Abstract

This research aims to strengthen the MBKM ecosystem through the PPKS Task Force in all Indonesian universities, in accordance with Permendikbudristek Number 30 of 2021. This initiative supports the concept of Independent Learning Campus Independence with a focus on freedom, innovation and independence. Sexual violence was identified as a major obstacle to creating an inclusive learning environment. The PPKS Task Force, like at USU, UM, and UPR, is collaborating with Puspeka to provide training and use creative media such as comics and videos to increase students' understanding and awareness regarding this issue. However, participation in PPKS socialization is still minimal, and this research suggests increasing the use of creative media to disseminate information. This study was conducted at seven universities in six provinces of Indonesia, using the Participatory Action Research method with the active participation of students, lecturers and education staff. The development of creative media, such as short films and short stories, is field tested to strengthen understanding regarding PPKS and build an inclusive and healthy educational environment. The research findings demonstrate the urgency of addressing sexual violence in higher education and recommend a more targeted and comprehensive awareness campaign to increase understanding and participation in PPKS initiatives throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

Kèjhung merupakan salah satu sastra lisan Madura yang kaya akan nilai moral. Kèjhung dapat difungsikan sebagai sumber pendidikan yang mencakup adat, norma, agama, nilai sosial, nilai moral, dan etika. Kèjhung juga berfungsi sebagai media kritik tentang isu-isu yang sedang ramai diperbincangkan di kalangan masyarakat Madura maupun luar Madura. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai pendidikan budaya yang terkandung dalam syair kèjhung. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian etnografi. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa data lisan yang berisi tentang nilai pendidikan budaya dalam ranah keluarga, nilai pendidikan budaya dalam ranah sosial, dan nilai pendidikan budaya ranah instansi pendidikan yang di dapat dalam syair kejhung. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah kejhung yang dipentaskan oleh kelompok kesenian Rukun Family. Adapun pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui studi dokumen, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat tiga nilai pendidikan budaya, yaitu (1) nilai-nilai pendidikan budaya dalam ranah keluarga, (2) nilai-nilai pendidikan budaya dalam ranah sosial, dan (3) nilai-nilai pendidikan budaya dalam ranah instansi pendidikan. Akan tetapi ketiga nilai-nilai pendidikan budaya tersebut hanya terbatas pada beberapa aspek dan tidak mencakup keseluruhan nilai-nilai pendidikan budaya.

Abstract

This service discusses the strategic role of Dharma Wanita Sahabat Kampus (DWP) and the Task Force for the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence (Satgas PPKS) in addressing sexual violence within the University of North Sumatra (USU). DWP USU plays a key role in socialization, training, and advocacy to create a safe and supportive campus culture. The USU PPKS Task Force, through socialization and education activities, aims to raise awareness and involve the entire campus community in the prevention and handling of sexual violence. Data shows that sexual violence at USU, especially between lecturers and students, requires concrete action. The socialization of DWP and PPKS Task Force covers aspects of definition, impact, reporting procedures, and the role of ASN wives in supporting policy implementation. Through this collaboration, it is hoped that a campus environment free of sexual violence will be established and empower the entire academic community. This journal details the concrete steps, embracing the active participation of DWP, PPKS Task Force, and other campus elements to achieve these goals.
