Abstract

Based on the results of multiple linear regression, it shows that the variables of product diversity (X1), price (X2) and location (X3). Y = -6.236E-16 + 0.248X1 + 0.568X2 + 0, 193X3 + e. The tcount for this product diversity variable is 5.092. While the value in the 5% distribution ttable is 1.986, then tcount 5.092 > t-table 1.986 means Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted. The t-count value for this Price variable is 10.290. While the value in the 5% distribution ttable is 1.986, then t-count 10.290 > 1.986 t table means Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted. Meanwhile, the t-count value for this location variable is 3.553. While the value in the 5% distribution t-table is 1.986, then t-count 3,553 > t-table 1,986 means Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted. Comparing the F-count (858.931) > Ftable (2.70) based on statistical testing using the f test method, where the significant level obtained is 0.000 < 0.05. Showing the value of the coefficient of determination R square shows a value of 0.966, from these results it means that all independent variables (Diversity of products, prices, and locations) have a contribution of 96.6% to the dependent variable (purchase decisions) with a sufficient level of determination, and the remaining 3,4% influenced by other factors not included in the study

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat “Pelatihan Pemasaran Online Berbasis Digital Untuk Meningkatkan Penjualan Bisnis Online Pada UMKM Di Desa Talkandang Kecamatan Situbondo Kabupaten Situbondo” telah dilaksanakan dalam waktu 1 bulan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah (1) Pemasaran hanya terbatas pada masyarakat sekitar (2) Keuangan untuk usaha maupun keuangan pribadi masih bergabung menjadi satu. Hal ini disebabkan karena pemilik usaha tidak mempunyai pengetahuan untuk membuat laporan keuangan. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan, yaitu : (1) Identifikasi kebutuhan mitra usaha (2) Perencanaan pembuatan laporan keuangan bagi Usaha Mikro (3) Implementasi Hasil. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pelatihan Pemasaran Online Berbasis Digital Untuk Meningkatkan Penjualan Bisnis Online Pada UMKM Di Desa Talkandang Kecamatan Situbondo Kabupaten Situbondo telah berhasil, dengan adanya pembuatan banner produk dan promosi dalam media digital secara online sebagai penunjang pengembangan bisnis ke depan.

Abstract

Koperasi tidak hanya ada di masyarakat saja, melainkan koperasi juga terdapat di instansi seperti perguruan tinggi. Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo merupakan perguruan tinggi yang telah mendirikan koperasi mahasiswa FEB UNARS “BISMA”. Koperasi ini dibentuk dan didirikan oleh beberapa pengurus saat era pandemi COVID-19 berlangsung. Koperasi mahasiswa FEB UNARS “BISMA” didirikan untuk membentuk pemikiran baru khususnya mahasiswa UNARS. Koperasi mahasiswa FEB UNARS “BISMA” digunakan sebagai sarana untuk memenuhi kebutuhan alat-alat perkuliahan, sarana usaha dagang bagi anggota koperasi untuk anggota dan lingkungan sekitar. Selain itu, koperasi mahasiswa diperlukan guna membina dan mengembangkan kemandirian bagi mahasiswa. Melalui program yang diajukan oleh pengabdi ini, yaitu kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dengan keikutsertaan mengembangkan koperasi dan pengembangan diri menumbuhkan karakteristik kewirausahaan bagi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo. Diharapkan dapat merealisasikan visi, misi dan tujuannya, dengan melakukan kegiatan pendidikan perkoperasian, pelatihan, studi koperasi, serta bidang unit dagang maupun unit simpan pinjam. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan karakter kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa FEB UNARS melalui koperasi mahasiswa FEB UNARS “BISMA” sebagai wadah (tempat) menyalurkan aspirasi dan buah kreatifitas mahasiswa dengan cara memahami makna kewirausahaan dan jiwa berkoperasi.

Abstract

Mie Dapur Uti merupakan salah satu UKMK yang bergerak dalam bidang kuliner berupa mie pangsit ayam dan produksi mie mentah. Mitra usaha sudah memiliki outlet sendiri dan menerima pesanan pelanggan secara langsung di outlet pemilik. Dilihat dari segi pemasaran, pemilik usaha masih menggunakan cara tradisional yaitu promosi antar teman, kerabat dan tetangga. Pandemi COVID-19 membuat usaha kuliner dan produksi mie mentah siap olah, mengalami dampak penurunan yang sangat besar. Kegiatan pengabdian ini, bertujuan membantu UKMK Mie Dapur Uti dalam melayani permintaan pelanggan lebih luas lagi. Metode pengabdian masyarakat dengan memberikan pembinaan pengembangan produk melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan teknologi untuk proses produksi, pelatihan pemasaran, pelatihan hukum bisnis, pelatihan manajemen keuangan, serta pelatihan manajamen sumber daya manusia. Diharapkan kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat membantu pemilik usaha dalam menjangkau konsumen lebih meluas dengan skala besar, tepat dalam pemilihan bahan baku dengan kualitas bagus dan harga terjangkau sesuai pasar.

Abstract

The quality of leadership greatly affects the work discipline and work environment of an employee in an organization. A leader is defined as a person's ability to be able to influence other people, through communication, either directly or indirectly, with the intention of moving these people so that they are willing to follow the leader's wishes with understanding, awareness and pleasure. The leadership role, no doubt, also contributes to a company. Work discipline is a management action to encourage members of the organization to meet the demands of these various provisions, in other words employee discipline is a form of training that seeks to improve and shape the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of employees so that these employees voluntarily try to work cooperatively with employees who others and improve work performance (Siagian, 2013: 305). The work environment is everything that exists around the employee and can affect the carrying out of the tasks assigned to him, for example by having air conditioning (AC), adequate lighting and directions from the leader. This study aims to determine whether the quality of leadership, work discipline, and work environment can improve employee performance. The research method used is a qualitative method with the type of literature study or Library Research, which examines literature books in accordance with the theories discussed especially in the scope of Human Resource Management (MSDM). The results of this study indicate that the quality of leadership, work discipline, and work environment can improve employee performance, if carried out correctly in human resource management in a company.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Marketing is generally seen as the activity of creating, introducing, and handing over goods and services to consumers. Marketing is the process by which a company creates value for customers and the construction of strong customers to capture value from customers in return marketing is a function of the organization and a series of processes to create, communicating, and providing value to customers and managing customer relationships in a way that benefits the organization and its interests, especially for customers of the Mother's Father's Cafe in Mimbaan, Panji District, Situbondo Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the influence of brand image and service quality on consulment satisfaction at the Cafe of the father of Mother Situbondo with consumer buying interest as an intervening variable. The population in this study were consumers at the Mother's Father's Cafe, , the sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Abstract

Marketing is one of the most important factors in the company, so it can be said that marketing is the heart in the life of the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and location on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction at the SK mart store. The population in this study were all consumers who came to the SK mart store. The random sampling method (simple probability) pays attention to the strata in the population in this research. In taking this sample using a presentation level of 10%. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model- Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS .3.0 application, indicate that service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, location has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, satisfaction consumers have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

One of the important factors in the field of human resources is to provide financial compensation and motivation which is the right of employees and the company's obligation to support the contribution of workers in order to achieve the goals that have been determined. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of Financial Compensation on Performance through Motivation as an intervening variable at PT. AMAAN Situbondo. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that financial compensation has a significant positive effect on motivation, financial compensation has a significant positive effect on performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on performance, financial compensation has a significant positive effect on performance through motivation

Abstract

An agency requires good and appropriate management so that employees can achieve effective, efficient and optimal work results, especially at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Situbondo Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of the work environment and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the state civil apparatus. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study is the State Civil Apparatus of the Ministry of Religion of Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. organization citizenship behavior, organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The results of the indirect hypothesis test indicate that the work environment variable on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Factors that affect performance apart from being competent in their field or according to competence, one of which is work discipline, as well as education and training. Work discipline is a form of training that seeks to improve and shape the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of employees to try to work cooperatively. Education and training have a very significant impact on the achievement of organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of Education and Training on Performance through Work Discipline as an Intervening Variable at Besuki Hospital, Situbondo Regency. The population in this study were ASN employees (other than organizational leaders) Besuki Hospital, Situbondo Regency. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that Education and Training has a significant positive effect on work discipline, Education and Training has a significant positive effect on Performance, Work discipline has a significant positive effect on Performance, Education and Training has a significantly positive effect on Performance through Discipline work.
