Abstract

The progress of the Indonesian economy has now entered the digital era 4.0 where many human roles have been replaced with the role of technology and digital. Some fields have an online version, such as e-commerce, online learning, online banking and so on. This digitalization has also entered the financial industry, known as Financial Technology. This study aims to discuss the risks of illegal online loans, of course, very disturbing in society. The research method used is a qualitative research method, the data obtained through observation and in-depth interviews. In the practice of financial technology against illegal online loans, it causes the misuse of data belonging to the borrower's consumer without permission by the platform by accessing data on cellular phone devices. Violations that occur to borrowing consumers for misuse of personal data on cellular networks by companies include intimidating billing, distribution of personal data on contacts on consumer numbers to sexual harassment. The targets of this illegal financial technology are people who have minimal financial knowledge, are in desperate need of money and have a consumptive lifestyle. Various modes are carried out to ensnare potential customers so that those without careful calculations are trapped and bear the risk.

Abstract

The market share of the non-Islamic non-bank financial industry is moving slowly, incomparable with Indonesia's Muslim population which reaches 87%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of assets and equity on the market share of the Islamic non-bank financial industry for the period 2017 to 2021. This research method uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The sampling technique was carried out by researchers with special considerations (purposive sampling), namely the sampling technique with special considerations so that what is suitable as a sample. The data analysis technique used in this research is to carry out quantitative analysis expressed in numbers which in the calculations use statistical methods assisted by the statistical data processing program SPSS version 26 for Windows so that it can be seen whether there is an effect of several independent variables on the dependent variable. . From the results of data processing using SPPS, the results show that assets and equity do not affect the market share of the non-sharia financial industry in Indonesia for the period 2017 to 2021

Abstract

Metode analisis data menggunakan Regresi Panel, dan kumpulan data mencakup data cross-sectional dan time series. Tiga metode yang di pakai yaitu, Uji Chow, Uji Hausman, dan Uji Langrange sering digunakan saat mengestimasi model regresi menggunakan data panel. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Random Effect Model adalah model regresi terbaik untuk digunakan. Temuan penelitian ini lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa untuk tahun 2017 hingga tahun 2021, CAR dan NPF secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pembiayaan Ekuitas Bagi Hasil Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia. Pembiayaan Ekuitas Bagi Hasil Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia tahun 2017 hingga tahun 2021 juga dipengaruhi oleh ROA, ROE, dan BOPO. Berdasarkan pengujian secara simultan, variabel CAR, NPF, ROA, ROE, dan BOPO berpengaruh terhadap pembiayaan ekuitas bagi hasil bank umum syariah Indonesia tahun 2017 hingga tahun 2021. Temuan analisis intervening menunjukkan bahwa BOPO dapat memediasi hubungan tersebut. antara CAR, NPF, ROA, dan ROE Tentang Pembiayaan Ekuitas Bagi Hasil Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2017 hingga tahun 2021
