Abstract

In this work practice, the author designed a company profile video that aims to introduce the company, its products, and services to the public. This research is related to PT HLS Batam which is engaged in the fishing industry and is domiciled in Batam. PT HLS Batam does not yet have a promotional media that helps the public to access the company and introduce its products and services. Therefore, we need a company profile video as a promotional media that can introduce PT HLS Batam and provide information about it. In this study using the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. In this case, the work practice that has been implemented will produce a company profile video, which contains a logo as a corporate identity, vision and mission of the company, company address, products to be offered to the public, and company telephone numbers that can be contacted. PT HLS Batam will implement and upload a company profile video to its YouTube account.

Abstract

Video as one of the developments in information technology that has the benefit of providing information and motivation for people to carry out an activity. One of the stages of human life is growing old as a senior, requiring activities aimed at developing his or her well-being. The method used to develop the video is Research and Development(R&D) and using Rowntree model. The contents of the video content are reading, caring for plants, playing chess and sports by seniors. The developed video has received a small group evaluation and a large group evaluation to get comments and suggestions regarding the necessary revisions. Based on user comments, the developed video has provided useful information regarding the activities of seniors

Abstract

Royale Laundry was established in 2015, the location of Royale Laundry is located in Komp. Nagoya point Blok H No 8, Batam. Royale Laundry is a shop engaged in laundry services. In the era of globalization and increasingly rapid technological advances encourage people to be more active in using the internet today, apart from sharing information, the internet is also used as a means of promoting a product or service so that it is easier for people to find the product or service they need and the owner of the product or service easier to market. its product or service. This activity aims to help Royale Laundry to the public to find out the services, laundry services at Royale Laundry and provide tangible results. Promoting Royale Laundry by creating a catalog, namely an E-catalog using Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 and publishing it on Instagram. Data collection methods used: observation and interviews, with the design process design, predesign, design, postdesign. Suggestions for Royale Laundry shop owners, are expected to be active in introduction and promotion using social media or the internet in various social media platforms.

Abstract

Riztour is a travel tour agency company that serves Southeast Asian travel to 3 destination countries, namely Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Riztour has provided various types of travel tour packages, but to be able to continue the travel tour business during the covid pandemic, Riztour needs a culinary rebranding video. The rebranding video will be made with the Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2019 and Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 applications, along with providing two types of subtitle languages, namely Indonesian and English along with background music. Data and information will be collected through observation and documentation. Riztour will upload this culinary rebranding video to his Youtube channel. The culinary rebranding video made by the author is expected to provide correct, precise and useful information to promote the Batam culinary business and increase the number of tourists who will visit Batam

Abstract

Cafe has been a chosen place especially for teenagers up to adults as a place to hangout and dine in. Numerous café established has made micro, small and medium enterprises competitions fiercer than ever, by café services to food menus. The importance of promotion can increased by promoting with mouth to mouth, up to promoting in social media to attract more people to visit the café. Promotion is a method to make consumer attention towards a brand or brand awareness. Therefore, micro, small, and medium enterprises must have a video media as a tool to promote its business. With company profile video to promote its business name towards people. Abstract

The growth speed of technology developments are encouraging information system to develop significantly. One of the example were making videos that can renew a company identity as a form of promotion and visualization needs of a company profile. This article describes the implementation of Job Training (KP) to an agency in the city of Batam, namely Batam International University, namely the Undergraduate Program in Information Systems. Practical work projects were carried out because of the need to renew the form of promotion of the Information Systems Undergraduate Program in the form of introducing graduate profiles. So the authors decided to work together by making a video profile of an information system graduate specializing in DKV. The author will use the Transition technique during the design of the video profile. The output in the form of a video will be distributed via Youtube social media.

Abstract

In Indonesia, accreditation is a one way to determine the quality standard of an educational institution, including universities. People often evaluate the quality of educational institutions based on the accreditation value. So in this study it can be shown that the value of accreditation is directly proportional to the quality of educational institutions. The accreditation process usually carried out within a period of 5 years and must be renewed at least 6 month before the expiration date. In this research, the author used qualitative methods to collect data on accreditation. The collected data from observation and documentation will be used to make a reportage video of the accreditation which will take place at Universitas Internasional Batam. The result of reportage video is available in two languages, English and Indonesian. The reportage video has an elements that are usually found in news videos, such as lower thirds, logos, and others. The reportage video in English has a duration of about 6 minutes 1 second and the reportage video in Indonesian has a duration of about 7 minutes 27 seconds. The reportage video is expected to help the development of universities and provide a legit information to wider community

Abstract

Ju Seafood Restaurant is a small micro and medium enterprise which is engaged in culinary and seafood. The problems faced by Ju Seafood Restaurant are the lack of application of marketing strategies in their business and the use of social media as business support media is still not utilized properly. The method used to carry out practical work activities is divided into 2 stages: the data collection stage and the catalog creation stage. The result of this activity is an e-catalog which is implemented through a social media account, namely Instagram. The implementation of this practical work activity shows that the use of e-catalog has a very good influence on the business development of Ju Seafood Restaurant.

PT Asuki Batam is a shop engaged in the marketing of local auto parts and accessories and CBU. This activity aims to introduce PT Asuki Batam to the public to know the services, services and distribution materials in PT Asuki Batam and give tangible results. Introducing PT Asuki Batam by making a promotional video that is Company Profile using Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 and published on Youtube, Data collection methods used: observation, interview, and library studies with the process of designing development, preproduction, production, postproduction, and delivery. Advice for business owners pt Asuki Batam, is expected to be active in the introduction and promotion by using social media or the internet in various social media platforms.
