Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of selling-out as a mediating variable of retail store trust in selling-in in Pulung Food products. This research is quantitative. The type of research used is case study research. A case study is a research strategy, an empirical study that investigates a phenomenon in a real-life setting. The purpose of the research is to obtain the necessary data. The sample used was 45 respondents who were retail store owners who partnered with UD Pulung Food. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the significance value for the influence of trust on the Ling - in the cell, the original sample value of 0.4 7 7 is positive and the t count is 4.576 > t-table (1.960) and the p-value is 0.000 <0.05 and the original sample is positive. Thus the Hypothesis in this study is accepted. That is, there is a positive and significant influence on trust in trading. To build the intensity of cooperation that can achieve results, it is not only based on the interests of both parties but needs to be based on trust (mutual trust), namely a business relationship, which in business transactions occurs when there is trust between the two parties.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Trauma kepala merupakan keadaan diakibatkan karena benturan pada kepala. Trauma kepala terjadi karena jatuh atau karena kecelakaan lalu lintas dan dapat juga karena hal lainnya. Trauma kepala dapat menyebabkan cedera pada otak. Oleh karena itu seorang tenaga kesehatan harus mengetahui diagnosis pada kejadian trauma kepala, menganalisanya supaya dapat ditentukan tingkat trauma kepala yang dialami, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk menentukan cara penatalaksanaan dan menentukan prognosa cedera kepala terutama yang berkaitan dengan masalah gangguan neurologi. Pengukuran tingkat keparahan trauma pada kepala menjadi hal yang sangat penting guna menetapkan perawatan yang paling efektif, sehingga dapat dievaluasi lebih mudah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan ketrampilan pengenalan trauma kepala menggunakan teknik simulasi. Metodologi: Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre experimental design dengan menggunakan rancangan one group pretest-postest. Responden penelitan ini sebesar 39 responden. Teknik sampling adalah purposive sampling, menggunakan lembar kuesioner melalui google form. Teknik simulasi dilakukan secara langsung (luring). Analisa data menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan p-value: 0,000 dimana ( p value < 0,05 ) yang artinya ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara ketrampilan pengenalan cedera kepala sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan simulasi. Metode simulasi efektif digunakan untuk melatih ketrampilan responden dalam ketrampilan pengenalan trauma capitis yang terjadi pada pasien. Diskusi: Peningkatan ketrampilan dalam pengenalan trauma kepala diperlukan untuk menentukan derajat keparahan trauma kepala yang terjadi sehingga diharapkan dengan pengenalan dini, penatalaksanaan pasien akan lebih cepat dan sesuai target. Sehingga prognosa pasien semakin baik. Kata Kunci: Cedera Kepala, Ketrampilan, Pengenalan, Simulasi

Abstract

Online learning in the descriptive text is a challenge for the teacher and student. However, learning activities should be held to make students’ understanding of material well even the condition always different and need new adaptation. In reality, the learning model influences students’ ability, particularly in the learning of descriptive text. The research aims to analyze students’ cases based on the source of the problem in writing descriptive text. This research includes qualitative research, particularly case study research. The analysis uses Spradley Analysis which consists of domain analysis, taxonomy analysis, componential analysis, and theme cultural. In the domain, there are two domains such gender and distance between house and school. As a result of the research, students suffer high problems in four indicators. They consist of organization, grammar, mechanics, and word choice. In the gender category, female students have high cases. Besides, in the distance between school and house, the 6,1-10 KM students suffered the high problem. Further, it can conclude that students’ ability in writing descriptive text is low.

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning media for the solar system using Adobe Flash to support the learning process of students at SDN 1 Hadiluwih, help foster interest in learning the solar system through teaching aids that are more attractive and easy to understand, implement learning media based on solar systems. Interactive Adobe Flash. The research method used in this research is the method of research and development (Research & Development). The data collection method used a questionnaire method with the research subjects of grade 6 elementary school students. Processing the questionnaire method with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses the help of the Microsoft Excel program. Based on the research results, it can be seen that students are greatly helped in learning the Solar System using interactive learning media. Students are helped in studying the material of the solar system because there are videos, pictures, quizzes, and writing that are easy to understand.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran sistem tata suryamenggunakan Adobe Flash untuk menunjang proses belajar siswa di SDN 1 Hadiluwih,Membantu menumbuhkan minat belajar sistem tata surya melalui alat bantu mengajar yanglebih menarik dan mudah dipahami, dan menerapkan media pembelajaran sistem tata suryaberbasis Adobe Flash yang interaktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research & Development). Metode pengumpulan datamenggunakan metode kuesioner dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas 6 sekolah dasar.Pengolahan metode kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Teknik analisa data mengggunakanbantuan program Microsoft Excel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa siswasangat terbantu dalam belajar “Sistem Tata Surya” menggunakan media pembelajaraninteraktif. Siswa terbantu dalam mempelajari materi “Sistem Tata Surya” karena terdapatvideo, gambar, kuis, dan tulisan yang mudah di pahami.

Abstract

Many motion graphics techniques have been developed. Now motion graphics are not only in the form of 2D animation, several techniques can change a 2D illustration image or design into a 3D object. This development is of course due to the need for an object that needs to be displayed in 3D to clarify the intent of the design being conveyed. 3D motion graphic techniques can be created using preset, plugins, effects, or simply using various object layers that are processed using masking techniques. In this research, we will discuss techniques for making 3D motion graphics with a case study of an object that rotates the moon and the earth on its axes. The application of the trim and crop comp technique to create 3D animation objects can be developed with other animated objects. This research involved more than 10 of the best tutorials on YouTube as study material and tested to find simple techniques that are easy for beginners to use. The results of the study of the tutorial will be tested for its effectiveness on 160 students who are beginners in learning animation. Hopefully, this technique will not only be learning material for beginners but can also be developed and applied to other objects to facilitate further animation learning.

Abstract

Non-Communicable Diseases (PTM) is a disease that is transmitted and is not transmitted to other people with any form of contact. One of the health problems of national and global concern. PTM is currently at risk for all people, including children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. The purpose of this study is to describe the behavior of food consumption habits as a risk factor for non-communicable diseases in adolescents. The population in this study were Semarang District High School students in the 2019/2020 Academic Year, while the sample in this study amounted to 372 students consisting of SMA N 01 Bringin 151 and SMA N 01 Bergas 221 students. The research design used is descriptive, using the Cross-Sectional method that is research in which the measurement of variables is carried out only once at the same time.The results of this study indicate that for risk factors based on gender are 246 people (66.1%) and men as many as 126 people (33.9%). Fruit consumption behavior is less as many as 247 people (66.4%) and enough fruit consumption behavior is 125 people (33.6%). The consumption behavior of vegetables that are lacking is 239 people (64.2%) and vegetable consumption is sufficient as many as 133 people (35.88%). The consumption behavior of sweet foods is often as many as 237 people (63.7%) and the behavior of consumption of sweet foods that are rarely as many as 135 people (36.3%). The consumption behavior of salty foods is often as many as 181 people (48.7%) and the behavior of consumption of salty foods are rarely as many as 191 people (51.3%). Fatty food consumption behavior which is often 207 people (55.6%) and rare fat food consumption behavior 165 people (44.4%).

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Trauma capitis merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian pasien yang berusia di bawah 45 tahun akibat adanya benturan pada kepala, dan angkanya mencapai hampir 50%. Petugas kesehatan harus mampu mengetahui tanda yang terjadi dan harus mampu melakukan pengenalan terjadinya trauma capitis. Pengkajian awal derajat keparahan pada trauma capitis merupakan sesuatu hal yang sangat penting dimana bertujuan untuk menentukan jenis tindakan yang paling tepat. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas teknik Behavioral Skills Training dalam Peningkatan Ketrampilan Pengenalan Trauma Capitis. Metodologi: Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre experimental design dengan rancangan one group pretest and posttest design. Penelitian ini melibatkan 39 responden. Sampling menggunakan purposive sampling, instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar kuesioner dari google form. Pelaksanaan Behavioral Skills Training (BST) dilakukan langsung ke responden. Data dianalisa dengan wilcoxon. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan p-value: 0,000 yang berarti ada perbedaan antara ketrampilan pengenalan cedera kepala sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan teknik Behavioral Skills Training. Metode Behavioral Skills Training sangat efektif dalam melatih ketrampilan responden untuk pengenalan derajat keparahan pada trauma capitis yang terjadi. Diskusi: Ketrampilan dalam pengenalan derajat keparahan trauma capitis diperlukan untuk menentukan jenis tindakan yang tepat untuk dilakukan dengan harapan bisa dengan meningkatkan keberhasilan dari tindakan sehingga prognosa pada pasien trauma capitis akan semakin baik. Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan adalah memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang keterlambatan bicara (speech delay) pada anak yaitu bagaimana mengenali dan cara pencegahannya. Edukasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan  metode ceramah dan focus group discussion (FGD). Tempat pelaksanaan kegiatan di Balai Pertemuan PKK Dusun Krajan Desa Kayen Kabupaten Pacitan dengan sasaran ibu-ibu PKK sebagai peserta edukasi. Hasilnya berupa pengetahuan yang bisa menambah keterampilan orang tua khususnya para ibu terkait dengan speech delay yang dapat diterapkan di lingkungan guna membantu mengatasi keterlambatan bicara pada anak.

Abstract

Permasalahan dari penelitian ini yaitu sebagian besar guru masih rendah dalam memahami kemampuan pedagogik guru, dimana kemampuan pedagogik guru sangat berperan penting terhadap motivasi belajar anak. Penelitian ini berdasar pada teori kompetensi pedagogik guru, dalam Undang Undang No. 14 tahun 2005 tentang guru dan dosen pada pasal 10 ayat 1 (dalam Payong & Marselus, 2011:28) guru profesioanl harus memiliki kualifikasi akademik minimal S1 atau D-IV dan memiliki empat stadar kompetensi yaitu Kompetensi Pedagogik, Kompetensi Kepribadian, Kompetensi Profesionalisme dan Kompetensi Sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui kompetensi pedagogik guru, untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar siswa, dan untuk menggambarkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam menguatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan tahap reduksi, display dan verifikasi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam penguatan motivasi belajar anak usia dini. Kesimpulan dari temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa kemampuan kompetensi pedagogik guru dapat menguatkan motivasi belajar anak pada kelompok B KB Izzatul Islam Pengabean.
