Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut produk, yang terdiri dari variabel harga, kualitas produk dan merek, terhadap keputusan pembelian handphone Samsung galaxy series. Sebagai vendor handphone nomor satu sedunia yang telah mengalahkan Nokia, Samsung telah sukses merebut pasar persaingan handphone dunia dengan adanya smartphone berbasis android dengan nama Samsung galaxy series. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada para mahasiswa yang menggunakan handphone Samsung galaxy. Kuesioner yang berhasil terkumpul sebanyak 50 responden. Penetapan responden menggunakan teknik sampel berdasarkan kebetulan di mana siapa saja yang kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dan dianggap cocok menjadi sumber data. Pada tahap analisis dilakukan uji reliabilitas dan validitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi liniear berganda, uji-t, uji-f, dan koefisien determinasi. Aplikasi SPSS for windows 17.0 digunakan untuk membantu pengujian model ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, kualitas produk dan merek secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian handphone Samsung galaxy series. Merek memiliki pengaruh terbesar (41,5%) terhadap keputusan pembelian, disusul sesudahnya kualitas produk (32,1%), dan harga memiliki pengaruh terkecil (27,4%) terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya interaksi Cefadroxil dengan makanan dan minuman terhadap pertumbuhan bakteri Escherichia coli dan Staphylococcus aureus secara in vitro. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimental kualitatif . Sebagai kontrol positif digunakan antibiotik Cefadroxil 0,01%, kontrol negatif aquadest steril, dan sampel yang digunakan pisang dan susu. Terdapat 4 perlakuan yaitu konsentrasi 10%, 20%, 40%, dan 80% dengan tiga kali pengulangan menggunakan metode difusi cakram. Uji One Way Anova dan LSD memperoleh nilai p < α (0,05) sehingga menunjukkan adanya perbedaan zona hambat pertumbuhan Escherichia coli dan Staphylococcus aureus pada berbagai konsentrasi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using fraction block teaching aids on student learning outcomes on class III Mathematics subjects at SD Negeri 89 Palembang. The method used was an experiment, namely True Experimental design, Posttest Only Control Design type, while the research subjects were class III students at SD Negeri 89 Palembang. Class III A as the experimental class and III B as the control class with 21 students in each class. Data collection techniques are tests and documentation. The data analysis technique is the Independent T-test. Based on the research results, the average Posttest score obtained from learning using fractional block teaching aids was 69.14 and for learning that did not use fractional block teaching aids it was 65.48. From hypothesis testing it was obtained (4,900>0.3044), with a significance level of 0.05. It can be declared rejected or accepted. Thus, the fraction block teaching aid has an effect in improving student learning outcomes on class III Mathematics subjects at SD Negeri 89 Palembang.

Abstract

The presence of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) in the Rumbai area with the aim of optimizing services and synergy with the community in financial transactions according to sharia principles for the local community. In May 2023, BSI customer data was leaked after previously experiencing a ransomware attack. This raises concerns for BSI customers. Customer data leaks are a serious problem that can damage a company's reputation. These concerns can lead to decreased trust and reduced consumer loyalty to the company. This research aims to see the influence of customer trust and company reputation on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a moderating variable at BSI Pekanbaru Rumbai branch office. The population in the study were all customers of BSI Rumbai Pekanbaru branch office, totaling 15,858 customers. Meanwhile, the sampling technique uses the Isaac and Michael formula with an alpha of 5%. And a sample of 376 customers was obtained. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SmartPLS software. The test results show that customer trust and company reputation have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Then also customer satisfaction significantly moderates the influence of customer trust and company reputation on customer loyalty. The magnitude of the influence of customer trust and company reputation on customer loyalty is moderated by customer satisfaction at 71.8%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pemeriksaan menyeluruh terhadap data yang berkaitan dengan implementasi Kurikulum Pembelajaran Merdeka pada mata pelajaran PJOK di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri di Kecamatan Kayuagung. Data primer yang digunakan diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada guru PJOK di SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Kayuagung. Metodologi penelitian kuantitatif diimplementasikan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari peserta didik dan guru Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) dari masing-masing sekolah. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Kriteria pemilihan mencakup instruktur PJOK yang telah berpartisipasi dalam seminar atau sesi pelatihan mengenai kurikulum kemandirian belajar di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri di Kecamatan Kayuagung. Sebanyak 20 sampel dikumpulkan, dengan 12 sampel dari guru dan 8 sampel dari siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar pada mata pelajaran PJOK di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Kayuagung berada pada kategori sangat memuaskan, dengan skor 100% dari sudut pandang pengajar dan siswa. Artinya, Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar telah diimplementasikan secara bertahap oleh SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Kayuagung. Selain itu, Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek yang merupakan salah satu kegiatan pembelajaran dalam Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar juga telah diimplementasikan

Abstract

The financial report on the management of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) for radioactive waste reuse and recycling services for Radioactive Substances has irregularities. The aim of this research is to analyze the conditions required in preparing rates and types of PNBP so that this service can be proposed as a service with fixed fees and a legal umbrella for better management and supervision of public services and PNBP. Based on the use of applied research methods with a qualitative approach, it was found that the basis for considering the preparation of tariffs for this service is transparency, fairness, responsive-ness, simplicity, timeliness and certainty. The result of the tariff calculation using the ABC method is Rp. 26,736,329,- obtained based on the real needs for each service delivery activity. The results of the volume effectiveness analysis were 5.6 and the service revenue performance was 378.76 percent, considered very effective and performing well.

Abstract

Purpose – This research explores the impact of organizational culture on innovative behavior at PT XYZ, a multinational motorcycle manufacturing company. The goal is to understand how the company's organizational culture contributes to fostering innovative behavior among its employees, ultimately helping PT XYZ maintain its competitiveness in the business environment. Methodology/approach – Using qualitative methods, data were collected through interviews with employees and supported by secondary sources. Findings – The findings reveal that PT XYZ's organizational culture positively influences innovative behavior through initiatives like "Innovation Day" and collaboration with change agents. Factors like knowledge, leadership, appreciation, opportunity, and Key Performance Indicators also contribute to employee innovation. The study highlights challenges related to idea generation, generational differences, and operational issues. Novelty/value –  The research suggests further investigation into these challenges and their connection to employee innovation, as well as the relationship between innovative behavior and work unit performance. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of organizational culture in promoting innovation and maintaining competitiveness in the business environment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk melngeltahui apakah telrdapat kolntribusi antara kelkuatan oltolt lelngan dan kellelntukan telrhadap keltelpatan mellakukan selrvis atas dalam ollahraga bolla volli pada siswa di SMK Nelgelri 5 Palelmbang. Metode penelitian kolrellasi delngan pelndelkatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 5 Palembang yaitu X.Ans dan X.PSPT, delngan telknik Purpolsivel Sampling maka didapatkan sampel kelas X. ANS sebanyak 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah uji normalistas, korelasi linier berganda dan uji F. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X ANS dan X PSPT yang berjumlah 40 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu kelas X ANS sebanyak 20 siswa SMK Negeri 5 Palembang. Hasil penelitian kekuatan otot lengan memperoleh nilai 892 kemudian uji F ditolak diterima karena hasil hipotesis menunjukan F hitung > F tabel 33,09 > 3,55. Besarnya kontribusi kekuatan otot lengan terhadap ketepatan servis atas bola voli mendapatkan hasil 79%. Kelentukan pergelangan tangan memperoleh nilai 945 kemudian uji F ditolak diterima karena hasil hipotesis menunjukan F hitung > F tabel 8,50 > 3,55. Besarnya kontribusi kelentukan pergelangan tangan terhadap ketepatan servis atas bola voli mendapatkan hasil 89%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kekuatan otot lengan dan kelentukan pergelangan tangan terhadap ketepatan servis atas bola voli SMK Negeri 5 Palembang yaitu sebesar 0,954 dengan taraf signifikan 5% untuk N = 20 dengan hasil uji F menunjukan hasil 8,606 > 3,55 yang artinya di tolak dan di terima. Sedangkan uji determinan menunjukan kontribusi sebesar 91%.

Abstract

Many school students still need attention regarding physical activity, either when participating in learning PJOK or other physical activities, a decrease in the level of physical activity of students is observed. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study was 40 people. The sample in this research was 40 people. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the results of the study are visible. The conclusion of this study shows that the rate of use of gadgets in the frequent category is 70.00% and vice versa, the level of physical in the category is well dominated by the fitness of children. this shows that if the use of Gadgets is more controlled and redirected to physical activities that children like, this will further improve children's physical fitness in performing various activities. Gadgets can be addictive in children, so parents and teachers should focus on providing control over children so that the use of gadgets/smartphones can be reduced so as not to affect the child's social activities, including sports. although in this case, aids are not the main factor hindering children in sports activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine students’ interest in learning physical education in shooting soccer material through games. This research was conducted on fifth grade students at SD Negeri 162 Palembang. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, documentation studies, interviews, and tests. Data analysis techniques were carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. Based on the results of the development it can be concluded: (1) it can be reversion corner teachers; (2) learning has several types of games shooting; (3) this learning will increase children’s interest in taking corner lessons; (4) contribution to the science of education, especially in the field of sports; and (5) make learning more creative and interesting.
