Abstract

Banyaknya isu kesalahpahaman dalam penyampaian informasi pada perkembangan teknologi yang semakin meningkat menyebabkan terjadi kesalahpahaman dan berujung pada perselisihan membuat perlunya pedoman pergaulan untuk menjaga kepentingan masing-masing pribadi yang berbeda-beda supaya pihak yang berkepentingan senang, tenang, tentram, terlindungi serta tidak merugikan masyarakat yanga lain. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan komunikasi yang efektif untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berkomunikasi agar tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman dalam berorganisasi. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah ibu-ibu anggota PKK RW 20 Kelurahan Bunulrejo kota Malang. Metode yang digunakan dengan transfer pengetahuan, diskusi dan pembahasan permasalahan yang terjadi. Berdasarkan evaluasi selama kegiatan pengabdian, telah terlihat perkembangan pada ibu-ibu PKK RW 20 dalam berkomunikasi, ibu-ibu mulai teliti dan cermat dalam menyampaikan informasi dalam organisas

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of remuneration as a moderating variable for the effect of transformational leadership on job involvement. This research is a quantitative study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tools. The results showed that transformational leadership had no significant effect on worker involvement. High work involvement of lecturers could occur both for lecturers in work environments with leaders who often or rarely apply transformational leadership. Remuneration does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership on work involvement, because the remuneration for lecturers at the institution has not met expectations.AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peran remunerasi sebagai variabel moderasi untuk pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap keterlibatan kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan alat analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja. Tingginya keterlibatan kerja dosen bisa terjadi baik pada dosen di lingkungan kerja dengan pimpinan yang sering atau jarang menerapkan kepemimpinan transformasional. Remunerasi tidak memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap keterlibatan kerja karena pemberian remunerasi dosen di institusi belum memenuhi harapan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil tema faktor penentu kepuasan kerja. Dalam penelitian ini diambil sampel 50orang sebagai karyawan Alfamart. Studi kuantitatif di mana responden diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan digunakansebagai data primer diolah dengan SPSS. Respon responden menilai rentang 1-5, dengan skala likert sangat tidak setujuhingga sangat setuju. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dari uraian data mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin laki-laki denganusia dibawah 25 tahun. Uji coba yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas yaitu uji validitas kuesioner yangdibagikan, uji t untuk menguji kebenaran hipotesis yang dirumuskan, uji korelasi dan regresi untuk menguji hubungan danpengaruh hubungan dan pengaruh masing-masing variabel segmentasi pasar hubungan konsumen yang merupakanpengembangan karir. Pada uji coba yang dilakukan terdapat kebenaran hipotesis yang dirumuskan yaitu terdapat hubunganyang signifikan antara faktor pengembangan karir dengan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

This study takes the theme of some factor as determine for sales. In this study sampled 140 people as speedy costumer from PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Quantitative study in which respondents were obtained from questionnaires distributed is used as the primary data are processed with SPSS. Respondent response assessed the range of 1 – 5, with the Likert scale strongly disagree to strongly agree.Based on the result of the research, from the description of the data respondent majority were male with ages between 36 to 40 years. Trials performed are validity and reliability is to test the validity of the questionnaire wer distributed, the t test for testing the correctness of the formulated hypotheses, correlation and regression test to examine the relationship and influence of each costumer relationship market segmentingvariables that aregeographics, demographics, psychographics and behaviour.Based on trials carried out that there is a truth of the hypothesis formulated, namely that there is a significant relationship and effect betweengeographics, demographics, psychographics and behaviourwith buying decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct effect of transformational leadership on work engagement and the indirect effect mediated by remuneration and educator motivation. This type of research is positivist research. The object of this research is the lecturer at State Polytechnic of Malang. The population in this study amounted to 182 lecturers of Malang State Polytechnic. The sampling technique used census techniques, all populations were used as research samples. The analytical tool used is the Partial Least Square Smart Program (PLS) based on the Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The results show that Transformational Leadership affects Work Engagement, Remuneration does not mediate the effect of Transformational Leadership on Work Engagement, Educator Motivation mediates the Effect of Transformational Leadership on Engagement. Implementation of Remunerationneed to be repaired to meet related to the performance of supporting activities, indirect rewards, research performance, the performance of teaching/lectures, the performance of community service. Future researchers are expected to research teaching staff at all levels of office.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on work engagement is mediated by job satisfaction. The type of research is positivist reasearh. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square Smart Program (PLS) Version 2.0 PLS based on the Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. This research was conducted at State Polytechnic of Malang. The population of this study uses a census (saturated sample, so that the number of samples is the same as the number of the population. The results show that transformational leadership has no significant effect on work engagement and job satisfaction mediate the effect of transformational leadership on work engagement.

Abstract

The era of change that is increasingly advanced, encourages people to want to achieve a better life. This achievement is shown through the performance and achievements given at work. So it takes the ability or performance of better employees. In fostering work skills and improving the performance of each employee, inseparable from the work ethic that is believed to be and the motivation possessed by individuals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of work ethics and motivation on employee performance partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were employees of Ony Comp Malang who assessed 25 people. This study used a saturated sample technique and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.

Abstract

Nowdays, retail bussineses are emerging as a result of society lifestyle that begin to change. The keypoints to increase the sales in the retail business is to sell or supply the wares with good quality, provide wares on many variation, display the wares attractively, and ensure that the wares are available in a sufficient quantities.In RW 21 Kelurahan Purwantoro, the n70% of the population have a shop.The methods to make the guidance are separate in 3 ways that consists of: transfer of knowledge, discussion, and also problem solving. After the guidance was implemented, use can evaluated that the factor that resisted the training participants are mutually support to implement these activities. Based on observation it can be concluded that 96% of the material can be understandable by the participants of local society. This is shown by 90% of the 20 participants (19 people ), are leaving some question about wares-display management. The participants also able to arrange the lay out of wares in front of the other participants in order to satisfy the consumer. In order to improve our knowledge, softskills are given to the public and participants, and all of stakeholders must work together to make it happen about wares display management in the local area and also Malang City in general.

Abstract

Activity management at each institution or organization concerned with developing the potential and lead a team or group of people in a single unit, in utilizing existing resources to achieve specific goals within the organization that has been designated. Writing is not merely a regular job / skills umun but a combination of brain work that is supported with a special ability to combine an idea. Abstract

Fenomena kasus perceraian yang terjadi di RW 21 Kelurahan Purwantoro menjadi latar belakang pengabdian ini. Terdapat 3 kasus perceraian yang terjadi di lingkup Ibu-Ibu PKK RW 21. Perlu adanya tindakan agar angka kasus perceraian tidak meningkat dan meresahkan. Perceraian yang terjadi disebabkan oleh ketidakharmonisan keluarga karena sering terjadinya pertengkaran, perdebatan, bahkan kekerasan antar anggota keluarga berdampak buruk pada meningkatnya tingkat stress yang dirasakan oleh anggota keluarga. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan bekal ilmu pengetahuan dan pemahaman bagi ibu-ibu PKK RW 21 Kelurahan Purwantoro Kota Malang untuk menurunkan tingkat stress dengan menciptakan keluarga yang harmonis. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pre-test, transfer pengetahuan, tanya jawab dan diskusi studi kasus serta post-test pada akhir kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pelatihan sebanyak 68% (27 orang) peserta tidak mengetahui tentang tingkat stress, sedangkan setelah dilakukan pemberian materi hanya tersisa 28% (11 orang) peserta yang belum memahami. Dengan demikian dapat disiimpulkan terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh peserta setelah pemberian materi dan diskusi, terlihat bahwa terdapat peningkatan jumlah peserta sebanyak 40% yang mengerti dan mengetahui tentang tingkat stress setelah pemberian materi dan diskusi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah berhasil dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang tingkat stress bagi ibu-ibu PKK RW 21 Kelurahan  Purwantoro kota Malang
