Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan keterampilan mengajar ditinjau dari gaya kepemimpinan guru di kelas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian komparasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru di SMA Negeri 11 Medan. Teknik sampling yang dipakai dalam penelitian adalah incidental sampling dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 39 orang guru. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data adalah skala keterampilan mengajar, observasi terhadap keterampilan mengajar, dan skala gaya kepemimpinan. Data penelitian yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis varians One Way Anova. Hasil penelitian dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui skala keterampilan mengajar menunjukkan  bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan keterampilan mengajar ditinjau dari gaya kepemimpinan guru di kelas (F=0,910; p>0,05). Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi keterampilan mengajar menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan signifikan dalam keterampilan mengajar ditinjau dari gaya kepemimpinan guru di kelas. Gaya kepemimpinan otoritatif dan demokratis lebih baik keterampilan mengajarnya daripada gaya kepemimpinan otokratis dan bebas (F=13,293; p<0,05; F=12,608; p<0,05).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between adversity quotient and work family conflict with job satisfaction. The hypothesis states that there is a relationship between adversity quotient and work family conflict with job satisfaction. This research uses quantitave method, especially the correlational technique. The subjects were 76 married female nurses at RSUD Dr. RM Djoelham Binjai. Total sampling technique was used in this study. The datum collected through Scale of Job Satisfaction, Adversity Response Profile (ARP) and Work Family Conflict Scale. The collected data then analyzed with multiple regression analysis method. The main result of this study showed that there was a significant correlation between adversity quotient and work family conflict with job satisfaction (R = 0,462; p < 0,05). Based on the result, there is a relationship between adversity quotient and work family conflict with job satisfaction. It can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship between parental social support and self regulated learning. The hypotesis proposed that there was a positive relationship between parental social support and self regulated learning, assuming that the higher parental social support, the higher the self regulated learning and vice versa. The research subjects in this study were 147 students of class X-XI Padang Bulan GKPI Senior High School in Medan. Data was obtained from a scale to measure parental social support and self regulated learning. The calculation was carried out through an analysis prerequisite test (assumption test) which consists of normality test and linearity test. Data was analyzed by using Product Person Moment correlation through SPSS 17 for Windows. The results of the data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.572 with p of 0.000 (p <0.005). This result showed that there was a positive relationship between parental social support and self regulated learning. Based on the result, it can be concluded that there was a positive relationship between parental social support and self regulated learning. In the other words, the hypothesis was accepted.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan service quality . Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan positif antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan service quality, dengan asumsi semakin tinggi kepemimpinan transformasional, maka semakin tinggi service quality dan sebaliknya. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Pesantren Darul Arafah di Lau Bakeri Deli Serdang, sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan skala kepemimpinan transformasional dan service quality. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan korelasi product moment melalui bantuan SPSS 17 for windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar r = 0,532 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (p < 0.05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis penelitian diterima, yaitu ada hubungan positif antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan service quality. Abstract

The individual's perception of himself can form a self-image that will be reflected in his behavior. As a student, the better the self-concept that is built, the students will behave like students who can be role models. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and discipline. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between self-concept and discipline. The research subjects used in this study were 146 students of SMA X Binjai City. Hypothesis testing in this study uses Pearson Product Moment correlation with the help of SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.549 and a significance value of p 0.001. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is acceptable, that is, there is a positive relationship between self-concept and discipline..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and psychological contract to work motivation either partially or simultaneously. The research subjects used in this study were 91 employees and employees of PT XYZ. Sample selection using method stratified random sampling. Research data obtained from a scale to measure work motivation, job satisfaction and psychological contract. The calculation is done by performing classical assumption test which consists of normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. Analysis of the data used is a multiple linear regression test through the help of SPSS 24 for windows. The results of data analysis showed that there was an influence between job satisfaction and psychological contract on work motivation with an F count of 51,588 and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The results of the correlation analysis of the first minor hypothesis indicated that there was positive influence between job satisfaction and work motivation (β = 0.652, p = 0.000). The second minor hypothesis also showed that there was positive influence between the psychological contract on work motivation (β = 0.210, p = 0.006).

Abstract

Komitmen terhadap organisasi ialah sesuatu ukuran sikap yang bisa digunakan buat mengevaluasi kekuatan para pekerja buat bertahan pada sesuatu industri. Riset ini bertujuan buat mengenali ikatan antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi. Subjek riset yang digunakan dalam riset ini merupakan karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Medan sebanyak 110 orang yang diseleksi dengan memakai total sampling. Analisis informasi yang digunakan merupakan memakai Analisa Product Moment lewat dorongan SPSS 17 for Windows. Hasil analisis informasi menampilkan r= 0. 67, serta p= 0. 000 (p<0.05) yang menampilkan kalau ada ikatan positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

Perilaku faking merupakan sesuatu hal yang umum dilakukan oleh pelamar dalam kegiatan wawancara kerja. Namun, faking yang dilakukan oleh pelamar dapat mempengaruhi asesor/interviewer dalam memberikan penilaian yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan gambaran mengenai tipe faking dan melihat perbedaan tipe faking pada pelamar fresh graduate dan berpengalaman pada wawancara kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain non-eksperimental kepada 262 orang, yang diseleksi di beberapa perusahaan di Kota Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur Interview Faking Behavior Scale. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisa data T-test. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu “terdapat perbedaan tipe faking pada pelamar fresh graduate dan berpengalaman dalam wawancara kerja”. Penelitian ini memperlihatkan tidak ada perbedaan tipe faking antara pelamar fresh graduate dan pelamar berpengalaman dalam wawancara kerja berdasarkan hasil analisis data nilai T-hitung (-1,550) < T-tabel (1,969) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,719 > 0,05. Selanjutnya nilai F-hitung (0,130) < F-tabel (1,366).

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh antara keadilan organisasi dan leader member exchange terhadap komitmen organisasional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 120 karyawan PT. Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama dengan metode total sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala komitmen organisasional yang terdiri dari 36 aitem, skala keadilan organisasiyang terdiri dari 29 aitem dan skala leader member exchange  yang terdiri dari 33 aitem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara keadilan organisasional dan leader member exchange terhadap komitmen organisasional dengan nilai uji F= 49.087 dan sig.= 0.000. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif antara keadilan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0.455 dan sig. 0.000 (p < 0.05), dan terdapat pengaruh positif antara leader member exchange terhadap komitmen organisasional dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0.268 dan sig. 0.008 (p < 0.05). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan korelasi Multiple Linear Regression atau analisis regresi linear berganda melalui bantuan SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan efektif yang diberikan keadilan organisasi dan leader member exchange terhadap komitmen organisasional adalah sebesar 44.7 persen, selebihnya 55.3 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteli
