Abstract

ABSTRACT Earthquake is a disaster that difficult to predict, and potentially cause enormous damage for the affected region. Bantul regency is one of the regions that vulnerable earthquakes. Humanitarian logistics distribution model in the research model the distribution logistics of humanitarian aid package from BPBD kabupaten Bantul towards the warehouse distributor. Amount of aid distributed determinedby consideration refugees number to their respective districts, the level of vulnerability and scenario level heavy damage. Based on the results of linear programming model using running LINDO 6.1 For Student Version on the extent of the damage was very severe obtained the necessary amount of time distribution is for 3 days, with 287 transport using engkeltruck and 38 transport using trontontruck Keyword: earthquake, distribution, humanitarian, logistic, Bantul ABSTRAK Gempa bumi merupakan bencana yang sulit diprediksi, dan berpotensi menyebabkan kerusakan besar bagi wilayah terdampak. Kabupaten Bantul merupakan salah satu wilayah rawan bencana gempa bumi. Model distribusi logistik kemanusiaan dalam penelitian memodelkan pendistribusian paket bantuan logistik kemanusiaan dari BPBD Kabupaten Bantul menuju gudang penyalur (Kecamatan). Jumlah bantuan yang didistribusikan ditentukan olehpertimbangan jumlah pengungsi masing-masing wilayah kecamatan, tingkat kerawanan dan skenario tingkat kerusakan berat. Berdasarkan hasil running model linear programming menggunakan LINDO 6.1 For Student Version pada tingkat kerusakan sangat parah didapatkan jumlah waktu pendistribusian yang diperlukan adalah selama 3 hari, dengan 287 pengangkutan menggunakan truk engkel dan 38 pengangkutan menggunakan truk tronton Kata kunci: gempa bumi, distribusi, logistik, Bantul

Abstract

PT Adi Satria Abadi (ASA) is a company engaged in the processing of leather, especially sheep skin and goat skin, which is used for the manufacture of golf gloves. The problem faced by the company is the production process that exceeds the due date to other customers who order products at PT ASA. From the research, it is known that the cause is a company scheduling method that has not been organized so that the production sequence is concurrent. Selection of methods Harmony Search algorithms in scheduling are caused by delays. The Harmony Search algorithm can provide a better makespan value than the company method. The results of the company method obtain 0.9 months makespan average, the Harmony Search Algorithm method produces an average 0.8 months makespan. In addition, the use of the Harmony Search Algorithm method can reduce the average value of 0.1 months makespan. The results of the study in three months experienced time savings of 0.6 months, 0.6 months and 0.1 months respectively.

Abstract

ABSTRACT PT Pertani (Persero) has problems in fulfilling orders of subsidized rice seeds. This condition happen because production scheduling is not optimal, thus causing high makespan. This research tries to provide an alternative way to this company by way of job scheduling that is Genetic Algorithm. this approach is used in optimizing makespan, mean flow time and latency. Scheduling results with the Genetic Algorithm approach for December 2016 orders resulted in a reduction of makespan from 2.3 monthsbecome 2.1 months, maximum lateness from 43 days become 31 days, mean flow time from 42 days become 35 working days. Keywords: genetic algorithm, scheduling, makespan, mean flow time, lateness ABSTRAK PT Pertani (Persero) memiliki masalah dalam memenuhi pesanan bibit padi bersubsidi. Kondisi ini terjadi karena penjadwalan produksi tidak optimal, sehingga menyebabkan makespan tinggi. Penelitian ini mencoba memberikan alternatif kepada perusahaan dengan cara penjadwalan produksi yaitu Algoritma Genetika. Pendekatan ini digunakan dalam mengoptimalkan makespan, mean flow time dan latency. Hasil penjadwalan dengan pendekatan Algoritma Genetika untuk bulan Desember 2016 menghasilkan pengurangan makespan dari 2,3 bulan menjadi 2,1 bulan, keterlambatan maksimum dari 43 hari menjadi 31 hari, waktu alir rata-rata dari 42 hari menjadi 35 hari kerja. Abstract

ABSTRACT Scheduling in PT Mitra Rekatama Mandiri is using make to order approach, so they uses job shop manufacturing. Based on an initial analysis, obtained makespan 1964 minutes to order completion on March 2016. The study tries to minimaze makespan in job shop schedulingfor March 2016 in Machine Unit at PT Mitra Rekatama Mandiri. The results of the production scheduling with algorithm Artificial Immune System (AIS) produces a new sequence of jobs 2 ?? 3 ?? 4 ?? 1 and amount of makespan 1651 minute, so this method can reduce makespan 313 minutes. Keywords: scheduling, Artificial, Immune, System, Makespan ABSTRAK Penjadwalan (scheduling) di PT Mitra Rekatama Mandiri menggunakan pendekatan make to order, sehingga menggunakan strategi produksi job shop. Berdasarkan analisis awal, didapatkan kebutuhan makespan sebesar 1964 menit untuk penyelesaian order pada bulan Maret 2016. Penelitian ini mencoba melakukan minimasi makespan dengan menggunakan job shop scheduling untuk bulan Maret 2016 di Unit Permesinan PT Mitra Rekatama Mandiri. Hasil penjadwalan produksi dengan algoritma Artificial Immune System (AIS) menghasilkan urutan pekerjaan (sequence) job 2 ?? 3 ?? 4 ?? 1 dan makespan sebesar 1651 menit, sehingga didapatkan minimasi makespan sebesar 313 menit.
