Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh hubungan stres kerja dan konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Indomobil Suzuki Plant I Tambun sebagai objek penelitian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jawaban dari setiap permasalahan dengan mencari tahu hubungan antar variabel yang sudah ditentukan berdasarkan hasil observasi. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif sedangkan alat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa kuesioner dengan teknik skala likert. Responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan PT. Indomobil Suzuki Plant I Tambun dengan jumlah 100 karyawan, penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% dengan rumus tersebut, maka sampel untuk penelitian ini berjumlah 80 karyawan yang dipilih secara acak dengan metode Probability Sampling menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software Lisrel versi 8.80. Hasil uji pada penelitian ini berupa Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Hipotesis dan Uji Pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, konflik kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, konflik kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja berepengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening, dan konflik kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

A private or government organization really needs quality human resources and has maximum performance to drive the wheels of the organization. The problem that occurs is the decline in the performance of Human Resources (HR) which causes these government agencies to be unable to provide the best service for the community. Then he still feels uncomfortable and the level of communication that is still low is very influential in work efficiency in an agency, which has an impact on employee absenteeism, decreased motivation and performance and lost productivity. The method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using Lisrel software version 8.80. Saturated sample technique or total sampling is the method used in this study and the number of research samples is 82 employees. The results of this study prove that 1) The non-physical work environment and organizational commitment both substantially and simultaneously have an influence on job satisfaction. 2) the non-physical work environment has no effect on performance. 3) Organizational commitment significantly influences performance 4) Job satisfaction influences performance 5) Job satisfaction can be said to be an intervening variable because the value of the indirect effect of each variable is greater than the direct effect.

Abstract

This Good performance is a step to achieve company goals and therefore must be planned properly. In this study, researchers will prove whether work life balance and employee engagement can affect an employee's performance on job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Quantitative method was used in this research. The population in this study are office staff employees of PT. Hagihara Westjava Industries numbered 100 people. Researchers used probability sampling technique with random sampling as the type of sample. The method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis by Lisrel software version 8.80. The gains in this study are that Work Life Balance has no significant impact on Employee Performance, Employee Engagement has no significant impact on Employee Performance, Work Life Balance has a significant positive impact on Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction can mediate the effect of Work Life Balance on Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of Employee Engagement on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is very important and plays a role in influencing company branding, if employees feel dissatisfied at work, then employees will also show a negative attitude towards their work. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence organizational culture and non-physical work environment have on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative and collects data through questionnaires. This study has a population of 100 people and a sample of 80 people. The sampling technique in this study was probability sampling using simple random sampling using the Slovin formula. The data analysis method in this study uses the Partial Least Square program with the help of the SmartPLS software application program to obtain results where Organizational Culture has no influence on Employee Performance, Non-Physical Work Environment has an influence on Employee Performance, Organizational Culture has no influence on Job Satisfaction, Non-Physical Work Environment has an influence on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture has no influence on Employee Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction, Non-Physical Work Environment has an influence on Employee Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

 Generation Z refers to individuals born between 1995 and 2010. Growing up in the midst of technological advancements, Generation Z possesses distinct mindsets and habits compared to previous generations, which consequently influences their perspectives on the workforce. This research aims to examine the effects of Work-Life Balance and Burnout on Employee Performance, with Job Satisfaction as the mediating variable, among Generation Z employees in Bekasi Regency. The sampling method employed in this study is non-probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling, with a sample size of 120 respondents determined using the Lemeshow formula. The participants of this research consist of Generation Z employees in Bekasi Regency. The methodology employed in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis conducted with Lisrel 8.8 software. The findings indicate that Work-Life Balance does not significantly impact Employee Performance, Burnout does not significantly influence Employee Performance, Burnout does not significantly affect Job Satisfaction, Work-Life Balance significantly affects Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction significantly impacts Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction mediates the relationship between Work-Life Balance and Employee Performance, as well as Burnout and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi kewirausahaan, karakter wirausaha dan aktualisasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Kewirausahaan Universitas Pelita Bangsa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Kewirausahaan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Pelita Bangsa angkatan 2020 yang masih aktif kuliah sampai tahun 2021. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau sensus dengan jumlah sebanyak 51 orang. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini literasi kewirausahaan (X1), karakter wirausaha (X2), aktualisasi diri (X3) dan variabel terikat minat berwirausaha (Y). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknis analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan alat analisa Partial Least Square (PLS).

Abstract

The rapid development of the internet greatly affects business changes. Many business activities have changed with the availability of the internet today. One of the significant changes in business activity is marketing or marketing. Marketing is a social and managerial process by which individuals and groups obtain what they want and need through creating and exchanging products and value with others. Marketing is also the process of designing and executing the conception, pricing, promotion and distribution of ideas, goods and services to create exchanges that satisfy individual and organizational goals. E-marketing describes company efforts to inform, communicate, promote and market products and services via the internet. Electronic marketing utilizes network technology to coordinate market share research, assist product development, develop strategies and tactics to attract customers, provide online distribution. This web-based marketing system with SMS Gateway facilities can assist companies in capturing new customers and providing optimal service to existing customers. This web-based marketing system with SMS Gateway facilities will later be integrated with a database that will store the required data. Packaging is an important marketing tool, not only as a wrapper but also as a differentiator between the company's products and similar products from competitors. Packaging (packaging) is a process related to the design and manufacture of a container (container) or wrapper (wrapper) for a product. Each product should have an attractive packaging design, containing information on the product name, company name, net weight, expiration date, composition, nutritional content, Indonesian National Standard or SNI, Hazard Analytical Critical Control Point (HACCP) and halal marking. 2. In making the packaging design there are aesthetic and identity factors, there should be the words and the Bananation logo, and use a combination of several colors, and add various images to make the packaging more colorful and catchy so that it is easier for everyone to remember. Security and distribution factors must also be a concern of the company without compromising aesthetic value by using corrugated paper type cardboard on the outside and food grade plastic material on the inside so that it is guaranteed durability in shipping and is also environmentally friendly

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi negara kita. Pasalnya, sebagian besar pengusaha aktif di sektor ini, dan mereka berhasil menciptakan lapangan kerja yang signifikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di desa Burangkeng, Kecamatan Setu, Kabupaten Bekasi, dapat meningkatkan kinerja UMKM tersebut. Kompetensi tenaga kerja (SDM) rupanya merupakan satu faktor yang amat krusial dalam sektor UMKM. Dengan adanya peningkatan kemampuan sumber daya manusia melalui peningkatan tingkat pengetahuan dan keahlian, maka hal tersebut menjadi faktor utama dalam meningkatkan performa usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM).
