Abstract

Education has become one of the most important instruments in the transformation of human civilization. Thus, the establishment of Islamic Higher Education institution has indicated the responsibility of community on development of this nation. Then, in this modern era, the process of competition among nations has determined by the quality of education. A nation will be known well as strong and advanced nation if the citizen has independence in the culture, economic and politics. Certainly, this matter depended on the role of education side. Thereby, there would be an actualization of human authority in contributing the valuable matters in order to realize a better quality of the nation.

Abstract

This study at evaluating the implementation of internal quality audit at STAIN Curup. The data for this study are collected through interview and documentation. Stake or countenance evaluation model is used in this study. Thus, the data analysis involves some following step as: data editing, data coding, tabulating the data, interpreting the data, and drawing conclusion. The result of this study indicates that (1) The Planning internal quality audit is relevant with, attempting to fulfill costumer’s demand, to is relevan with audi vision, audit schedule, the formulation of audit purpose, and the audit form, (2) the implementation of audit is reasonably inappropriate with the purpose and the scope of the audit, and (3) the follow up audit is relevant with the established evaluation standard. As the final thought, this study recommends STAIN Curup conduct well planned and well program internal quality audit continuously so that it can serve as self-reflection for the insitution. Abstract

Pengelolaan akreditasi institusi dan program studi di IAIN CURUP selama ini dilakukan secara manual yaitu  Dokumen  yang sudah dipersiapkan masih dalam bentuk hard file sehingga tidak dapat menjamin keberadaan dokumen tersebut dalam waktu yang lama, penlaian terhadap kelengkapan birang tidak bisa dilakukan, disisi lain tuntutan dari mahasiswa, alumni dan dunia kerja mensyarakan untuk akreditasi institusi dan program studi minimal B oleh karena itu Permasalahan ini harus disikapi secara professional. Permasalahan diangkat pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membuat sistem informasi akreditasi program studi berbasis web di IAIN Curup. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan  jenis penelitian terapan. Penelitian terapan yaitu penelitian yang diarahkan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah. Penelitian terapan dilakukan dengan tujuan menerapkan, menguji, dan mengevaluasi masalah-maslah praktis sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan manusia, baik secara individual maupun kelompok. Masalah penelitian terapan ditetapkan untuk mencari solusi yang dapat dimanfaatkan manusia. Penulis juga melakukan observasi langsung ketempat objek pokok permasalahan yang akan dibahas, yaitu pada bagian data-data arsip, penelitian dilaksanakan di IAIN curup pada bulan mei 2018 s/d desember 2018. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah produk berupa system informasi akreditasi program stuidi berbasis web yang mana adanya system informasi akreditasi program studi berbasis web ini  mampu mengatasi permasalah dalam hal mendokumentasikan atau menyimpan dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan standar yang ada dalam akreditasi dan mampu memberikan penilaian atau skor akreditasi sebuah prodi

Abstract

School-based management is an educational management concept that provides autonomy for a school in organizing the continuity of education according to the needs of the school context. By applying a case study, this study was conducted to reveal the implementation of school-based management, along with its supporting and inhibiting factors, at SMP Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong, Curup, Bengkulu. All potential parties at school that could provide the expected data were involved purposively as the subjects. Data garnered from them were solicited using interviews and observations, which were then triangulated and analyzed using an interactive model. The interactive model worked in four components, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing a conclusion. The findings showed that SMP Negeri 1 had implemented school-based management functions properly, including planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the aspects of human resource management, student management, facilities and infrastructure management, financial management, curriculum and learning management, and management of school and community relations. Supporting factors for the implementation of school-based management included the participation of committees, parents, community at school, complete teaching staff, facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor was that some students still did not obey the school rules.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengidentifikasi tema lingkungan dalam buku teks IPS SMP kelas VII Kurikulum 2013; dan 2) menganalisis representasi permasalahan lingkungan dalam materi buku teks IPS SMP Kelas VII Kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Objek penelitian adalah materi buku teks IPS SMP kelas VII Kurikulum 2013 edisi revisi yang diterbitkan Kementerian pendidikan dan Kebudayaan pada tahun 2014. Pengumpulan data dan analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis isi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa: 1) terdapat sebanyak delapan tema tentang lingkungan dalam buku teks IPS SMP Kelas VII Kurikulum 2013; 2) Dari delapan tema tentang lingkungan, hanya terdapat beberapa tema yang menyajikan persoalan lingkungan. Sebagian besar tema yang lainnya, meskipun membahas tentang lingkungan, namun sama sekali tidak menyajikan persoalan tentang lingkungan. Beberapa bentuk permasalahan lingkungan yang ada tersebut adalah: keruskaan sungai, kerusakan hutan, serta pencemaran udara dan air

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan kepala MTs Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau dalam membina budaya Islam moderasi dan hasil pembinaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala MTs Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau terdiri dari peran leader, administrator, supervisor, edukator, manajer, motivator dan inovator. Hasil pembinaan budaya Islam moderasi pada aspek akidah mengadakan ceramah agama, menekankan penerapan pelajaran akidah akhlak. Pada aspek ibadah dengan mendirikan rumah tahfiz dan program tahfiz Al-Qur’an, memasukkan pelajaran tahfiz Qur’an pada pelajaran muatan lokal, menyediakan guru hafiz Qur’an 30 juz, dan memondokkan siswa-siswi selama sebulan menghapal Al-Qur’an secara bergiliran. Pada aspek akhlak lebih banyak kegiatan seni dan olahraga dibandingkan kegiatan keagamaan baik untuk guru dan staf maupun untuk siswa

Abstract

This study aimed to find an overview as regards the evaluation concerning the use of school operational assistance funds (BOS) at MIS 01 Lebong Tambang by using a qualitative approach. The data were obtained using observation and interview techniques. After collected, the data were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman and Saldana’s approach extending to data selection, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study concluded that the evaluation of distribution and use of school operational assistance funds (BOS) conducted by the school became a very helpful medium for the school per se. Such evaluation was oriented towards increasing the resources of teaching staffs. Based on evaluation, it was found a mismatch between the budget ceiling of BOS and the teachers’ needs. School facilities and infrastructure such as the construction of new classrooms, let alone Worship facilities such as Musalla, could not use school operational assistance funds (BOS), so it was very difficult for the school because for RKB the budget had to be separated from the school operational assistance funds (BOS).
