Abstract

Pada PKM ini dengan mengambil objek pengabdian yaitu warga yang terdampak covid 19 yang umumnya para pekerja buruh dan pedagang yang meruapakan warga dari RT 001 RW 06 Caringin Legok Tangerang. Mitra pengabdian pada PKM ini Pengurus/BPH RT 001/06. Masalah yang diambil berasal dari banyaknya warga RT 001 RW 06 Caringin Legok Tangerang yang terdampak pendapatan rumah tangganya akibat dari covid 19. Program bantuan yang diberikan sesuai dari hasil pengamatan dan survey yakni pemberian bantuan sembako yang merupakan hasil dari donasi yang dikumpulkan dari donator, pemberian penyuluhan kepada warga yang terdampak tentang peluang usaha yang bisa menjadi sumber matapencaharian baru di saat pademi covid 19. Dalam pelaksanaan PKM ini, jumlah paket bantuan yang diberikan sejumlah 35 Paket sedangkan jumlah peserta dalam penyuluhan sebanyak 20 orang. Kedepan, pengurus RT sebagai mitra pengabdian disarankan agar memiliki kas hasil dari iuran rutin warga yang siap untuk diberikan disaat kondisi kritis bagi warga yang terdampak pademi covid 19 selain itu merancang model usaha bersama yang mampu merangkul para UKM agar usaha mereka semakin berkembang dan pengabdian kedepan diharapkan memberikan pelatihan yang lebih aplikatif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance in the South Jakarta Administrative City Fire and Rescue Service Tribe both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is associative quantitative. This study took a sample of 82 respondents. Partial hypothesis test of the Training variable (X1) obtained a calculated value of > ttabel or (15.564 > 1.99006) thus H01 rejected Ha1 is accepted it is also reinforced by the value of ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Partial hypothesis test of labor discipline variables (X2) obtained thitung > ttabel or (21.222 > 1.99006) thus H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted as well reinforced by the value of ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). This means that there is a significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The hypothesis test simultaneously obtained the Fhitung value of > Ftabel or (295.638 > 3.11) it was also reinforced by ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between Training and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The coefficient of multiple determinations obtained an R-square value of 0.882, so it can be concluded that the training variable (X1) and work discipline (X2) affects the employee performance variable (Y) has a very strong relationship of 88.2 while the remaining 11.8% is influenced by other factors that were not studied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Turnover Intention baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket kuesioner. Sampling dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh atau menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel yaitu 80 responden. Pengujian pada penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas), Uji regresi linier sederhana, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis (uji t dan f). Hasil penelitian pengujian hipotesis secara parsial variabel Kepuasan Kerja menunjukan nilai thitung < ttabel atau -1,805 < 1,9912 dan dengan nilai perolehan signifikansi sebesar 0,075 > 0,05 maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak, dengan artian tidak terdapat pengaruh dan tidak signifikan antara Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Pada Yayasan Al Mujahidin Pamulang, pada variabel Komitmen Organisasi menunjukan nilai thitung > ttabelatau2.610 > 1,9912 dengan nilai perolehan signifikansi sebesar 0.011 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan artian terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Komitmen organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Pada Yayasan Al Mujahidin Pamulang. Sedangkan Pengujian hipotesis secara simultan diperoleh nila fhitung > ftabel atau 3,438 > 3,12 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,037 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan artian variabel kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Berdasarkan hasil nilai koefisiensi determinasi atau R Square adalah sebesar 0,082 atau sama dengan 8,2%. Angka tersebut mengandung arti bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja (X1) dan variabel komitmen organisasi (X2) secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh terhadap variabel Turnover Intention (Y) sebesar 8,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 91.8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada PT. Chakra Lestari Sejahtera baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling menggunakan dengan sampel sebanyak 52 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini di dapat gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 9,759 + 0,495X1 + 0,269X2. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (28,603 > 2,790), hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan probability signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Chakra Lestari Sejahtera.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pembelajaran daring dan prestasi mahasiswa Manajemen Universitas Pamulang di Era new normal. Sifat penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil uji F pada tabel di atas antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat diperoleh tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan demikian, Model regresi linier sederhana pada penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh dan dari pemaparan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran daring mahasiswa terhadap prestasi mahasiswa  manajemen Universitas Pamulang di masa New Normal walaupun variabel pembelajaran daring hanya dapat memprediksi 14,5% terhadap prestasi mahasiswa manajemen Universitas Pamulang di masa New Normal saat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training participation and work discipline on employee performance simultaneously. The sample population in this study were employees of PT. Ciomas Adisatwa in the marketing department, totaling 52 people. This type of research is associative quantitative because it asks the relationship between two or more variables. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The instrument used was a questionnaire to collect data from job training, work discipline, and employee performance variables. Data analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Multiple Correlation Coefficient Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, t test, and F test. Based on the results of the t test, it can be obtained that the value of tcount < ttable or (1.390 < 1.675), this is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, Ho1 is accepted and Ha1 is rejected. This shows that there is no positive and significant effect between Training Participation (X1) on employee performance (Y) at PT Ciomas Adisatwa Bogor. Thus, Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, this shows that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y) PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Bogor. The value of the correlation coefficient or the level of relationship between the independent variable and the related variable is 0.994 where the value is in the interval 0.800-1.000, which means that the variables of training participation (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a very strong relationship to employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence between Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Axia Multi Sarana Kota South Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The sample used in this study was a saturated sample, which used the entire population of 50 people as a sample. ata analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a positive influence between work discipline and partially employee performance. t-test of 4.193 > ttable of 1.677 then Ha1 is accepted and Ho1 is rejected. The results showed that there was a positive influence between the work environment and employee performance partially. t test of 8.179 > ttable 1.677 then Ha2 is accepted and Ho2 is rejected. The results showed that there was a positive influence between the variables of work discipline and work environment on employee performance simultaneously, where the multiple regression equation Y = 10.424 + 0.075 X1 + 0.683 X2 means a positive effect, The multiple correlation test r = 0.767 belongs to the very strong category, the coefficient of determination is 58.8% and the rest is 41.2% which is influenced by other factors, the F test of F is calculated 33.601 > the ftable 3.195 means that it can be concluded that the variables of work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Chakra Lestari Sejahtera, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used was random sampling using a sample of 52 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance with a correlation coefficient adj value of 0.466 meaning that both variables have a moderate level of influence with a determination coefficient of 46.6%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (6.743> 2.009), this is confirmed by a significant probability of 0.000

Abstract

The purpose of this study is; (1) to determine whether it is effective to improve understanding of English vocabulary by reading English novels; (2) to find out the general public's preferences in choosing the language of the novel. The research uses a description method and an online questionnaire survey to find out the clear number of respondents' answers. Based on data collected through a Google form questionnaire distributed to social media. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that: (1) reading English texts continuously causes respondents to get used to English vocabulary; (2) respondents prefer English novels to Indonesian ones.
