Abstract

The development of technology in this digital era is growing so fast. Indirectly, the use of digital technology can be adapted to human needs and make things that are done manually turn into practical and more modern. Currently, many banking institutions have implemented digital marketing in marketing their products, including Islamic banking institutions such as Bank Jabar Banten Syariah (BJBS). This study aims to analyze the influence of using Digital Marketing on BJBS Customer Satisfaction and its implications for Corporate Image.  The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a verification approach. The instruments used are digital marketing variable questionnaires, customer satisfaction questionnaires and corporate image questionnaires. Interview techniques were used to explore aspects related to BJBS as well as documentation studies to complete this research. Data analysis technique using path analysis. The results of the study show that there is a positive influence between the use of Digital Marketing and BJBS Customer Satisfaction; there is a positive influence between BJBS Customer Satisfaction and Corporate Image; there is a positive influence between Digital Marketing and Corporate Image; and there is a positive influence between Digital Marketing on Company Image through BJBS Customer Satisfaction, or indirectly Digital Marketing influence BJBS Customer Satisfaction which has implications for Corporate Image

Abstract

Abstract Financial distress starts from the company's inability to fulfill its obligations. Companies that have consecutively decreased, the company was in financial distress before the bankruptcy occurred.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability ratios, activity ratios and leverage ratios on financial distress in property and real estate sub-sector service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive and verification approaches, quantitative research methods are research methods used to examine a particular population or sample. Descriptive research method is used to determine the value of the independent variable, while verification is used to determine the effect of two or more variables.The results showed the average value of each variable as follows: Financial Distress 4.52, Profitability Ratio 0.07, and Activity Ratio 17.13, Leverage Ratio 52.76. The results of the t test of the Profitability Ratio have an effect on Financial Distress, and the Activity Ratio has no effect on Financial Distress, the Leverage Ratio has an effect on Financial Distress. Based on the results of the f test, it shows that the profitability ratio, activity ratio and leverage ratio simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on financial distress. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan kinerja perguruan tinggi berdasarkan pendekatan Strategic MapBalanced Scorecard yang diaplikasikan secara kasuistik pada enam STIE di Bandung. Hasil analisis pembobotanantar perspektif menunjukkan bahwa bobot kepentingan perspektif proses internal (0,2578) relatif sedikit lebih tinggidaripada bobot kepentingan perspektif pelanggan (0,2548). Kedua perspektif ini memiliki bobot kepentingan yanglebih tinggi daripada perspektif inovasi dan pembelajaran (0,2505) serta perspektif finansial (0,2370). Hasil pemetaanstrategi antar perspektif dalam penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar keputusan strategik untuk memposisikan perspektifproses internal yang kuat sebagai pengungkit atau leverage bagi meningkatnya kinerja Balanced Scorecard secarakeseluruhan, sementara perspektif pelanggan diposisikan sebagai perspektif kunci sasaran kinerja. Adapun perspektiffinansial serta perspektif inovasi dan pembelajaran diposisikan sebagai tumpuan kinerja. Direkomendasikan agarSTIE di Bandung memperbaiki asimetri informasi antara pemilik sebagai principal dengan pengelola sebagai agentmelalui pengembangan good corporate governance serta memfungsikan motif masing-masing stakeholders sebagaipenggerak manajemen kinerja.

Abstract

Teknologi digital di era diglobal saat ini telah merambah pada dunia pemasaran yang dikenal dengan digital marketing.Berbagai cara dapat dilakukan dalam kampanye pemasaran diera digital saat ini, seperti lewat website, blog, email marketing serta media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari pemasaran digital yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan terhadap tingkat kepuasan yang dirasakan oleh nasabah serta corporate image yang dihasilkan oleh lembaga perbankan dari dilakukannya pemasaran digital, sampel kuesioner yang digunakan adalah komsumen lembaga perbankkan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI). Metode yang digunakan adalah survey deskriptif dan eksplanatori, sedangkan metode analisisnya mengunakan structural equation model (SEM). Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi digital marketing pada PT. BNI, dengan variabel Website enggagemen, Sosial Enggagement, clik trough rate, convertion rate serta duration. Masuk dalam kategori cukup baik, kepuasan nasabah masuk dalam kategori puas, citra lembaga perbankan PT. BNI, masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Serta menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing berdampak terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan image lembaga perbankan, kepuasan yang dirasakan oleh konsumen lembaga keuangan berpengaruh terhadap citra perusahaan, digital marketing berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan yang dirasakan oleh nasabah serta berakibat pada kesan atau citra lembaga keuangan nasional pada PT. BNI .

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini dapat memudahkan masyarakat untuk memperoleh informasi serta mendapatkan barang dan jasa. Untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan, PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero)Tbk harus meningkatkan nilai perusahaan salah satu caranya dengan cara melakukan promosi melalui situs website dan juga media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh implementasi pemasaran digital terhadap Citra Perbankan melalui kepuasan nasabah. Teknik sampling menggunakan simple random sampling dengan menggunakan 140 responden. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data multivariate dengan tool analisis structural equation modelling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data ditemukan nasabah pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), telah merasa puas dan Citra Bank PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) yang telah dipersepsikan dengan baik. Serta implementasi digital Marketing yang dilakukan berpengaruh tehadap Kepuasan Nasabah dan berpengaruh tehadap Citra Bank PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero).

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze learning management in developing students' hard Skills and soft Skills at STIE INABA Bandung. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study design. Data was collected by means of in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. After the data is obtained then it is organized, interpreted, analyzed and then concluded. While checking the validity of the data is done by triangulation of sources and methods. The results in this study are: 1) learning planning in developing students' hard Skills and soft Skills, carried out by compiling syllabus and semester learning plans (RPS), using various approaches, strategies, methods; 2) the implementation of learning in developing students' hard Skills and soft Skills is carried out using various methods, strategies, models and habituation of attitudes; 3) evaluation of learning in developing students' hard Skills and soft Skills, carried out by means of affective assessment and cognitive assessment; 4) learning outcomes in developing students' hard Skills and soft Skills, namely an increase in student abilities; 5) the problems faced in developing the hard Skills and soft Skills of students at STIE INABA Bandung include the competence of lecturers; student readiness, the use of one-way learning models, as well as the influence of different student environments; 6) Efforts made by STIE INABA tertiary institutions to overcome obstacles in instilling students' hard Skills and soft Skills include: preparing appropriate learning plans, using appropriate learning strategies, methods and models, providing models or examples by lecturers in attitude and speech, involving lecturers in seminars, workshops or training in order to develop appropriate learning management.

Abstract

Nilai perusahaan menggambarkan seberapa baik atau buruk manajemen mengelola kekayaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to equity ratio (DER) dan Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Metode yang di gunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data didapat melalui download pada idx.ac.id dan beberapa buku referensi. Teknik analisis data yang di gunakan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah ROA, DER dan IOS dan Nilai Perusahaan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis korelasi (R). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa (1) ROA rata-rata sebesar 18,6%. (2) DER rata-rata sebesar 48%. (3) IOS rata-rata sebesar 163%. (4) Nilai Perusahaan rata-rata sebesar 176%. (5) ROA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,311. (6) DER berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan nilai korelasi sebesar -0,286. (7) IOS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,194. (8) ROA, DER dan IOS dengan Nilai Perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,192.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Financial distress is a condition in which the company's financial condition is in an unhealthy state, but has not yet experienced bankruptcy. In Indonesia, several manufacturing companies experience financial instability, manufacturing profits tend to fluctuate, and some companies even experience negative operating income in 2010-2016. Financial distress has a great influence where not only the company will suffer losses but also the stakeholders. One way to predict financial distress is by analyzing financial ratios. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, leverage, company size and interest rates on financial distress. This study uses quantitative research methods that have the characteristics associated with numerical and objective. The independent variables in this study are Liquidity (X1), Profitability (X2), Leverage (X3), Company Size (X4), and Interest Rate (X5) and the dependent variable in this study is Financial Distress (Y). The scale used is the ratio and nominal scale. The results of research and discussion show that in partial testing (t test), obtained from the tcount for Liquidity (CR) of 4.324 and the tcount for Profitability (ROA) of 2.441 is greater than the table of 1.989. And the tcount for Company Size is -4,059 smaller than the table value of -1,989. As for the variable Leverage (DAR) and Interest Rates, it has no effect on Financial Distress. The assessment is obtained from the tcount for Leverage (DAR) of -0.350 and the tcount for the Interest Rate of 1.080 is smaller than the table of 1.989. Whereas in simultaneous testing (F test) Liquidity (CR), Profitability (ROA), Leverage (DAR), Company Size and Interest Rates simultaneously affect the Financial Distress. The coefficient of determination obtained by 48.8%, while the remaining 51.2% is influenced by other factors that are ignored by the authors in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Investors' consideration in investing, one of which is a high Company Value, where the value of one company is measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). Likewise, PT Indofarma Tbk, a company that was the subject of research, in the 2012-2019 period, the value of the company tended to increase, which was thought to be caused by Sales Growth (SG), Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) variables, Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return On Assets (ROA). The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Sales Growth (SG), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return On Assets (ROA) to Price to Book Value (PBV). The method used is descriptive and verification methods. With secondary data type sourced from www.idx.co.id. Analysis techniques used to answer the problem formulation of Sales Growth (SG), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return On Assets (ROA) and Price to Book Value (PBV) using descriptive analysis and correlation analysis (R). The results showed that: 1) Average PBV value 8.33 times, 2) Average value of SG 5.13%, 3) Average value of CR 140.94%, 4) Average value of 127.73% DER, 5) Average value average TATO 1.14%, 6) Average ROA value of 0.14%. Based on a partial verification analysis 7) SG has a negative and not significant effect on PBV with a correlation value of -0.563, 8) CR has a negative and insignificant effect on PBV with a correlation value of -0,660, 9) DER has no significant positive effect on PBV with a correlation value of 0.141, 10) TATO has a significant negative effect on PBV with a correlation value of -0.233, 11) ROA has no significant positive effect on PBV with a correlation value of 0.055. Based on simultaneous verification analysis 12) Sales Growth (SG), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return On Assets (ROA) have a not significant positive effect on Price to Book Value (PBV) with a correlation value of 0.643. Keywords: Price to Book Value (PBV), Sales Growth (SG), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return On Assets (ROA) ABSTRAK: Pertimbangan investor dalam melakukan investasi, salah satunya adalah Nilai Perusahaan yang tinggi, dimana nilai perusahaan yang salah satunya diukur dengan Price to Book Value (PBV). Demikian pula dengan PT Indofarma Tbk perusahaan yang menjadi subjek penelitian dimana pada periode 2012-2019 nilai perusahaannya cenderung meningkat yang diduga disebabkan oleh variabel Sales Growth (SG), Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return On Assets (ROA). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Sales Growth (SG), Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return On Assets (ROA) terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Dengan jenis data sekunder yang bersumber dari www.idx.co.id. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah Sales Growth (SG), Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return On Assets (ROA) dan Price to Book Value (PBV) menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis korelasi (R). Abstract

ABSTRACT; One of the measurement of company performance is financial performance. Financial performance is a formal effort that has been made by a company that can measure the company's success in generating profits. Profit is the simplest measure to assess a company's financial performance. Financial performance will also provide an overview of the efficiency of the use of funds regarding the results of obtaining profits, which can be seen after comparing net income after tax. Taxes are costs that must be incurred by the company. Therefore, companies through management always strive to minimize taxes and this effort is often referred to as tax planning. This study aims to examine the effect of tax retention rate (TRR), book tax differences (BTD) and effective tax rate (ETR) on financial performance by using a proxy measure of Net Profit Margin (NPM). The method used in this research is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data, data collection is done through documentation and literature research on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016 with a population of 46 companies. The number of samples in this study were 18 companies which were determined using purposive sampling. Data analysis to answer the problem formulation used: descriptive analysis, inferential statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis testing using partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). Data processing using the SPSS application. Based on the results of the research on the t test, it was found that TRR had a positive effect on financial performance where the tcount value of 2.773 was greater than the t table of 1.987. BTD has a positive effect on financial performance where the tcount value of 3.784 is greater than the t table of 1.987.ETR has a positive effect on financial performance where the tcount of 2.627 is greater than the t table of 1.987. Based on the results of the research on the f test, it was found that TRR, BTD, ETR had a significant effect on financial performance where Fcount was greater than 6.770 was greater than F table 3.10.
