Abstract

Pemahaman terhadap pembukuan menjadi tolok ukur utama dalam pengelolaan keuangan suatu usaha yang berkelanjutan. Pengelolaan keuangan yang tepat merupakan aspek utama dan keberlanjutan usaha karena Pengelolaan keuangan yang tepat dapat membantu pemilik dan pelaku usaha untuk mengetahui tingkat keuntungan yang sesusngguhnya. Adapun tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan pembukuan sederhana dalam rangka mewujudkan tata kelola keuangan yang baik bagi pelaku usaha agar tertib administrasi dan dapat menghitung tingkat keuntungan yang sesungguhnya didapatkan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan tertib dan lancar ditandai dengan antusiasme peserta kegiatan dari awal kegiatan hingga akhir pelaksanaan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) berjalan dengan tertib dan lancar. Ditandai dengan antusiasme peserta kegiatan dari awal kegiatan hingga akhir pelaksanaan. Diawali dengan edukasi terkait pentingnya pembukuan sederhana, manfaat pembukuan, pentingnya pemisahan keuangan rumah tangga dengan  usaha. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan  dengan pelatihan pembuatan pembukuan sederhana. Peserta kegiatan merespon dengan diskusi interaktif dan peningkatan pemahaman mereka dalam pelatihan pembukuan sederhana dalam rangka mewujudkan tata kelola keuangan yang baik bagi pelaku usaha agar lebih memahami manfaat pengelolaan keuangan melalui pencatatan pembukuan agar dapat menghitung tingkat keuntungan yang sesungguhnya. Edukasi dan pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan memiliki peran yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan usaha.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the factors that affect audit quality which include audit tenure, audit fee, professional ethics, and auditor competence on audit quality in Public Accounting Firms (KAP) Semarang City. The method used in this research was a survey using a questionnaire. The population and sample of this study were all auditors in Public Accounting Firms (KAP) Semarang City, totaling 80 auditors. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, where all members of the population are used as research samples. The analytical tool used in this research was multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that: Audit tenure and audit fee had a significant effect on audit quality, while professional ethics and auditor competence had no significant effect on audit quality.

Abstract

Making nuggets by replacing meat with red beans can be used as a variant of nuggets for vegetarian consumption. Red beans have hard skin, so it is necessary to know the most appropriate cooking method to produce quality nuggets. The use of whole wheat flour as a binder aims to increase the fiber and protein content of the product. The purpose of this study was to determine the proportion of red beans and whole wheat flour as well as to show how to cook red beans for the quality of the nugget produced. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) the first factor was the proportion of red beans and wheat flour (K), namely K1 (60%:40%), K2 (50%:50%), K3 (40%:60%). The second factor was the red beans cooking process (P), namely P1 (boiling) and P2 (steaming). The results showed that there was no interaction in all treatments. The treatment of the proportion of red beans and whole wheat flour had no significant effect on all parameters, while the treatment of red bean cooking affected the parameters of water content, ash, and carbohydrates. The results of the organoleptic test had a significant effect on taste, aroma, texture, and color. K3P2 treatment (proportion of red beans: 40%: 60% whole wheat flour and steaming) became the selected treatment with parameters water content 49.09%, ash content 1.85%, protein content 10.62 %, fat content 2.90%, carbohydrate content 35.53% and total preference for taste 63.3%, aroma 53.3%, texture 43.3% and color 63.4%.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to know the effect of using guided inquiry model with scientific approach to science process skill and learning outcomes. The main instrument used in this study is the test. The tests in this study include pretest and posttest. The sample was taken using purposive sampling technique class VIII 7 as experimental class and class VIII 9 as control class. The study was conducted from March 1 to March 31. Based on the results of data analysis found there is influence the use of guided inquiry model with scientific approach to science process skill. This can be seen on the score difference before treatment is given after treatment. The average score of each meeting pretest of 24.2 while the average posttest score of each meeting amounted to 62.9 so the difference in average score between posttest with prestest of 38.7. Based on the result of data using t-test two independent samples showed there is significant effect of using guided inquiry model with scientific approach to student learning outcomes. This is shown by thitung 2,444> ttabel 2,004. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence the use of guided inquiry model with scientific approach to science process skills and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The difficulties and fisheries industry in Indonesia continues to grow in accordance with the 2013–2025 Marine and Fisheries Sector Medium Term Development Plan which refers to the concept of the Blue Economy. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of business models and strategies for sustainable sustainability that adopt the Blue Economy concept. This research is a qualitative research using a narrative approach to obtain data related to sustainable strategies in accordance with the Blue Economy concept that can be developed on research objects. The results of the study explain that the success of blue economy-based industries must be supported by a strong commitment between various parties in real action as a form of overall development support, so the direction of program policies must be innovative and creative through a touch of technology. Utilization of digital technology can help fishery businesses based on the concept of a sustainable blue economy, processing all fishery resources owned to be utilized for the welfare of the community without destroying the existing ecosystem. Digital transformation can be a bridge for business owners with markets as consumers, they interact efficiently with each other in meeting the production chain of market needs. Innovation in digital transformation must continue to be carried out and supported by the skills of its human resources to increase attractiveness and expand market access. Abstract

Kecamatan Bandungan merupakan salah satu daerah yang produktif dalammenumbuhkan ekonomi masyarakat di sekitarnya. Sektor riil yangdikembangkan adalah sektor pertanian, pariwisata, perdagangan dan jasa,serta yang utama adalah industri kecil (UKM). Usaha Kecil dan Menengahmempunyai peran strategis sebagai penyumbang pertumbuhan ekonomi jugaberperan dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja. Salah satu bentuk Usaha Kecil danMenengah yang berpotensi untuk berkembang di Kecamatan Bandunganadalah UKM olahan pangan yang berada di Desa Kenteng. Permasalahanyang dihadapi dalam pengembangan usahanya adalah dari aspek keuanganyang disebabkan rendahnya pemahaman mengenai tata kelola usaha yang baikmeliputi minimnya sistem pembukuan, pembuatan laporan keuangan danpengelolaan yang belum optimal, serta belum ada pemisahan antara keuanganrumah tangga dengan keuangan usaha. Hal tersebut berimbas kepadapengembangan usahanya, terutama dalam mengetahui tingkat keuntungan yangsebenarnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalahdengan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pembukuan sederhana, Evaluasi kegiatandengan sharing dan diskusi. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian adalah pelaku UKMOlahan Pangan di Desa Kenteng, Dari kegiatan pengabdian, diperoleh hasilbahwa peserta memiliki tambahan wawasan dan pengetahuan terkait denganpembukuan. Peserta juga mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuanuntuk membuat, serta melaksanakan manajemen usaha yang baik melalui tatakelola usaha pembukuan sederhana. Hal tersebut tampak pada proses pelatihanpembukuan sederhan dan aktifnya para peserta dalam sesi tanya jawab padasaat kegiatan berlangsung.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) merupakan langkah yang strategis dalam meningkatkan dasar kehidupan rakyat Indonesia, khususnya melalui penyediaan lapangan kerja dan mengurangi kesenjangan dan tingkat kemiskinan. Perkembangan peran usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) yang besar ditunjukkan oleh jumlah unit usaha, pengusaha, serta kontribusinya terhadap pendapatan nasional, dan penyediaan lapangan kerja, (Tim Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM, 2012). UKM yang cukup banyak dijumpai di Semarang adalah UKM tempe Salah satu lokasi ukm home industry tempe di Kota Semarang yang memiliki potensi besar berkembang dengan baik terletak di Kelurahan Krobokan, Semarang Barat. UKM dianggap memiliki kewajiban untuk memahami dan menerapkan konsep green accounting dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya, karena kontribusi UKM selain sebagai penyumbang perekonomian negara, juga berperan dalam menghasilkan limbah yang kadang dapat mencemari dan merusak lingkungan. Di dalam green accounting tersembunyi green cost dan biasanya tidak tampak secara riil. Green cost atau biaya lingkungan merupakan dampak yang timbul dari sisi keuangan dan non keuangan yang wajib dipikul sebagai akibat dari suatu kegiatan (usaha) yang dilakukan yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan. Biaya lingkungan yang terjadi di dalam perusahaan merupakan salah satu biaya overhead pabrik yang sulit diidentifikasi secara langsung, karena biaya-biaya tersebut seringkali tersembunyi dalam pusat biaya, dan tidak ada bukti pencatatan ataupun pelaporan yang sangat jelas terkait dengan biaya lingkungan. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara lisan dan tertulis kepada pemilik UKM Tempe, didapat hasil bahwa pemilik UKM Tempe di kelurahan Krobokan, Kecamatan Semarang Barat paham dan peduli bagaimana menjaga lingkungan hidup dengan baik yang merupakan bagian tanggung jawab mereka sebagai pemilik usaha sekaligus makhluk sosial. Tetapi kebanyakan dari mereka tidak paham komponen biaya apa saya yang ada di dalam biaya usaha dan biaya lingkungan. Rendahnya tingkat pendidikan dan minimnya pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam mengelola biaya usaha dan biaya lingkungan menjadi kendala utama bagi pemilik usaha dalam menerapkan tanggung jawab dan kepedulian mereka dalam menjaga lingkungan sekitar usaha dengan baik. Dari hasil wawancara lapangan, diketahui bahwa pelaku UKM peduli terhadap lingkungan akan tetapi tidak tahu apa saja komponen-komponen dan bagaimana memasukkan dalam biaya produksi. Semua pemilik UKM Tempe yang ada di wilayah RW I kelurahan Krobokan tidak mengetahui dan tidak paham dengan green accounting.

Abstract

Ringintelu Village, which is located in Kalipancur Village, Ngaliyan District, Semarang City, has a strategic and potential location. Located near the tourist area of the River Tubing Mayangsari and the historical monument Tugu Suharto with easy road access and busy road activity from the Sam Poo Kong tourist road and Kreo Cave to the Gajahmungkur-Gunung Pati area, which is a hilly area of many public and private universities in Semarang City. In the field, it can be seen that the productivity of the surrounding community has not seen the potential of this area to be used as an attraction to come. One of the solutions starts with mobilizing housewives by providing knowledge and skills through shibori and marketing training, as well as solutions for dealing with the effects of post-pandemic conditions by increasing productivity to advance the welfare and economy of local regional families. Abstract

The Mayangsari culinary tourism village Semarang was formed in 2018 by a number of people who are members of the Putra Mayangsari Disaster Preparedness Group (KSB Puma) and the Mayangsari Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis Mayangsari). The Semarang City Culture and Tourism Office provided ideas for developing Mayangsari River Tourism by highlighting the potential attractions of river tubing, river education and culinary tourism. The development of the Mayangsari culinary tourism village, which is a finalist in the 2022 great village competition in the creative and innovative village category, still has several things that need to be improved, especially regarding accounting records for culinary tourism. Based on this, it is important to provide education on the importance of accounting records in theory and practice in the Mayangsari culinary tourism village. The approach used in this community partnership program is in the form of giving lectures and tutorials by providing accounting material ranging from recording to preparing financial reports. It is hoped that this community partnership program will increase and sustain economic activities in the Mayangsari culinary tourism village.

Abstract

The stability of the rupiah exchange rate per US dollar continues to fluctuate, but in general the rupiah exchange rate per US dollar from 2016-2022 has depreciated. The depreciation of a currency will have a negative impact on the country's economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of inflation, exports and imports on the stability of the rupiah exchange rate per US dollar for the period 2016-2022. This research uses a quantitative approach using secondary data with the data used in the form of panel data, namely a combination of time series and cross section data obtained through data published by Bank Indonesia and Badan Pusat Statistic for 7 years of observation from January 2016 to December 2022. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis with data processing tools using SPSS. The results showed that Inflation has a negative but insignificant effect on the rupiah exchange rate per US dollar. Exports have a positive and significant effect on the rupiah exchange rate per US dollar. Imports have a positive and insignificant effect on the rupiah exchange rate per US dollar.
