The problem is that they have difficulty during gymnastics because the movement and tempo of the music do not match their abilities. Therefore, researchers aim to develop a low impact aerobic exercise model for the elderly level at the Mawar Jingga studio in Palembang City. This research is research and development, this research is carried out through the stages of needs analysis, planning, making initial product designs, material and media expert validation. Furthermore, the product is tested on the elderly through small-scale trials, revisions, large-scale trials, revisions and final products. The product test subjects were elderly in the Sanggar Mawar Jingga studio in Palembang City. The data from the expert validation results got a value very valid category. The research instrument used was the soccer dribbling test. The treatment in this study took the form of agility training, which was carried out for 6 weeks with a training frequency of 3 times a week. The performance test uses the experimental method with the results of the characteristic “t test” α = 0.05, obtained t count = (3.85) while t table = (2.037), so Ha is accepted while H0 is rejected. According to the results of the study that Ha is acceptable, then agility training affects ability enhancement soccer dribbling the ball.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students’ perceptions of physical education learning models through games based on (1) Perceptions of physical education learning knowledge, (2) Perceptions of teacher teaching styles, (3) Perceptions of easy-to-use media, (4) Perceptions of interest in learning physical education, (5) Perceptions about the need to develop a physical education learning model through games. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The results of this study indicate that (1) the perception of physical education learning knowledge obtained a score of 90.50% in the very good category, (2) the perception of the teacher’s teaching style obtained a value of 75.50% in the good category, (3) the perception of the media used is easy used to obtain a score of 87% in the very good category, (4) Perceptions about interest in learning physical education obtained a value of 97% in the very good category, (5) Perceptions about the need to develop a learning model for basic volleyball techniques through a play approach obtained a value of 100% in the category very well, which means students agree if the development of physical education learning models through games is developed. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of blocking and fortification games on the physical fitness level of elementary school students. The research method used was experimental using a two-group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the sample consisted of 54 students. Data collection techniques are 1) documents taken from the results of learning notes during the treatment delivery process, and 2) physical fitness tests is to know physical fitness level. The data analysis technique uses the t-test, but the data analysed must have a normal distribution so that the level of normality and homogeneity of the data is first tested. The t-test results for the Hadang and Bentengan games showed statistically significant increases in physical fitness (e.g., t = 29.105 for Hadang, t = 21.236 for Bentengan, both p 0.05)., so it can be concluded that there was an increase in physical fitness through the Bentengan game. Students' physical fitness levels experienced a significant increase in sprints, pull-ups, sit-ups, vertical jumps and short-distance running activities. The results of this research also have implications for the development of various types of traditional games for other physical fitness learning activities or other health, sports and physical fitness learning activities. Teachers can design types of games as teaching techniques and can be adjusted to the age needs of students such as for elementary or junior high school levels.
