Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the differences in the influence of the make a match learning model compared with expository learning models on the understanding of students' social science concepts. This research uses quasi-experimental research with pretest - posttest control group design. The subjects in this study were students at Tanggul Rejo 2 Public Elementary School in Marabahan District, consisting of class V A totaling 20 students as experimental class and 22 students of class V B as control class in semester II of the academic year 2017/2018. The selection of the experimental class and the control class based on the characteristics of students that are almost the same, by random method. The random results of class V A were selected as the experimental class using the make a match learning model and class V B as the control class using the expository learning model. The data analysis technique used independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test with the help of SPSS 23 for Windows. The results showed that the make a match learning model had a more significant effect than the expository learning model on the understanding of the social studies concept of students in SDN Tanggul Rejo 2 with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05.    Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh model pembelajaran make a match dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran ekspositori terhadap pemahaman konsep IPS peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen semu (quasi-eksperimental research) dengan desain pretest ? posttest control group design. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SDN Tanggul Rejo 2 Kabupaten Marabahan, terdiri dari kelas V A berjumlah 20 peserta didik sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 22 peserta didik kelas V B sebagai kelas kontrol pada semester II tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Pemilihan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol berdasarkan karakteristik peserta didik yang hampir sama, dengan cara random. Hasil random terpilih kelas V A sebagai kelas eksperimen menggunakan model pembelajaran make a match dan kelas V B sebagai kelas kontrol menggunakan model pembelajaran ekspositori. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji independent sample t-test dan paired sample t-test dengan bantuan program SPSS 23 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran make a match berpengaruh lebih signifikan dibandingkan model pembelajaran ekspositori terhadap pemahaman konsep IPS peserta didik di SDN Tanggul Rejo 2 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The study aims at identifying the difference on the effectiveness between the Quantum Teaching Learning Model and the Expository Learning Model in improving the students’ critical thinking skills and concept understanding in Social Science. The method that has been selected is the quasi-experimental research using the non-equivalent pre-test and post-test control group design. Then, the subjects in the study are 22 students of Grade IV Gunung Raja State Elementary School as the experimental group and 23 students of Grade IV Pulau Sari 1 State Elementary School as the control group from the Academic Year 2015/2016. The selection of the experimental group and the control group is based on the students’ similar characteristics with random approach. Based on the results of the random sampling technique implementation, the students from Gunung Sari State Elementary High School is provided with the Quantum Teaching Learning Model (experimental group) while the students from Pulau Sari 1 State Elementary High School is provided with the expository learning model (control group). In analyzing the data that have been gathered, the researcher has conducted the independent sample t-test and the paired sample t-test with SPSS 23 for Windows. The results of the study show that the Quantum Teaching Learning Model has bee more effective in comparison to the Expository Learning Model for improving the students’ critical thinking skills with significance value 0.000 0.050. In the same time, the results of the study also show that the Quantum Teaching Learning Model has been more effective in comparison to the Expository Learning Model for improving the students’ Social Science concept understanding with significance value 0.000 0.050.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan model pembelajaran make a match dalam peningkatan Hasil Belajar IPS materi “Perjuangan Mempertahankan Kemerdekaan” siswa kelas V SDN Pantai Cabe Kabupaten Tapin. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus pada mata pelajaran IPS dengan subyek siswa kelas V. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik persentase penilaian skala dan indikator keberhasilan ketuntasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan aktivitas guru menggunakan model pembelajaran make a match siklus I mendapatkan presentase 77,94% dengan kategori baik meningkat menjadi 86.74% dengan kategori sangat baik pada siklus II. Hasil belajar IPS materi “Perjuangan Mempertahankan Kemerdekaan” siswa kelas V pada siklus I memperoleh persentase 68,96% meningkat menjadi 86,20% di siklus II.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengunaan media gambar berseri dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karangan pada siswa kelas III SDN Sungai Andai 1 Kota Banjarmasin. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kelas digunakan (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dengan subyek siswa kelas III. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknis persentase penilaian skala dan indikator keberhasilan ketuntasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan aktivitas guru menggunakan media gambar berseri telah berhasil, terlihat pada siklus pertama mendapatkan persentase 79,68% dengan kategori baik meningkat pada siklus kedua, menjadi 85,93% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil belajar keterampilan menulis karangan menggunakan media gambar berseri telah terlaksana dengan sangat baik, terlihat pada siklus I memperoleh persentase ketuntasan 71,42% dengan kategori cukup aktif meningkat pada siklus II mencapai 85,71% dengan kategori sangat aktif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) bagaimana cara SDIT Al Firdaus menerapkan manajemen budaya keislaman di sekolah, dan 2) memberikan gambaran yang detail tentang beberapa faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat dalam penerapan budaya keislaman di SDIT Al Firdaus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini berupa teknik analisis deskriptif, yaitu metode analisis data yang berupa kata-kata, gambar dan bukan angka. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi: 1) Manajemen budaya keislaman di SDIT Al Firdaus dapat dikategorikan baik, dengan dilaksanakannya kegiatan yang sesuai dengan dokumen pengelolaan, pengarahan, monitoring, pemberdayaan, motivating, dan adanya evaluasi. 2) Adapun faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapan manajemen budaya keislaman di SDIT Al Firdaus meliputi : Faktor pendukung, komitmen dari top manajemen, dukungan warga sekolah, dan fasilitas pembelajaran yang representatif. Faktor penghambat, Orang tua siswa belum terbiasa dengan budaya keislaman, dan belum optimalnya penerapan sanksi, dalam perwujudan budaya keislaman di SDIT Al Firdaus.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increasing independence of learners PGSD UAY Banjarmasin through quantum teaching models on social education at Elementary School. This study uses classroom action research with the subject is all the students of semester IV of academic year 2016/2017, with the total students are 37 consist of 20 male students and 17 female students. Techniques and instruments of data collection of this research use: (1) Observation Technique (Observation) is used to observe about the independence of the students using quantum teaching model in learning process, (2) The technique of Questionnaire, used to observe the independence of learning, and (4) Documentation techniques, used to file the activities of learners, in the form of taking photos and video during the study took place. The results of the classroom action research that has been carried out during two cycles to improve students' learning independence on Social Education at Elementary School using quantum teaching model on PGSD UAY Banjarmasin students concluded that learning independence is increasing. The increase is proved by the average score of learning independence of each student in cycle I with the percentage is 64.2% in the category of learning independence becomes 87.5% in cycle II, with very good criteria and has achieved a minimum indicator of learning success which reached 80% of very good criteria. While the questionnaire data independence learners score in cycle I is 122,5, with the average value of learning independence of the students is 3.3 and the percentage is 65.2% becomes 154.4 with the average value of independence of students is 4, 2 and the percentage is 83.5 which are included very good criteria and achieved the minimum learning success indicator which reached at least 80% very good criteria. Based on the results of research, it is suggested that educator need various models of learning in accordance with the learning process, so that the ability to learn independently of the students can be maximize in order to achieve the objectives of learning as well as of the purpose of nation’s character.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of the talking stick learning model on social studies learning outcomes in grade IV SDN Keramat Mina, Banjar Regency. The object of this research is the implementation of the talking stick learning model on social studies learning outcomes for class IV SDN Keramat Mina, Banjar Regency. The subjects in this study were all students at SDN Keramat Mina Banjar Regency. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 22 class IV students. The test of the instrument was carried out by testing the validity and reliability testing using the help of a computer application, namely SPSS 20 for windows. The data mining tool used was a questionnaire. The data analysis used was simple linear regression technique. Based on the data analysis, it is concluded that there is an effect of the talking stick learning model on the analysis rhitung = 0.471> rt 0.432 at the 5% significance level of N = 22, which means that the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. , and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant relationship between learning motivation and social studies learning outcomes in class V A in Pandahan 2 Elementary School Tanah Laut Regency. The research subjects were fifth grade students in Pandahan 2 Elementary School, Tanah Laut Regency, totaling 32 students. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with questionnaires and documentation as data diggers, data analysis used is Corelation Product Moment with serial correlation formula. To answer the question, the serial correlation formula is used, the conclusion is that a small portion (27.27%) of students have low learning motivation with an average learning outcome of 6.58 which is quite large (54.54%) students have moderate learning motivation with the average learning outcomes are 6.54 and the smallest (18.18%) students have high learning motivation with an average learning outcome of 7.5. Based on statistical analysis using serial formulas, there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and social studies social studies learning outcomes in class V A in Pandahan 2 Elementary School Tanah Laut Regency, which is indicated by 0.863> 0.423 (significant level of 5%). (significant level of 1%). Based on the results of research and conclusions, it is suggested that students always be motivated to learn social studies in order to achieve better learning outcomes and schools should be able to become input of information and knowledge in an effort to increase learning motivation.

Abstract

the low student learning outcomes in class V SDN Pasayangan 3 Martapura on learning of IPS about the preparation of the independence of Indonesia, background research in done by using Think Pair and Share model varied with learning model Talking Stick. This study aims to improve learning outcomes, student activity and fix teacher activity. This study is an action research approach that uses quantitative. Setting research is class V SDN Pasayangan 3 Martapura school year 2019/2020. Data retrieval techniques acquired through: 1) observation (student activity and teacher activity), 2) test (learning outcomes). The result of this study is the aplication approach, can fix teacher activity, improve student activity and student learning outcomes in class V SDN Pasayangan 3 Martapura.
