Abstract

Masalah Kesehatan yang dihadapi mitra saat ini adalah stunting. Salah satu faktor penyebab stunting adalah tidak tercukupinya kebutuhan gizi anak. Lahan pekarangan dapat digunakan untuk menanam sayuran dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan gizi keluarga. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada kader posyandu Hikmat dalam memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan untuk budidaya sayuran hidroponik dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan gizi keluarga. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dibagi dalam 3 tahapan yaitu: 1) Persiapan bahan dan alat; 2) Pengenalan hidroponik sistem sumbu (wick); 3) Pembagian kit hidorponik dan praktek budidaya sayuran hidroponik. Kegiatan pelatihan diikuti oleh delapan kader posyandu. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini, kader posyandu Hikmat mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan budidaya sayuran hidroponik sistem sumbu. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat disebarluaskan kepada warga terutama ibu-ibu di Desa Tanete yang menjadi sasaran kader Posyandu Hikmat. Kata kunci: Asupan gizi, stunting, sistem sumbu. ABSTRACT The current health problem faced by partners is stunting. One of the factors causing stunting is the inadequate nutritional needs of children. Yard land can be used to grow vegetables in order to meet the nutritional needs of the family. This training activity aims to provide knowledge and skills to Hikmat posyandu cadres in utilizing yard land for hydroponic vegetable cultivation in order to meet the nutritional needs of families. The method of carrying out the activities is divided into 3 stages, namely: 1) Preparation of materials and tools; 2) Introduction of hydroponic wick system; 3) Distribution of hydroponic kits and practice of hydroponic vegetable cultivation. The training activity was attended by eight posyandu cadres. After participating in this activity, the understanding level of posyandu cadre in gained knowledge and skills in wick system hydroponic vegetable cultivation was increased. It is hoped that this activity can be widely disseminated to residents, especially women in Tanete Village who are the targets of Hikmat Posyandu cadres.
