Abstract

This study is motivated by the level of employees’ discipline at Service Office of Riau Province which has not been optimal. This problem is caused by their leader who has not given a good example, sanction and good supervision. This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership, sanction and supervision on employees’ discipline of Service Office of Riau Province. There are three independent variables in this study, namely: leadership, sanction and supervision on employees’ discipline. The data of this study were collected by distributing questionnare to the respondents in which they were selected based on random method. Were processed using SPSS program version 21. In this research can be seen how the effect of leadership, sanction and supervise of working discipline in the Sosial Office of Riau Province. The analytical method used in this study was multiple linear pregression. Based on statistical data analysis, indicators in this study are valid and reliable. The results of the study showed that not all independent variables affect to dependent variables. The result of the research is that only variable sanction has a significant effect on employees’ discipline. Other variables (leadership and supervision) do not have a significant effect on employees’ discipline.Keywords: leadership, legal sanctions, supervision, discipline.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Bank Central Asia (BCA) Finance Branch Pekanbaru in order to know how leadership and incentive can affect simultaneous and partially to employee’s working spirit at PT. Bank Central Asia (BCA) Finance branch Pekanbaru and also to find out how leadership can indirectly influence employee’s working spirit through incentive given at PT. Bank Central Asia (BCA) Finance Branch Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all the employees at PT. Bank Central Asia (BCA) Finance Branch Pekanbaru, with 46 respondents for the sample. The sampling method used is census and the testing method of data quality using validity and reliability test, the classical assumption test, the MSI method, and the method of path analysis using SPSS version 20. The final test results, stating that the former leadership and incentive contribute simultaneously and significantly to the working spirit of employee. Leadership and incentive affect partially on employee’s working spirit. Leadership affect indirectly in employee’s working spirit through incentive. From this research, we can see that employee’s spirit as variables must be improved to give satisfaction for the employees. When talking about leadership as variables, leader must pay more attention for the employees, and the last, in incentive variables, giving incentive would be better if depends on working quality and quantity of the employees.Keywords: Working Spirit, Leadership, Incentive

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Sawit Asahan Indah Rokan Hulu District. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect job placement, traning and non-physical environment on employee job satisfacition. The study population was 80 employees and is set with models census. Research variables used are the job placement, traning and non-physical work environment as independent variables and job satisfacition dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis aided by SPSS version 21. Research shows that the work placement and a significant positive effect Satisfaction Good work means more work placement can then job satisfaction will be improved, in particular in PT. Sawit Asahan Indah. Training variables influence positively and significantly Against Job satisfaction. Searching Google Articles Thus, more Effective Employee Training Conducted Indeed in basically able to increase job satisfaction, particularly in Sawit Asahan Indah. Non Physical Environment Variables work and significant positive effect on job Satisfaction, particularly in PT Sawit Asahan Indah. Abstract

This research was conducted in the are of staffing (BKD) Riau Province Jl. Cut Nyak Dien Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of career development, organizational climate and self efficacy against partially employee job satisfaction and simultaneous on the Staffing Agency Area (BKD) Riau Province as well to find out which variables are the most significant influence on job satisfaction employees on Staffing Agency Area (BKD) Riau Province. The population of the research was 69 employees at the Staffing Agency Area (BKD) Riau Province with model census sampling. Variable used is the research career development, organizational climate and self eficacy as independent variable and job satisfaction of employees as the dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis was aided by 20 SPPS of windows. The results of this study concluded that variables career development, organizational climate and self partially and simultaneous efficacy have significant influence towards job satisfaction employees of Staffing Agency Area (BKD) Riau Province. Where is the most dominant factors influencing job satisfaction factor is climate of the organization. The research that has been conducted in accordance with the regression test (t test) and (test f) shows the free variable examined is variables examined is variable for career development, organizational climate and self eficacy have significant influence towards the dependent variable employee job satisfaction.Keywords : career development, organizational Climate and Self Efficacy and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of variables simultaneously and partially leadership , commitment to the performance of work Civil Service Police Unit of Riau Province . The research was conducted at the Civil Service Police Unit Riau Province is located on the road Lieutenant Colonel Hasan Basri Pekanbaru.In this study population studied were all employees of Civil Service Police Unit of Riau province , amounting to 325 people . Sampling method used was disproportionate strafied random sampling method, then using the Slovin then obtained a sample of 100 people.Linear Regression method is to determine the relationship between the dependent variable (Y) with the independent variable (X) is used as the data analysis necessary to first examine the validity and reliability of research data . The results showed that there was a significant effect of both simultaneously and significantly between the variables of leadership , commitment to the work performance of employees Civil Service Police Unit of Riau Province . Work commitment variable is the dominant variable in affecting the performanceof the Civil Service Police Unit employees Riau Province. With the expected leadership and commitment to work can be a key factor to improve the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit employees Riau Province to further increase employee self-actualization .Keywords : Leadership , work commitments , Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory Of Pekanbaru for the purpose of analyzing the effect of Work Conflict and Social Security on Turnover Intention through Employee Job Satisfaction Productioning Section. The population in this research is numbered 116 employees using the census method obtained the number of samples is equal to the total population of 116 people. Engineering data is done through techniques collection questionnaires, interviews, while the data in the form of primary data and secondary data, then the data were analyzed using path analysis of the data. The coefficient of determination, correlation coefficients and partial test. In this research, there are four variables: Job Satisfaction (Y1) and Turnover Intention (Y2), as the dependent variable and independent variables consist of Work Conflict (X1) and Social Security (X2). This research was conducted by giving questionnaires to employees of the productioning PT. Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Mandiri Jayaindo Utama Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine how Financial Compensation and Leadership either simultaneously or partially effect the Work Satisfaction Of Employee In PT. Mandiri Jayaindo Utama Pekanbaru.The population in this study is administrators and operators, amounting to 42 people, with a total sample of 42 employees. The method of analysis used in this study is the method regression analysis using SPSS version 16.00.Simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Financial Compensation and Leadership) jointly (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Work Satisfaction of Employee). The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable 51.10%, while the remaining 48.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Financial Compensation and Leadership) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (Work Satisfaction of Employee).The company is suggested to rearrange its financial compensation aspect by accustoming its salary and bonus, then provide a good, diligent field-supervisor that cares about the employees so the employees can feel like working on the company.Keywords: Financial Compensation, Leadership, Work Satisfaction

Abstract

The study held in PT. ACE Jaya Proteksi Pekanbaru branch. The aim is to analyze the influence of organizational structure and culture to organizational effectiveness. Population are all employees, consist of 49 employees that selected by cencus method. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linearregression analysis assisted by SPSS 22 for windows. The study reveals that both organizational structure and culture significantly influence organizational effectiveness either partially or simultaneously. Organizational culture has the stronger effect to organizational effectiveness rather than organizational structure. It is recommended to enhance organizational effectiveness by implementing a more appropriate structure and encouraging the stronger implementation of organizational culture.Keywords: Organizational Structure, Culture and Effectiveness

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of compesation and working environment to employee performance of PT. Jasa Barutama Perkasa Pekanbaru. This research use compesation and working environment as independent variable, and employee performance as dependent variable. The population of this research are all employees of PT. Jasa Barutama Perkasa Pekanbaru which amounted to 42 respondents and all of them will be used as a sample of this research. Data analysis method in this research is descriptive analysis. The result of using descriptive analysis is the compesation and working environment are affect the performances of employees at PT. Jasa Barutama Perkasa Pekanbaru. Abstract

The research was conducted on Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kabupaten Bengkalis in order to determine the influences of Work Motivation and Work Dicipline either simultaneously or partially on Employee Performance in Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kabupaten Bengkalis. The methodology in this study is: Work Motivation and Work Dicipline significant influence on employee performance in Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kabupaten Bengkalis and the dominant factor affecting the performance of employees is Work Dicipline. While the population in this study is the employees on Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kabupaten Bengkalis which amounted to 32 people, with a total sample of 32 respondents. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method by using SPSS version 17. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Work Motivation and Work Dicipline) together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (employee performance). The magnitude of the influence that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable, while the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Work Motivation and Work Dicipline) has a significant influence on Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kabupaten Bengkalis the dependent variable (employee performance). Dominant variables affecting employee performance in Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kabupaten Bengkalis is Work Dicipline where the value of t-counted highest compared with other independent variables.Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Dicipline and Employee Performance
