Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas pemberian insentif RT dan RW yang diukur pada sembilan indikator kinerja yang semuanya terkait dengan aplikasi program Pemkot Makassar. Tehnik pengumpulan data studi lapang ini terdiri dari observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Makassar tepatnya di Kecamatan Rappocini dengan 11 Kelurahan sebagai obyek penelitian yang akan dikaji. Pendekatan peneltian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif yang tujuannya untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai fenomena yang terjadi. Dampak yang diharapkan dari perwali Kota makassar No 3 tahun 2016 tentang pemberian insentif kepada RT dan RW sekota Makassar khususnya Kecamatan Rappocini adalah penerapan pelayanan yang mampu bersinergi secara positif antara masyarakat dengan aparatur pemerintah terkecil RT/RW dan pemberian insentif bagi RT/RW sesuai dengan kebijakan yang ada. Kata Kunci : Kebijakan Pemerintah, Pemberian Insentif, Ketua RT/RW Abstract The purpose of this study was to find out the effectiveness of RT and RW incentives as measured on nine performance indicators, all of which are related to the application of the Makassar Municipal Government program. This field study data collection technique consists of observation, interview and documentation. The methods of data collection in this study are interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted in makassar city precisely in Rappocini sub-district with 11 villages as the object of research to be studied. This research approach uses qualitative analysis with descriptive type whose purpose is to provide an overview of the phenomenon that occurs. The expected impact of makassar City Trust No. 3 of 2016 on providing incentives to RT and RW in Makassar, especially Rappocini Subdistrict, is the implementation of services that are able to synergize positively between the community with the smallest government apparatus RT / RW and provide incentives for RT / RW in accordance with existing policies. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) them the influence of competence on employee performance at the DINAS KEBUDAYAAN DAN PARIWISATA KOTA PAREPARE (2) to examine the impact of emotional intelligence on employee performance at the DINAS KEBUDAYAAN DAN PARIWISATA KOTA PAREPARE (3) to examine the effect of commitment on employee performance at the DINAS KEBUDAYAAN DAN PARIWISATA KOTA PAREPARE. This study made use of a questionnaire data collection technique with a population of 30 people, and the entire population was sampled. The sampling method uses total sampling. This research was conducted for one month, then data analysis used multiple linear regression data analysis using SPSS 21 software. The results showed that (1) staff member competency had an in part significant impact on the performance of the staff member of the DINAS KEBUDAYAAN DAN PARIWISATA KOTA PAREPARE (2) emotional intelligence does not have a partially significant effect on the performance of the staff member of the DINAS KEBUDAYAAN DAN PARIWISATA KOTA PAREPARE. (3) commitment has a partially significant effect on the performance of the employees of the DINAS KEBUDAYAAN DAN PARIWISATA KOTA PAREPARE. (4) competence, emotional intelligence, and commitment have a significant effect simultaneously on the performance of the employees of the DINAS KEBUDAYAAN DAN PARIWISATA KOTA PAREPARE.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh net profit margin, return on asset dan return on equity terhadap nilai perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh dari pusat informasi pasar modal (PIPM) Makassar, dengan obyek penelitian pada perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data yang berasal dari laporan tahunan publikasi perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang diterbitkan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012 sampai tahun 2014. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Setelah dilakukan analisis seluruh data, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1). Net profit margin (NPM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, 2). Return on asset (ROA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dan 3). Return on equity (ROE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, Return On Equity dan Price Book Value. AbstractThis study aimed to analyze the influence of net profit margin, return on assets and return on equity to the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data in this study were obtained from the information center of the capital market (PIPM) Makassar, with the object of research at the company's Food and Beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses secondary data. This study uses data sources derived from the annual reports of companies Food and Beverage publications issued by the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 until 2014. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. After analyzing all the data, it can be concluded that 1) Net profit margin (NPM) positive and significant impact on the value of companies in the Food and Beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, 2) Return on assets (ROA) positive and significant impact on the the value of the company at the company's Food and Beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and 3) Return on equity (ROE) and a significant positive effect on firm value on Food and Beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Keywords: Net Profit Margin, Return on Asset, Return on Equity dan Price Book Value.

Abstract

This study was conducted on nurses and midwives in Palopo, Bone, Parepare hospital in South Sulawesi. The focus of this research is on the sense of empowerment felt by nurses and midwives in relation to role ambiguity, burnout and emotional intelligence and the impact of role ambiguity on burnout and their impact on emotional intelligence. The number of sample is rounded to 85 people. The result of this research shows that: (1) empowerment has a positive and significant impact on role ambiguity, where empowered nurses and midwives still expuience role ambiguity (2) role ambiguity have positive and significant impact on burnout, (3) empowerment does not have significant impact on burnout, and (4) burnout does not have significant impact on emotional intelligence of the nurses and midwives.

Abstract

Abstrak PT. Taspen (Persero) di Kota Makassar menyadari sepenuhnya bahwa selain memperhatikan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, juga budaya organisasi dan kedisiplinan, karena hal tersebut akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan organisasi. Pimpinan PT. Taspen (Persero) di Kota Makassar telah melaksnakan berbagai kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan kompetensi, budaya organisasi dan kedisiplinan karyawan dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja karyawan tersebut. Data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan Pada PT.Taspen (Persero) Di Kota Makassar sebanyak 58 orang. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 58 orang dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui: wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 22.Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa variabel Kompetensi, Kedisiplinani, Dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Taspen (Persero) Di Kota Makassar, Dari ketiga variabel bebas, ternyata variabel budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT.Taspen (Persero) Di Kota Makassar Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Kedisiplinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Kinerja.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan : 1) Menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Kota Parepare. 2) Mengetahui diantara variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Kota Parepare. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai pada Sekretariat DPRD Kota Parepare. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 51 orang pegawai tetap dengan menggunakan metode sensus karena jumlah populasi tidak banyak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, Analisis Inferensial dengan model regresi dengan menggunakan Program SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat DPRD Kota Parepare. Dari ketiga variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, ternyata variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat DPRD Kota Parepare. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim : 1) recognize and analyze the influence of Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on the performance of employees at the Parliament Secretariat City of Pare-Pare; and 2) Knowing among the variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance Parliament Secretariat City of Pare- Pare. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The study population was all employees at the at the Parliament Secretariat City of Pare-Pare. The sample in this study were as many as as 51 employees remain with the census method because the population is not much. The data was collected through interviews questionnaires, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis, inferential analysis with regression models using SPSS version 20. The Results showed that Leadership, Organizational Culture and work Motivation positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at the Parliament Secretariat City of Pare-Pare. Of the three independent variables used in this study, it turns influential variable dominant leadership in improving the performance of employees at the performance of employees at the Parliament Secretariat City of Parepare. Keywords: Leadership, Organizational Culture, Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research plan is to make a mapping of the Halal Critical Point of Beef Products and a number of Processed Beef Products and also to create a Supply Chain Process Flow System for Meat products. Data and analysis of data explored in this research plan are stakeholders in the halal supply chain, namely authority institutions such as slaughtering houses (RPH), producers, logistics providers, operators, consumers, and the government by making questionnaires to identify criteria and sub-criteria important. The survey discusses consumer perceptions of the halal supply chain of products of beef and processed beef using the score method. The results of data processing can then be analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) model. This study is expected to contribute to the selection of important criteria for halal supply chains of Meat products and their processed products, then contribute to the priority index using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)

Abstract

This research investigates whether and how empowerment leadership and talent management influence the mediator variables (employees’ job satisfaction) in the organization context. It also examines how the mediators should influence employees’ job performance. 575 employees were recruited for a survey study, and Structural Equation Modeling was used to test the research hypotheses. The empirical results indicate that empowerment leadership and talent management have significant and positive effects on employees’ job satisfaction. Furthermore, employees’ job satisfaction has partial mediators between predictors variables to employees’ job performance.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) menganalisis kepuasan kerja dapat memoderasi hubungan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini diperoleh menggunakan data primer dari wawancara langsung oleh beberapa responden disertai dengan observasi dan melalui survei sebanyak 94 responden karyawan Bank Mandiri Makassar sebagai sampel dari seluruh populasi dengan metode sampling incidental. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji normalitas, dan uji linearitas, uji hipotesis regresi linier sederhana dan Moderated Regression Analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) motivasi kerja berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui analisis regresi linier sederhana yang diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,357, yang dapat diartikan bahwa besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 35,7%. Hasil uji t statistik menghasilkan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari level of significant yaitu 0,000 < 0,05; (2) Kepuasan kerja dapat memoderasi murni (Pure Moderation) positif (memperkuat) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan melalui Moderated Regression Analysis yang memberikan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,072, yang dapat diartikan kepuasan kerja dapat memoderasi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 7,2%. Hasil uji t statistik menghasilkan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari level of significant yaitu 0,004 < 0,05. This study aims to: (1) analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance; (2) analyzing job satisfaction can moderate the relationship between work motivation and employee performance. This research was obtained using primary data from direct interviews by several respondents accompanied by observation and through a survey of 94 respondents of Bank Mandiri Makassar employees as a sample of the entire population using the incidental sampling method. The test in this study uses the validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, and linearity test, simple linear regression hypothesis test and Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by a simple linear regression analysis which obtained the R Square value of 0.357, which means that the influence of work motivation on employee performance is 35.7%. The results of the t statistical test resulted in a significance value smaller than the level of significance, namely 0.000 <0.05; (2) Job satisfaction can pure moderate positive (strengthen) the effect of work motivation on employee performance. This is evidenced by the Moderated Regression Analysis which gives a coefficient value of 0.072, which means that job satisfaction can moderate the effect of work motivation on employee performance by 7.2%. The results of the t statistical test resulted in a significant value smaller than the level of significance, namely 0.004 <0.05.
