Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of the marketing mix on patient decision for treatment to the Bhayangkara Bondowoso Hospital. This research is quantitative descriptive research that use primary data. The research was conducted at Bhayangkara Bondowoso Hospital. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and direct interviews. The number of samples was 175 respondents. The variables used in the Marketing Mix are product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence. Data processing is done by using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25. The results of the research show that the product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence simultaneously influence patient decision for treatment. Partially, the product variable has no significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The price variable has no significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The promotion variable has a significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The place quality variable has no significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The process quality variable has a significant effect on the patient decision to seek treatment. The people variable has a significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The physical evidence variable has a significant effect on the patient decision for treatment. The people variable is the most dominant variable in influencing the patient decision for treatment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the influence of the non-physical work environment and organizational culture on employee performance throughorganizational commitment as an intervening variable on employees of the Regional Secretariatof Bondowoso Regency. The number of samples in this study was 100 with purposive samplingtechnique. The analytical technique used is path analysis using SPSS 22.0. The results of dataanalysis show that the non-physical work environment has a significant effect on organizationalcommitment, organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational commitment,non-physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance,organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, and organizationalcommitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Indirectly, the non-physicalwork environment and organizational culture have a significant effect on employeeperformance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

The organization achievement is influenced by its employees’ performance that the leaderalways spur the quality performance of his employees by leadership style.Therefore it isnecessary to conduct research on the influence of the village head’s leadership style on thevillage development performance at Mlokorejo Village, Puger District, Jember Regency. Thisstudy aims to test and analyze partially or simultaneously the influence of the village head'sleadership style on development performance. The explanatory research type is used in thisreaserch to examine whether there is a pattern of relationships between two or morevariables. Technique of sampling with population method used 50 villages aparatus ofMlokorejo as respondents. The data analysis shows that the Autocratic, Democratic, andLaisses-Faire leadership style simultaneously have a significant effect on the villagedevelopment performance. Whereas based on the partial test (t test), only the Laisses-Faireleadership style had a significant effect on village development performance, while theautocratic and the democratic leadership style had a partially insignificant effect on thedependent variable of village development performance. It was also shown that the Laisses-Faire leadership style variable (X3) had the most influence on the dependent variable ofvillage development performance (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture and work environment on the performance of sub-district employees in Bondowoso Regency. This research uses an explanatory research approach with a population of 720 employees, and a sample of 144 respondents with the technique of determining the sample is purposive sampling. Data processing was analyzed using descriptive statistics with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS 22.0. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture and work environment had a partial or simultaneous influence on the performance of sub-district employees in Bondowoso Regency.

Abstract

Kitchen ware made from aluminum and stainless - steel mostly produced by large corporations branded fraction by micro entrepreneurs. For microentrepreneurs faced many obstacles, among others, capital, market,supply chain of raw materials, human resources and labor. Inventory is one of the problems that continue to disrupt the production and marketing process. This is because the raw material supply chain does not guarantee the availability of raw materials needed. Solving problems of IBM partners mutually agreed , mainly to address thefundamental problem: how to manage the inventory of raw materials and how to manage finances micro-enterprises. Resolving the problem required dihadai various methods such as: is the method through application assistance for the implementation of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and the method of Supply Chain Management (SCM), as well as training and mentoring management Cash Management and Accounting simple, and sharing the cost ofprocurement of production equipment in accordance the availability of funds. The end result of this activity is that the use of methods MRP and SCM method does not match the scale of the industry's only business partner households , adjustment method implementation is done by building long-term contracts with suppliers ofraw materials, raw material quality standards will be guaranteed by long-term contracts with supplier of raw materials, and there needs to be built from the Department of Trade and Industry District Jember.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of commitment, communication, and problem handling on customer trust. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze commitment, communication, and handling problems to customer trust simultaneously or partially. The sampling technique in this study is nonprobability sampling and uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study amountedto 125 sample respondents to customers. The research method used in this study is multiple linear regression, t-test, f test,and the coefficient of determination R2. based on the results of the study indicate that the variables commitment (????1), communication(????2), and problem handling (????3) simultaneously influence the customer's trust and commitment variable (????1) and problem handling (????3) partially effect on customer trust while communication (????2) has no partial effect on customer trust in the East Java bank in Banyuwangi. Abstract

This study aims to examine whether there is a product, price, place and promotion influence on saving decisions through reputation as an intervening variable. The population in this study are bank customers who have joined more than one month to more than two years BNI kcp Bank. Univ. Jember The sampling technique in this study uses the accidental sampling approach. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The analysis method used is the path analysis method using SPSS 22 software. The results of this study show that the marketing mix has an effect on reputation, and reputation has an effect on saving decisions. Products, prices and promotions affect the decision to save while the place / location has no effect on the decision to save. From the results of the path analysis, reputation is only able to be an intervening variable on the place / location variable on saving decisions. Abstract

This research aim to examine principal’s role as an educator, supervisor and motivator. Based on problem identification, the researcher will research about principal’s role in improving teacher’s professionalism in SMK Curahdami. Empower teacher’s competencies, conduct training, special coaching program such as sertifikasi. In this case, sertifikasi can be used as teacher’s skill measurement to be a professional teacher. The existence of this program will spur the spirit of teachers to improve themselves, improve the quality of knowledge, and professionalism in education. Improving teacher’s knowledge by delegating teacher in education activities such as workshop, improving teacher’s creativity by motivate and support them in increasing their teaching ability. Abstract

This study aims to determine the competence, independence, ethics of auditors and professionalism on audit quality and emotional intelligence as a moderation variable. (1) To obtain empirical evidence and analyze about the influence of competence, independence, auditor ethics, professionalism simultaneously on audit quality. (2) To obtain empirical evidence and analyze about the influence of competence, independence, auditor ethics, partially on audit quality. (3) To obtain empirical evidence and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on the relationship between competence, independence, auditor ethics, professionalism on audit quality. This study uses moderate regression analysis method using SPSS Windows 22. The results in this study indicate that Competence has no effect on audit quality, Independence has an effect on audit quality, Auditor Ethics does not affect audit quality and Professionalism does not affect audit quality, Emotional Intelligence Relationship between Competence, Independence, Auditor Ethics and Professionalism to Quality audit. An independent auditor will provide a tangible assessment of the financial statements, without any burden to any party, so the resulting judgment will reflect the actual conditions of the client being examined. Abstract

Along with the increasing interest of the public to invest in the capital market, the analytical ability of an investor is needed in determining investment options. CAPM is a balance model that describes the relationship between risk and returns where risk is measured using beta. This research was conducted on food and baverage company period 2013-2016. The analytical method used is descriptive statistics. The results showed that there was a positive or linear relationship between expected rate of return and systematic risk. There are 4 shares with negative individual return. From 14 companies, there are 8 shares that include the efficient stock groups: AISA, CEKA, INDF, PSDN, SKBM, SKLT, STTP, ULTJ. 6 shares that include inefficient stock groups are: ALTO, DLTA, ICBP, MLBI, MYOR, ROTI. An efficient share is a stock with an individual rate of return higher than the expected rate of return The investment decision taken is to buy the stock efficiently (undervalued) and hold it and then sell back when the prices rise. For the inefficien shares (overvalue) is to sell the stock before the price goes down. Keywords: CAPM, return, risk, beta
