<![CDATA[One of the nursing activities that have not been optimal now days is Discharge Planning. Discharge Planning in nursing is a related component with a nursing range of patients admitted to hospital until his return. The purpose of this research is to determine on how the describing of discharge planning implementation in inpatient care room of hospital CThis research is using descriptive method, the population of all nurses in the wards of RS.C 181 people. Obtaining sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The research samples is 64 nurses inpatient care room in hospital CThe result of understanding the most diseases are not carried out (96.9%). Explanations majority diseases cause categorical are not carried out (87.5%). Explanations sign and majority diseases simptom categorical are not carried out (90.0%). Explanations majority depelopment categorical is implementated (93.8%). Explanation of majority nutritions category is conducted as many as 61 respondents (95.3%). Explanation of activity and majority rest categorical is implemented (90.6%). An explanation of the mobilization of the highest category is done (81.2%). Explanation giving majority motivation categorical is conducted (95.3%). Explanation the majority control categorical is done (71.9%).Implementation of majority discharge planning categorical is done based on SPO (65.6%). It is expected that the hospital discharge planning is more concerned by providing the motivation on the nurse to perform appropriate discharge planning based on SPO. <![CDATA[Procedure preoperative actions in some hospitals have developed such reference to the needs of patients who will do the surgery. This procedure is expected to become a paramedic guidelines in an effort to prepare the patient preoperatively, so the preoperative preparation can be done well. The purpose of this study is find a picture of the management of the patient's preoperative preparation in hospital.This research use descriptive research. The population in this study were surgical patients in the General Hospital of Ciamis. The sampling technique by means of quota sampling a total sample of 30 people.It is known that the management of physical preparation in the patient's preoperative 83.3% implemented, supporting the management of the patient's preoperative preparation 100% implemented, preparation Management informed consent on the patient's preoperative 100% implemented and management of mental preparation / psychic on the patient's preoperative 100% implemented. <![CDATA[Salah satu perilaku penyumbang peningkatan penularan TBC adalah melalui percikan dahak penderita TBC sewaktu batuk atau bersin. Pasien TBC batuk dapat mengeluarkan 3000 percikan dahak. Sehingga, penderita TBC memerlukan pengetahuan tentang cara pengeluaran dahak yang tepat salah satunya dengan batuk efektif. Batuk efektif adalah metode batuk yang benar, dimana klien dapat menghemat energi sehingga tidak mudah lelah dalam mengeluarkan dahak secara maksimal. Tujuan: Meningkatkan pengetahuan pencegahan penularan TBC dan mampu melakukan batuk efektif. Metode: (i) Identifikasi jumlah keluarga yang menjadi sasaran PKM (ii) Sosialisasi, dan (iii) Evaluasi. Hasil : Jumlah keluarga yang mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebanyak 20 orang. Dari evaluasi kegiatan diperoleh keluarga telah memahami tentang pencegahan penularan TBC dan mampu melakukan batuk efektif sehingga resiko penularan menurun. Kesimpulan: Manfaat dari adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai pencegahan penularan TBC dapat menurunkan resiko penularan TBC dan mampu melakukan batuk efektif.]]>

<![CDATA[Plebitis is a nosocomial infection originating from microorganisms experienced by patients obtained during the patient's hospitalization. The high incidence of nosocomial infections due to infusion in the form ofplebitis may be due to the non-implementation of intravenous installation by nurses in accordance with the standard operational procedures for infusion set by each hospital. SOP for infusion in all hospitals in Indonesia to prevent nosocomia infection. The research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all nurses and midwives who worked in the Inpatient Installation Room of the Ciamis District General Hospital as many as 327 people. Sampling in thisstudy used a quota sampling technique to obtain a sample of 77 people. The results showed that the prevention ofplebitis in Inpatient Installation of Ciamis District General Hospital in 2019, from 77 respondents, it can be concluded that most of the good categories were 48 people (62.3%) and a small number were less than 13 people (16,9%). <![CDATA[Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang dating violence di SMK Negeri 1 Rancah. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah Pre Eksperimental one group pretest-posttest design. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proporsional sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner menggunakan google form. Hasil: Diketahui tingkat pengetahuan responden mengenai dating violence setelah pemberian pendidikan kesehatan berkategori baik sebanyak 74 orang (79.6%) dan kategori cukup sebanyak 19 orang (20.4%). Hasil menunjukan bahwa responden mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan yaitu sebanyak 49 orang (52.7%), dengan rata-rata kenaikan peningkatan pengetahuan responden secara keseluruhan sebesar 18.96. Kesimpulan : Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan remaja mengenai dating violence sebelum dan sesudah pemberian pendidikan kesehatan, ditandai dengan nilai p value sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi 0,05.]]>

<![CDATA[Latar belakang : Stres bisa terjadi pada siapapun termasuk pada mahasiswa, stres pada mahasiswa bisa disebabkan ketidakmampuan dalam melakukan kewajibannya sebagai mahasiswa atau karena permasalahn lain, tingginya kompleksitas masalah yang dihadapi, seperti dalam kehidupan akademik, faktor akademik yang bisa menimbulkan stres bagi mahasiswa yaitu perubahan gaya belajar, tugas-tugas perkuliahan, target pencapaian nilai, prestasi akademik, dan kebutuhan untuk mengatur diri sendiri dan mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir yang lebih baik. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui Tingkat Stres Mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Keperawatan STIKes Muhammadiyah Ciamis. Metode : Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu rancangan deskriptif . Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa STIKes Muhammadiyah Ciamis sebanyak 359 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampling purposive. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 78 orang. Hasil penelitian : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Mahasiswa STIKes Muhammadiyah Ciamis mengalami stres normal sebanyak 44 orang. Kesimpulan : Tingkat stres mahasiswa STIKes Muhammadiyah Ciamis berada di kategori normal.]]>

<![CDATA[Nurse care behavior is one of the important aspects in fulfilling patient satisfaction, care covers human relationships that are one of the quality indicators of home service It hurts. No. rarely conflict between nurses and patients as a result of the lack of care given to patients so that disappointment and discontent and low trust Patient. Level. Satisfaction is a function of the difference between performance felt with hope. The aim of this literature review is to identify and describe research that investigates the relationship between caregiver behavior and patient satisfaction in the living room. The method used in writing this article is literature review with searches sourced from an electronic data base including Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Garuda portal with the keywords nurse caring behavior and patient satisfaction. Researchers only selected articles published in the period 2015-2020 with 15 related journals. The data obtained were analyzed, arranged systematically, compared with each other and discussed related literature. The results of the literature review showed that there was a relationship between nurses' caring behavior and the level of patient satisfaction in the inpatient room.]]>

<![CDATA[Objective, accurate and comprehensive documentation is the best factor to prove professional nursing actions and those given to patients as needed. Negligence or inaccuracies in making documentation will cause the nursing services provided to be unsustainable. Nurse workload is all activities or activities carried out by a nurse while on duty in a nursing service unit in the application of nursing care documentation. The method in this study uses a quantitative descriptive study with an observational approach to nursing care documents in the Inpatient Room at the Ciamis District Hospital. The population in this study were all 304 nurses who worked in the inpatient installation of the Ciamis District General Hospital. Sampling in this study used proportional random sampling so that the number of samples obtained was 75 nurses who worked in 13 inpatient installation rooms at the Ciamis District General Hospital. The results of the study showed that the implementation of nursing care documentation was mostly categorized as incomplete, as many as 41 people (54.7%).]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract Menopause is the permanent cessation of menstruation due to the loss of ovarian activity. Symptoms that appear are sleep disturbances, the emergence of psychological signs in the form of memory loss, emotional changes and depression. The influencing factor is knowledge. The most effective increase in knowledge is through counseling conducted to health cadres, where the level of knowledge of cadres about menopause will help mothers prepare for menopause well. Objective: To increase the knowledge of cadres through health and reproductive education regarding menopause. Methods: (i) Identification of targeted cadres (ii) Socialization, and (iii) Evaluation. Results: obtained from the extension of Cadre Knowledge Improvement through Reproductive Health Counseling Regarding Menopuse, attended by 9 cadres representing Benteng Village, with the result that there was a significant increase of 100% good knowledge. Conclusion: An increase in the knowledge of cadres about menopause will help women who experience menopause to be more prepared to undergo menopause in a healthy manner. <![CDATA[Abstract The elderly experience a decrease in physiological and cognitive functions so that they are vulnerable to various health problems. The health burden of the elderly comes from diseases such as heart disease, stroke, visual impairment and hearing loss. The purpose of the community service is to find out the differences in the level of independence in the Activity of Daily Living (ADL) for the elderly at the Singaparna Werdha Welas Asih Home and to increase independence with gymnastics for the elderly. Methods: (i) Identification of the Level of Independence of the Elderly with the Katz Index (ii) Socialization, and (iii) Evaluation. Results: The number of elderly who took part in community service activities was 20 people. From the activity evaluation, it was found that the elderly were able to understand the material provided and do elderly exercise enthusiastically.
