Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the business sector in Indonesia. The business sector also has an impact on telecommunications companies in Bandar Lampung which are engaged in telephone and short message services as well as internet services. This pandemic also has an impact on employees of telecommunications companies in Bandar Lampung. The impact felt by the employees themselves, such as in terms of providing compensation, regulating work life balance, and managing the work environment. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work life balance, and work environment simultaneously and partially on employee work loyalty at a telecommunications company in Bandar Lampung. This study uses quantitative methods with a sample of 200 respondents. Based on the test results simultaneously or partially, it is found that there is an influence that compensation, work life balance, and work environment partially affect employee work loyalty. The three variables proved to be partially influential because the value of t count > t table and significance value < 0.05. The results of this study also show that compensation, work life balance, and work environment simultaneously affect employee work loyalty because the value of f count > f table with a significance value of < 0.05.Keywords: Compensation, Work Life Balance, Work Environment, Employee Loyalty.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the economic development of a country, where they can contribute to economic growth, absorb employment through the creation of new jobs, and distribute the results of development. Therefore, there is a need to improve the quality of resources in managing and developing MSMEs in order to improve Indonesia's economy. Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia conducted Community Service activities by providing training on financial application usage to increase sales and develop MSME businesses. During the visit, it was found that MSME practitioners had only been recording their finances manually, often forgetting to record sales and finances. This became an opportunity to add knowledge to business practitioners about the use of technology to develop their business. After the training, there was a significant increase in knowledge between before and after the training. This training is expected to help MSME practitioners manage their business finances effectively and efficiently so that they can develop their business on a larger scale.

Abstract

Sesuai dengan visi dari SMK Swadhipa 2 Natar yang salah satunya mengembangkan Ilmu pengetahuan dan Teknologi berbasis IT, maka Tim pengabdian Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan memilih SMK tersebut untuk lokasi pengabdian. Tujuan pengabdian ini memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa tentang digital marketing dan packaging produk, sehingga siswa dapat mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang hal tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan yang didapat dari pre-test dan post-test, maka terjadi peningkatan dalam pemahaman tentang manfaat digital marketing sebesasr 80%, serta untuk kegiatan packaging produk terjadi peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 70%.

Abstract

Alumni are one part of the existence of an educational institution. The existence of alumni at this time is one part of the accreditation assessment of an educational institution. Class XII students and alumni have understood the meaning and use of tracer study. Alumni data that is not well structured causes the school to have difficulty in managing data. In addition, alumni data in the form of paper will take up a lot of space in storage and the data is prone to loss. As a result of using this application, teachers can control and evaluate tracers according to the planned target schedule as educational evaluation and accreditation needs.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi dengan kontribusi pada pertumbuhan, penyerapan tenaga kerja, dan pendistribusian hasil pembangunan. Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia menyelenggarakan pelatihan penggunaan artificial intelligence (AI) dan aplikasi digital marketing untuk UMKM guna meningkatkan penjualan dan mengembangkan bisnis. Pelatihan ini membantu pelaku UMKM memahami dan menggunakan teknologi digital marketing secara efektif, meningkatkan penjualan, dan mengembangkan skala usaha. Pelatihan pertama berisi tentang cara menggunakan AI, ChatGPT, untuk pemasaran seperti pembuatan brand story yang akan dimasukkan ke media sosial UMKM tersebut. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan pelaku UMKM untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan AI dan aplikasi digital, sehingga kesempatan scale-up bisnis meningkat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction of Millennial employees in Bandar Lampung. The population in this study is the all-millennial employees in Bandar Lampung and the sample took the entire population using the non-probability sampling method using the incidental sampling method, sampling techniques based on intuition, i.e., anyone who is well literate and suitable with the criteria can be used as a sample. In this research, Slovin’s formula sample calculation was used so that a sample of 399 employees. The results of the study show that the transformational leadership variable has no significant effect on the job satisfaction of millennial employees in Bandar Lampung. The organizational culture variable has a significant influence on the job satisfaction of millennial employees in Bandar Lampung. The results of the study also show that transformational leadership and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of Millennial employees in Bandar Lampung. Meanwhile, based on the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.487 or 48.7%. This shows that 48.7% of the variable job satisfaction can be influenced by transformational leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X2). While the remaining 51.3% is found in other variables that are not present or not examined in this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job insecurity dan role overload terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan generasi z di Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini asosiatif atau penelitian berdasarkan hubungan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah para karyawan generasi z yang sedang bekerja. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara snowball sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel yang mula-mula jumlahnya kecil, kemudian sampel ini disuruh memilih teman-temannya untuk dijadikan sampel begitu seterusnya. Sehingga jumlah sampel semakin banyak. Ibarat bola salju yang menggelinding semakin lama semakin besar. Jumlah populasi pada karyawan generasi z di Bandar Lampung berjumlah 125 responden. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa job insecurity dan role overload secara simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan generasi z di Bandar Lampung. Secara parsial job insecurity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Sedangkan role overload berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.Kata Kunci: Job Insecurity, Role Overload, Turnover Intention

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Memilih Produk Tabungan Emas di Pegadaian kota Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian menggunakan data primer kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah menggunakan produk tabungan emas PT. Pegadaian di Kota Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan rumus Hair et al yaitu sebanyak 130 nasabah, yang kemudian diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26. Pengujian dilakukan dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji f (simultan), dan koefisien determinasi (r2 ). Hasil menunjukan bahwa Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Memilih, Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Memilih, dan  Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Memilih Produk Tabungan Emas di Pegadaian Kota Bandar Lampung.Kata kunci: Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Keputusan Memilih, Tabungan Emas, dan Metode Kuantitatif

Abstract

The research aims to determine whether or not brand ambassadors and taglines in Bandar Lampung City play a role in the buying habits of Generation Z. This research uses a quantitative approach. The respondents of this research are Gen Z in Bandar Lampung City who are Shopee users who have seen and are familiar with the Blackpink brand ambassador and Shopee's "Free Shipping" tagline in Bandar Lampung City. A total of 130 people were surveyed for this research sample. Non-probability sampling is used in this method. This research utilizes primary data collected by distributing questions online on Google. Multiple Linear Regression is used as a data analysis method. The linear regression results show the positive role of two variables on purchasing decisions. Apart from that, hypothesis testing shows that it was partially found that brand ambassadors and taglines play a positive and significant role in purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneously the brand ambassador and tagline play a significant role in purchasing decisions.
