Abstract

This paper aims to show the importance of the Al-Qur'an perspective education ecosystem in improving the quality of education. The method used is phenomenological qualitative, with a literature approach. This study shows that the Qur'anic perspective on the educational ecosystem is found in five signs, namely, ta'ȃwun, takȃful, syirkah, al-jauz, and ukhuwah. The metaphor of reciprocal relationships in the explanation of these terms can be used as a sign of cooperation in the world of education known as the educational ecosystem. The mutualistic cooperation in question is between components or educational institutions, namely the family environment, schools, communities, mosques, social media, work environments, and the natural environment. The synergy between these educational institutions will ensure an increase in the quality of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa konsep reward and punishment dalam teori-teori psikologi dan perspektif Al-Qur'an serta penerapannya dalam proses pendidikan karakter anak jenjang sekolah dasar, juga implikasinya dalam pengembangan pembelajaran. Metode reward and punishment didukung oleh teori-teori psikologi yaitu teori hierarki kebutuhan dasar oleh Abraham Maslow yang menyatakan bahwa keinginan seseorang untuk mendapatkan penghargaan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar manusia. Dan teori Operant Conditioning oleh B.F. Skinner yang menerapkan dua penguatan dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu positive and negative reinforcement. Beberapa prinsip dalam pemberian reward yaitu: 1) Harus ada batasannya, 2) dimusyawarahkan kesepakatannya, 3) dan distandarkan pada proses bukan hasil akhir. Sementara prinsip dalam penetapan punishment: 1) kepercayaan terlebih dahulu baru menghukum, 2) Menghukum tanpa emosi, dan 3) Hukuman bersifat mendidik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: penelitian studi tematik. Dengan metode kepustakaan (library research), sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif

Abstract

Di madrasah/sekolah, selain prestasi belajar dalam bentuk nilai rapor dan prestasi akademik lainnya, perlu juga diperhatikan nilai-nilai sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial yang baik. Maka sepatutnya madrasah mempertahankan nilai-nilai keagamaan yang berimplikasi pada akhlaq siswa siswi. Madrasah semenjak dahulu telah menerapkan pendidikan yang mengedepankan akhlaq, yang dalam bahasa kurikulum 2013 adalah sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial. Berawal dari madrasahlah mata pelajaran agama mendapatkan porsi yang lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan sekolah umum lainnya, dan di madrasah pula lah setiap siswa-siswi serta warga madrasah lainnya sikap-sikap menjadi perhatian dan hal penting dalam sebuah proses pembelajaran Sepatutnyalah di era kurikulum 2013 ini madrasah lebih unggul dari sekolah umum lainnya dalam hal penerapan sikap baik sikap spiritual maupun sikap sosial. Kurikulum 2013 memberi kemudahan dari sisi penilaian aspek-aspek sikap, dengan dibuatkan panduan sebagai alat penilaian sikap. Madrasah hendaknya lebih mendalam memperhatikan hal-hal yang berkenaan kondisi siswa secara pribadi, karena tingginya prestasi akademik sebaiknya sejalan dengan tingginya nilai sikap merek

Abstract

This paper examines the psychoreligious dimensions in a therapy perspective, which can be performed on people affected and those who are not affected by the 2019 corona virus (Covid-19), because pandemic situations often cause social chaos, and are often even discovered from religious thought and the socio-religious community. The kind of research in this paper is library research, using a qualitative-philosophical approach. The data were analyzed by using the Religious Cognitive Emotional Theory (RCET). This study found; first, physical healing efforts require realistic religious thinking to explain that the purpose and meaning of their life is very important, and keeping the body healthy is the most important teaching of religion. Second, the therapy process can be carried out by the therapists by directing clients into three main dimensions: psycho-religious, cognitive-religious, and spiritual-religious. The findings in this study contribute to increasing the treasures of thought in therapy disciplines in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Covid-19 membawa perubahan mendasar di dunia pendidiikan, termasuk di bidang kehumasan dan marketing pendidikan. Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi humas dan marketing pendidikan dasar, menengah, dan tinggi pasca pandemi Covid-19, antara peluang dan tantangannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode kepustakaan. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Teori yang dipakai untuk menganalisa data adalah teori strategi public relation (PR) dan marketing pendidikan. Temuan penelitian ini: pertama, strategi Humas dan Marketing Pendidikan. Pendidikan Tingkat Dasar mengupayakan beberapa strategi, antara lain: penguatan kerjasama internal dan eksternal, serta mencari dukungan kebijakan kepala sekolah terhadap program kehumasan dan marketing. Kedua, tantangan Humas dan Marketing Pendidikan. Di tingkat pendidikan dasar tantangan utamanya adalah ketidaksiapan SDM, infrastruktur, dan finansial, yang dapat digunakan untuk mengubah krisis yang merugikan akibat Covid-19 menjadi peluang yang menguntungkan. Ketiga, solusi bagi permasalahan humas dan marketing pendidikan. Di tingkat pendidikan dasar, ada dua macam solusi: holistik dan kontekstual. Solusi yang bersifat holistik adalah penguatan SDM, finansial, dan infrastruktur. Solusi yang bersifat kontekstual pada tingkat pendidikan dasar, lembaga membutuhkan tim khusus yang menangani marketing. Tim Khusus ini ditugaskan untuk melakukan persiapan yang dibutuhkan untuk mengatasi krisis maupun berjaga-jaga di kemudian hari.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of education management in improving the competence of educators at PKBM Imam Nawawi School Bogor, West Java. Type This research is a qualitative research, while the main sources of this thesis are observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the various data were analyzed through an interactive model approach developed by Miles and Huberman. Then check the validity of the research data using the triangulation method. The results of this study indicate that: first, the effectiveness of teaching staff management which includes planning, recruitment, training and development, maintenance, and performance appraisal in improving the competence of teaching staff at the Imam Nawawi PKBM School is in the less effective category. Second, planning, recruiting, training and developing, maintaining, and evaluating the performance of educators is a continuous cycle to produce qualified and highly motivated educators in educational institutions.

Abstract

This research reveals the importance of forming children’s morals on the basis of the values of the Qur’an, for two reasons: 1) Doctrinal aspects: The Qur’an is a guidance for people in their lives, 2) Political aspects: Based on Law No. 20, Article 3 of 2003 regarding the national education system, it states that Education aims to make students devout believers. In the perspective of Islam, pious believers sought to practice the contents of the Qur'an and acquire morals based on the values of the Qur'an. The development of children's morals was influenced by parental education and parental leadership was a part of it. There are five ways for parents to form children's morals, which are: strict discipline; effective punishment; Participation in the use of non-print media (television, Internet); participation in the use of print media (books); exemplary (exemplary). There are four indicators of the foundation's formation on the values of the Qur'an, namely: absolute charity, general validity, obligatory responding (mandatory implementation), and the surrounding neck. This research was qualitative research based on data inference process on literature studies. The type of this research was desk research with a philosophical method to find out that the values of forming children's morals contained in the Qur'an can be applied to the operational field

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pendidikan adalah alat utama untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia suatu bangsa. Adapun dasar dari pendidikan yang berkualitas adalah pengajaran yang berkualitas tinggi, pengajaran berkualitas hanya bisa dilakukan oleh pendidik yang berkualitas. Tujuan : Salah satu cara untuk mendapatkan pendidik yang bermutu adalah dengan melakukan proses rekrutmen yang baik, rekrutmen yang terencana, terukur dan obyektif. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Proses rekrutmen pendidik di SDI Al Ikhlas masih belum terselenggara dengan baik, yaitu terdapat beberapa kekurangan seperti tidak ada perencanaan terkait pembentukan panitia rekrutmen pendidik, tidak adanya pedoman wawancara dan tidak adanya format penilaian tes kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an. 2) Manajemen rekrutmen pendidik di SDI Al Ikhlas sudah berperan dengan baik dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SDI Al Ikhlas. Hal demikian dilihat dari banyaknya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) pendidik dan meningkatnya jumlah perserta didik kelas 6 yang khatam Al-Qur’an lebih dari 1 kali dari tahun 2019 sampai 2021, serta prestasi-prestasi lain yang sudah diraih oleh peserta didik SDI Al Ikhlas, baik prestasi akademik maupun non akademik. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang manajemen rekrutmen pendidik dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SDI Al-Ikhlas, Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan. Sesuai dengan rumusan masalah, hasil observasi dan pembahasan serta temuan penelitian yang sudah dipaparkan pada bab IV, maka dapat peneliti simpulkan bahwa proses rekrutmen pendidik di SDI Al Ikhlas masih belum terselenggara dengan baik, terdapat beberapa kekurangan.

Abstract

Student achievement is a benchmark of a teacher's success in providing learning in the classroom. The low learning achievement of students is caused by many factors, one of these factors is the low ability of teachers in managing the teaching and learning process. Among these abilities is the ability to manage the class and use the class as a means of supporting teaching and learning activities. In addition, student discipline is also a very important thing in learning, one of which is to improve student achievement. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between Class Management and Student Discipline on student achievement in fikih subjects at MTsN 1 Pamulang, South Tangerang. The method used is a survey, with correlation techniques and simple and multiple regression analysis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, tests, observations, documentation and interviews. The results of the study show that First; there is a positive and significant influence between classroom management and student achievement. Second; there is a positive and significant influence between the condition of student discipline and student achievement at MTsN Pamulang, South Tangerang City. Third; there is a positive and significant influence between classroom management and student discipline with student achievement at MTsN 1 Pamulang, South Tangerang City.
