Abstract

Education with philosophy has a close relationship because philosophy is a view of life that leads to the goal of education. According to Dewey, changes that occur in society must exist and inevitable because education is always changing. The perennialism view at the moment that education is regarded as a container to direct the center of culture. While human beings are able to solve the problem and achieve its goals rationally. This condition of development in the flow of philosophy one of which is essentialism. And education as a tool to process humanize human, with the difference of orientation and philosophy that became his belief. Differences philosophy in a nation will bring a difference in the perspective or purpose of education itself. Learning with the P4C contributes to raising children to be sensitive individuals who respect different perspectives and are able to shape their own rights, have ethical values, take care and improve themselves, and embrace new ideas.

Abstract

Pengetahuan guru-guru PAUD dalam mengembangkan gerak non lokomotor yang kreatif, inovatif, dan menyenangkan masih rendah yang menyebabkan kualitas proses pengembangan kreativitas anak tidak maksimal. Rendahnya kualitas pengembangan gerak menyebabkan pengembangan kreativitas gerak anak juga rendah dan tidak kreatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan tari Glethak, sebagai contoh pengembangan kreativitas gerak tari yang diperlukan anak untuk meningkatkan kasus gerak non lokomotor Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pengembangan (R&D) mengikuti model 4-D menurut Thiagarajan yang terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu: (1) pendefinisian (define); (2) perancangan (design); (3) pengembangan (develop); dan (4) penyebarluasan (disseminate). Dalam mengembangkan kreasi tari Glethak yang akan digunakan untuk bahan pengembangan gerak non lokomotorik ada beberapa tahap. Yaitu tahap pengembangan kreasi tari Glethak, uji ahli, dan uji lapagan pada beberapa Taman Kanak-kanak yang ada di kota Lumajang dan Jember. Saat pelaksanaan tim peneliti memantau proses jalannya kreasi tari Glethak dan setelah selesai dilakukan diskusi dengan guru pengajar untuk merefleksi proses pengembangan gerak non lokomotorik anak yang telah dilaksanakan demi perbaikan selanjutnya. Tahap implementasi menggunakan rancangan penelitian one group pretest posttest design. Metode pengumpulan data digunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dalam bentuk tabel, presentase, dan grafik. Dan hasil pengolahan data dibahas secara naratif dengan membandingkan hasil yang diperoleh dengan teori. Abstract

This study aims to determine what is in the creator's creation: motives, impulses, thought processes and influences that direct painters to realize creativity. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The source of data in this research is in the form of the painting exhibition 'Menolak Tua through Karya'. The data in this study is that the anatomy of creativity has been studied by several leading psychologists, among others: the pursuit to provide a more empirical basis in the visual arts. The steps for collecting data and the research process were carried out as follows: (1) describing all of the paintings on display; (2) identify the work; (3) codifying data; (4) the data is analyzed applying psychology to apply creativity which includes innovation and creativity, intelligence and creativity, motivation and creativity; (5) conclude the research results. The results of this study show that in this painting exhibition there is a psychological application in creativity.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal and describe how Indigenous Psychology KHR practices. As'ad Syamsul Arifin at the Salafiah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School Sukorejo Situbondo (P2S4). This study focuses on the description of the implementation of Indigenous Psychology and literature in P2S4, using a qualitative approach of the ethnographic-hermeneutic type. Sources of data used: primary data and secondary data reinforced by interviews with informants. Data analysis: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study: learning practices carried out: 1) The practice of indigenous psychology in P2S4 is based on Islamic values ??(fiqh norms and Sufistic life systems) as well as local cultural values, oriented to the benefit of the people, the formation of akhlaqul karimah which always invites goodness. , prevent evil, and fear God Almighty, 2) development, testing, and very little data, psychological theories are assumed to be universal, 3) impose their views on ordinary people: ta'zir, ta'dib, i 'tibar ahwal an-nas, at-tadrij, 4) The original concepts have been analyzed as examples of indigenous psychology. These concepts are interesting, they have limited communicative value for thinkers who do not understand language or know direct phenomena. Also, it is difficult to ascertain whether these conceptualizations are accurate and to assess the scientific merits of these original concepts because very little empirical evidence exists to support their claims. Research suggestions, (1) can be popularized and published in indigenous psychology education in P2S4, (2) the results of this study can be practiced for counselors in Islamic boarding schools, (3) other researchers conduct a more in-depth study of Indiginous Psychology with other focuses to find common ground in different contexts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether Social Presence affects students' learning completeness in distance learning? at the University of PGRI Argopuro Jember (N = 600), the assessment was measured by Grade-Point Average (GPA). Data, obtained from variables consisting of: variable composition of students, class environment and the average value of students. Previous research has stated that Social Presence affects positive attitudes that have an impact on student learning mastery. It was found that the effect of learning enthusiasm that affects learning success with a high GPA difference was found. Students with high social presence get a complete average score in all of their competencies. The results show that the effects that influence students on the composition of Social Presence and frame factors are class composition, student interaction, and teacher interaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study:to develop, validate an online tutoring model based on ADDIE model to improve social presence of Distance Education (DE) students, help tutors reconstruct knowledge, experience more strategically, for tutors can design and implement more structured. This is a developmental study divided into 5 phases: existing methods and DE strategy review, DE model development, Delphi round 1, Delphi round 2, model validation. After reviewing relevant literature and existing strategies in phase 1, the first step of creating a DE model was created in phase 2, followed by phase 3 and phase 4, two rounds of Delphi conducted by experts, reviewing the final version of the manual and syntax model (SM) created and validating in phase 5. With respect to each ADDIE phase, the online guidance model outlines: representative points, structured activities, support strategies. both Online Social Presence Guidance (OSPG) and SM models, in order to more clearly identify the entire process. Finally, this research provides some recommendations for tutors and practitioners in choosing an online guidance model, according to the previous needs analysis, training tutors, training students, then researching to find effective guidance, techniques and media openly to change. This research recognizes its excellence by evoking and considering psychological factors, due to time constraints, this research needs to be carried out further.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and validate a career resilience scale to measure the level of career resilience in adult workers. The study was conducted through quantitative research methods involving 405 adult workers of Mustikatama factory workers in Lumajang, East Java. The developed scale is called CARE-NP (Courage, Adaptability, Resilience, Efficacy, Networking, Proactive) and was validated through content validity, construct validity, and reliability stages. The collected data were analyzed using statistical techniques such as exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation coefficient. The results showed that the CARE scale met the expected validity and reliability criteria. This study concludes that the CARE scale can be used to measure the level of career resilience in adult workers with good validity and reliability. This study makes an important contribution in expanding the understanding of career resilience and enabling guidance and counseling professionals to provide more effective services in helping individuals build better career resilience.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila (P5) dalam kurikulum merdeka bertujuan mengembangkan karakter pelajar Pancasila, sesuai nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam lima sila dan enam dimensi P5. Kebijakan untuk melaksanakan project besar ini berbasis pad acara berpikir tumbuh (growth mindset) bukan berfikir tetap (fixed mindset) yakni menekankan pada proses bukan hanya hasil akhir. Salah satu kunci keberhasilan pelaksanaan P5 kurikulum merdeka di sekolah adalah mengkolaborasikan dan berkomunikasi dengan orang tua siswa. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan sosialisasi kepada orang tua agar menyadari peran sebagai mitra sekolah untuk mendukung pelaksanaan P5 Kurikulum Merdeka. Selain itu, sosialisasi bertujuan menyadarkan orang tua tentang cara memberikan kemerdekaan yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam sosialisasi Fokus grup diskusi (FGD) bersama orang tua di Desa Ngarak, Kecamatan Mandor, Kabupaten Landak. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah sosialisasi ini, orang tua menyadari pentingnya kegiatan berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai Pancasila. Kesadaran pentingnya keterlibatan orang tua untuk mendukung pelaksanaan P5, sadari dengan banyak kegiatan di sekolah. Selain itu, orang tua merekomendasikan bentuk kemerdekaan dalam pola asuh untuk mendukung kesuksesan P5.

Abstract

Four independent variables, social Presence, ease of use, usability, and risk, significantly affect students' intentions to interact in online tutoring on the Website. Social Presence is the dominant variable influencing students' intentions to interact virtually. These findings bring some implications for the distance learning management team that adopts the Website as their media. Social presence factors affect online guidance and counseling. It is analyzed from the potential of technological development, which is the purpose of this study to see the effect of social presence on the implementation of online guidance-the method used is multiple linear regression analysis, where this study identifies independent variables that affect the dependent variable through multiple regression hypotheses with 80 respondents. This study found that perceived social presence, utility, usefulness, and opportunity significantly influenced behavioral intention on online guidance by increasing social presence. In addition, behavioral intention was observed as the most dominant variable affecting students' intention to interact in distance learning.

Abstract

Merubah sikap perilaku agresif anak usia dini dan mengembangkan rasa empati anak merupakan usaha yang harus terus dilaksanakan oleh pendidik. Anak-anak memiliki kemampuan yang tinggi dalam menyesuaikan tingkah lakunya dengan apa yang diamati di sekitarnya. Video pembelajaranbagi anak adalah sesuatu yang menyenangkan, merupakan kegiatan bermain ketika anak sedang menerima pembelajaran di kelas dan satu-satunya motif tujuan ini untuk mengembangkan pencapaian perkembangan terutama pada sosial emosional anak yang memiliki perilaku agresif dan menumbuhkan sikap empati sejak dini. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PAUD di wilayah gugus 7 kecamatan Sumbersari Kabupaten Jember. Jumlah anak berusia 5-6 tahun di gugus 7 sebanyak 118 anak. Desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian eksprimen dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Deskripsi data disajikan berupa data distribusi hasil kegiatan pemberian video pembelajaran dengan penerapan pemberian video pembelajaran. Hasil belajar perilaku agresif dan sikap empati: a) Diketahui hipotesis penelitian: Ho = tidak ada pengaruh perbedaan yang signifikan pada Hasil kegiatan Pemberian video pembelajaran antara perilaku agresif dan sikap empati. H1 = ada pengaruh perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil kegiatan pemberian video pembelajaran antara perilaku agresif dan sikap empati. b) Hasil perhitungan uji mann whitney(z score) sebesar -6,546 dengan nilai sig.(p) = 0.000. c) Kesimpulan: nilai sig.(p) t hitung (0.000) < 0.05 maka H1 diterima bahwa ada pengaruh perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil kegiatan pemberian video pembelajaran antara perilaku agresif dan sikap empati (menggunakan metode pemberian video pembelajaran).
