Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of the features of the value, satisfaction, and customer loyalty; the effect on the value of customer satisfaction and loyalty; influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty. A total of 200 merchant PT. BANK XYZ as respondents was selected randomly. Analyses were performed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The analysis showed that the feature has a significant influence on customer value, but not for customer satisfaction and loyalty. The values has a significant influence on satisfaction, but not on customer loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Discussion and conclusions described in the article. Abstract

Considering that the SME entrepreneurs of Gresik Regency are mostly young, educated and experienced, however their businesses are not yet in legal entities. This research situates the SME business development strategy model through SWOT and EFE-EFI analysis, aiming to identify the conditions and models of SME business development strategies to improve their performances. This research has interviewed 40 respondents who were selected in multi stage, and analyzed through SWOT and EFE-IFE analysis. The result of this research explains that the ability of SME entrepreneurs in managing business and the achievement level of marketing performance is good, except the ability to manage finances. Abstract

Insurance and reinsurance companies are required, to maintain a soundfinancial standing and comply with the provisions on the companies equity as stipulated by the government. To achieve such equity, the companies must retain their profitability. Under a supervision system supported by the audit committee, internal auditor and external auditor, it is expected that the insurance companies shall be able to fulfill their obligation in complying with all the prevailing regulations. If these companies fail to do so, the companies shall be subject to the supervision by the government. This study was conducted on insurance and reinsurance companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2012 (11 companies). Thirty eight high officials of the top management of the companies were interviewed as respondents. By applying the SPSS program the results showed that there are significant relations among the audit committee, the internal and external auditor in supervising the operations of the insurance companies. There is a positive correlation between the audit committee and the internal auditor; and there is a positive correlation between the audit committee and the external auditor whereas there is also a positive correlation between the internal auditor and the external auditor. Simultaneous influence of the audit committee, the internal audit and the external audit shows a positive effect on the financial soundness. However, external audit has only partial influence on the financial soundness. The simultaneous influence of audit committee, audit internal, audit external and financial soundness shows a significant effect on the profitability. The partial influence on each independent variabel (mentioned above) has a significant effect on the profitability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak rasio keuangan terhadap harga saham sepuluh bank terkemuka di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk sepuluh bank yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2014 dengan kriteria berikut : (1) memiliki aset dengan jumlah terbesar pada tahun 2013-2014 (2) memiliki informasi rasio keuangan pada tahun 2013-2014 (3) tidak terjadi pemecahan saham pada tahun 2013-2014 (4) hasil pengolahan data statistiknya memenuhi uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan kriteria itu, maka jumlah bank yang terpilih adalah Bank Central Asia Tbk, Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bank Permata Tbk, Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk, Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk dan Bank International Indonesia Tbk. Variabel tidak bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah harga saham, sementara variabel terikat adalah Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Return on Equity (ROE). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas (LDR, NPL, CAR, and ROE) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara parsial, LDR, CAR dan ROE berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sementara, NPL tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.This research is to determine the impact of financial ratios on the stock price of ten leading banks in Indonesia. This research using a purposive sampling method for the ten banks that listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the years 2013-2014 with the following criteria : (1) has assets with the largest number in the years 2013-2014 (2) has information about financial ratios in the years 2013-2014 (3) a stock split does not occur in the years 2013-2014 (4) the results of the processing of statistical data meets classical assumption. Based on the criteria, the then banks selected are Bank Central Asia Tbk, Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bank Permata Tbk, Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk, Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and Bank International Indonesia Tbk. The dependent variable in this research is the stock price, while the dependent variable are Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Return on Equity (ROE). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the independent variables (LDR, NPL, CAR, and ROE) simultaneously significant effect on the stock price. Partially, LDR, CAR and ROE have a significant effect on the stock price. Meanwhile, NPL has no effect on the stock price.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan insentif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan di PT Avrist Assurance, dengan menggunakan 211 karyawan sebagai responden.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara acak sederhana. Analisis dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan Lisrel 8.5. Hasil penelitian menemukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antarabudaya organisasi dan insentif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, serta pengaruh yang signifikan antarakepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh total budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan lebih dominan daripada pengaruh total insentif terhadap kepuasan kerja dankinerja karyawan.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and incentive on job satisfaction and employees’ performance. The study was conducted in PT Avrist Assurance, using 211 employees as respondents. The sampling technique in this research is simple random. The analysis was performed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Lisrel 8.5. The study found that organizational culture and incentives significantly affect job satisfaction and employees’ performance. Moreover, job satisfaction significantly affect employees’ performance. The total effect of organizational culture on Job Satisfaction and employee performance is more dominant than the total effect of incentives on Job Satisfaction and employee performance.

Abstract

Sesuai dengan Permenkes No. 64 Tahun 2016 tentang Tarif Standar Pelayanan Kesehatan Dalam Penyelenggaraan Program Jaminan Kesehatan, maka sistem pembayaran pelayanan kesehatan rawat jalan lanjutan tidak lagi berdasarkan fee for service tetapi dibayarkan sesuai paket InaCBGs tanpa iuran biaya dari peserta, dimana pembayaran klaim dari BPJS Kesehatan ke rumah sakit termasuk total biaya pelayanan yang diberikan kepada peserta BPJS Kesehatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui berapa rata-rata biaya pengobatan JKN Rawat Jalan Tingkat Lanjutan (RJTL) di RSUP Fatmawati, berapa biaya pengobatan kronis yang harus ditanggung RSUP Fatmawati dengan menerapkan klaim InaCBGs, dengan skema pembayaran 7:23, dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang terlihat dari implementasi skema pembayaran klaim InaCBGs 7:23 tahun 2018 dibandingkan tahun 2013. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis data selisih biaya obat yang diberikan kepada pasien JKN Rawat Jalan Tingkat Lanjut (RJTL) di RSUP Fatmawati tahun 2013 sebanyak 75.451 resep dan tahun 2018 sebanyak 49.649 resep menggunakan analisis statistik Mann-Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata biaya pengobatan JKN Rawat Jalan Tingkat Pelayanan Kesehatan Lanjut (RJTL) di RSUP Fatmawati tahun 2013 dengan skema pembayaran klaim fee for service sebesar Rp. 254.091, tahun 2018 dengan skema pembayaran klaim InaCBGs 7:23 sebesar Rp. 324.477. Rata-rata biaya obat yang ditanggung RSUP Fatmawati dengan skema pembayaran klaim InaCBGs 7:23 pada tahun 2018 adalah Rp 45.890 per pasien. Hasil uji statistik (Mann-Whitney) menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara biaya obat dengan skema pembayaran klaim fee for service tahun 2013 dengan skema pembayaran klaim InaCBGs 7:23 tahun 2018 (P = 0,000), dimana hasilnya setelah konversi ke Indonesia diperoleh angka inflasi dengan hasil penurunan sebesar 8,57%, dari Rp. 304.716 pada tahun 2013 menjadi Rp 278.587 pada tahun 2018. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat dampak keuangan yang merugikan BPJS Kesehatan dan RSUP Fatmawati karena perubahan skema pembayaran klaim fee for service pada tahun 2013 menjadi skema pembayaran klaim InaCBGs 7:23 pada tahun 2018 dalam memberikan pelayanan rawat jalan di RSUP Fatmawati.

Abstract

PT. KLM merupakan perusahaan air minum yang ada di Bogor Jawa Barat, memproduksi air minum pH 8+ atau air minum alkali, yang berfungsi bukan sekedar menghilangkan rasa dahaga tetapi juga memberikan manfaat kesehatan lainnya. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal produk air minum alkali PT. KLM, menggunakan analisa SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) dari beberapa faktor yang diperoleh untuk menentukan strategi bisnis PT KLM dalam menghadapi persaingan industri. Hasil analisis SWOT dan IFE EFE, didapatkan kekuatan dan peluang memiliki skor lebih besar dari kelemahan dan ancaman. Pada faktor internal, kekuatan memiliki skor 2.13 dan kelemahan dengan skor 1.99 sehingga didapatkan nilai x adalah 0.14. Faktor eksternal, peluang mendapat skor 2.17 dan ancaman yang mendapat skor 1.90, sehingga didapatkan nilai y adalah 0.27. Dilihat dari titik x dan y (0.14, 0.27), posisi berada pada kuadran 1 yaitu pertumbuhan agresif. Langkah implementasi dari Strategi pertumbuhan agresif adalah melakukan penetrasi pasar, mengembangkan market melalui media promosi dan meningkatkan kualitas mesin

Abstract

The reciprocal of WOM (word of mouth) & switching cost into  purchasing and loyality. The purpose of research  The affect WOM  and switching cost of the decision to purchase & loyalty; The affect  the decision to purchase of loyalty . The population this research are  200 Meat Me Café & Butchery’s customers in jakarta  who were randomly selected by mixed data with SEM, AMOS21 program . The results of research explained that WOM and switching cost are influential  decision to buy & loyalty, and the decision to buy influences loyalty. The WOM & switching cost substantiate same as purchase of the decision, and loyalty.

Abstract

The Small Medium Enterprise (SME) Indonesia is able to absorb the largest of labor, therefore needs to support continuation through the achievement of optimal business performance. The Purpose of Research Analysis Market Orientation Leadership, Innovation Strategy and Business Performance (Study case SME in Jakata) has analysis the variable influence among of Market Orientation Leadership, Innovation Strategy and Business Performance. The population of this research are home industry SME in Jakarta, Data collection through surveys with respondents re-elected as many as 162 purposive perpetrators of SME. The respondent’s data has analyzed in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), Lisrel’s program. The results of the study as follows: The market orientation leadership influence to Innovation Strategy. The Variables of market orientation leadership and innovation strategy influence partial to business performance. The Innovation Strategy as the intervening as variables on the orientation market leadership and business performance variables.

Abstract

PT Kimia Farma Tbk, as one of the pioneers of the Indonesian pharmaceutical industry, is currently participating in the development of cosmetic products under the Marcks brand. Marcks' products are known to the public as powder, and always ranks third in the Top Brand title. The success of Marcks 'powder in dominating Top Brand has not been followed by other Marcks' products such as compact face powder, moisturizers and facial cleansers. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, and brand extension on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The population in this study were all Marcks product users who live in Jakarta. The sampling method is purposive sampling with a sample of 174 respondents. Data analysis uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) LISREL 8.70 program. The results of the study explained that there is an influence between variable brand image, product quality and brand extension partially on customer satisfaction. However, brand image, product quality and brand extension have no effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty.
