Abstract

Cayenne pepper by including the horticulture and fruit very popular community.The research was carried out in a site faculty agriculture, Kel. Big river, Kec .Banjarbaru south in July 2018 - November 2018. Research in flats in the design environmental factors random complete singular to 6 standard 4 times test. Treatment consisting of : without fertilizer (s0), 100 % chicken cages (s1), 75 % chicken cages + 25 % bokashi is siam weed (s2), 50 % chicken cages + 50 % bokashi is siam weed (s3), 25 % chicken cages + 75 bokashi is siam weed (s4), 100 % bokashi is siam weed (s5).The results showed the subtitusi manure chicken + bokashi kirinyuh influential real against tall plant at the age of 42 days.Trunk diameter at the age of 28 days, 35 day, 42 days, flowering age, the number of fruit per plants, heavy 100 seeds, the yield of fruit per plants and the per hectare. But it does not affect tall plant at the age of 14 days, 21 days, 28 days, 35 day, trunk diameter at the age of 14 ha

Abstract

Cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) is a commodity that has the opportunity to be commercially cultivated. Giving manure to plants is one of the efforts to increase crop production.  One alternative manure that can be used is Quail Manure.  How to application of fertilizers that can be done by Broadcasting, Ring plancement, Spot plancement.  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dose and how to provide Quail Manure on the growth and yield of cayenne pepper.  The research used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) 2 factors. Factor I (doses of Quail Manure (P)) are p1 = 10 t ha-1; p2 = 15 t ha-1; p3 = 20 t ha-1 and Factor II (method of applying Quail Manure (H)) are h1 = Broadcasting, h2 = Ring Plancement, h3 = Spot Plancement. Both factors were combined to obtain 27 experiments with 9 combinations and 3 repetations. The results showed that the interaction of quantities and ways of giving Quail Manure to the growth and yield of cayenne pepper had a significant effect of dose of Quail Manure fertilizer 10 t ha-1+broadcasting with the total production of 201.62 pieces cayenne pepper and single factor in the way of giving quail manure by broadcasting shows a very real effect on the weight of 100 seeds that is 91.70 g.

Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan penerbitan dan percetakan perlu mengadakan penerimaan karyawan secara mandiri dilingkungan perusahaan. Kendala yang sering ditemukan dalam proses penerimaan karyawan di sebuah perusahaan yaitu sulitnya menentukan pelamar mana yang memenuhi kriteria untuk menjadi karyawan sesuai keinginan perusahaan dari sekian banyak pelamar sedangkan pelamar yang diterima menjadi karyawan terbatas. Banyaknya variabel yang digunakan dalam penunjang keputusan penerimaan pegawai di sebuah perusahaan seperti pendidikan terakhir, pengalaman kerja yang sudah pernah dijalani, usia calon karyawan, nilai transkip ijazah, nilai test tertulis, dan nilai test wawancara. Sehingga sulit bagi sebuah perusahaan untuk mengelompokkan nilai dari tiap-tiap variabel  sesuai kriteria sebuah perusahaan yang nantinya digunakan sebagai hasil akhir penerimaan pegawai di sebuah perusahaan. Untuk menentukan calon pegawai yang memenuhi kriteria maka dibutuhkan rekomendasi yang tepat. Perekomendasian yang tepat membutuhkan jumlah data yang banyak, Algoritma C4.5 merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat menganalisis data dalam jumlah yang banyak atau biasa disebut data mining. Pada penelitian ini dibuat suatu aplikasi yang mengimplementasikan pohon keputusan dengan algoritma C4.5, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data calon pegawai. Dalam perancangan aplikasi menggunakan diagram kontek, DFD, dan penyajian aplikasi menggunakan Code Gear RAD Studio Delphi 2009 serta database MySQL. Hasil yang dicapai adalah sebuah Aplikasi Penunjang Keputusan Penerimaan Pegawai yang Implementasinya dapat membantu kepala bagian Human Resource Development (HRD) dalam penyeleksian dan penerimaan calon pegawai.Kata Kunci : Algoritma C 4.5, Sistem Penunjang Keputusan,  Data Mining.

Abstract

Reinforced concrete shear wall (RC wall) is an important element in tall buildings, which provides strength and stiffness against lateral loadings, e.g. earthquake and wind. Numerous researches have been conducted to study its nonlinear behavior via microscopic and macroscopic model. The later approach is currently being widely explored since it has many advantages compared to the preceding models. A well-known macroscopic model, namely Shear-Flexure-Interaction Multiple-Vertical-Line-Elements-Model (SFI-MVLEM) in the open source platform Open Sees, is capable of simulating the coupled nonlinear shear-flexure interaction response in the RC wall. This paper presents an evaluation to the applicability of SFI-MVLEM model to predict the coupled nonlinear shear-flexure behavior of RC wall specimens compared to experimental results in available literature. The analysis results show that the model is able to predict the behavior of RC wall considerably accurate in terms of hysteretic curves, cracking patterns, and contributions of shear and flexural displacement to total displacement.

Abstract

The formation of the III Fleet Command in the development and development of the Indonesian Navy's strength has a strategy of developing a strong posture. The development of the TNI AL posture that has been determined includes the level of ability, strength, and pattern of strength degrees. One of the strength postures built and developed is submarines. To support the optimization of submarine operations in the Koarmada III area, it is necessary to build supporting facilities to extend the capability of the submarine's operating range, namely special submarine base facilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the criteria that are considered and determine the priority of the location of the submarine base in the Koarmada III area. This research was carried out in three stages, namely the stage of determining the criteria using the Delphi method, the stage of weighting the criteria using the ANP method, the stage of ranking alternative locations using SAW. In the first stage of the analysis, ten main criteria were found in determining the location of the submarine base which were then used as the basis for the second stage of analysis, namely the determination of the structure and weighting of the ANP. The results of the weighting of the criteria are used for the third analysis process, namely the ranking of alternatives using the SAW method. The results of the SAW processing prove that Ambon is the main priority in determining the location of the submarine base in the Coarmada III Region with the SAW value = 0.858 with a weight of 27.8%. The results of this study are expected to be a consideration for the leadership of the Indonesian Navy in determining the location of submarines in the future. Abstract

Karya Bhakti Manunggal Company is located in Purbalingga, operating since 1991 is a company selling and distributing various kinds of leisure wood products albasia and pine. Data loss occurs when users intentionally or unintentionally delete documents or overwrite documents and process data inventory into finished Microsoft Office Excel often delayed by officers so that the final inventory of finished goods produced sometimes does not match the physical stock in the warehouse.The purpose of this study was to create a Website-based wood stock application on facilitate the processing of barecore and fjlb finished goods iventory data at Karya Bhakti Manunggal Company. Stages of research include data collection, namely interviews, observation, study of literature, documentation and questionnaires. The author uses the Rapid Application Develoment (RAD) system development method which consists of 3 stages, namely requirements planning, workshop design, and implementation. Based on the test results of the product test getting a value of 83.3%, the benefit test gets a value of 80%, it can be concluded that the product test and benefit test have been successful. The conclusion of the results of this study is the Barcore and FJLB Pine Finished Stock Information System which is designed and built is able to facilitate data management of new goods, manage goods coming in and out, and speeding up the making of stock reports of Karya Bhakti Manunggal Compay.

Abstract

A diesel Generator is equipment has functions as a power generator and electricity supply. Tanker warship is oneof the navy warships applying diesel generator Cummins KTA 38D for electricity supply when going on missionarea or at basecamp. On diesel generator system consists of 7 (seven) sub-system are coolant sub-system,seawater cooling sub-system, fuel oil sub-system, air intake and exhaust sub-system, Lub oil sub-system, Electricstarter sub-system and controlling sub-system. Due high operating hours, the potential for damage is increasing,because damage a component diesel generator. According ship damage report data, the percentage damage ofdiesel generator reach until 38.5% from total equipment damage that occurred during 2016-2022 year. Based onthat phenomena, this research will identifcation factors that cause damage and determine the components havehigh criticality in the diesel generator using the FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) to systematically explain unexpectedcausal factors that lead to failure, and the FMECA (Failure Mode Effect And Criticality Analysis) method to identifycritical components according factors have the highest critical point with calculation of the Risk Priority Number(RPN). The results of calculations and analysis using the FTA and FMECA methods, there are 6 (six) criticalcomponents with the highest RPN value in the diesel generator system, that Tube sea water component (375,4)with the risk of leaking, Impeller components (377,1) with a risk of corrosion/crack, Body Cover SW (372,0) witha risk of corrosion, Mechanical Seals (369,8) with a risk of leaking/damage, strainer (369,1) component with a riskof corrosion, Rectangular seal HE (367,9) a risk leakage and Battery (371,0) with a risk no power electric for startengine.Keywords: Diesel generator, FTA, FMECA, Critical components

Abstract

The Indonesian Archipelagic Sea Lanes (ALKI) which connects the Indian Ocean region with the Pacific Ocean and East Asia with Australia, has enormous consequences for efforts to implement its safeguards. An alternative is needed to optimize the current detection system. One of them is by utilizing the latest technological developments through the use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV). The UAV capability for security and defense purposes at sea needs to be developed as an Integrated Fleet Weapon System (SSAT) to fulfill the functions of tactical reconnaissance and maritime surveillance (Surveillance). The use of the UAV can also increase strength and complement the needs of maritime patrol aircraft (Maritime Patrol Aircraft / MPA) which so far have not been fulfilled quantitatively in covering all Indonesian national jurisdiction waters. The ALKI I area is in the working area of Fleet Command I (Koarmada I). In order to optimize the placement of the ScanEagle UAV in the ALKI I area, it is very important to know the criteria for determining its location. This is also due to the limited number of ScanEagle UAVs and the large area that must be covered by these UAVs. By obtaining the location criteria for the ScanEagle UAV Landbase, it is hoped that it will make it easier to map ScanEagle placement locations at Indonesian Navy bases in the ALKI I area. ANP and TOPSIS methods. The criteria for determining the location of the UAV consist of geographical location, weather conditions, vulnerability and security as well as logistical facilities and support, with sub-criteria mountains, tall buildings, plains, sunny cloudy, rain, territorial violations, piracy crimes, smuggling, SAR, airport, ports, spare parts, maintenance, fuel and electricity availability. Abstract

Along with the development of the times, human needs for information and the use of technology (internet) is growing rapidly. By using the internet, especially social networks, people of all ages, gender, social class, economy and culture can know the various developments that occur in their environment and can interact with each other without being limited by space and time. Currently, Instagram has become one of the most widespread social networking categories used by most people in Indonesia to introduce and promote their products. Instagram is believed to be not only beneficial for online shop, retailer, restaurant, travel company, and e-commerce, but also one of the most effective tools in building a business brand. In fact, Instagram is also not only in demand by men and women who are young entrepreneurs, but also housewives who have passion in developing business from home (home business). The activity (Pengabdian Masyarakat) that was held on monday, april 26, 2021 is basically done to socialize the use of Instagram as social networking among PKK (Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) East Purwokerto District, Banyumas, Central Java. Training is done by using classical method for 1.5 hours in the form of Instagram account creation, delivery of core material by expert speakers, and sharing experiences to motivate mothers to become mompreneur.
