work discipline (X2) and work environment (X3) simultaneously affect the performance of the Madiun City Land Office employees, 4) work environment variable (X3) has the most dominant influence on the performance of the Madiun City Land Office employees. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Related to its very strategic role, the Municipal Waterworks of Ngawi District is required to have the company's performance in meeting the needs of drinking water in the community. One of them is the presence of good employee performance. This study aims to determine the partially and simultaneously influence of leadership style, teamwork and financial compensation on employee performance at the Municipal Waterworks of Ngawi District. The research population is all employees of the Municipal Waterworks of Ngawi District in 2022, totaling 288 people. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 74 employees was obtained which was determined by simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results of the study are: 1) Leadership style, teamwork and financial compensation partially influences to the employee performance at the Municipal Waterworks of Ngawi District, 2) Leadership style, teamwork and financial compensation simultaneously influences to the employee performance at the Municipal Waterworks of Ngawi District.
