Abstract

Beban yang ditanggung oleh keluarga yang hidup bersama penderita gangguan jiwa meliputi beberapa faktor baik secara mental, sosial, maupun ekonomi. Stigmatisasi terhadap penderita gangguan jiwa juga mempersulit penanganan penderita gangguan jiwa secara komprehensif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi tentang pengalaman keluarga dengan ODGJ dalam menghadapi stigma yang ada di masyarakat sekitar tempat tinggal. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan kualitatif riset, proses wawancara dilakukan dengan indepth interview pada enam partisipan utama, keabsahan data dilakukan dengan metode triangulasi sumber hingga tercapat saturasi data, proses analisa dilakukan dengan analisa tematik. Hasil penelitian yang telah didapatkan dari berupa empat tema utama yaitu: 1)Kekhawatiran masyarakat terhadap perilaku ODGJ di wilayahnya. 2)Labeling negatif dari masyarakt disekitar klien. 3)Perlakuan deskriminatif dari masyarakat sekitar klien. 4)Pengetahuan tentang kesehatan jiwa disekitar tempat tinggal pasien yang masih terbatas.

Abstract

Introduction: The Covid-19 pandemic causes learning activities to be carried out at home. Parents encounter obstacles in stimulating their child's development because they do not understand how to stimulate and tend to leave it to school. Preschoolers are in the initiative development stage that focus on exploring creativity. Initiative development is preparation for children to cope larger stressors at school age. Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the effect of therapeutic group therapy on the parents’ ability to stimulate initiative development. Methods: This study used one group pre-postest design method. The sample was 32 parents of kindergarten and early childhood education students in Malang City. The independent variable was online therapeutic group therapy. The dependent variable was the parents’ ability to stimulate initiatives development. Results: The results indicated that the average score of the parents' ability to perform stimulation before therapeutic group therapy implementation was 44.19. After therapy, the average score increased to 55.84. Statistical test used Paired T-test showed that the p-value is 0.000 (p-value <0.05), so it can be concluded that therapeutic group therapy had a significant effect on the ability of parents to stimulate initiative development. Conclusions: This study recommends the importance of increasing the parents’ ability to stimulate the pre-school children's initiative development. The school can work together with health workers, especially mental nurses, in therapeutic group therapy activities to increase the parents’ active role in stimulating children's development, thereby optimizing children's psychosocial development.

Abstract

Introduction: The hospital is one of the health care facilities expected to provide appropriate health services and information for patients and the broader community. Patient satisfaction is one of the essential things for health care providers as a measuring tool to evaluate service quality. Satisfaction can increase the number of visits that impact increasing sources of income for hospitals and, at the same time, realize a healthy and prosperous society. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation of the Muhammadiyah Malang University Hospital in indicators of conformity with expectations, ease of obtaining services, and willingness to recommend. Methods: The design of this research is descriptive observational. The sample in this study were patients who visited the outpatient installation of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang Hospital in November 2020; as many as 136 respondents were selected by accidental sampling. Data collection with a patient satisfaction questionnaire. Data analysis with descriptive analysis and presented in the frequency distribution. Results: The results showed that as many as 68.4% of respondents stated that the service was as expected, 52.2% were easy to access services, 50.7% were willing to recommend to other parties, and 54.4% said they were satisfied. Conclusions: Patient satisfaction with the University of Muhammadiyah Malang Hospital in several indicators is relatively high, but it needs improvement in several respects. Nurses, doctors, and other human resources need to maintain good service delivery by providing appropriate, fast, always smiling, and friendly service to patients.

Abstract

Background: Development is a process of psychological change as a result of the maturation of a child's psychological and physical functions. Stimulation of growth and development in children under five is an activity to stimulate the basic abilities of children so that children grow and develop optimally. Lack of stimulation can cause developmental irregularities in children. The purpose of this service is to improve the ability and understanding of the child's parents in detecting and stimulating the psychosocial development of pre-school children at TK ABA 30. Method: This service uses a learning method that begins with discussion and pre-test the ability of participants, discussion, training, and post. test. Participants in the service were parents of 20 students. Result: Result : The result of this service was an increase in the knowledge and understanding of the parents of students in early detection of psychosocial development. Conclusion: There is an increase in the knowledge level score of the parents of TK ABA 30 Malang students before the service and after the service, there are 2 stimulations that can be carried out well, namely doing homework and eating with family, and there is 1 thing that parents are less able to do in stimulating the psychosocial development of children is playing a role.

Abstract

Background : Prevention of Covid-19 recommended by the government is to wear masks and wash hands. Preschool children most often play games by using direct contact with their toys. Some even play outside and make direct contact with other friends. Children's ability to wash their hands needs to be improved because washing hands without proper procedures will have a negative impact on children. The purpose of this service is to increase the ability of pre-school children of the Daarul Quran Education Institute in doing proper hand washing according to WHO standards. This service is carried out at the Daarul Quran Educational Institution (LP) Bandungrejosari Sukun, Malang City. The implementation of learning is carried out using ppt and video media to further introduce and facilitate children's understanding of how to wash hands properly. Method : There are 30 children participating in the activity. The activity was carried out in the hall of the Daarul Quran LP while still complying with the Health protocol. Before the activity begins, the children are conditioned to pray and sing, then we first evaluate the children's knowledge and ability to wash their hands. Results : The initial results before being given the material, all children have not been able to wash their hands properly. The material is given for 30 minutes and there is also a video showing how to wash hands then the children are asked to practice with the help of the facilitator. The children were then tested again to practice hand washing. The result is an increase in children's ability to wash their hands properly. Conclusion : The ability of pre-school children to wash their hands using soap/hand sanitizer has increased when compared to before learning about hand washing.

Abstract

Pendahuluan : Dampak pandemi Covid-19 mempengaruhi interaksi sosial di kalangan mahasiswa dan kesejahteraan psikologisnya. Community of Inquiry (COI) telah mengidentifikasi tiga elemen berbeda yang penting dalam menunjang terlaksananya kelas online untuk pembelajaran yang optimal, diantaranya kehadiran sosial (social presecence), kehadiran kognitif (cognitive presence) dan kehadiran mengajar (teaching presence). Tujuan: untuk menganalisis faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi gangguan Kesehatan mental mahasiswa keperawatan dalam pembelajaran daring selama pandemic Covid-19. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sejumlah 278 mahasiswa direkrut dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling, dengan menggunakan kuesioner DASS-21 dan CoI Survey, menggunakan uji regresi logistik. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan usia menjadi salah satu faktor yang menimbulkan stres dengan sig <0,030 (OR=1,4). Disusul dengan social presence <0,002 (OR=53) dan cognitive presence merupakan faktor utama penyebab depresi dan ansietas pada mahasiswa dengan sig <0,001 (OR=6,9) dan <0,008 (OR=5,0). Kesimpulan: Faktor yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan mental mahasiswa pada kategori depresi dan ansietas adalah cognitive presence mahasiswa, sedangkan faktor yang berhubungan kesehatan mental mahasiswa pada kategori stres adalah usia dan social presence. Pengajar tidak hanya fokus pada salah satu komponen antara sosial presence, cognitive presence maupun teaching presence, sehingga mahasiswa dengan tipe apapun akan terfasilitasi dalam pembelajaran serta tidak akan mengalami gangguan Kesehatan mental baik ansietas, stress dan depresi

Abstract

ABSTRAKKlien dengan gangguan mental schizophrenia merupakan kelompok rentan yang harus mendapat perhatian dimasa pandemic Covid-19. Gangguan fungsi kognitif, afektif, perilaku, dan social yang dialami akan memperberat terhadap pemahaman dan perilaku patuh terhadap protocol kesehatan covid-19. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk melakukan pendampingan agar pasien gangguan skizophrenia patuh terhadap protocol kesehatan covid-19. Pelaksanaan proses pendampingan dimulai dari perizinan, persiapan program, penyamaan persepsi dengan perawat dan petugas sosial, implementasi psikodrama, serta evaluasi dengan menggunakan uji Mann Whiteney. Dari hasil evaluasi dengan menggunakan General  adherence  to  the  COVID-19  preventive yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS Versi 20. Didapatkan bahwa terdapa  perbedaan yang sangat signifikan pada kelompok yang mendapat perlakuan psikodrama 4 sesi. Terdapat perbedaan sebelum dilakukan pendampingan kepatuhan protocol dan setelah pendampingan protokol kesehatan covid-19 ini karena prosedur pelaksanaan yang mudah serta pasien mendapatkan contoh secara langsung dari narasi yang dibacakan dan dapat melakukan improvisasi sehingga perilakumenjadi lebih adaptif. Kata Kunci: Covid-19, Kepatuhan, Protokol Kesehatan, Schizophrenia  ABSTRACTSchizophrenic clients are a vulnerable group that must receive attention during the Covid-19 pandemic. Disturbances in cognitive, affective, behavioral, and social functions experienced will exacerbate understanding and compliance with the COVID-19 health protocol. The purpose of this service is to provide assistance so that patients with schizophrenia disorders comply with the COVID-19 health protocol. The implementation of the mentoring process starts from licensing, program preparation, sharing perceptions with nurses and social workers, implementing psychodrama, and evaluating using the Mann Whiteney test. From the results of the evaluation using General adherence to the COVID-19 preventive which was then processed using SPSS Version 20. It was found that there was a very significant difference in the group receiving 4 sessions of psychodrama treatment. There are differences before the protocol compliance assistance is carried out and after the Covid-19 health protocol assistance is due to the easy implementation procedure and the patient gets direct examples from the narratives that are read and can improvise so that behavior becomes more adaptive. Key Word: Covid-19, Compliance, Health Protocol, Schizophrenia

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan aktifitas pembelajaran dilakukan di rumah. Usia pra sekolah masuk pada tahap inisiatif dan membutuhkan banyak stimulasi untuk mengoptimalkannya. Orang tua kurang mampu melakukan stimulasi karena cenderung menyerahkan pada guru. Kurangnya stimulasi perkembangan inisiatif menyebabkan anak tidak terlatih mengatasi stress yang lebih besar pada tahap perkembangan sekolah sehingga berpotensi menjadi masalah kesehatan jiwa anak yang lebih besar. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah mengaplikasikan Psikoedukasi kelompok Psikoedukasi kelompok untuk meningkatkan kemandirian orang tua dalam menstimulasi perkembangan inisiatif usia pra sekolah selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Kegiatan dilakukan pada bulan November sampai Desember 2020 dengan sasaran kegiatan sebanyak 32 orang tua di daerah Malang Indonesia. Peserta dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok untuk mengikuti 3 sesi, sesi 1 brainstorming dan identiifikasi masalah, sesi 2 latihan stimulasi perkembangan inisiatif, dan sesi 3 evaluasi dan sharing pengalaman. Setelah melalui 2 kali sesi kegiatan, kemampuan orang tua mengalami peningkatan rata-rata kemampuan menstimulasi perkembangan inisiatif dari 44,19 menjadi 55,84 point. Kegiatan Psikoedukasi kelompok ini telah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan orang menstimulasi perkembangan psikososial anaknya. Dengan demikian peran orang tua semakin meningkat dalam pembelajaran di rumah selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Kata Kunci: Anak pra-sekolah, pandemi Covid-19, perkembangan inisiatif, psikoedukasi ABSTRACTThe Covid-19 pandemic has caused learning activities to be carried out at home. Pre-school age enters the initiative stage and requires a lot of stimulation to optimize it. Parents are less able to stimulate because they tend to surrender to the teacher. Lack of initiative development stimulation causes children not to cope with greater stress at the developmental stage and it becomes a bigger mental health problem for children. This goal is to apply psychoeducation to increase the independence of parents in developing early school initiatives during the Covid-19 pandemic. The activity was carried out from November to December 2020 with the target of activities as many as 32 parents in the Malang area of Indonesia. Participants were divided into 3 groups to participate in 3 sessions, session 1 brainstorming and identifying problems, session 2 stimulating the development of initiatives, and session 3 evaluating and sharing experiences. After 2 sessions of activity, the ability of parents experienced an increase in the average ability to stimulate the development of initiative from 44.19 to 55.84 points. This therapeutic activity has increased the knowledge and ability of people to develop their child's psychosocial. Abstract

ABSTRAK Kepatuhan ibu sangat penting untuk menciptakan keluarga berencana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan ibu untuk rutin KB injeksi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas, Suberaji, Lamongan.Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, terdiri dari 30 responden. Variabel bebas adalah pengetahuan, sikap, pendidikan, dan jarak dari pusat kesehatan masyarakat. Variabel terikat adalah kepatuhan ibu dalam menjalankan KB injeksi berulang.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan memiliki korelasi dengan pengetahuan (ρ = 0,000), sikap (ρ = 0,001), pendidikan (ρ = 0,000), dan jarak dari pusat kesehatan masyarakat (ρ = 0,193).Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan, sikap, dan pendidikan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepatuhan. Ditemukan bahwa faktor dominan yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan adalah pengetahuan dan pendidikan. Kata kunci: Pengetahuan, Sikap, Pendidikan, Jarak dari Puskesmas, Kepatuhan, Kontrasepsi Suntik. ABSTRACT Mother’s compliance is very important in having repeated family planning injection. The objective of this study was to analyze factors related to mother’s compliance to have repeated injection in the working area of Community Health Center, Suberaji, Lamongan.The design of this study was cross-sectional. Samples were recruited using purposive sampling, consisted of 30 respondents. The independent variables were knowledge, attitude, education, and the distance of community health center. The dependent variable was mother’s compliance in having repeated injection.The results showed that compliance had correlations with knowledge (ρ = 0.000), attitude (ρ = 0.001), education (ρ = 0.000), and the distance of community health center (ρ = 0.193).This indicated that knowledge, attitude, and education had significant correlation with compliance. It was found that the predominant factors related to compliance were knowledge and education. Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Education, Distance Of Community Health Center, Compliance, Injected Contraceptive.

Abstract

Metode OSCE memberikan harapan yang baik bagi institusi penyelenggara  pendidikan karena mendekatkan situasi seriel mungkin dengan kondisi pasien dirumah sakit, bagi mahasiswa yang siap tentunya akan merasa tertantang. Kesiapan diantara mahasiswa tentunya berbeda antara satu dengan yang lain disisi lain ada anggapan bahwa OSCE adalah hal yang menakutkan dalam sebuah pendidikan keperawatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan eksplorasi strategi keberhasilan mahasiswa D3 keperawatan Fikes UMM dalam menghadapi OSCE pada mahasiswa Program Studi D3 Keperawatan FIKES UMM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, yaitu suatu proses penelitian yang digunakan untuk menyelidiki, menemukan, menggambarkan, dan menjelaskan kualitas atau keistimewaan dari pengaruh sosial yang tidak dapat diukur. Penelitian kualitatif memiliki karakteristik bahwa keadaan yang sealamiah mungkin sebagai sumber data, menganalisis data secara induktif, dan berfokus kepada pemahaman partisipan dalam memandang pengalaman hidupnya. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sejumlah 15 mahasiswa D3 Keperawatan yang sudah pernah melakukan OSCE. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa strategi mahasiswa dalam menghadapi OSCE sebagian besar mahasiswa melakukan kegiatan belajar, praktik kembali dengan teman, dan melihat video dari internet. Kegiatan OSCE sangat penting untuk dilakukan karena bisa mengasah skill dan kemampuan praktik mahasiswa dalam menghadapi praktik di rumah sakit. Hambata mahasiswa saat menghadapi OSCE seringkali lupa materi akibat gugup dan takut dengan dosen penguji. Sebagian besar mahasiswa berusaha optimal dalam OSCE dengan melakukan tindakan tarik napas dalam dan berdoa. DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.2629489
