Abstract

Industrial Revolution 4.0, as one of the main paradigms of the modern economy, requires higher education to improve in the face of this trend. Surabaya State University (Unesa) emphasizes the development of human resources (HR) as the main target of internal development in order to deal with industry 4.0. The academic community is encouraged to be sensitive to technology, by increasing intellectual capacity through civilization, training, competition, and / or schools. The study aims to identify the readiness of Unesa in facing challenges of Industry Revolution 4.0. The implication of research is to enrich the education management research about linking strategy between higher education and industry demand. The result of research implies that Unesa has moderate readiness in facing the challenges of Industry Revolution 4.0 by deepening intellectual capacity in the IT field through the improvement of campus facilities and infrastructure, and procurement of new learning technologies. Networking is also becoming a useful strategy in linking HR with the IT world related to Industry 4.0. Such a strategic effort under the prevailing laws and regulations enable Unesa to advance in pioneering the development of industry 4.0 on campus, especially for creating qualified graduates.

Abstract

This Program aims to improve the competence and abilities of teachers at the Online Business and Marketing Subject Teacher Consultation (MGMP) in Surabaya in the field of business communication. The method of implementing the activities is through training and mentoring. The era of competitive digital transformation makes the demands of the times grow rapidly. Problems that often occur are always related to the communication that will be faced. If business communication is inappropriate or has errors, it will negatively impact a company or organization. It's time to build better business communication than before because in it you will find effective forms of communication in the business world and various forms of promotion that create great opportunities in doing business. In the economic aspect, this business communication training will make it possible to find effective business communication, so that it can become a source of income in improving the economic condition of teachers.

Abstract

Kompetensi utama yang harus dikuasai, perlu juga kompetensi pendukung. Era digital yang terjadi saat ini mulai merubah kegiatan dalam masyarakat. Salah satunya adalah memanfaatkan platform digital untuk membuat kegiatan berbasis digital. Event Organizer atau EO adalah istilah untuk penyedia jasa professional penyelenggara acara. Tugas dari EO adalah membantu kliennya untuk dapat menyelenggarakan acara yang diinginkan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan kepada siswa tentang bagaimana memahami strategi manajemen event khususnya olahraga dan melatih keterampilan siswa dalam membuat sebuah proposal event. Metode pelaksanaannya ini meliputi 5 tahapan, yakni (1) analisis kebutuhan pelatihan, (2) desain, (3) pengembangan, (4) implementasi, dan (5) evaluasi Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah siswa-siswi SMAN 1 wonoayu mampu membuat proposal event Olahraga dan siswa-siswi memilki semangat yang tinggi untuk mengeksplorasi kemampuan mereka terkait peneyelenggaraan sebuah event olahraga. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Siswa dalam mengelola suatu manajemen event olahraga. Sports Event Management Training for Students of SMAN 1 Wonoayu Abstract The main competencies that must be mastered, also need supporting competencies. The digital era that is happening now is starting to change activities in society. One of them is utilizing digital platforms to create digital-based activities. Event Organizer or EO is a term for professional event organizer service providers. The EO's job is to help its clients to be able to organize the desired event. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge to students about how to understand event management strategies, especially sports and to train students' skills in making an event proposal. The implementation method includes 5 stages, namely (1) training needs analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The results of this community service activity are that SMAN 1 Wonoayu students are able to make sports event proposals and students have high enthusiasm to explore their abilities related to organizing a sports event. This community service activity aims to increase students' knowledge and skills in managing a sports event management.

Abstract

Petanque merupakan olahraga yang berkaitan dengan pelemparan boules (bola) dimana seorang pemain harus di dalam lingkaran untuk melempar bola yang sudah disediakan. Permainan petanque mudah dilakukan sehingga dapat mendorong motivasi masyarakat Indonesia untuk melakukan olahraga secara aktif dan teratur. Teknik permaiann ini sangat sederhana tapi mengandalkan kesimbangan yang luar biasa agar presisi dan tepat sasaran pada saat pelemparan. Sayangnya, pengenalan permainan pentaque masih jarang dilakukan mengingat olahraga ini yang tergolong baru sehingga perlu untuk mengenalkan permainan petanque di tingkat provinsi jawa timur. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang cara bermain olahraga permainan petanque dan mengetahui perkembangannya di lingkungan mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA). Metode yang digunakan adalah sharing pengetahuan melalui kegiatan pendampingan Training of Trainer coaching clinic Petanque di Jawa Timur. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat yang baik bagi pengembangan pengetahuan mahasiswa dan pelatih permainan petanque yang ada di linkungan UNESA, sehingga untuk masa yang akan dating, penting untuk lebih sering mengadakan turnamen mini sebagai aktualisasi dan respon terhadap hasil temuan dalam kegiatan ini. Training of Trainer Coaching Clinic Petanque in East Java Abstract Petanque is a sport related to throwing boules (balls) where a player must be in a circle to throw the ball that has been provided. The petanque game is easy to do so it can motivate the Indonesian people to exercise actively and regularly. The technique of this game is very simple but relies on extraordinary balance for precision and on target when throwing. Unfortunately, the introduction of the game of pentaque is still rarely done considering that this sport is relatively new, so it is necessary to introduce the game of petanque at the provincial level of East Java. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and insight on how to play the petanque game and find out its development in the Surabaya State University (UNESA) student environment. The method used is sharing knowledge through the training of trainer training coaching clinic Petanque in East Java. The evaluation results show that this activity provides good benefits for developing the knowledge of students and petanque game trainers in the UNESA environment, so that for the future, it is important to hold mini tournaments more often as an actualization and response to the findings in this activity.

Abstract

Indeks Prestasi Manusia (IPM) yang dimiliki suatu Negara menjadi salah satu alat ukur apakah negeri tersebut telah berhasil dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas hidup manuasi di Negara tersebut. Status kesehatan menjadi salah satu indicator pengungukuran IPM. Pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi masyarakat dalam mempertahankan pola hidup sehat pasca pandemic Covid-19 melalui sosialisai manajemen hidup sehat bagi siswa di SMAN 1 Wonoayu. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan melakukan sosilaisasi kesehatan secara interakif, agar materi serta tujuan yang diharapkan dapat sampai secara langsung kepada masyakarat tersebut. Untuk menciptakan manajemen hidup sehat di kolaborasikan dengan pengenalan permaianan olahraga baru Pickleball supaya siswa sekolah dapat melakukan olahrga sederhana dan menyenangkan. Secara umum, hasil kegiatan menunjukkan ketercapaian target materi yang telah direncakan dinilai baik (90%). Semua materi teori dan praktek cabang olahraga pickleball yang telah di rencanakan dapat disampaikan pada mitra, meskipun karna keterbatasan waktu ada beberapa materi yang hanya disampaikan secara garis besar. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari kegiatan ini adalah sebagai berikut, secara keseluruhan baik guru dan siswa SMAN 1 wonoayu merasakan manfaat dari kegiatan edukasi pola hidup sehat yang disampaikan, meskipun masih ada sedikit hambatan terkait sarana dan prasarana yang ada di sekolah. Healthy Life Management Socialization for Teachers and Students of SMKN 1 Wonoayu through Pickleball Sports Training Abstract The Human Achievement Index owned by a country is a measure of whether the country has been successful in efforts to improve the quality of human life in that country. Health status is one of the indicators for measuring HDI. This community service has the aim of increasing people's motivation in maintaining a healthy lifestyle after the Covid-19 pandemic through the socialization of healthy life management for students at SMAN 1 Wonoayu. The method used in this community service activity is to carry out interactive health outreach, so that the expected material and objectives can reach the community directly. To create healthy living management in collaboration with the introduction of the new sports game Pickleball so that school students can do simple and fun sports. In general, the results of the activity showed that the target material that had been planned was achieved, which was considered good (90%). All theoretical and practical materials for pickleball sports that have been planned can be delivered to partners, although due to time constraints some material is only presented in outline. The conclusions drawn from this activity are as follows, overall both teachers and students of SMAN 1 Wonoayu feel the benefits of the healthy lifestyle education activities delivered, although there are still some obstacles regarding the facilities and infrastructure in schools.

Abstract

Salah satu metode terbaik untuk mengatasi masalah pengangguran di Indonesia adalah kewirausahaan. Jika setiap orang di Indonesia didorong untuk menjadi wirausahawan, baik yang masuk dalam kategori angkatan kerja maupun yang bukan, angka pengangguran pasti akan menurun. Karena kewirausahaan menjadi sangat penting saat ini, tidak banyak penelitian dan konferensi ilmiah yang membahas masalah ini di Indonesia. Penelitian tambahan perlu dilakukan untuk menemukan dan mengembangkan model intensi berwirausaha yang paling sesuai untuk menunjukkan intensi berwirausaha individu, serta definisi paling akurat dari konsep ini. Dalam penelitian ini, model intensi berwirausaha akan dipelajari terkait dengan pengambilan keputusan karir Fresh Graduates. Model ini dapat memberikan gambaran yang tepat tentang kewirausahaan di Indonesia. Studi ini adalah kuantitatif. Fokus penelitian adalah mahasiswa baru Unesa. Jumlah sampel seratus orang yang terdiri dari Fresh Graduate Unesa diambil secara random. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-hitung 11,693 lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel 1,994 dan signifikan pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Nilai t-hitung juga signifikan pada tingkat p=0,000. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Persepsi Kemungkinan berdampak positif dan signifikan pada keinginan berwirausaha mahasiswa baru. Entrepreneurial Intense Model of Fresh Graduate Career Decision Making Abstract One of the best methods to overcome the problem of unemployment in Indonesia is entrepreneurship. If everyone in Indonesia is encouraged to become an entrepreneur, both those who are in the labor force category and those who are not, the unemployment rate will definitely decrease. Because entrepreneurship is so important nowadays, there are not many scientific studies and conferences discussing this issue in Indonesia. Additional research needs to be conducted to find and develop the most suitable model of entrepreneurial intention to indicate individual entrepreneurial intentions, as well as the most accurate definition of this concept. In this research, the entrepreneurial intention model will be studied in relation to the career decision making of Fresh Graduates. This model could provide an accurate picture of entrepreneurship in Indonesia. This study is quantitative. The focus of the research is new Unesa students. The number of samples of one hundred people consisting of Unesa Fresh Graduates was taken randomly. The results showed that the t-count value of 11.693 was greater than the t-table value of 1.994 and was significant at the 5% significance level. The t-count value is also significant at the p=0.000 level. Therefore, it can be concluded that Perception of Likelihood has a positive and significant impact on new students' entrepreneurial desires.

Abstract

Kepuasan mahasiswa sebagai pengguna jasa utama menjadi tonggak bagi keberlangsungan suatu perguruan tinggi. Hal ini dikarenakan kepuasan mahasiswa akan berdampak pada loyalitasnya terhadap perguruan tinggi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan kualitas pembelajaran di Unesa terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa Unesa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh mahasiswa Unesa tahun akademik 2019 sampai dengan tahun akademik 2021. Sampel Penelitian ditetapkan sejumlah 150 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS pada uji t, dengan nilai signifikan pada variable kualitas pelayanan adalah 0,000 dan nilai signifikan pada variable kualitas pembelajaran juga 0,000. Berdasarkan nilai sig.<0,05, maka 0,000 bernilai lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik adalah kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif pada kepuasan mahasiswa. Analysis of the Effect of Service Quality and Learning Quality on Student Satisfaction Abstract Student satisfaction as the main service user is a cornerstone for the sustainability of a higher education institution. This is because student satisfaction will have an impact on their loyalty to the college. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and learning quality at Unesa on Unesa Student Satisfaction. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population is all Unesa students for the 2019 academic year to the 2021 academic year. The research sample was set at 150 students. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS. on the t test, with a significant value on the service quality variable is 0.000 and a significant value on the learning quality variable is also 0.000. Based on the sig. <0.05, then 0.000 is less than alpha 0.05. The conclusion that can be drawn is that service quality has a positive influence on student satisfaction.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi negara. Tingginya jumlah UMKM di Indonesia tidak terlepas dari berbagai tantangan serta kondisi pandemi Covid-19 yang mendorong perubahan pada pola konsumsi barang dan jasa menjadi momentum untuk mengakselerasi transformasi digital. Globalisasi dan pasar bebas menjadi tantangan bagi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) untuk terus bertahan. Salah satu potensi yang dapat dimanfaatkan adalah potensi teknologi informasi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada pelaku UMKM tentang bagaimana memasarkan produk melalui social media. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu persiapan, survey, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Data hasil kegiatan dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan hasil penilaian langsung oleh tim pelaksana setelah sesi pelatihan/penyampaian materi dilaksanakan pada 20 pelaku UMKM yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan pelaku UMKM mampu membuat akun social media memasarkan produknya lebih luas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM melalui pemanfaatan e-commerce dan social media dengan memperluas akses pasar. Social Media Marketing Training for SMEs in Semanding Village Abstract SMEs play a significant role in the country's economic growth. The high number of SMEs in Indonesia is attributed to various challenges and the Covid-19 pandemic situation, which has driven changes in the consumption patterns of goods and services, becoming an opportunity to accelerate digital transformation. Globalization and free markets present challenges for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to sustain themselves. One potential aspect that can be utilized is information technology. The objective of this community service activity is to provide training to SME practitioners on marketing products through social media. The implementation method of this activity consists of four stages: preparation, survey, implementation, and evaluation. Data from the activity were analyzed descriptively based on direct assessments by the implementation team after the training/material delivery sessions, involving 20 SME practitioners participating in this activity. The results of this community service activity indicate that SME practitioners were able to create social media accounts to market their products more extensively. This community service activity is expected to enhance the knowledge and skills of SME practitioners in utilizing e-commerce and social media to expand market access.
