Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about Teachers' Perceptions of the Implementation of Public Elementary School Teacher Working Group (TWG) Activities in Palupuh Subdistrict, Agam Regency, as seen in terms of TWG facilities and infrastructure, TWG implementation time, material discussed in the TWG, resource persons TWG, motivation to participate in TWG activities, and the benefits of participating in TWG activities. The research questions asked, namely How Teachers' Perception of the Implementation of Public Elementary School Teacher Working Group (TWG) Activities in Palupuh District, Agam Regency, seen from the facilities and infrastructure needed in the TWG activities, the timing of the TWG activities, the material discussed in the TWG activities, teacher guides in TWG activities, teacher motivation in participating in TWG activities, and the benefits of participating in TWG activities.This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative research methods. The study population numbered 129 people with a sample of 38 people. This research used simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale which had been tested for validity and reliability. The data is processed with the formula average (Mean). The results of the study as a whole show that the Teachers' Perception of the Implementation of Public SD Teachers Working Group (TWG) Activities in Palupuh District, Agam Regency is already in the good category with an average score of 4.22.

Abstract

This reason for this research was based on observations and experiences during the educational field practice related to the teaching skills of students in the field practice program (PPL) of the Department of Educational Administration, Padang State University, State Vocational Schools of Padang City. This research is a quantitative descriptive type which aims to see how the teaching skills performed by PPL students of the Department of Educational Administration, Padang State University according to students’ perceptions. This study has a population of 2891 people who all have studied with PPL students, Department of Educational Administration, State University of Padang. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling technique which obtained 102 people. This research instrument uses a Likert scale questionnaire on teaching skills consisting of 60 items. Data collected online using google form. The data collected is processed to look for an average score. From the results of data processing, it was found that the average score of teaching skills of PPL students in the Department of Educational Administration, State University of Padang in the aspect of learning opening skills was 4,13 with good criteria, the skill of explaining the material was 4,15 with good criteria, the questioning skills were 4,24 with good criteria, the skills to provide reinforcement are 3,86 with good criteria, the skills to manage classes are 4,35 with good criteria, the skills to use various teaching variations are 4,15 with good criteria, the skills to use teaching media are 3,61 with good criteria, the skill of closing learning is 4,33 with good criteria. So according to students in Padang City State Vocational Schools who study with PPL students of the Education Admistration Department, Padang State University at Padang City State Vocational High School have been carried out well.

Abstract

One of the special education services in schools is school health services or commonly referred to as School Health Enterprises, hereinafter abbreviated as UKS. Which is the purpose of the UKS service, namely to provide health services to students who come to receive health services from school health officials. The purpose of this research is that the author wants to find data related to student views on UKS services at Padang City State Engineering Vocational Schools for the 2019/2020 year of entry as many as 2,085 people. The sample was determined by using the stratified proportional random sampling technique and obtained a sample of 97 respondents. Data were collected in this study by means of a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the formula mean (mean). Obtaining data analysis shows that the views of students on the School Health Business services provided by UKS officers at the State Technical Vocational School of Padang City can be seen from the indicator (1) the service time gets a good scale, namely at the number 3.92. (2) the service procedure obtained a good scale, namely at 3.99. (3) politeness obtains a good scale, namely at the number 4.04. (4) reliability of obtaining a good scale, namely at the number 4.02. (5) service certainty gets a good scale, namely at 3.99. It can be concluded that the students' views on the School Health Business services at the State Technical Vocational School of Padang City showed a good scale, namely obtaining a score of 3.99.

Abstract

Riset ini maksud nya untuk mendapatkan motivasi mahasiswa jurusan administrasi pendidikan mempelajari kewirausahaan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan kewirausahaan, keterampilan berusaha dan pernah berusaha. Adapun pertanyaan riset sebagai berikut adalah seberapa tinggi Motivasi mahasiswa mendapatkan 1) pengetahuan kewirausahaan, 2) keterampilan usahaa, dan 3) eksperien berwirausaha. Populasi riset ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan Administrasi Pendidikan tahun masuk 16 dan 17 sebanyak 238 mahasiswa, sampelnya berjumlah 70 ahaisswa yang ditentukan dengan cara Proportionate Stratified random sampling. Instrument menggunakan kuesioner skala likert. Angket tersebut sudah dicobakan dan dapat validitasnya dan reliabelitas angket. ternyata adalah motivasi mahasiswa mendapatkan pengetahuan kewirausahaan adad idmaksimal dengan nilai 3,69, motivasi mahasiswa mendapatkan keterampilan berwirausaha berada ditingkat maksimal dengan total 3,80, dan motivasi mahasiswa mendapatkan pengalaman berwirausaha ada ditingkat maksimal dengan rata-rata 3,75. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi mahasiswa mempelajari kewirausahaan maksimal dengan nilai 3,75.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari berbagai permasalahan yang menunjukkan masih belum terlaksananya pelayanan perpustakaan di SMKN 4 Padang dengan baik. Sasaran penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Persepsi Siswa Terhadap Pelayanan Perpustakaan di SMKN 4 Padang yang dilihat dari aspek layanan sirkulasi, layanan referensi, dan layanan bimbingan kepada pengguna/pembaca. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa SMKN 4 Padang dengan jumlah 700 siswa dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 91 orang. Instrument pengumpulan data yaitu angket dengan model skala Likert yang sudah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya. Hasilnya yaitu Persepsi Siswa Terhadap Pelayanan Perpustakaan di SMKN 4 Padang mendapatkan peringkat baik.

Abstract

Loyalitas merupakan faktor penting yang ikut mempengaruhi effektivitas kerja seorang pegawai dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan informasi tentang loyalitas pegawai di kantor Rektorat Universitas Negeri Padang dalam hal tanggung jawab, ketaatan, sikap kerja positif dan pengabdian. Penelitian sekarang bersifat deskriptif dangan tata cara kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian saat ini yaitu pegawai administratif di kantor rektorat unp yang berjumlah 210 orang dan 57 orang sampel. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Bahan hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan rumus rata-rata. Bahan hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa loyalitas pegawai di kantor Rektorat Universitas Negeri Padang dilihat dari aspek (1) tanggungjawab berpengaruh dikategorikan tinggi dengan skor 4, 2, (2) ketaatan berdampak dikategorikan sangat tinggi dengan skor 4,64, (3) sikap kerja positif berimbas dikategorkani tinggi dengan skor 4,34 dan (4) pengabdian bermakna dikategorikan tinggi dengan skor 4,41. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Loyalitas pegawai Rektorat Universitas Negeri Padang pegawai berakibat dikategorikan tinggi dengan skor 4, 35.

Abstract

This study is based on the results of the author's observations at SMK Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti regarding Teacher Teaching Skills which are still not being implemented optimally. This study aims to obtain information about Student Perceptions of Teacher Teaching Skills at SMK Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti from the indicators of opening lessons, explaining, asking questions, providing reinforcement, class management, and closing lessons. This study is descriptive with quantitative methods. The population of this study were 515 students of SMK Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti class XI and XII in the Department of Communication, Hospitality, Culinary, Clothing, so the sample size was 89 respondents. Sampling in this study used the Stratified Propotional Random Sampling technique. The materials collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale have been tested for validity and reliability. The average formula is used in processing the data in this study. The data show student responses regarding the skills of teachers from: (1) opening good category lessons with a value of 3.84; (2) describes the good category with a value of 3.84; (3) asking for a fairly good category with a score of 3.52; (4) provides a fairly good category reinforcement with a score of 3.46; (5) managing good category classes with a score of 3.73; (6) closing the lesson in the category of good enough with a score of 3.57. Overall Students' Perceptions of Teacher Teaching Skills at SMK Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti were in a good category with a score of 3.66.

Abstract

This study is to get a sketch of Student Perceptions of School Administrative Personnel Services. This assessment is descriptive quantitative in nature. The population in this study were 870 students of State Technical Vocational High Schools in Padang City. Sampling in this study is proportional random sampling obtained by 84 students. The assessment instrument carried out was in the form of a questionnaire on a linkert scale. This questionnaire has been tested to see its validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that the students' perceptions of the service of school administrative personnel in technical vocational high schools (SMK) in the city of Padang: 1) observed from the timeliness of the assessment by category enough to get an average score of 3.06, 2) the aspect of hospitality with a sufficient category by getting an average score of 3.13, 3) observed from the aspect of responsibility with a sufficient category by getting an average score of 3.03, 4) observed from the aspect of the procurement of supporting facilities with a sufficient category to get an average score - Average 3.33, 5) observed from the aspects that get service with enough category get an average score of 3.13, and 6) observed from the aspect of comfort who get service with enough category get an average score of 3.30. This examination was denied that the Students' Perceptions of School Administration Personnel Services in the State Technical Vocational School (SMK) Padanf City with a sufficient category got an average score of 3.16. Suggestions that can be given are that efforts are needed to improve Student Perceptions of School Administration Personnel Services to be even better.

Abstract

Riset ini maksudnya untuk menunjukan pelayanan tenaga administrasi sekolah urusan kesiswaan berbasis teknologi informasi di Smk se kabupaten tanar. Tujuan riset ini untuk menunjukan 1) prosedur pelayanan, 2) waktu penyelesaian pelayanan, 3) biaya pelayanan, 4) produk pelayanan, 5) sarana dan prasarana pelayanan, 6) kompetensi petugas pemberi pelayanan dan 7) penggunaan teknologi. Populasinya adalah seluruh guru Smk se Kabupaten Tanah Datar berjumlah 347 orang. Sampel yaitu 79 guru didapat dengan rumus slovin dan diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumentresearch dengan angket model skala likert dan 5 jawaban yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan bantuan spss 20.0. hasilnya adalah 1)prosedur pelayanan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 4,18. 2) waktu penyelesaian memperoleh kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 3,72. 3) biaya pelayanan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 4,20. 4) produk pelayanan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 3,99. 5) sarana dan prasarana pelayanan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 4,27. 6) kompetensi petugas pemberi pelayanan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 4,13 dan 7) penggunaan teknologi berada pada kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 4,08. Kesimpulan nya pelayanan tenaga administrasi sekolah berbasis teknologi informasi di Smk se Kabupaten Tanah Datar sudah sangat baik.

Abstract

The points of this study are to obtain data and information regarding the development of civil servants in the education and cultural offices of fifty cities, namely (1) Knowledge Development, (2) Attitude Development, (3) Activity motivation renewal, (4) Activity environment renewal, (5) skills renewal. a descriptive study of a quantitative approach. The study population numbered 85 employees and the sample size was determined using the Taro Yamane formula by means of Proportional Random Sampling of 54 employees. The study instrument was a Likert scale model questionnaire. The results of data analysis show that the development of civil servants in the Education and Culture Office of Fifty Cities Regency has been considered good with the acquisition level of 3.60 with the following explanation; (1) knowledge development has an effect on the good category, namely the achievement of 4.13, (2) the development of attitude influences the good category is obtained 3.74, (3) the development of morale has an effect on a sufficient level, namely 3.26, (4) work discipline coaching has an effect on a good level, namely on the acquisition of 4.03, (5) skills development is at a sufficient level, namely at the acquisition of 2.86. In general, it can be concluded that the development of civil servants at the Education and Culture Office of Fifty Cities is in the good category with an average score of 3.60. However, the coaching must be optimized again for optimal work results.
