Abstract

Produk yang dihasil berupa petunjuk praktikum MATLAB, yang berisi tentang materi-materi perkuliahan dengan menggunakan bahasa matlab. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektif atau tidaknya petunjuk praktikum pada mahasiswa semester IV jurusan pendidikan matematika IAIN mataram. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa, petunjuk praktikum MATLAB yang telah dikembangkan berdasarkan validitas oleh kedua pakar ahli baik dari validasi isi dan kontruksi dianyatakan valid. Sedang berdasarkan hasil dari responden yang dinyatakan mencapai ketuntasan sebanyak 124 mahasiswa atau setara dengan 80,5 % dan tidak tuntas 30 mahasiswa atau setara dengan 19,5%. Hasil uji hipotesis z bahwa petunjuk praktikum -1.557. Karena nilai uji z berada diantara -1,96 dan 1,96. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan petunjuk praktikum efektive pada mahasiswa semester IV jurusan pendidikan matematika IAIN Mataram.

Abstract

Pemecahan masalah merupakan suatu usaha untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan dan tidak secara otomatis diketahui cara yang tepat untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Dalam hal ini untuk mencapai tujuan tesebut perlu menggunakan pendekatan-pendekatan yang baik/cocok. Salah satu pendekatan menurut hasil analisis teori yaitu pendekatan open-ended. Karena pendekatan open-ended dapat untuk membantu mengembangkan kegiatan kreatif dan pola pikir matematik siswa melalui pemecahan masalah secara simultan. Dalam pendekatan ini bukan melihat hasil akhir dalam suatu pemecahan masalah, tetapi proses bagaimana cara pemecahan masalah sehingga mencapai tujuan yang diinginka

Abstract

The researcher implemented the Student Centered Learning  with the following objectives: (1) to improve the achievementand the quality of the learning process inthe course of Electrical Installation and Machinery through the Cooperative Learning  cyclewith Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD); and (2) to describe the response of the students to the implemention. This study was conducted using the classroom action research approach in 2 cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed: (1) the Cooperative Learning  cycle with STAD could improve the quality of the learning process, the students were not merely as the object but rather as the subject of the learning. The learning process comprised highly effective learning environment, interactive discussions, opinions sharing activities, motivation, cooperation and communication among the students. The improvement of the achievement was proved by the mean scores in the first and second cycle that were 69.05 and 76.25 respectively; and (2) the students’ feedbacksresulted from the closed questionnaire were 37.5% strongly agree and 62.5% agree to the implementation while from the open questionnaire,the feedbacks were 92.5% positive and 7.5% of the students said it was a waste of time.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at the Village Unit Cooperative Pakis Malang Regency. The is aim of this research was for test and reasearching influence of transformational leadership style, compensation and organizational culture on the work productivity of employees of the Desa Pakis Unit Cooperative in Malang Regency.The variables used are transformational leadership style, compensation and organizational culture as an independent variable, while employee productivity is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 37 employees of the Desa Pakis Village Cooperative Unit in Malang Regency. The study uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. Data collection method by collecting primary data. The test use test instrument testing, classical assumption test, normalitys tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 24.0.The results research that the transformational leadership style variables and organizational culture did not influence significantly the work productivity of the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative employees of Malang Regency, while the compensation variable had a significant effect on the work productivity of the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative Employees of Malang Regency. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Compensation, Organizational Culture and Employee Work Productivity
