SIMULATIONS ON NICKEL TARGET PREPARATION AND SEPARATION.OF Ni(II)-Cu(II) MATRIX FORPRODUCTION OF RADIOISOTOPE64Cu64Ni (p,n) 64  and retained on the column while the nickel was kept in the form of Ni2+  2+  2+ and CuCl while the nickel was totally in the form of Ni2+  while the nickel was found as both Ni2+ and NiCl   while the nickel was mostly in the form of Ni2+. The retained CuCl was then changed back into Cu2+     Keywords 64 Cu, Anion exchange chromatography.: Nickel target preparation, Radioisotope Cu-64, Separation of Ni(II)-Cu(II) matrix, Nuclear reaction of 64Ni(p,n) cation form andeluted out the column by using HCl 0.05 M. The 42– 4 2–.The best condition of separation was in HCl 8 M in which the radioactive copper was mostly in the form of CuCl 42– 42– . In the condition ofHCl 9 M, the radioactive copper was mostly in the form of CuCl 42– cation. It was found that the electroplating result from the acidic solution was more satisfied than that from the basic solution. By conditioning the matrix solution at HCl 6 M, the radioactivecopper was found in the forms of Cucation and eluted off from the column. The retained radioactive copper was then eluted out the column in the condition of dilute HCl changingback the copper anion complex into Cu42– Cu. The nickel target preparation was performed by means of electroplating method using acidic solution of nickel chloride - boric acid mixture and basic solution of nickel sulphate – nickel chloridemixture on a silver- surfaced-target holder. The simulated solution of Ni(II) – Cu(II) matrix was considered as thesolution of post-proton-irradiated nickel target containing both irradiated nickel and radioactive copper, but in thepresented work the proton irradiation of nickel target was omitted, while the radioactive copper was originallyobtained from neutron irradiation of CuO target. The separation of radioactive copper from the nickel target matrixwas based on anion exchange column chromatography in which the radiocopper was conditioned to form anioncomplex CuClg-spectrometric analysis showed a single strong peak at 511 keVwhich is in accord to g-annihilation peak coming from positron decay of Cu-64, and a very weak peak at 1346 keVwhich is in accord to g-ray of Cu-64.. The simulations on Nickel target preparation and separation of Ni(II)- Cu(II) matrix has been carried out as a preliminary study for production of medical radioisotope Cu-64 based onnuclear reaction of

Abstract

Keloids are skin disorders or benign tumours that are due to abnormal wound healing in the binding tissue after a trauma, inflammation, surgical wounds, or burns. Low activity radioisotopes have shown to be effective in curing or eliminating keloids on the skin. One of these radioisotopes is phosphorus-32 (32P), a beta (β-) emitter with a half-life of 14.3 days. This radioisotope can also be developed for the treatment of keloid and skin tumours. Currently, keloid is treated by a conventional method e.g.by applying the bulk of 32P radioisotope directly on keloid area. However, this method is considered inefficient and less secure. The purpose of this research is to obtain a technology for preparing of 32P-labeled skin patch. The first step of this research is to produce 32P-labeled chromic phosphate (Cr32PO4) colloids, through condensation involving oxidation-reduction reaction. In this step, Cr (VI) is reduced to Cr (III) to form Cr32PO4 with particle size of <1 μm.  These particles (Cr32PO4) are to expect to distribute evenly when mixed with silicon to form skin patch which will not decompose easily. Characterization of the prepared Cr32PO4colloids gave a yield of 97,8% with particle size of greater than > 1μm.  Further study needs to be performed in due time in order to have Cr32PO4 colloids with a suitable particle size.Key words: keloid, chromic phosphate colloid, skin patch, condensation, oxidation-reduction reaction

Abstract

Kata kunci: sedimen, mangrove, bioremediasi, pertumbuhan, protease  Marine and brackishwater culture produced large number of organic waste, mostly from leftover feed and faeces, which normally released to the nearby water system and becoming source of deseases and reducing water quality.  The study was aimed to determine the growth kinetics and protease activity of 36k isolate from mangrove sediment of Karimunjawa, Jepara which possibly developed into probiotic consortium candidate with bioremediation activity capability. The study was able to describe the growth kinetics and protease activity of 36k isolate which has lag phase (adaptation) on the 0 to the first 4 hours. Meanwhile from 6th to 30th hours isolate 36k entering logarithmic phase (exponential) characterized by significant growth. At the 30th hours period the OD value was 1,939±0,0125, bacterial biomass dry weight of   1,325±0,043 mg.ml-1, specific growth rate (µ) was 0,1446 hours, number of generation 8,7609 dan regeneration time of  4,794 hour. Between 36 to 42 hours the growth of  36k isolate cell was relatively no difference indicating the stationer phase has reached followed by mortality phase between the 42–48 hours where the growth rate was decline due to the limitation of growth material such as vitamins and minerals.  The result also show that protein consentration was significantly decline up to   97,365%. The reduction of of protein content was 0,255±0,005 mg.ml-1.hour-1. The production of enzyme in cultured bacteria was conducted between first 2–6 hours and reach the optimum activity by 6 hours incubation i.e. at the exponential growth phase. The substrate consumption by 36K bacteria isolate was indicated by the decline of reduced sugar with average rate of substrate consumption of 2,0557 g.g-1. Abstract

Indonesia is a nation state which involves a series of various ethnic, reli- gious, racial, class, cultural and political views. It is a social capital for the magnitude of a nation. But unfortunately, lately this social capital with the increasing of intolerant attitudes from most people that have an impact on the increasing of social conflicts based on racial intolerance in many regions also penetrated educational environment should be free from the problems of racism and politics. To response, the internalization of the Pancasila values is impSortant to do back in order to build the na- tion’s character. 45 values of Pancasila need to be revived and contextu- alisation with the present of situation as well as universal human rights values. On the other hand, the attitude and actions of tolerance for diver- sity of the Indonesian nation today is not enough to just set in the written rules and to enforced, but must be internalized as the basis for rebuilding the nation’s character. The values of universal human rights which in- cluded a tribute to human dignity, equality, non-discrimination, inclu- sion and tolerance in this case can strengthen revitalization nationalities to movement directed at strengthening the resilience of communities and “bhineka” nations to efforts nihilisasi from outsiders on positive cultural values of Indonesia nation. The internalisation of human rights values can be done with the civilizing in which the efforts of recognition and understanding, then learning, implementation, habituation, accultura- tion and imitation that conducted together by all elements of society in the life of the nation. The internalizing process of human rights values can also be done through the development of alternative methods is one of them forming a role model that will give more results and significant impact. That efforts are very strategic to start with education because ed- ucation is a vehicle for character development through cognitive, affective and psychomotor.

Abstract

Notary Public Officer has the duty to make an authentic deed and dare to make the deed of minutes of auction. One of the hallmark of the Auction of Minutes of Deed is made by the Auction Officer appointed by the Minister of Finance. The strength of the proof consists of the power of proof of birth, formal and material relationships has been regulated in Article 1868 of the Civil Code. Is the Deed of Minutes auction referred to the Authentic Deed. Make the form of the deed determined by law. The result of this thesis research is the status of the Auction of Minutes of the Auction referred to as the authentication deed because (1) the form of the authentic deed is the drafting of the law (Articles 37, 38 and 39 Vendu Reglement, (2) the original deed must be made by or against the general officials The auction is made by the auction official (3) of what authority, when and where the deed was made. (Articles 3 and 7 Vendu Reglement) is determined by the Minister of Finance. The Power of Evidence On The Deed of Auction Minutes As an authentic deed, In Article 35 of the Vendu Reglement from which "From every public sale by the Auction Officer or his proxy, during the sale, for each day of auction or sale shall be made separate news event". Here it is clear that the Auction Risks must be made by an authentic deed, as the auction treatise has a perfect proof of power on what is contained therein.
