Abstract

Education in Indonesia has two gates for implementing education, namely under the auspices of the Ministry of National Education and Education under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion. In 2003 the existence of a law on regional autonomy opened up opportunities to establish public schools in Islamic boarding schools. This research was designed using qualitative research with emancipatory approaches, with the commodification theory. Data collection is done through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies and literature studies. The analytical method used is qualitative descriptive. The results of the study show that commodification of education in Darussholah High School is very premature because (1) the facilities and infrastructures provided by Islamic boarding schools are very inadequate (2) School facilities and infrastructure Still need additional (3) curriculum still needs improvement and improvement because the school compiling education programs is closely related to the development of Islamic boarding schools with brilliant class programs that have the aim of improving the character of students through deepening religion and technology through general education.

Abstract

This study aims to find a relationship between self-concept and problem solving with adapting to adolescents. The research subjects were 138 teenagers in class VII of SMP Negeri 3 Banyuwangi. Data collection is done by using the scale of self-concept, problem solving scale and scale of adjustment in adolescents that are compiled by researchers themselves. These three scales use a Likert model consisting of 5 alternative answers. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results of the study show (1) There is a significant relationship between self-concept and problem solving with adjustment variables in adolescents; (2) There is a very significant positive relationship between self-concept and adjustment in adolescents; and (3) There is a very significant positive relationship between problem solving and adjustment in adolescents. Effective contributions from self-concept variables and problem solving together have an effect of 40.5% on adapting to adolescents, so there are 59.5% of other variables that influence adolescents' adaptation in addition to the two X variables studied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how people's perceptions fishermen about the importance of 12 years formal education and how the implications of the fishing community's perception of the importance of 12 years formal education. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and snowball sampling and the data collection techniques used are documentation, semi-structured interviews and observation. Field data findings show that the fishing community in Kedungrejo Village is a heterogeneous, consumptive community and based on interviews found that community perceptions about the importance of 12 years of formal education are as a provision for diplomas to look for work as land laborers. The meaning of 12 years of formal education in the form of maturity has not yet been felt by the community from the number due to environmental and social factors which are seen from the number of 2292 elementary school students who continue to the first level only 30% ie 308 who reached the top education level. so the 12-year formal education function that has a role to develop the community's potential is indisputable because of the social stratum between the skipper fisherman and the fisherman laborers. It is here that the important function of 12 years formal education is completely collided with the perception of the fishing community in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District.

Abstract

In this study aims to: (1) determine the effectiveness of behavioral counseling behavior contract techniques in reducing the academic procrastination behavior of class XII IPS MAN 2 Banyuwangi students; (2) find out the differences between students of class XII IPS MAN 2 Banyuwangi between the experimental group and the control group that did not receive treatment. The design used is non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group. The sample of this study was 20 students of class XII IPS MAN 2 Banyuwangi which were divided into 2 groups. Academic procrastination behavior was measured using an academic procrastination behavior questionnaire. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that: (a) first, the tcount at the output showed the number 27,976 this meant a decrease. If t arithmetic> T table, then H0 is rejected. Which means 27,976> 1,833, thus because H0 is rejected, Ha is accepted, where Ha reads "Behavior Counseling Behavior Contract technique is effective against decreasing academic procrastination behavior of students of class XII IPS MAN 2 Banyuwangi," (b) The results of both studies indicate t-KE ≠ tcount KK (31,771 ≠ 10,801). Therefore, because H0 was rejected, Ha was accepted, where Ha reads "There is a difference in effectiveness between the experimental group that received treatment and the control group that did not receive treatment in reducing the behavior of students' academic procrastination". So it can be concluded that between the experimental group with the control group there are very differences. The final results of this study indicate that the Behavior Counseling Behavior Contract technique can reduce and prevent students' academic procrastination behavior with an increase of 27%.

Abstract

Leadership is an important part of a government. Because a leader is influential as a figure of change to achieve a goal for the common interest. To achieve the goal of developing and advancing Banyuwangi Regency in the 2010-2015 era, Banyuwangi is led by Regent Abdullah Azwar Anas. The topics of the problem in this research are: (1) Regent Abdullah Azwar Anas's efforts in developing Banyuwangi Regency in the 2010-2015 era, (2) the progress that has been made by Regent Abdullah Azwar Anas in Banyuwangi in the field of education and tourism, (3) the impact of the success of the Regent's leadership Abdullah Azwar Anas on the economy and welfare of society. The method used in this research is historical with heuristic data collection techniques, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The theory used in analyzing this research isbehavior theories and Contingency Theories. The results of this study indicate that (1) Anas' effort in developing Banyuwangi Regency in the 2010-2015 era is to create a vision and mission so that goals and objectives for Banyuwangi Regency achievement can be structured properly, (2) the progress that has been obtained from the leadership of Regent Anas in the field education and tourism is an increasing achievement from the previous leadership, (3) the impact of success on the economy and welfare of the Banyuwangi people, can be seen from the declining poverty rate in Banyuwangi and the per capita income of the Banyuwangi community continues to increase.

Data were collected using direct interview techniques to students of SMK Negeri Kalibaru majoring in ATU and also alumni of SMK Negeri Kalibaru majoring in ATU who were already working and continuing their studies in higher education. Researchers in addition to collecting data through direct interviews, researchers also use observation and documentation in order to obtain more in-depth information. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach. The role of BK teachers in implementing career guidance for strengthening the field work practice program for class XI ATU at SMK Negeri Kalibaru has been carried out well during teaching and learning activities and outside teaching and learning. The role of the BK teacher in implementing career guidance for class XI is as a facilitator who has a very big responsibility in helping students' talents and interests. BK teachers at SMK Negeri Kalibaru spend a lot of time with students in the hope that later students from SMK Negeri Kalibaru, especially those majoring in ATU, will be able to continue their studies at university or go straight to work

Abstract

This study aims to determine the historical dynamics of Gempol Porong localization which is located in Kaliploso Village, Cluring District, Banyuwangi Regency. The problems studied in this research are: 1). What is the background of the establishment of Gempol Porong Localization? 2). What are the positive and negative impacts of Gempol Porong Localization for the people of Kaliploso Village? 3). What are the community's efforts to prevent the growth of Gempol Porong Localization in Kaliploso Village?. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative analysis approach, which is used to describe the Gempol Porong Localization in 1974-2020. The results of the research conducted at Gempol Porong Localization, Kaliploso Village, started from a collection of small locations located in Cawanan, Plampang, Plosorejo and Rumping. After deliberation and consideration of the establishment of localization in 1974, there was a policy from the Village Government to relocate the locations of these illegal sex workers to remote areas of Cangkring away from the crowds, at that time they were still under the Tampo Village Administration. The year 1998 became a new historical finding regarding the division of the Village, where Dusun Plosorejo carried out the division of the territory, becoming the Village of Kaliploso. The policy shifts to Kaliploso Village to oversee the growth and development of the Gempol Porong Localization. The dynamics of Gempol Porong localization have changed from a social and economic perspective. In 1974-2020 the localization experienced ups and downs of changes from an increase in the economy, changes in lifestyle (clothing, home design and health care). The 2011 policy on localization closures issued by Banyuwangi Regent Regulation No. 88 of 2011. Impact on the income of dependent people. Therefore, the government must also provide a solution with the closure. Various efforts have been made by the community to break the chain of localization development by providing health education conducted by the health authorities, creativity training and child assistance by volunteers to provide education about protecting themselves to avoid sexual crimes

Abstract

In the design results of the Oseng vocabulary inventory that has been carried out by the Koord Team. KKLP of Dictionary and Terminology, and Coords. KKLP for the Protection and Modernization of the East Java Language Center. The number of words generated from the field is 730 words that must be verified. The eligibility of words that must be verified is very decisive to be submitted in word validation to the East Java Language Center of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia, the target audience because of a request from the Chairperson of the East Java Province Language Center at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, PGRI Banyuwangi University, which requires resource persons for verification of fluent vocabulary. totaling 730 words. The word was verified by 4 people from the Oseng tribe who were represented by the chairman of the Balambangan Arts Council, Drs. Hasan Basri, M.Pd, Oseng Language Institute Minhajul Qowwim, SS., 2 academician at PGRI Banywuangi University is a descendant of Oseng Dr. Agus Mursidi, M.Pd end Nur hasibin, M.Pd. 5 people from the Coord Team. KKLP of Dictionary and Terminology, Researcher Puspa Ruriana, M.Hum with members Adista Nur Primantari, M.A. and Yuyun Kartini, S.S and 2 of the language instructors. The activity was carried out in 5 days at the Luminor hotel from 23-25 May 2022 with a letter of assignment starting 22-26 May 2022. From the results of the verification that has been carried out by the Team, there are 3% of words that are deleted because they are already in the big Indonesian dictionary, 2% of words are repeated, 10% of words that must be verified to vocabulary sources, 85% are verified words that are eligible to be submitted validation to the Indonesian Language Center of the Ministry of Education and Culture.

Abstract

Peningkatan wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Indonesia dari tahun 2017 ke 2019 mengalami peningkatan signifikan. Peningkatan signifikan mengubah pola wisata di Indonesia. Hal terwujud dengan banyaknya Desa Wisata yang mulai dikembangkan. Salah satunya adalah diresmikannya desa wisata berbasis kebangsaan yaitu Desa Kebangsaan Wonorejo. Merujuk dari latar belakang tersebut, adapaun yang menjadi tujuan penelitian adalah Untuk mengetahui pengembangan Desa Kebangsaan Wonorejo Kecamatan Banyuputih Kabupaten Situbondo sebagai desa wisata; Untuk mengetahui hambatan dalam pengembangan Desa Kebangsaan Wonorejo Kecamatan Banyuputih Kabupaten Situbondo sebagai desa wisata; dan Untuk mengetahui aktualisasi nilai-nilai Kebangsaan pada pengembangan Desa Kebangsaan Wonorejo Kecamatan Banyuputih Kabupaten Situbondo sebagai desa wisata. Penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk analisa data dengan metode analisis interaktif. Hasil dari analisi penelitian adalahPengembangan Desa Kebangsaan Wonorejo sebagai desa wisata melalui kekuatan ciri khas daerah yang dimiliki seperti potensi wisata dan kekuatan seni dan budaya yang dimiliki melalui festival; Hambatan dalam pengembangan Desa Kebangsaan Wonorejo dapat dispesifikan menjadi tiga garis besar yaitu hambatan operasional, struktural dan hambatan budaya; dan Aktualisai nilai nilai kebangsaan yang diaplikasikan oleh warga Desa Kebangsaan Wonorejo melalui toleransi antar umat dan kerukunan yang terjalin dengan baik.

Abstract

The aims of this  study is to examine the passive ability of volleyball extra-curricular students at Bangorejo High School 1 N to find out the Pasing ability of volleyball and try to improve the ability of the upper pas, in this case the researcher will study using the theory of overload that is given training giving to students must be heavier than the previous exercise, in this case the researcher uses the basketball method, why is that because the weight of the basketball is much heavier than the volleyball. The number of respondents was 30 students who followed the volleyball extracurricular extracurricular activity at Bangorejo Public High School in Banyuwangi District by using quantitative methods through an approach using t test analysis techniques and obtained results. 1 BANGOREJO Academic Year 2018/2019. From the pretest data the mean 24.4 at the time of the posttest average reached 28.8. The magnitude of the change in the above passing ability can be seen from the difference in the average value that is equal to 4.1.
