Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang metode double moving average untuk mengetahui hasil ramalan produksi tanaman padi di Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode double moving average merupakan metode rata-rata bergerak linier yang digunakan untuk mengatasi data deret waktu dengan pola yang cenderung mengalami trend linear. Berdasarkan pola data hasil produksi tanaman padi, menunjukkan bahwa pola data tersebut mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya dan dapat diidentifikasi bahwa data berpola trend.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa model terbaik untuk meramalkan hasil produksi tanaman padi diperole MA (2 × 2) dengan model persamaan adalah F18+p =331692+(-5373) × m  dan nilai tingkat akurasi yaitu measure absolute persenrage error (MAPE) sebesar 5.3537. Sehingga diperoleh hasil peramalan 5 tahun ke depan yaitu tahun 2019 sebesar 326318.5 Ton, 2020 sebesar 32094.5 Ton, dan seterusnya sampai tahun 2023 sebesar 304826.5 Ton.

Abstract

This study describes students' mathematics learning outcomes in terms of their problem-solving abilities in rectangular material. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Suwawa in the odd semester of 2019/2020, with 22 students as research subjects. The research instrument used an essay test to measure students 'mathematics learning outcomes and interviews to obtain further information regarding students' mathematics learning outcomes. The indicators used to determine students' mathematics learning outcomes in terms of problem-solving abilities are 1) the ability to understand the problem; 2) the ability to plan problems; 3) problem-solving skills; 4) recheck ability. The results showed that the percentage of completeness of students' mathematics learning outcomes with high problem-solving abilities was 18.18%, the percentage of students' mathematics learning outcomes completeness with moderate problem-solving abilities was 68.18%, and the percentage of students' mathematics learning outcomes completeness with low problem-solving abilities was 68.18%. 13.64%.

Abstract

This paper discusses the analysis of the Rosenzweig-MacArthur predator-prey model with anti-predator behavior. The analysis is started by determining the equilibrium points, existence, and conditions of the stability. Identifying the type of Hopf bifurcation by using the divergence criterion. It has shown that the model has three equilibrium points, i.e., the extinction of population equilibrium point (E0), the non-predatory equilibrium point (E1), and the co-existence equilibrium point (E2). The existence and stability of each equilibrium point can be shown by satisfying several conditions of parameters. The divergence criterion indicates the existence of the supercritical Hopf-bifurcation around the equilibrium point E2. Finally, our model's dynamics population is confirmed by our numerical simulations by using the 4th-order Runge-Kutta methods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk membandingkan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang dibelajarakan menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa menggunakan media powerpoint. Hipotesis‘dalam penelitian ini adalah‘hasil belajar matematika siswa yang‘dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan‘multimedia pembelajaran interaktif lebih baik dari hasil belajar matematika siswa yang dibelajarakan dengan menggunakan powerpoint pada materi Bola kelas IX di SMP Negeri 2 Gorontalo. Populasi dalam penelitian‘ini adalah‘seluruh siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Gorontalo. pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan‘teknik simple random sampling‘sehingga diperoleh untuk kelas eksperimen adalah kelas IX-7 dan‘untuk kelas kontrol‘adalah kelas IX-9 dengan jumlah siswa masing-masing sebanyak 30 orang. Dalam penelitian ini‘desain yang digunakan adalah‘pretest-postest control group design serta‘teknik pengumpulan data yang‘digunakan adalah berbentuk essay. Analisis inferensial‘dalam penelitian ini menggunakan‘uji ANAKOVA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil belajar matematika siswa ‘yang dibelajarkan dengan‘menggunakan‘multimedia pembelajaran interaktif lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan media powerpoint pada materi bola.

Abstract

Facing the dry season, it is probable that there is a lack of water or excess distribution at one point during distribution to every house that uses PDAM water every day. This will result in community instability in using water and inaccurate users. Therefore, forecasting of the amount of water used in PDAM Kota Gorontalo for the next period. The method used to forecast is the Exponential Moving Average method. Criteria in determining the best method is based on the value of Mean Absolute Deviation and Mean Absolute Percentage Error. After forecasting each smoothing constant is compared, the best model. in predicting the amount of water use in PDAM Kota Gorontalo is an Exponential Moving Average with a smoothing constant of 0.15 because it has the smallest MAD and MAPE values.

Abstract

The vector autoregressive (VAR) model is a simultaneous equation modeling used to construct forecasting systems from interrelated time-series data. This study intends to predict factors that significantly influence inflation in the province of Gorontalo. Moreover, the data used in this study involved inflation data and factors that influence inflation every month in the province in the period of January 2009 - December 2018. The results of inflation forecasting in Gorontalo in 2019 show that at the beginning of 2019, the inflation was considered to be very low at around -0.48% to -0.40%. However, the inflation surged in March with -0.25% (the highest inflation rate). The percentage decreased to -0.30% and -0.33% in April and May. After the decline in April and May, in the middle of the year (June) inflation returned to -0.31% and did not experience a significant change until the end of the year, which was still in the range of -0.32%. The accuracy of the prediction results seen in the MAPE value from out sample data of variables Y1 to Y8 is on the average below 10%, indicating that VAR is a significant forecasting model.

Abstract

Mathematics is a difficult subject for students, causing low motivation, interest and student learning outcomes. To attract students to be more interested in learning mathematics, they must use interactive learning media so that learning is not boring and fun. This study aims to develop a multimedia adventure game in pyramid topic based on mobile learning in grade eight. This study uses the 4-D development model, however, at the stage of dissemination only limited distribution is carried out. The subjects in this study were grade eight students of one of junior school in Gorontalo District, Gorontalo Province, Indonesia. The results of the study based on the validation of topic and media experts showed that the quality of multimedia was good. Meanwhile, based on the teacher's ability for managerial to learn is also categorized as good, the activities of students during the learning process reach the ideal time criteria, the responses of all students are classified as very positive of 90.56% and learning tests show that 72.5% of students achieve completeness. This shows that the adventure multimedia game based on mobile learning in pyramid topic is valid, practise, and effective.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing to what extent students' ability to relate mathematical objects to problems number patterns. The method used in this research is a quantitative description. The data collection techniques used are tests and interviews. The data analysis technique uses model miles and hiberman, namely by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that students' ability to relate mathematical objects to pattern problems numbers is not maximized. This is indicated by the percentage of achievements an indicator of the ability to associate mathematical objects that only reached an average of 55.26% consisting of 48.44% fact indicators, concept 45.50%, principle 63.80%, and operation 63.33%.

Abstract

Trim loss merupakan kerugian yang timbul dari hasil pemotongan yang tidak optimal. Trim loss dipengaruhi beberapa faktor salah satunya yaitu peletakan pola pemotongan yang kurang tepat. Trim loss dapat diselesaikan dengan beberapa metode salah satunya menggunakan metode cutting stock. cutting stock digunakan pada pengoptimalan pemotongan sisa material yang tidak dapat digunakan lagi. Pada cutting stock dipengaruhi oleh masalah pola pemotongan disebut cutting stock problem(CSP). CSP dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan pendekatan integer linear programming (ILP). ILP adalah salah satu model dalam program linear yang variabel keputusannya berbentuk bilangan positif atau nol.

Abstract

Principal component analysis (PCA) is a method used to reduce dimentionality of the dataset. However, the use of PCA failed to carry out the problem of non-linear and non-separable data. To overcome this problem such data is more appropriate to use PCA method with the kernel function, which is known as the kernel PCA (KPCA). In this paper, Iris dataset visualized with PCA and KPCA, that contains are the length and the width of sepal and petal.
