Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe the elementary school culture autonomy. This is a qualitative research. The information is collected by observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation, and then analyzed through finding formulation stage, member check, and experts’ feedback. It was found that school culture autonomy arouse personnel potency to improve the routine, boring, obsessive, and less productive behavior continuously. In addition it increased critical climate, such as personnel behavior in accepting his supervisor or bureaucrat instruction and in facing pupil parents’ demand. Abstract

Abstrak: Pelaksanaan program PKBM menjawab realitas kesulitan yang sering muncul di lembaga nonformal, terutama tantangan operasional kelembagaan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif untuk memaparkan data dan informasi, artinya menggambarkan luasnya data dan informasi berdasarkan desain studi dan tujuan penelitian, yaitu bagaimana menjalankan program pelatihan manajemen berbasis kebutuhan. Ada tiga tahapan pengelolaan program, yaitu tahap perencanaan program, pelaksanaan program, dan evaluasi program. Setiap tahapan dalam pelaksanaannya selalu diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan, kemudian menyusun rancangan forum yang direkomendasikan dengan pengembangan bahan diskusi, kemudian menyusun penilaian akhir yang diasumsikan dengan soal Pre Tes dan Post test serta diakhiri dengan evaluasi.Abstract:  The implementation of the PKBM program answers the reality of difficulties that often arise in non-formal institutions, especially the challenges of institutional operations during the Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher uses descriptive research with qualitative methods to present data and information, which means describing the breadth of data and information based on the study design and research objectives, namely how to run a needs-based management training program. There are three stages of program management, namely the program planning stage, program implementation, and program evaluation. Each stage in its implementation always begins with a needs analysis, then prepares a recommended forum design with the development of discussion materials, then prepares a final assessment which is assumed to be with Pre-Test and Post-test questions and ends with an evaluation.

Abstract

During the pandemic period, economic activities must adjust to limited interactions, minimizing physical contact during the buying and selling process. Of course, the ongoing pandemic period adds to the difficulty of MSME actors, not only to develop, even including maintaining a business. In order to help survive the pandemic, MSME players in Cimahi are deemed necessary to get digital marketing-based training for Cimahi City MSMEs. This service aims to describe the implementation of a digital marketing training program in increasing entrepreneurial motivation for Cimahi City MSMEs. This research is a case study research on MSMEs who take digital-based training. To reveal the data and information, the researchers applied a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, namely revealing the depth of data and information based on research formulations and research questions, namely how to implement a digital marketing training program in increasing entrepreneurial motivation for Cimahi City MSMEs? The digital marketing training system in its cycle is divided into three stages, namely, the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Of the three cycles, the implementation of digital marketing-based training begins with a needs analysis, then a digital marketing training design is prepared which is followed by the development of digital marketing training materials, the implementation of training and ends with an evaluation

Abstract

The very rapid changes in society as a result of the revolution in communication technology have made all areas of life more competitive. Likewise with the determination of learning innovations must be adjusted to the consideration of approaches in learning in order to produce quality Human Resources (HR). Therefore, especially in the conditions of Covid 19 which require the holding of distance learning, it is necessary to increase the competence of managers and students by applying information technology-based learning such as the blended learning model. This service aims to describe the implementation of a blended learning training program for learning at the Nurul Falah Smart House, Bandung. To reveal the data and information, the community service team conducted a blended learning training program on learning at the Nurul Falah Smart House, Bandung city by applying the lecture, question and answer, discussion, demonstration and brainstorming methods. The blended learning training system in its cycle is divided into three stages, namely, the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. In practice, it always begins with a needs analysis, then compiles a training design then develops blended learning training materials, conducts training and ends with an evaluation. The results of this training evaluation indicate an increase in the cognitive aspects of the training participants, an increase from before and after training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Audiovisual Terhadap Hasil Belajar peserta pelatihan kewirausahaan . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode expost facto dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran audiovisual terhadap hasil belajar peserta pelatihan kewirausahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran audio visual dinilai cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kewirausahaan Ini terlihat dari t hitung > t tabel (5,657>1,9842) yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dengan perhitungan regresi linier sederhana diperoleh persamaan Y=52,657+0,466X, yang artinya jika penggunaan media pembelajaran audiovisual (X) bernilai 0 (nol), maka hasil belajar bernilai 52,657. Dan jika penggunaan media pembelajaran audiovisual (X) mengalami kenaikan 1, maka hasil belajar akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,466. Koefisien determinasi pada penelitian ini menunjukkan kontribusi pengaruh media pembelajaran audiovisual terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 25,1% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain

Abstract

The implementation of the quality mapping program for PKBM units answers the facts of the problems that often occur in every non-formal institution, especially problems in institutional operations. Based on the preliminary study, the reasons that often raised by PKBM managers are the costs for institutional operations, the competence of educators who do not understand the andragogy approach in the learning implementation, then the concern of the government in the world of non-formal education. This study was based on the analysis of community needs. This study aims to describe the quality management of the PKBM units and programs that emphasize the principles of managing community education programs. To reveal the data and information, the researchers applied a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, namely revealing the depth of data and information based on the research formulation and the research questions, that is how to manage the quality mapping of the unit and the PKBM program? The program management is divided into three stages, namely, the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Each stage in its implementation always begins with analyzing needs, then compiling a recommended forum design with the development of discussion materials, then ending with an evaluation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji deskripsi pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis etnik Dayak di Kota Palangka Raya. Berbagai permasalahan melatarbelakangi penelitian ini, seperti masih terjadinya kerusakan hutan atau alam, serta permasalahan ekonomi masyarakat Dayak. Dalam mengkaji permasalahan ini, penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan memperkuat observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis etnik Dayak dapat dilakukan dalam kegiatan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan seminar. Adapun ketiga kegiatan tersebut yaitu: penyuluhan sebagai upaya penyadaran akan ancaman bahaya kerusakan lingkungan dan penanggulangannya. Mengingat terdapat desa-desa dengan daerah pedesaan yang berpotensi rawan bencana akibat aktivitas masyarakat melakukan penambangan liar dan penggunaan zat berbahaya pada lahan dan sungai. Kemudian pelatihan. Pelatihan berkaitan dengan usaha mengolah kerupuk berbahan dasar sekitar seperti ikan saluang, bayam dan kalakai berupa usaha rumahan yang mendapatkan pembinaan instansi terkait seperti perindustrian. Pelatihan pemberdayaan masyarakat juga dilakukan dengan menanam sengon dalam program sejuta pohon. Menanam sengon sebagai kayu industri  bagi para petani tidak serta merta membuat mereka bisa. Kegiatan kelompok tani juga meliputi kegiatan bercocok tanam. Kemudian pelatihan bercocok tanam yang dilakukan pada lahan berupa pekarangan rumah, juga bagi sebagian masyarakat yang tidak memiliki lahan pekarangan yang luas. Terakhir ialah seminar. Seminar berupa kegiatan seminar kesehatan: bahaya obat terlarang, kesehatan ibu dan anak, gizi keluarga dan toilet bersih. Anggota kelompok tani juga membutuhkan pengetahuan mereka tentang hal membahayakan dirinya maupun anggota keluarganya.

Abstract

Online Single Submission (OSS) adalah perizinan berusaha yang diterbitkan oleh lembaga OSS melalui sistem pelayanan berusaha terintegrasi secara elektronik dengan cara yang mudah, lebih cepat, tepat dan efisien. Tetapi belum semua masyarakat khususnya para pengelola satuan pendidikan non formal Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) mengetahui mengenai OSS dan bagaimana cara menggunakannya, untuk itu adanya program pengabdian masyarakat melalui bimbingan teknis manajerial pendirian ini menjadi solusi alternatif bagi pengelola satuan pendidikan non formal PKBM yang ingin menempuh perijinan terpadu lembaganya. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan wawasan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis langkah-langkah berbasis digital melalui aplikasi OSS bagaimana prosedur pendirian satuan pendidikan non formal PKBM itu dilakukan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui bimbingan teknis yang dilakukan melalui 2 kegiatan utama yakni pemberian materi khusus terkait kebijakan manajerial pendirian/perpanjangan ijin operasional satuan pendidikan nonformal PKBM melalui aplikasi OSS dan praktek langsung terkait dengan tahapan dan langkah-langkah yang dilakukan di dalam aplikasi OSS. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan bimbingan teknis ini berjumlah 8 pengelola PKBM dan 1 Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) yang berasal dari Kabupaten Ciamis. Hasil pengabdian pada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengalami peningkatan wawasan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis mengenai implementasi pendirian PKBM melalui aplikasi digital dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut ; Pertama, log in pada sistem OSS menggunakan user-ID yang telah dibuat sebelumnya. Kedua, mengisi data-data yang diperlukan meliputi data perusahaan/yayasan, data produk, data usaha terkait pendirian bangunan PKBM dan juga tenaga kerja. Ketiga, mengisiinformasi bidang usaha sesuai dengan Klarifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia (KBLI). Uraian yang diisikan dalam pendirian PKBM yaitu uraian bidang usaha satuan pendidikan non formal PKBM. Keempat, setelah semua terisi berikan tanda checklist sebagai bukti persetujuan pernyataan mengenai kebenaran dan keabsahan data yang dimasukkan; dan kelima, pelaku usaha akan mendapatkan Nomor Induk Berusaha atau disingkat NIB. Tindak lanjut dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah perluasan dan pendalaman bimbingan teknis mengenai kesiapan pemberkasan dokumen yang dipersyaratkan oleh OSS.

Abstract

The background of this study is related to the complexity of canceling the 2020 UN implementation. However, it is said that graduates who graduate from the equivalent school unit/application through the easiest means have completed the study application during the COVID-19 pandemic as evidenced by means of playing card documents every semester, reaching the correct minimum attitude/behavior score and take the exam prepared through the school unit facilities. So that for now it no longer reaches the graduate competency standard (SKL). Meanwhile, the application of school equity (Package A, B, and C) is the flagship of non-formal schooling efforts to contribute to suppressing network problems that are hampered in gaining access to schools, drop outs and are constrained to enter the community. school offerings, especially competencies/lifestyle competencies, school offerings that remain complete and evolving through various packages on the network. Therefore, this discussion aims to provoke opportunities for answers to these problems through searching and finding product models for equality schools examining content material, especially based entirely on the competency requirements of graduates of package C applications at the school unit level. The concepts and theories used as references in this research consist of Community Education Concepts and Theories, school equity (Package A, B, and C), and academic tests mainly based on graduate competency requirements. This review uses the ADDIE type of study and development (R & D), this selection is mainly based entirely on the purpose of the study to provide a version of equivalence testing. The place of this research was carried out in PKBM bina Mandiri and Ash-shoddiq. The results of the experiment to create a product version of the equivalency school examination material are mainly based entirely on the competency requirements of the package C application graduates at the school unit level. For the future, this research can present a limitation in the assessment of equivalence education and provide an overview in the implementation of equivalence education.

Abstract

The use of ICT in education has evolved into distance education management in the field of training, it aims to provide the widest possible access to education and training for trainees who do not have the opportunity to attend face-to-face education due to various problems. Based on Dapodik data, most playschool educators or teachers in Indonesia do not have an educational background that can support their competence. Thus, education and training services are one of the efforts that can be made to encourage the improvement of the competence of playschool educators. Through e-training with a blended approach, it is expected to be a solution because it has advantages including 1) affordable and efficient costs; 2) unlimited quota; 3) can be accessed via the internet; 4) flexible time. The approach taken is a qualitative research approach with a descriptive method using purposive sampling technique which representing training activities in Bogor Regency, Karang Regency, and Bekasi Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The results of the research on the application of e-training with a blended approach for playschool educators show a new model in the implementation of learning, namely combining face-to-face learning with online. Adaptation to e-training with a blended approach must be carried out following the changes and developments of an increasingly rapid era without compromising the objectives and learning outcomes in the training program.
