Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of the teaching commitment of honorary teachers in economics at Titian Teras H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Jambi, to analyze the teaching commitment of honorary teachers in economics at Titian Teras H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Jambi high school. The teacher's teaching commitment must be considered when the teaching and learning process occurs online or face-to-face. One way to see whether a teacher is committed or not in a school can be seen from the compensation provided by the school, it can be seen from the performance made, and it can even be seen from the teacher's presence when teaching. It is necessary to increase the teaching commitment of teachers in schools to see student progress and to see students' abilities while learning. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The informants in this study were all honorary teachers who teach Economics at Titian Teras High School, totaling 2 people. Data collection is done through Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers on honorary teachers in economics at SMA Negeri Titian Teras H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Jambi, it can be said that they are committed because seen from their daily work, honorary teachers in economics subjects should be able to increase their teaching commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of factors that: influence consumer attitudes in choosing to enter a tutoring institution in the city of Padang in terms of potential factors, decision factors, partial and simultaneous consumer satisfaction value factors on consumer attitudes. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a population of 20738 students who become consumers at tutoring institutions in the city of Padang. The sampling technique used is the Probability Random Sampling technique so that the sample of this study amounted to 392 people. The data were analyzed in two ways, namely: 1) using multiple linear regression to determine the factors that influence consumer attitudes with t and F tests at a significance level of = 0.05; 2) The attitude model of consumers choosing to enter a tutoring institution in Padang City is predicted based on the attitude toward the object model or the Fishbein model. The results showed that partially the institutional potential factors had a positive influence, the purchasing decision factor had a positive influence and the consumer satisfaction value factor had a significant negative influence on the attitudes of consumers choosing to enter a tutoring institution in the city of Padang. Meanwhile, simultaneously these factors have a significant influence on consumer attitudes in choosing tutoring institutions in the city of Padang. The consumer attitude model based on the Fishbein model choosing to enter a tutoring institution in the city of Padang has an average score of 32.62. This means that the tutoring institution in the city of Padang has the attributes that consumers want.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out whether entrepreneurial knowledge influences the ability to practice entrepreneurship in Economics Education FKIP University of Riau students from 2019-2021. While collecting data in this study by means of random sampling. Where random sampling is a sampling technique or random elements where each element or member of the population has the same opportunity to be sampled. The type of data used is secondary data, namely the results of the semester final exam scores for the subject of entrepreneurship knowledge and entrepreneurial practices of Economics Education students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau. The statistical method used to test the research hypothesis is simple linear regression with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program. Based on the results of this study, it shows that: entrepreneurial knowledge influences the ability to practice entrepreneurship in Economics education students class of 2019-2021. Based on the results of this study it can be recommended; 1) It is hoped that the results of this research can provide information in making the right decisions, research can be used as material for consideration in banning the course. 2) For Economics Education Students, this research can be used as reading material to provide knowledge, attitudes and skills to students so that they become students who have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and achieve students in the appeal of entrepreneurship science. 3) For future researchers, the results of this study are expected to be a reference or reference for conducting further research and used in solving the same problem as this research.Key Words: The Effect of Knowledge, Ability to Practice Entrepreneurship

Abstract

COBIT merupakan sebuah standar control yang berfungsi untuk memberikan kerangka kinerja pada kendali control teknologi informasi agar dapat digunakan dan diterima dalam sebuah organisasi. kerangka kerja COBIT dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis kelayakan penerapan teknologi informasi dalam proses penyelangaraan kegiatan pada kantor desa barowa. Penilaian akan ditekankan pada tingkat pengukuran kelayakan penggunaan teknologi informasi pada kantor desa barowa dan menjabarkan peran penting teknologi informasi pada kantor desa. Berdasarkan hasil keseluruhan analisis kesenjangan di atas tingkat kematangan pada semua domain yang diharapakan (DDS dan MEA), menyatakan bahwa kantor desa barowa memiliki tingkat kematangan proses Teknolgi Informasi berada pada tingkat 3, yang mana kematangan ini menerangkan bahwa proses manajemen tata kelola sistem informasi pelayanan pada kantor desa barowa mengatur menajemennya menggunakan proses yang telah didefenisikan untuk mencapai kualitas pelayanan yang optimal dan maksimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of suitability of BPJS Health fund management with sharia principles. The design of the study is qualitative descriptive. Data collection is done using interview guide lists. In this study, the informants were 1 person BPJS Health leader, 3 staff employees, 2 directors, and 4 Kendari Health BPJS insurance participants. This study uses descriptive analysis. The results showed that the management of health BPJS insurance funds was known to contain elements of usury. It is said to contain elements of usury because every month the contribution funds that enter the BPJS account are of course certainly getting ziyadah or additional funds as conventional banks in general. The premium system run by BPJS contains things that contain elements of gharar seen from unclear agreements used between participants and the BPJS, containing elements of uncertainty (gambling / maysir) in premium payments and the amount obtained and there are elements of injustice to participants who die the world whose premiums are said to be non-refundable (forfeited), as well as the separation between the poor, middle and upper classes in the facility

Abstract

ABSTRAK Berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR) adalah bayi dengan berat badan lahir kurang dari 2500 gram. WHO memperkirakan hampir semua (98%) dari 5 juta kematian neonatal terjadi di negara berkembang. Menurut data dinas kesehatan kota Palembang, angka kelahiran BBLR tahun 2008 sebanyak 213 per 1.000 kelahiran hidup dan pada tahun 2009 sebanyak 203 per 1.000 kelahiran hidup. Penyebab BBLR adalah kelahiran prematur, paritas ibu, umur ibu, faktor plasenta, faktor janin dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan paritas ibu dengan kejadian BBLR di Rumah Sakit Pusri Palembang Tahun 2017. Desain penelitian ini adalah survai analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dimana variabel yang diteliti meliputi paritas ibu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu bersalin di Rumah Sakit Pusri Palembang tahun 2017 yang berjumlah 553 orang dengan besar sampel penelitian sebanyak 240 orang yang diambil dengan teknik acak sistematik, instrumen penelitian yaitu check list. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan dari 240 ibu didapatkan kejadian BBLR 142 orang (59,2%) yang memiliki paritas risiko tinggi 32 orang dengan kejadian BBLR (87,5%) sedangkan umur ibu risiko tinggi 123 orang dengan kejadian BBLR ( 51,,2%). Dari statistik uji Chi-Square yang membandingkan p value dengan tingkat kemaknaan α = 0,05 menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara paritas ibu p value (0,00) dengan kejadian BBLR di Rumah Sakit Pusri Palembang Tahun 2017. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ibu dengan paritas dan risiko tinggi lebih banyak melahirkan bayi dengan BBLR dibandingkan dengan risiko rendah. ­­ ABSTRACK Low birth weight (LBW) is a baby with a birth weight of less than 2500 grams. WHO estimates that almost all (98%) of 5 million neonatal deaths occur in developing countries. According to Palembang city health office data, the birth rate of LBW in 2008 was 213 per 1,000 live births and in 2009 as many as 203 per 1,000 live births. The causes of LBW are premature birth, maternal parity, maternal age, placental factors, fetal factors and the environment. This study aims to determine the relationship of mother parity with the occurrence of LBW at Pusri Palembang Hospital Year 2017. The design of this study is an analytical survey with cross sectional approach where the variables studied include parity of the mother. The population of this study were all maternal mothers at Pusri Palembang Hospital in 2017, which amounted to 553 people with a large sample of 240 samples taken by systematic random technique, research instrument that is check list. Data analysis was done univariat and bivariate. The results of this study showed that from 240 mothers, there was an occurrence of BBLR 142 people (59.2%) who had high risk parity of 32 people with LBW incidence (87.5%) while the high risk maternal age was 123 people with LBW incidence (51, 2% ). From Chi-Square test statistic that compare p value with significance level α = 0,05 indicate that there is significant relation between mother parity p value (0,00) with incidence of BBLR at Pusri Palembang Hospital 2017. From this research result it was concluded that mothers with parity and high risk were more likely to deliver babies with LBW than low risk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of authentic assessments in economics learning in accordance with the 2013 curriculum at Muaro Jambi 6th State Senior High School and also to see whether there are any obstacles to economics teachers when implementing the 2013 curriculum in implementing authentic assessments. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method using the stake evaluation model. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation, questionnaires, and literature studies on syllabus and lesson plans .The results of this study are (1) Authentic assessment procedures in economic learning are going well. At the planning stage, a percentage of 85.33% was obtained in the good category. At the implementation stage, a percentage of 77.7% was obtained in the sufficient category. At the yield stage, a percentage of 81.25% is obtained; (2) The teacher's constraints in implementing authentic assessment in economics learning are limited time constraints in one lesson, the many indicators of authentic assessment, and also the lack of student motivation in participating in innovative learning with authentic assessment and infrastructure that does not function properly

Abstract

Mathematical Mind adalah kecenderungan anak untuk berpikir logis dan sistematis yang diperoleh melalui pembelajaran, pengalaman, dan latihan. Salah satu  Mathematical Mind anak adalah konsep pola. Dunia anak adalah dunia bermain, melatih Mathematical Mind anak harus dilakukan melalui bermain. Melatih Mathematical Mind anak merupakan regulasi dari Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 137 tahun 2014. Kenyataan di lapangan berdasarkan studi pendahuluan di TK Karyawan Banda Aceh diperoleh informasi bahwa kemampuan Mathematical Mind anak tentang konsep pola belum berkembang sesuai harapan dan guru belum menerapkan kegiatan bermain pola. Mengatasi masalah di atas maka perlu dilakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam tiga siklus. Tindakan untuk melatih Mathematical Mind anak dilakukan melalui bermain pola. Fokus pada kemampuan anak tentang konsep pola, khususnya pola berulang. Tindakan yang dilakukan untuk masing-masing siklus adalah mewarnai, menyusun, dan meronce, Efek dari tindakan ini adalah kemampuan anak meningkat, yaitu anak sudah menguasai konsep pola berulang, yaitu pola AB-AB dan ABC-ABC.

Abstract

Semenjak Covid-19 melanda Negeri Ini, banyak pemaknaan baru yang digunakan seperti Work FromHome (WFH) dan Study From Home (SFH) yang menjadi narator hubung dalam komunikasi diIndonesia. Untuk mensiasati hal tersebut Pemerintah, Perusahaan, Perguruan Tinggi maupunMasyarakat mencari alternative lain dalam hal berkomuniksi salah satunya dengan metode modaplatform (program aplikasi) pendukung dalam mempertahankan produktivitas kerja serta belajar. Agarbisa adaptif terhadap perubahan yang terjadi diperlukan transisi melalui beberapa pelatihan maupunworkshop mengenai bagaimana model-model pembelajaran yang ideal dan efektif mengatasipermasalahan untuk siswa yang sedang mengalami kesulitan belar dirumah. Kegiatan pengabdianmasyarakat dilakukan dengan pendekatan sosial. Pendekatan sosial dilakukan dengan melibatkankelompok sasaran sebagai subyek kegiatan, tidak hanya sekedar objek kegiatan. Pendekatan sosial inijuga diperlukan untuk memberi jaminan kelancaran pelaksanaan kegiatan. Pelaksanaan dilakukandalam 3 tahap yaitu: 1. Persiapan; 2. Pelaksanaan; 3. Evaluasi dan Pelaporan. Berdasarkanpengukuran menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan sebelum dan setelah pendampingan dilaksanakanterlihat adanya perubahan  sikap guru SMK N 5 tentang pengetahuan model pembelajaran inovatifdan LMS  sebagai solusi alternatif bagi guru dan siswa dalam meminimalisir kesulitan belajar siswa.  Kata Kunci : inovasi, kesulitan, belajar, IoT
