Abstract

Diabetes mellitus has become the world's health problems. The prevalence and incidence of these diseases has increased drastically in the newly industrialized countries and developing countries, including Indonesia's. This research is an experimental research by approach nonrandomized one group pre and posttest design which is to see the difference knowledge, diet, physical activity, medication and the patient's blood glucose levels diabetes mellitus before and after accompaniment nutrition in Puskesmas Rijali Ambon. The population of this research is all patients diabetes mellitus, sampling is done by using the technique of purposive sampling with the total sample as many as 26 people. The result showed that after the accompaniment of nutrition increase knowledge 42,3%, compliance intake of energy 23,1%, compliance intake of proteins 23.1%, compliance fat intake 38.5%, compliance intake of carbohydrates 3.9%, compliance physical activity 30,8%, compliance medication 30,8% and blood glucose levels are 42,3%. Attesting four main pillars handling DM use the model of nutritional accompaniment give a flanking control blood sugar of 70%. Of the results obtained, can be concluded that the educational model counselling of nutrition is very influential to increase knowledge and compliance respondents against the diet, physical activity, medication and blood glucose levels. Abstract

The increasing flow of globalization in all fields, technological and industrial developments have been many bring changes to people's behavior and lifestyle. Changes in food consumption patterns as well as reduced physical activity and environmental pollution also contribute to lifestyle changes. These changes have unconsciously influenced the epidemiological transition with the increasing cases of degenerative diseases. Along with these changes in human lifestyle, one of the problems that arise in the health sector is an increase in the incidence of metabolic syndrome. This study aims to determine the relationship of socioeconomic status with metabolic syndrome in outpatients at the Labuang Baji Makassar Hospital. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. Sampling was done using accidental sampling technique with a sample size of 70 people. Data collection was carried out by collecting secondary data and primary data. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between socioeconomic status and metabolic syndrome. Metabolic syndrome patients were found to be highest at the age of 60-69 years. Most of the people with metabolic syndrome are women with retired jobs. The metabolic syndrome incidence increases with the high level of education.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). SARS-CoV-2 merupakan coronavirus jenis baru yang belum perna diidentifikasi sebelumnya pada manusia. WHO China Country Office (2019) melaporkan kasus pneumonia yang tidak diketahui etiologinya di Kota Wuhan, Provinsi Hubei, Cina. Pada tanggal 7 Januari 2020 WHO China Country Office melaporkan kasus pneumonia yang tidak diketahui etiologinya di Kota Wuhan. Tenaga Kesehatan memiliki peranan penting dalam penanganan pandemi ini, karena tenaga kesehatan bertugas langsung untuk menangani setiap pasien yang terinfeksi Covid-19. Mulai kebiasaan mencuci tangan dan menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri dalam melayani pasien untuk mengurangi timbulnya risiko kerja terinfeksi Covid-19. Metode: Penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross-Sectional Study, pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Bekerja. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis determinan kejadian Covid-19 pada tenaga kesehatan di Kabupaten Pinrang Tahun 202. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling hingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 200 sampel. Data di analisis dengan metode univariat, bivariat, multivariat dan data diolah dengan program spss 23 dan menyajikan data dalam bentuk distribusi frekueni. Hasil Penelitian: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Protokol kesehatan p (value=0,560), Lama terpapar p (value=0,103), Pengetahuan p (value=0,255) tidak memiliki determinan kejadian Covid-19 pada tenaga kesehatan, tetapi penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri dengan p (value=0,016) berarti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kejadian Covid-19 pada tenaga kesehatan di Kabupaten Pinrang Tahun 2021 Kesimpulan: Setiap tenaga kesehatan wajib mematuhi, memahami dan disiplin dalam penggunaan Alat pelindung Diri yang sesuia fungsi dan tempat tugasnya masing untuk menghidari terinfeksi Covid-19 saat bertugas

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pola konsumsi wanita di Indonesia pada umumnya mengandung zat besi kualitas rendah. Sumber bahan makan lebih banyak dari bahan sayuran dimana kadar zat besi pada sumber nabati diketahui memiliki kualitas besi yang rendah dan untuk penyerapan memerlukan bantuan zat pendorong. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbedaan asupan zat gizi pada ibu hamil berdasarkan kadar hemoglobin dan kadar feritin. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 71 ibu hamil. Pengumpulan data selama 2 bulan, September – Oktober 2012. Pemeriksaan Hemoglobin dilakukan dengan cara cyanmethemoglobin dan kadar besi dengan menggunakan metode HPLC. Hasil: Hasil yang diperoleh adalah 32,4% anemia dan 5,6% memiliki kadar feritin rendah. Berdasarkan analis pada kedua kondisi memiliki asupan energi rendah, yaitu 42% Angka Kecukupan Gizi (AKG). Asupan protein cukup sekitar 70% AKG dan 68% AKG. Aupan zat gizi mikro dibagi  menjadi dua bagian, vitamin E, vitamin C, tiamin, riboflavin, niasin, dan seng memiliki asupan yang rendah yaitu 20-50% AKG. Bagian lainnya, folat dan besi memiliki asupan sangat rendah yaitu <20% AKG. Kesimpulan: Asupan zat gizi pada ibu hamil anemia dan kadar feritin rendah memperlihatkan asupan yang rendah dibanding AKG. Disarankan ibu hamil dapat diberikan edukasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang konsumsi makanan bergizi seimbang.

Abstract

Introduction: Work fatigue is a common condition that is experienced by almost all workers, but if this happens continuously it can affect the health condition of workers. Work fatigue can be affected by several factors, some of which are breakfast habits and the nutritional status of workers. Aim: This study aims to determine the relationship between breakfast habits and nutritional status with level of work fatigue of workers in the production division of PT Maruki Internasional Indonesia. Materials and Methods: This research is an analytic observational study using a cross sectional design with a sample of 130 workers from 199 workers in the production division of PT. Maruki Internasional Indonesia was selected using the proportional sampling method. Data collection used a questionnaire for breakfast habits, measurements of body weight and height for nutritional status, as well as an Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) questionnaire for work fatigue levels. Data were analyzed using the SPSS application.. Results: The results of the analysis of the associated between breakfast habits and the level of work fatigue, p-value=0.000 (p<0,05), while the results of the analysis of the associated between nutritional status and the level of work fatigue, p-value=0.004 (p<0,05). Conclusion: There is a significant associated between breakfast habits and nutritional status with the level of work fatigue of workers in the production division of PT Maruki Internasional Indonesia. Workers should make it a habit to have breakfast every day before going to work, make the best use of their rest time and maintain their body weight so that their nutritional status remains normal so they can avoid high work fatigue.
