Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi metode bermain terhadap hasil belajar passing bawah bolavoli pada siswa kelas V di Sekolah Dasar Kota Cimahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah True Eksperimen dengan desain Randomize Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar di Kota Cimahi, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar passing bawah bolavoli yang menekankan pada penilaian proses. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada pengujian hipotesis didapat nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, yang dimana nilai tersebut < 0,05. Dengan begitu dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi metode bermain pada pembelajaran bolavoli memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar passing bawah bolavoli di Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui gambaran pengaruh pembelajaran kids atletik terhadap keterampilan lompat jauh gaya jongkok pada siswa SDN 1 Linggasari Purwakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pretest-posttest one group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa putra kelas V di SDN 1 Linggasari Purwakarta yang berjumlah 49 terdiri dari 2 kelas, dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 25 orang dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes keterampilan lompat jauh gaya jongkok yang menekankan pada penilaian proses. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan program SPSS 16. Adapun hasil penelitiannya menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikansi pada pengujian hipotesis adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya adalah bahwa pembelajaran kids atketik dapat memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keterampilan lompat jauh gaya jongkok bagi siswa kelas V SDN 1 Linggasari Purwakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine how big the level of mood and the factors that affect the mood of athletes during extracurricular hockey training, both independent training and joint training based on each indicator at SMAN 14 Tangerang Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with survey method. The population and sample in this study were all members of the hockey extracurricular at SMAN 14 Tangerang Regency, totaling 25 people and sampling using total sampling technique. The instrument used was a study a rating scale questionnaire in the form of a checklist. The number of question items in the questionnaire is 21 questions that have been tested for validity and reliability. The questionnaire about mood is divided into several indicators, including fatigue, angry mood, feeling ready, energetic and full of energy, tension, self-assessment, confused mood, depression. Data collection techniques were carried out online using the help of social media whatsapp and google form. Data calculation and analysis in this study through a quantitative approach in the form of percentages. Based on the results of the research, it showed that the mood level of hockey extracurricular members was in the low category, namely the self-assessment indicator (55,2%) while for the very low category the indicator of feeling ready (45,5%), the anger mood indicator (33,8%), confused mood indicator (31,7%), tension indicator and depression indicator (21,6%) and fatigue indicator (17,2%). Of all these indicators, self-assessment is in the low category and the fatigue indicator is in the very low category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the body mass index of women's artistic gymnastics in West Java. The research method used is the survey method. The population and sample in this study were all female Javanese artistic gymnastics athletes, amounting to 50 people and sampling using the total sampling technique. The instruments used are BMI (Body Mass Index) with the formula BMI = BB (Kg) / TB (m) 2. The technique of calculating and analyzing data in this study through a quantitative approach in the form of a percentage. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the average body mass index (BMI) of female artistic gymnastics athletes in West Java is 19.57kg / m2, with a standard deviation of 0.76. Whereas the minimum value is 18.07kg / m2, and the maximum value is 22.06kg / m2. Based on the qualification table of the Body Mass Index (BMI) assessment, it can be concluded that the average female artistic gymnastics in West Java has a qualification for the Normal Body Mass Index.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the formation of student respect through traditional games. The research method used is an experimental research design using a one group pretest-posttest design. The instrument used to collect research data is to use a questionnaire. The population in the study were all students of class V-A SDN Cipagalo 01, with the sampling technique using total sampling, the sample in this study was the entire population with a total of 25 students. After doing the treatment and collecting data, the results of the study showed that the average value of students' respect attitude between the initial test and the final test there was a significant difference after learning through traditional games. From the results of the t-test analysis, it was also found that the t-count significance value of 12.53 was greater than the t-table 1.71 (12.53>1.71), which means that it can be said that through traditional games the attitude of respect for students can be more formed. The conclusion is that traditional games have a significant influence on the formation of respect for students in grades V-A at SDN Cipagalo 01. Now is the time when we must be able to preserve traditional games, it is appropriate as educators to introduce children to traditional games even though in the current age of globalization, especially from an early age, child development is very much needed for the sake of children's physical and mental development. the role of parents to accompany their children is very important for the future of a child.

Abstract

Physical education learning is one of the places or containers to develop and apply good and positive behaviors that are sportsmanship attitudes. This research aims to find out if there is an influence in physical education learning on students' sportsmanship. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with ex post facto design and this research instrument in the form of questionnaires/questionnaires of sportsmanship attitude, this research was conducted at SMA PGRI 1 Bandung. The sampling technique in this study used Cluster Random sampling with a population of 5 classes with a total of 150 students and a sample of 30 people. Analysis of research data uses a percentage descriptive data analysis. The results showed that the impact of penjas learning on sportsmanship on students was on most criteria with a percentage result of 86.48%. Thus it can be concluded that the impact of penjas learning on the attitude of sportsmanship is on the criteria of most.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical activity of TNI-AD soldiers in the 201/Jaya Yudha Mechanic Yonif Unit during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a survey method. All TNI-AD Soldiers in the 201 / Jaya Yudha Mechanic Yonif Unit, totaling in 1 company, consisted of 108 people, and the sample was taken using purposive sampling technique, so the sample used was 23 people. The instruments used were a questionnaire about physical activity from Baecke and analysis of BMI (Body Mass Index) with the formula BMI = BW (Kg)/TB (m) 2. The technique of calculating and analyzing data in this research is through a quantitative approach in the form of a percentage. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the results of the average physical activity index when exercising get an average value of 3.4 in the fairly active category, mean that physical activity at the time when you get an average value of 3.5 is in the active category, and the results analysis on the Body Mass Index (BMI) of the soldiers scored 24.2 kg / m2, which means that they are in the Normal category.

Abstract

The Joint Decree of the Four Ministers on Guidelines for The Implementation of Learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic requires that each education unit can carry out Limited Face-to-Face Learning (PTMT). However, recently the government has given each school the opportunity to determine the curriculum to be used by it, including the 2013 curriculum, emergency curriculum or independent curriculum. Especially in the independent curriculum, each school can implement it gradually according to their respective abilities. Therefore, each education unit must strive to be able to implement this independent curriculum, although still gradually. Based on these problems, as academics in the field of education, it is necessary to provide knowledge related to this independent learning curriculum, especially in PJOK subjects through the Community Service scheme. Therefore, the target of this socialization is PJOK teachers. The implementation method in this activity is delivery using the lecture method, discussion and question and answer, as well as task guidance in making PJOK learning strategies using an independent curriculum. The results of this activity are expected that PJOK teachers will be able to implement learning activities using an independent curriculum at every level of education or in their sects

Abstract

This research was conducted because the level of basic techniques skill of volleyball game students who did not know volleyball extracurricular at Saguling 1 Senior High School West Bandung was not yet known. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the level of basic techniques skills in volleyball game extracurricular volleyball students at Saguling 1 Senior High School West Bandung. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, the method used in this study is a survey method. The population used is the volleyball extracurricular students at amounting to 20 people. Data collection techniques using the top passing test using AAHPER face wall volleyball test, bottom passing test using the Brumbach forearms pass volleyball test, smash test using the stanley spike test, service accuracy test using the AAHPER serving accuracy test. The data analysis technique used was descriptive survey test. The results of the study can show that, as many as 3 students or (15%) are in the "very good" category, 1 student or (5%) are in the "good" category, 8 students or (40%) are in the "moderate" category, 8 students or (40%) are in the "less" category and 0 students or (0%) are in the "very less" category. Whereas based on the average value, which is 79.2; the basic technical skills of volleyball ball extracurricular students at Saguling 1 Senior High School West Bandung are "medium".
