Abstract

The qualitative study aimed to understand the Research Skills Development Framework (RSD) implications for Indonesian master students' academic achievement. Experience proves that success at the master's level is closely related to mastering academic research competencies. A typical study at the master's level requires research skills to complete tasks and jobs that require research application acuity. To understand this study's problem, study the data we have done, including reviewing ten academic findings from international publications, observing and documenting data related to this topic. After the data was collected, we were then provided with analysis, including text analysis, description, coding, and immersion results. Every text is in a language, so we use a translation application to help us understand Indonesian. To determine whether the data constitutes a valid and reliable study finding, we review it and make sure we have answered the study questions. So the results we can report that the RSD framework has become a conceptual framework for the development of research skills for academic and educational needs. The reason is that the RSD framework is beneficial and useful in working on completing tasks that require skill in examining problems to find answers. Thus, these findings become meaningful input for the academic community and other professions. Keywords: Research Skill Development, Academic Outcome Improvement, Academic Achievement

So, in order to provide important services to children and minimize the level of anxiety, a cognitive restructuring approach is used. The aim of this study was to ascertain whether using a cognitive restructuring approach to reduce exam-related anxiety is beneficial or not. Pretest-posttest design with one group is a research approach used in this pre-experimental study. students of Class X TKJ 2 SMK PGRI 1 Giri Bannyuwangi, consisting of 40 students, and 8 subjects selected from the exam with high and very high anxiety categories were sampled in the study. Purposive sampling is the sampling method used. The method of data collection is a questionnaire (Google form).Test the validity of the instrument using SPSS version 25. Based on the calculation results obtained tcount is 2.365 at degrees of freedom (df) 7, then compared to ttable is 12.568, then tcount > ttable, (12.568 > 2.365), with a sign 2 tailed value < of the value critical 0.005, ie 0.000 <0.005. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted or it can be said that the use of cognitive restructuring techniques is effectively used to reduce student anxiety in facing final exams.

Abstract

The maritime kingdoms in the Nusantara region hold significance in being preserved for future generations through history textbooks as sources and learning media. The challenge lies in how the local maritime kingdoms in Nusantara are presented in the high school history textbooks for Social Studies subjects. The research method employed is qualitative and descriptive, utilizing documents from the 1994, 2006, and 2013 editions of the IPS History textbooks as the data source. Data analysis is conducted by applying Teun A. van Dijk's three dimensions of text, social cognition, and social context theory. The findings reveal that several local maritime kingdoms emphasized in the high school History textbooks are the Kingdoms of Srivijaya, Majapahit, Demak, Samudra Pasai, and Makassar. These kingdoms held strategic positions in maritime regions, with ports serving as trade hubs and transit centers, alongside active community participation in maritime trade activities. A key characteristic of these kingdoms was their strong naval fleets, crucial for maintaining security and order in the sea waters.

Abstract

One of the relics whose existence must be preserved and preserved is in Banyuwangi Regency, precisely in Alas Purwo National Park (TN Alas Purwo), a national park located in Banyuwangi covering an area of 43,420 hectares. In addition to having a diversity of flora and fauna in the Alas Purwo National Park area, there are also many objects and buildings of the past, especially on the Sembulungan peninsula, which was formerly known as an entry and exit route for colonial trade commodities. However, let alone the student community who are academics who are not very familiar with the relics on the Sembulungan peninsula, the method used in this service is qualitative analysis by coming to the location directly and conducting observations and collecting data through structured interviews with a triangulation approach. The results show that students' insight has increased by looking at the relics of the Japanese military in maintaining power in the form of bunkers, cannons, and military strategies developed on the Sembulungan peninsula for maritime security.
