Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the application of Problems Based Learning Strategy that can improve learning outcomes of Social studies on Class. IV Students at SDI. Onekore 4. This type of research is a classroom action research. The research subjects are Class IV student at SDI Onekore 4 that amount of 19 people. As for this research data is obtained by using test, Observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate an increase of learning outcomes on social subject after applied problem based learning strategies. This matter can seeing at increasing of presentation classical learning outcomes. in condition pracycles 21.05%, cycles I up to be 42.10% and on cycle II goes up to be 100%. The results of this study can be used as an alternative in the selection of learning strategies.

Abstract

ABSTRAKIndonesia kerap menghadapi berbagai macam bencana yang datang silih berganti. Gempa bumi, tsunami, banjir, longsor, gunung meletus dan Kebakaraan kerap terjadi di Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kondisi geografis Indonesia khususnya propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur Kabupaten Ende yang sangat rawan bencana. Potensi bencana di Kabupaten Ende sangat besar karena kondisi geografis, geologis, hidrologis, dan demografis yang sangat berperan dalam terjadinya bencana. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah bagaimana partisipasi kepedulian Mahasiswa program mata kuliah Pramuka Prodi PGSD Universitas Flores terhadap korban bencana alam kebakaran rumah adat di desa Ngelaa .Hasil kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa bagaimana perhatian dan kepedualian mahasiswa untuk membantu sesama umat manusia yang terkenah musibah bencana Alam Kebakaran Rumah Adat di Desa Ngella, Masyarakat juga  mendapatkan Santun untuk keperluan mereka yang mengalami musibah,karena kepedulian Mahasiswa inisiatif untuk mengalang dana untuk mengurangi beban yang di alami masyarakat Rumah adat Desa Nggela. Kata Kunci : penyaluran bantuan; keterpenuhan korban bencana ABSTRACTIndonesia often faces various kinds of disasters that come and go. Earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, landslides, volcanic eruptions and fires often occur in Indonesia. This is due to the geographical condition of Indonesia, especially the province of East Nusa Tenggara, Ende Regency which is very prone to disasters. The potential for disaster in Ende Regency is very large because of the geographical, geological, hydrological and demographic conditions that play a big role in the occurrence of disasters. The purpose of this activity is how the participation of students in the Scout program of the PGSD Study Program at the University of Flores towards victims of natural disasters from the fire of a traditional house in Ngelaa village. The results of community service activities show that the attention and concern of students to help fellow human beings who are hit by natural disasters Fire of the Traditional House in Ngella Village, the community also gets Santun for the needs of those who experience disaster, because of the student's concern for the initiative to raise funds to reduce the burden experienced by the community of the Nggela Village traditional house. Keywords: distribution of aid; disaster victim fulfillment

Abstract

Contextual teaching and learning (CTL) become learning that can empower pupils' cognitive learning achievement. The research objective was to enhance pupils' cognitive learning achievement (CLA) using the CTL approach. The classroom action research by Kemmis and McTaggart was used in this research. The subjects of this study were pupils of grade IV SDK Doreng, Doreng District, Sikka Regency. Participant research was ten pupils' (three boys, seven girls). Ten multiple-choice tests were used for the evaluation of each cycle. Analysis of data was quantitatively and percentage—five categories for student CLA. The success indicator is based on a score of 65 and classical completeness of 85%. The results showed that the activity of pupils and teachers in the first cycle was low. This finding was followed by not achieving completeness, where only 70% of pupils completed. The second cycle findings inform that pupils' and teacher activities were excellent, followed by classical completeness, reaching 100%. This action research concludes that CTL can improve pupils' CLA. This research recommends using CTL in the future to enhance pupils' CLA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan masih kurangnya kemampuan mahasiswa PGSD Uniflor dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran IPS SD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Flores untuk menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran melalui model project based learning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tahapan perencaaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa PGSD Univeristas Flores yang mengikuti perkuliahan desain pembelajaran IPS dengan jumlah sebanyak 34 orang. Data diambil dengan teknik dokumentasi, observasi dan catatan lapangan. Data dianalisis dengan langkah pengumpulan data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah diterapkan model project based learning kompetensi mahasiswa dalam menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran IPS SD meningkat dari siklus I sebesar 68% menjadi 85% pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, model project based learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Flores dalam menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran IPS SD

Abstract

The pride of being a true Catholic has gone down and also has been the symptom among the Catholic students nowadays.  The feeling of the Catholicsm with various of special charachteristics and uniqueness has not enchanted and made the Catholic students proud anymore. They  were bored and were uninterested in reek of religion and spiritual  as well.  The Catholic students  should become chief action or chief moving spirit of the pivotal strength of the Church-life in the future, but to be  pitfallen slowly or step by step in the crisis of identity of the prolonged Catholicsm. This crisis was caused by their unability to have a certain attitude critically and wisely, accompanied by a gale made the values of secularism that shook various kinds of order belief of the Catholic that has been  handed down from one generation to the other. Let the situation has been walking without efforts to overcome it.  This condition perhaps  would like to destroy the future of the Catholic students. To reply the hindrances needed lots of people to participate actively to give guidance to the them in order to reach the right way. The institute of the highest education as well as the local church are a very important people who must be the right handmen  of them. Both of the institutions have to be one mind and sharing in the same struggle to make yourselves appearance or present yourselves as a shepherd to search, to find, and to guide them as the Lambs who have lost their ways to the right ways. The cooperation between two institutions must bear various kinds of contextual activities as well as useful for developing attitude and individuality of them in the future. The activity of spiritual guidance can be done in preparation Parish of St. Marinus Puu’rere is the result of a concern apprehensive together in order to hand them in order that in the middle of a tremendous storm attacking the  values of the terrific secularism, the catholic students remained  proud of and militant to spout the characteristic of their catholicsm as the light candle for a lot of people through thought, words, and acts which they have done.

Abstract

The study was to know the improvement of students learning activities by using active learning method by the application of Team Quiz. The study was a classroom action research. The subject was 22 students from grade IV SDI Bhoanawa 1. The data collection was conducted through observation, field note and interview. The result showed the improvement of students learning activities. It was proved by the percentage score of the activities in cycle I for 62% with category 'quite active' and 76 % in cycle II with category 'active'. Abstract

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar peserta didik meningkat setelah menggunakan metode jigsaw pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IV SDI Kurumboro. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Kelas IV SDI Kurumboro yang berjumlah 10 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan observasi, tes, dan wawancara.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh data bahwa dari hasil tes awal peserta didik yang mencapai nilai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal sebanyak 3 orang dari 10 orang dengan persentase 30% serta rata-rata secara klasikal mencapai 59, siklus I yang mendapatkan nilai yang tuntas sebanyak 5 orang dari 10 orang dengan persentase mencapai 50% serta rata-rata secara klasikal mencapai 62, dan siklus II semua peserta didik mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal dengan persentase 100% serta rata-rata secara klasikal mencapai 82. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Koperatif Tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas IV SDI Kurumboro Kecamatan Ende Timur Kabupaten Ende

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) To find out the process of implementing the Po'o traditional ritual in the Liselobora Village community, 2) To find out the cultural values of local wisdom contained in the Po'o traditional ritual and 3) To find out the implementation of the values local wisdom culture in the Po'o ritual for character building in social studies in elementary school. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, the data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques consist of observation techniques, interviews, documentation and photographs. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that Po'o comes from the language lio which means bamboo. The Po'o ritual is a traditional ceremony passed down by the ancestors and upheld by the Liselobora community and passed on to the next generation. Rituals carried out by the Liselobora community are carried out for one day and once a year. This ritual is performed to invoke Du'a Gheta Lulu Wula, Nggae Ghale Wena Tanah (God) and Embu Mamo (Ancestors) to fertilize the soil and start the planting season in a farming system. In the Po'o ceremony there are three values in it, namely: 1) Social values in Po'o are togetherness and brotherhood of the Liselowobora people, 2) Cultural values in this ritual are the preservation of cultural heritage from the ancestors of the Liselobora people and 3) Religious values in carrying out the Po'o ritual when offering offerings to Du'a Nggae, asks God to give him fertility and an abundance of crops. Character education for children is a process of character formation to have a positive impact on emotional, spiritual and personality development. The purpose of character education is to develop the conscience or affective potential of children as human beings and citizens who have character values, develop habits and behavior of children that are commendable and consistent.

Abstract

Tujuan dari.penelitian ini.yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan Strategi. Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS pada Peserta Didik Kelas IV. SDI. Onekore 4 Kabupaten Ende. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subyek penelitian adalah peserta didik. Kelas IV. di SDI. Onekore 4 yang berjumlah 19 orang. Adapun Data dalam penelitian Ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan tes.,observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil .penelitian .ini .menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan. hasil. Belajar IPS siswa setelah diterapkan strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Hal ini. tampak pada peningkatan presentasi. hasil belajar klasikal pada kondisi pra siklus 21,05%, siklus I naik menjadi. 42,10% dan pada siklus. II. naik menjadi. 100%. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan alternative dalam pemilihan strategi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengarahkan guru dan memberikan pendampingan saat guru melaksanakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan merampungkannya dalam artikel ilmiah yang terpublikasi. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan pelatihan dengan tahapan yakni pendampingan dalam pembuatan proposal, membantu merancang kegiatan serta perangkat pembelajaran, pendampingan pelaksanaan PTK, hingga mempublikasikannya sebagai publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal nasional Ber ISSN. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian pendampingan ini menunjukkan bahwa bertambahnya wawasan dan motivasi para guru dalam pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas serta lebih memahami tahapan-tahapan dalam proses pelaksanaan PTK. Guru juga mampu menghasilkan Karya ilmiah hasil PTK serta publikasi pada jurnal nasional ber ISSN yang dapat digunakan sebagai syarat kenaikan jabatan fungsional. Kegiatan pengabdian pendampingan pelaksanaan PTK dan penulisan publikasi ilmiah mampu menjadi motivasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan kompetensi guru.
